It all happened in qualifying at Monaco - the more so because the new two-pit-stop rule for 2025 also nullified the drivers' ability to manage (or not) the Pirelli tyres. Thus it was a jubilant Lando Norris who won his first Monaco GP, ahead of Ferrari's Charles Leclerc, Lando's team-mate, Oscar Piastri and Red Bull-Honda's Max Verstappen. Sir Lewis Hamilton, who had incurred a three-place grid penalty for impeding, was a distant fifth for Ferrari, ahead of the excellent Racing Bulls-Honda of Isack Hadjar.

Elementary school teacher by day. Burlesque performer by night. No this is not a late night tv movie my friends. This is the real-life story of my gal pal Sonia. She sat down with me to have a chat about her dual life from her past and to give a lesson about what is Burlesque. The episode is a tad adult in nature, so this is your warning, you might not want to listen around the kiddos. I hope you'll stick around for her story about public whipping and flashing a police officer. If you need a laugh cure right now, this is your perfect medicine. Hello my friends, today we are headed to the coast. We are joined by author, sea turtle enthusiast, and unofficial tour guide of the Wilmington, NC area, Suzanne Goodwyn. If you have walked along the North Carolina coastline, you have probably seen them on the beach – wooden stakes with orange plastic tape wrapped around them, marking off of a large square space. Every morning, volunteers walk the length of the beach looking for sea turtle tracks in the sand leading to a freshly laid nest.Tracking sea turtle nests is so popular in coastal towns that volunteer organizations have wait lists for people who want to join. It was during one of her visits to Wilmington that Suzanne Goodwyn saw her first nest and became interested in the sea turtles. She was so taken with learning about them that when it came time to determine a career for Jess, a character in her book “Wrightsville Beach”, she chose for her to be a sea turtle biologist. This gave her the opportunity to research sea turtles with experts in the field and to share that knowledge in a fictional format. Suzanne shares her knowledge of turtles, the area of Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach, and her novel with me. I hope you stick around. This bonus episode explores Cold War history, when the Capitalists and the Communists were in a battle for supremacy and intelligence was a matter of life and death. Author T.H. Henning shares his knowledge and time with the United States Air Force Security Service, a much-underrated intelligence gathering branch of the Air Force. They were so good at keeping secrets that few people know their name today. Tom reflects on his arrival at the base in Kirknewton, Scotland. As a defense contractor, he managed military and government contracts for much of his career and developed web-based corporate institutes. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and graduated with a Bachelors and Master's degree from The Pennsylvania State University. He and his wife Cheryl reside in Northern Virginia. Let's welcome summer! I discuss my relationship with plus size and swimsuits. I preach the word of self-love (again). Then we get into some humorous news stories from around a century ago. One about a marriage and honeymoon that is anything but what we think of as traditional. A fella freaks out at the sight of a group of women waiting for him in the jury box. Rounding out with some funny laws from Britain post WWI. Before ending my last episode until September (time for a summer break) I discuss the latest store share opportunity, the theme is Moving.Don't forget to follow on your podcast or subscribe on YouTube (Channel -JacquiLents).
