Your New Years Resolutions WILL FAIL Why? Well, there are three main reasons: REASON #1 Your New Year Resolution is simply TOO BIG. If you want to succeed at your New Years Resolution then START NOW. You need to start planning your resolution now, breaking your big goal down into smaller achievable milestones. Better to CHOOSE TO START YOUR RESOLUTION NOW... ...Than to put it off for another Month until you are "forced" into taking action. REASON #2 You are fighting the Reptile part of your brain. When you start in the New Year, you will immediately be triggering Fight, Flight or Freeze because you are trying to do something that you've been putting off until now. You haven't got your brain comfortable and desensitised to the new behaviour patterns. This is the most likely reason you will fail because those first 30 days will feel really bloody uncomfortable. So, start training your reptile NOW. REASON #3 You did it just because it's a New Year Resolution. Basically your "WHY" needs to be much stronger than it's a New Year Resolution. You must have a specific goal in mind to achieve with your new lifestyle change, as well as determined the activities you'll be doing to achieve that goal and FINALLY have a MASSIVE DESIRE to achieve the goal. Il y a 40 ans il n'était pas rare de voir sur la table de cuisine un pot de café instantané à côté du pot de beurre d'arachides au déjeuner.  Mais aujourd'hui, Dieu merci, le Québec a évolué et même dans les villages les plus reculés il est possible de boire un bon espresso ou un cappuccino.  Aujourd'hui le choix est vaste, certaines boutiques offrent du café provenant de tous les pays producteurs. Mais qu'en est-il du thé?  Avons-nous évolué ou reste-t-il du chemin à faire pour se prétendre amateur de thé?Vous voulez en apprendre sur les thés?  Jasmin Béharnais aime le thé...à la folie!  Mais il n'est pas seul, il s'est associé avec des amis aussi passionnés que lui afin de nous  faire découvrir un monde très loin du thé Red Rose. Elle s’est également produite avec plusieurs orchestres symphoniques dont l’Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, l’Orchestre Métropolitain du Grand-Montréal, l’Orchestre symphonique de Laval et l’Orquesta Sinfonica de Galicia, en Espagne. C’est en 1984 qu’elle a pris son envol sur la scène du jazz au pays alors que le Festival International de jazz de Montréal lui décernait un premier prix. Elle compte maintenant à son actif neuf albums de compositions originales, incluant parfois quelques standards de jazz. Deux de ces albums (Trio Lorraine Desmarais et Jazz pour Noël) ont remporté des Félix. Lorraine Desmarais s’est produit en concert avec des artistes de renommée internationale comme Oliver Jones, Chick Corea, Joanne Brackeen, Marian Mc Partland, Tiger Okoshi, Paquito D’Rivera, Guido Basso, Jane Bunnett, Alain Caron, François Bourassa, Michel Cusson et le Big Band Diva de New York.
