In this solo Episode, Brock and Will share what they've been up to lately.  Brock just got back from Vegas, where he went to see his friend Morten, a DJ and music producer from Denmark. Morten was playing one of his several shows this summer at the Encore Beach Club at the Wynn Hotel. Brock shares how proud he is to see his good friend enjoying so much success, after seeing how many years of hard work Morten has endured.  Will has been working on many writing projects, including Kane, as well as producing a documentary which is in its final stages. He shares some of his process for writing and even gives us a tip or two. Brock is currently getting ready to launch the new Discipline Fit App. It's an app designed to help you reach your fitness goals whether you've been training for years or you're a complete beginner. In it, you'll find different programs from strength-based gym workouts to at-home body weight workouts. There's something for every body type and all ages in the Discipline Fit App. Next, Will gives us a sneak peak at the newest edition of Kane, issue 4.
