[00:00 - 01:00] Introduction & The Five Scars of Success A reminder to check in on others. Success is often shaped by personal struggles. Exiting a business is about more than money. [01:01 - 03:00] Scar #1: Conditional Love Achievementis tied to receiving love. Creates a need for external validation. Must redefine self-worth beyond success. [03:01 - 04:30] Scar #2: Suicidal Ideation High-pressure success leads to dark moments. Many founders struggle in silence. Support systems are crucial. Hey Beloved! I hope you're staying warm as the chill of the winter season whisks through the North. A short, potent video drop today. In this episode, I explore the differences between channeling and intuitive guidance. We discuss tuning into external frequencies and accessing inner wisdom. I actually like to think about any DIVINE CALLS …. “downloads from God as two way prayer met with a selfless intention.”Anything outside of this - is tainted and distorted. The video provides thoughtful tips for regulating your nervous system, setting intentions, trusting yourself, and cultivating desire. Humility is a powerful spiritual grace that allows us to see beauty in all of life.Every choice we make is a prayer and everything we do matters in this intimate universe. We are closely watched and guided.Let me ask you this. What fears or insecurities arise when you think about stepping into your role as a channel for the light? How do trust and safety within ourselves influence the energy of our intuitive “self?”This goes deep, beloved. Over the past week I've been in dialog with my spirit guides around my psychic and channeling abilities - and how to shift my psychic artisanal way of service - into more of a conscious channeling experience. (PS - their answer was you already are channeling). Regardless, this is bigger than my little question to the heavens. It's about Navigating the “Unknown Expansion”As our awareness expands, so does the field of what you don't know. This paradox—knowing more but realizing there's even more to explore—can feel overwhelming, but it's also empowering. It's a sign of progression, of having outgrown the old dimensions of your life and stepping into a larger, more dynamic space. When it comes to the desire of remembering your innate connection to the divine, curiosity and asking is the first step. Intention and your heart, is all that matters. We are multi-dimensional, multisensory beings who need to move beyond just our five physical senses to access our full potential and spiritual capabilities. Our energy system and consciousness operates on multiple levels, like floors of a building. As we ascend to higher "floors", we gain new perspectives and abilitiesThat said, let's jump in and share some BOLD facts and truths about lighting up our intuition and the gravity of it's responsibility. Beloved, We live in an energetic "holographic essence" (hence the discovery of my future Oracle Deck to unveil these life-force layers) and our relationship to it is responsible for managing our own energy field. Sharing grace with others is one of the most important things we can do.Something you and I have in common is that we've taken the healing journey to a certain place. But to go to the other side of your healing journey, you have to start using your gifts and learning how to develop them. There are many healers on this call, whether you call yourself a healer or not.You may think you can't access those gifts until you're totally healed. The truth is you won't get to the totally healed part without starting to use and develop your gifts. While my psychic holographic readings support deep seated unconscious contracts for healing. What's covertly happening is I'm taking you on a new adventure of helping you develop your own inner voice and channeling ability - not only to become the clear, but to take you further in the direction of being as healthy, whole and complete as you are on a soul level. You do not have to heal traumas in order to channel.Everything's about intention and If you set your intention to channel light, you cannot channel below that frequency.SELF REFLECTIVE PROCESSTaking a few slow breaths different than the world around you puts you in the frequency to bring through light, because anything of a dark energy will be evacuated from your field.Anything in your field below the vibration of your intention is wiped out.If you intend to channel frequencies of light and anchor it with slow breaths, you create a sacred space for higher wisdom and vibration to come through. As you channel, listen and pay attention to the content, ensuring it is not divisive or fear-based.The light comes in starts with relaxing your breath and setting an intention, such as "I allow my ego to step aside and I channel a higher frequency of light for the wellbeing of all."Our intention are also aligned with our nervous system that foster safety and trust. We can't just speak the words - the intention is who we are and what we choose to experience.Every human being is a channel, bringing through different frequencies. The higher the antenna is able to elevate, the higher the frequencies you can channel. For many, the baseline you channel is your ego and its conditioning, which can be hurtful. The desire to be of service - when you desire to be of service, you're excited to learn to channel, but you're not in a rush.Bring your hands to your heart. Now tune into your heart for a moment, notice the part that wants to get this right, that wants to hurry, that is afraid of being wrong and wants to figure it out quickly. That part is the ego, which is not a problem. Now feel into your body - where is the part of you that wants to be of service, that is willing to take your time? The part that would rather learn to channel in a mindful pace to have more meaningful experiences. The part that is simply honored and willing to be of service to spirit and learn to channel in a way that serves spirit. How you embody your light and approach channeling will help make a world of clear channels.Even learning to channel in a more honorable, mindful, slower way sends energy to the quantum field that helps everyone come into more meaningful service to spirit. When we tune into the desire, where is the part of you willing to take the slower, more mindful path. The part that wants to learn to channel in alignment with integrity, allowing you to bring new energy to the planet and take this journey in a more meaningful way.Not the part that wants to rush and hurry, but the part that wants to do it in alignment with spirit. That part may be in your heart, your breath, the stillness within you. That is where the channeling comes from.A lot of this is about allowing the personal self to settle and letting the deeper witness self step forward.Take a moment to ask where the part of you is that is willing to move through life slower, have a more meaningful journey, and be open to being wrong in order to learn and grow. That is the part willing to step forward. When we learn to channel, we're learning to commune with our souls, not just battle our egos or let the ego pretend to be what we're channeling. That only happens when we rush the process.I hope this supported you in the awakening of each cell that is connected to the cosmos, that you are an animation of the whole. The ocean and the drop that shifts reality outside time and space by channeling none other than the divine within you.Sending you so much love and if you need support, please reach out and I'd love to set up a Holographic Reading so you can step into your higher timeline and purpose.Trust that what you perceive as a mistake is not an error but a purposeful step in your journey. Every decision, action, or even misstep contributes to your growth, helping you create the "perfect storm" of circumstances for personal transformation. Your current challenges and breakthroughs align precisely to propel you forward.HOW I SERVE as a Intuitive Psychic I connect with your auric field and spirit team to hear, see, feel - what you cannot - yet.
Hello beloved,Feeling it? Grief. Fear of the unknown. Lonely.Confused. You're normal my love, and today we talk about it. Join me as I pull out the elephant in the room.Resistance to change is humanity's greatest challenge.Loss can take us out at the knees. Loneliness is misunderstood. Hear me out. WHAT IF? Loneliness is a feeling that lets us know we're spending too much time in idea land and not enough time in reality. What we think loneliness means is that we're lonely because we don't have enough people seeing us the way we want to be seen. But that's an idea, so it can't be true. What's really strange about loneliness is that you can sit by yourself and think that is proof of why you're lonely. We've learned to exchange not getting as much unconditional love and reciprocity from other people, and instead, we're nourished and fed by conflict, gossip, and passive aggression.Suddenly we are catapulted into a new emotional landscape, one filled with overwhelm, vulnerability, and an increased need for support and self-compassion. How can we update and augment the field of healing and support that addresses grief with our new knowledge about what happens to body and brain in grief? Join me as we deep dive into these questions. We're living in the Burning Ground period, a crisis that is the door of opportunity and initiation. Each of us has a part to play in this transition.Centuries ago, it was predicted that the transition from the 20th to the 21st century would be the era of the Forerunner, where many people recognize they have a piece of the answer. Astrologically, we're moving from a Piscean cycle to an Aquarian cycle, related to the current crisis. The end of a cycle brings increased crystallization, where qualities become concrete, rigid, and fearful. Fundamentalism in religion is evidence of this decay. But there's also a growing grassroots - advocating for a new order, a new way of looking at life that supports unity.Grief is more than a reaction to loss; it intertwines with overall well-being and significantly impacts the brain. Understanding the brain's role in grief allows for a more compassionate and less self-judgmental approach. The concept of "alarmed aloneness" is discussed, along with how grief triggers the limbic system, disrupting emotional balance. This episode overs the stages of grief—denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance—emphasizing that these stages are unique to each individual and not linear.Resonance and empathy are highlighted as crucial in addressing pain and grief, with a focus on the power of being seen and heard. The importance of societal grief and the need for spiritual direction and acknowledgment of spiritual crises is also addressed.Practical tips for navigating grief, including self-compassion, movement, and reflection, are offered through personal anecdotes and clinical experience. The episode concludes with a message of hope and the significance of professional support and self-accompaniment in healing from grief and depression. This exploration provides insights into the nuances of grief and ways to move through it with grace and understanding. In closing, sending you so much love. Remember, [The Importance of Mourning] as it transforms our grief into a force for change, honoring losses and fostering personal healing. By embracing our power from power over to power within and allowing ourselves to grieve, we contribute to a more compassionate and resilient world. One last note from my spirit guides as we look into teh future. Despite facing challenges, your resilience WILL shine through, demonstrating your strength and determination. The universe is ready to reward your efforts with new opportunities— so stay open to what comes your way. While fears of loneliness may linger, they walk aside you and hold space for self compassion and practice gratitude to shift your perspective.HOW I SERVE as a Intuitive Psychic I connect with your auric field and spirit team to hear, see, feel - what you cannot - yet.

Our identity, self-esteem, and awareness of our ego lay the groundwork for life. The fuzzy landscape between self and other is a vital area of exploration for both healing and serving others. But, what happens when it's challenging to say no, and how can we embark on a healing journey toward clarity and self-connection? WE ARE IN THE MYSTICAL AGE.We are currently expanding our ability to sense and interact with new energy realms. This shift isn't just mental but neurological. We're evolving from a linear or “horizontal” perception of reality to a holographic one, and this requires new wiring in our brains to perceive more subtle layers of reality.Consider how humans evolved to see pastel colors. At one point, we only perceived solid colors, as seen in ancient art.Over time, our eyes and brains adapted to see softer hues, and now we know there are ultraviolet colors beyond what we currently see—colors we may one day evolve to perceive. Each color in the ultraviolet spectrum represents different vibrations tied to our emotional, intuitive, and mystical intelligences. This evolution in perception also changes our experience of time, making it possible to sense past and future moments as if they exist simultaneously.Although we're only on the brink of this transformation, some people are already experiencing these shifts in perception. However, our current language and frameworks don't yet support these mystical experiences. We lack the vocabulary for a "mystical anatomy"This is why it's essential to understand the nature of God as an interconnected law of love and light—present throughout the cosmos—not as a being confined to any particular religion. As for love itself, it defies definition. Love is like water; it's not just a concept but something we embody through actions—feeling what others feel, choosing patience, giving more than we take.Love is boundless, showing itself in many forms. We enter and exit our lives according to their own paths. It's not personal, much like gravity isn't personal. We all experience the pull of gravity, but it's not aimed at anyone specifically. In the same way, it's natural for some people to step off our "train" if our paths no longer align. This isn't about rejection; it's about letting go of expectations and attachments, understanding that life, like nature, has its own laws.Having clear boundaries isn't a rejection. If someone repeatedly crosses a boundary, asking them to step back isn't personal; it's simply honoring the mutual respect we agreed upon. What are the roots of developing a complete sense of self?By utilizing our intra-communication skills and how relational neuroscience proves that creative arts such as prayer and writing, my hope is to be of example on new ways to CHANNEL through divine spirit, which cultivates a richer, more satisfying, and resilient relationships with ourselves and others. This episode of “My Dear Soul….” will delve into boundaries and the importance of maintaining a solid sense of self within relationships.Beloved, I believe highly empathic old souls have incarnated here for this time in history - with a more advanced capacity to feel and channel broader spectrums of energy in ways that hold the potential to heal, transform, and guide humanity. As you listen - you'll tap into where you stand on your empathic journey and relating so you can align with your highest timeline and out of the symptoms of the earth school lessons of avoidance, depression, addiction and isolation. Empathy from Trauma is no JOKE. Or is it? There are many different kinds of empaths.Interestingly, ONE of them is considered the most powerful: the Heyoka empath.Heyokas are the most powerful types of empaths that open people's minds to new perspectives by acting as a mirror and representative of the FOOL much like the Tarot card number ONE, which is a free mind, ready to take on the world. I can bet your version of empathy is not “free minded - ready to take on the world,” but it IS POSSIBLE to thrive as empowered co-creator in this Intuitive Age.Intuition is Multi-sensory and vibrates beyond the traditional 5-sense perception, tapping into our energetic awareness. BUT here is the RUB. Many experience empathic overload, which may stem from trauma.Today I asked “MY DEAR SOUL” - what would you have me know about my empathic gifts? The CHANNELING came through with insights and insights for all of us to tap into our psychic soul senses so we can get “coordinates” that help us - versus overwhelm us.Empathic individuals (like all Light Workers,) often find themselves starting their journey in challenging environments, tasked with the profound work of transforming darkness into light. This darkness may manifest as being born into emotionally challenged families, growing up in cultures steeped in shame, or navigating the complexities of abusive dynamics and deep-seated psychological struggles.So….Are you one of these Empathic Soul? If so, you might struggle with feelings of overwhelm, victimization, or being out of place. You'll hear through the channeling that this journey is not about suffering; you holds the potential for profound empowerment. My body of work and future Oracle Deck focuses on helping soulful individuals navigate their vulnerabilities and realize their full potential as light-workers.Typically, Empathic Souls start their journeys in difficult environments, facing trauma and cultural obstacles that obscure their purpose. We often adopt unhealthy archetypes, feeling lost and disempowered. And…. unfortunately, mainstream spirituality and psychology often overlook the deeper study of the Soul, leaving these individuals without guidance. As you listen to the end, grab a pen and allow your channel to open so you can take back your power through a more healthy empathy that is practiced with awareness, every - single - day. I trust this audio will activate a sense of empowerment in your life, guiding you onto a new path as a co-creative body, mind and heart. Whether it relates to your life's purpose, career, health, relationships, personal challenges, addictions, self-sabotage, or finances—embracing your Soul's Contract and truth will transform everything in ways you never thought possible, shifting your perspective from a limited vision to believing you can be free from overwhelm and direct your life from a grounded state. All my love, and I hope to see your insights in the comments! KassandraPS, a bonus question: In what ways does adequate rest contribute to the well-being of my emotional openness, ensuring that I avoid overextending myself and making commitments beyond my energy capacity?NEED EXTRA LOVE?
Hello beloved, I was chatting in a community space recently with “my people” who revel in ancient wisdom. As we all sat at the digital table, we were being fed and inspired by the GREAT MYSTIC and AUTHOR, Alan Watts. You know those distilled perspectives that bring you much deeper by just sitting with the vibration of thought and meaning making? This post and video will draw you into - JUST THAT through the analogy of our soul and body being a VERB vs a NOUN. You could also say that the VERB is DYNAMIC energy and the NOUN is STATIC energy.Victim consciousness is characterized by a "static energetic" state, stems from a misunderstanding of self-responsibility and a lack of self-awareness. This static state contrasts with a dynamic view, which transcends linear time and space, emphasizing the present moment as our connection to a universal consciousness. In an Akashic reading, three components of energy come into play: Intention, Connection, and Conduction. But what if we're not just static entities? Alan Watts suggests we're more like verbs, constantly in motion and flowing like a river. This dynamic perspective allows us to understand the energy continuum—a flow between potential and manifested form. You are your present moment. Your present moment is not a noun.Your present moment is a cat purring. A waterfall roaring. A fly buzzing. Wind blowing. Clouds moving. Tectonic plates shifting.A human reading this right now.The present moment never ceases. Thanks for reading The Growth Guild! This post is public so feel free to share it.It is infinitely changing. Infinitely moving. Infinitely experiencing. My mission is to share how a dynamic, energetic perspective empowers us to transcend these limiting beliefs by seeing the truth behind the distortions that drain our energy. This involves mastering the delight of the unknown and making conscious choices based on a deeper understanding of ourselves as a VERB.By embracing our many archetypes we play over lifetimes, we step into the animation of our true nature as verbs - where we can feel more connected, liberated, and part of the ongoing dance of life. Remember, you're not meant to be static - you're a verb, flowing through life. Just be, flow, and enjoy the journey!Makes sense, right? YOU are the expression of your soul, in every moment and on the continuum. It's through the dynamic and view of the VERB that we reclaim access to the infinite potential of the quantum field and our imagination becomes the portal to the future and the past. With love, Kassandra.
