This week on the Classicl337 podcast Kevin talks about some thing he purchased at the video game show in Mississauga - liked Antman and the Wasp in Quantumania and forced his 8 year old to watch the original Super Mario Bros. Movie, then the two go over some new releases and news. Kevin completed Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core Reunion for the switch and forgot he already played it for the PSP. Completed Virtual Virtual Reality for the Oculus Quest. Is on the third save file for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance and along with Scott completed Onion Assault, it is no Gunman Clive. Kevin is currently getting all sad in Omori, trying to get the Ultimate Keyblade in Kingdom Hearts 3 and is saving the universe with Trover in Trover Saves the Universe. Meanwhile Scott completed Hi-Fi Rush, tried the Diable 4 Beta, enjoyed MLB The Show 23 for some reason, tried the new courses in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, was welcomed to Castlevania in Dead Cells and became an old man and fell for the Wii U brick prank. Kevin in the meantime has got a Nintendo 64 and completed Super Mario 64 and The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time he got a Sega Master and finally completed Wonderboy, completed Death Stranding and not sure if he should recommend it or not , completed Bayonetta 3 and Kirby and the Forgotten Land and is currently playing Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core Reunion for the Nintendo Switch. Scotts been busy with his Steam Deck and playing Vampire Survivors – is angry at Rocket League became a potato in Portal 1 and 2. Did not really dig Shovel Knight Dig – enjoyed rocking out to Guardians of the Galaxy watched/played Atari 50 and has a hard time with mom in The Binding of Isaac. This year on the Classicl337 podcast the two guys are back after a long hiatus because Scott has two jobs. Kevin reviews Spider-Man: No Way Home and reviews Covid-19 as he had it and survived! During this he made a game room in his basement since he was in isolation, but he gives Covid-19 a 2/10; does not recommend. Scott meanwhile is getting a secret door to his secret garden. The two also go over some new releases and news including: PlayStation Plus games for February, Banjo-Kazooie launching on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack and Microsoft acquires Activision Blizzard. Kevin meanwhile has seen the credits to Oxenfree, and Super Mario World (for the first time) and is currently playing Final Fantasy VII with X3 speed. He also received an Oculus Quest 2 and has been jerking his hands to Beat Saber. Scott's been busy with The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, is enjoying Mortal Kombat 11 and finished Halo: Infinite. The World: The Game release date revealed, Mortal Kombat Movie Skins in Mortal Kombat 11 and Cyberpunk 2077 to add new epilepsy warning as devs work on a permanent fix. Dustin then goes into detail on the PlayStation 5 along with talking about the controller and praises the hell out of Demon’s Souls, while Scott is finishing up Halo 4 but thinks he already did that once as it’s looking kind of familiar. Meanwhile Kevin’s daughter (who is 5) finished her second game ever: Donut County and gets scared at one point that now he had to use parental controls on the Switch, so she doesn’t accidently play Doom. This week Kevin buys two copies of Final Fantasy VII Remake and two bikes and ends up getting one bike and nothing else due to his impatience and now he is in a pickle while Scott relaxed in a hammock. The two then go over the news of the week which includes the PlayStation Plus games for May and Games with Gold for May, the massive Nintendo leak , Deadly Premonition 2 comes out in July and sounds bizarre, Robocop is coming to Mortal Kombat 11, Halo 2 Anniversary is on steam and The Last of Us 2 leak is not from a disgruntled employer like it was originally speculated.. Kevin then speaks about completing OMG Z HD, Rise of the Tomb Raider, My Friend Pedro, and laughs at Sonic Forces for taking itself seriously. He then ponders what makes a game with Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture and plays some DJ Hero 2 with his 5-year-old. This week Kevin’s Car battery dies from not turning on for 4 weeks and therefore he can’t buy Final Fantasy 7 remake. The two go over the news of the week which include Super Mario Odyssey 64, Super Mario Maker 2 gets a big-ass but final update, Xbox Series X logo is revealed, and it looks like a Shoe brand and Xbox Players in the U.S. can donate the rewards to charity. Kevin then goes over some sales that he seems worthy in the new “sales” segment. Scott tried Google Stadia Pro and it’s a fart without a controller, flips you off with Freedom Finger for the Switch, played Namco Museum in vertical mode and doesn’t like the control setup, finished watching the show Devs and purchased Monopoly!
