This is fantastic; she's been politicizing her office for a long time. Jack Smith, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton along with Smith are all being looked at. This is equal justice, not retribution. Also, historian Andrew Roberts discusses how Winston Churchill, long criticized by the left, is now also a target of disdain from the far-right podcasters, ‘influencers' and their guests, challenging the established narrative that the U.S. and U.K. were morally justified in defeating the Third Reich. Later, Trump brokered a historic peace deal between Azerbaijan and Armenia, who have been at war for 35 years. The President also facilitated ceasefires between Congo and Rwanda, Cambodia and Thailand, and India and Pakistan. Efforts are underway to negotiate a Russia-Ukraine deal, with a meeting planned, though concerns remain about Putin's reliability, given his history of breaking agreements. There is no competent executive authority, no congressional or senate oversight, no reliable judiciary. The United States of America does NOT NOW have a functioning government. Sir Howard Morrison will provide some suggestions as to how things might be contained by means of persuasive soft power.This lecture was recorded by Howard Morrison on the 9th of June 2025 at Barnard's Inn Hall, London.Sir Howard Morrison KC was called to the Bar by Grays Inn in 1977. He is now a Master of the Bench. He was commissioned as a TAVR infantry officer. He practised on the Midland and Oxford Circuit until 1986 when he went to Fiji as a Resident Magistrate , later promoted Chief Magistrate and Senior Magistrate of Tuvalu. Appointed OBE for services to the judiciary following military coups. He then served as Attorney General for Anguilla before returning to UK practice at 1 King's Bench Walk. He was appointed  Recorder sitting in crime, civil and family and defended at the United Nations Criminal Tribunals for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague and the Rwanda Tribunal in Arusha in Tanzania before taking Silk in 2001 and was subsequently appointment to the Circuit Bench in 2004.In 2005 he was seconded to advise the judges of the Iraqi Higher Tribunal trying Saddam Hussein, spending a year in Baghdad after which he was appointed CBE. In 2009 he was appointed as the UK Judge for the Special Tribunal for the Lebanon and then as the UK Judge for the Yugoslavia Tribunal where he was a trial judge in the seminal case of Radovan Karadzic. In 2011 he was elected as the UK Judge at the International Criminal Court until 2021 where he served two terms as President of the Appeals Chamber being appointed KCMG in 2016. He is a Senior Fellow of the Lauterpacht Centre of Cambridge University and a visiting professor at the universities of Leicester ( appointed Hon LLD), Warwick and Northumbria.  He has lectured in international criminal and humanitarian law at some 25 universities worldwide. Investigative journalists Mandy Matney and Liz Farrell share part three of their look into how the family of Scott Spivey was treated by the South Carolina Attorney General's Office. In April 2024, Prosecutor Heather Weiss  tried to explain why she felt there was “insufficient evidence” to charge North Myrtle Beach man Weldon Boyd and his friend Bradley Williams in Scott's shooting death.  Why would Heather Weiss' boss, Attorney General Alan Wilson, want to open the door to all-out vigilantism in South Carolina? Why would he want it to be legal for people to chase each other with guns and just be able to say the dead man started it with no meaningful investigation into that claim? Oh right. His brother Julian Wilson co-owns the private equity firm JJE Capital Holdings which owns the state's biggest weapons and ammunition retailer: Palmetto State Armory. How else can you explain why Alan's office continues to sit on their hands and do NOTHING when it comes to taking another look into the appropriateness of criminal charges against Weldon and Bradley?  Also on the show, did Weldon Boyd … record a video of himself killing Scott Spivey? At that April 2024 meeting with prosecutor Heather Weiss, Scott's family asked her if she was aware of this video. Surprise, surprise she wasn't. And SLED Agent Nathan Poston assured the family that no such video existed … We are guessing he didn't look at the evidence either.  Let's dive in!

And it re-emphasizes that Trump now confesses he broke with Epstein not over the child rape but because Epstein hired rape victims away from him, was STEALING Virginia Giuffre away from him, Trump paints a picture OF Mar-a-Lago where the tragic Ms. Giuffre who just killed herself worked for Trump as not Epstein Island but the Recruiting Station and Waiting Room FOR Epstein Island, Trump calls going to the Island a quote “privilege” and keeps re-igniting Trumpsteen and finding new things to admit to, and after ten years of watching the fascists beat democracy to within an inch of its life using democracy’s own loopholes, Senate Democrats finally found a loophole which may FORCE the Justice Department to release the Trumpsteen files including whatever deal with the devil his man Todd made with the pedophile pimp Gulaine Maxwell last week, or at minimum take Trump and his inflatable rubber Attorney General and tie them up in court forever and thus keep the Trumpsteen Scandal ALIVE forever. EVEN DEMOCRATS ARE DOING SOMETHING: Invoking federal law that says any executive branch agency SHALL supply any information to any group of five members of the Senate Government Oversight Committee. SHALL. Repeated daily, Trumpstein will end Trump's presidency. He spent over a decade in the Australian Public Service, including in the intelligence community and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. H.R. McMaster is the Fouad and Michelle Ajami Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University. He is also the Bernard and Susan Liautaud Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute and lecturer at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He was the 25th assistant to the president for National Security Affairs. Upon graduation from the United States Military Academy in 1984, McMaster served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army for thirty-four years before retiring as a Lieutenant General in June 2018.

No more files. No more questions. He killed himself and that's that. This was quite the reversal from an administration stacked with figures — like FBI director Kash Patel and his deputy Dan Bongino — who built their celebrity in MAGA circles by ginning up the Epstein conspiracy and demanding his case files be released. In February, Attorney General Pam Bondi had said the the Epstein client list was "sitting on her desk for review." Now the White House says no such list exists. And Trump wants everyone to stop talking about it.As all this unfolded, a number of listeners wanted the KYE take on the Epstein story—so here it is. Investigative journalists Mandy Matney and Liz Farrell can't wrap their heads around the patchwork logic behind the South Carolina Attorney General's Office's decision not to file charges against North Myrtle Beach businessman Weldon Boyd and his friend, Bradley Williams — the two men responsible for killing 33-year-old Scott Spivey in September 2023. And there's a reason why Mandy and Liz can't grasp it … it's because the so-called logic is absurd.  In April 2024, assistant attorney general Heather Weiss met with Scott's family — including his mother, Deborah, and his sister, Jennifer Spivey Foley — to explain her reasoning in deciding against pursuing a criminal case against Weldon and Bradley.  The meeting exposed just how little Heather Weiss understood the case — specifically the evidence that she appears not to have taken a look at…In today's episode, Mandy and Liz take a closer look at what went down at that meeting and why the Attorney General's Office seemed to do its very best to find a nice and soft landing spot for Weldon and his friend.  Let's dive in!
