One. Hundred. Episodes! That's right listeners, we've done 100 drafts so we're coming in strong with a callback to our very first episode. Well, not that strong considering we spend four minutes up top talking about pillows but if you want to skip the pillow talk yo can always hit the timecodes! In our first episode we drafted U.S. presidents and put them into a 3-on-3 basketball tournament. Of course, using U.S. presidents meant we had an all-male tournament so we decided to flip the scale and produce an all-female basketball tournament by drafted female world leaders throughout history. Which leading ladies did we find that could produce on the court? How much harder was this to research than the presidents? Listen in and find out! Vote for the winner here! Today we look at the absolute stupidity of the ghost gun lie. Why can't Biden speak in public anymore without falling completely apart? I talk about the economy and watch the radical left and media abandon ship as it looks like everyone is disgusted with inflation and aren't buying the putin price hike scam. We talk about the shooting in Brooklyn and what the motive was that most media refuse to even discuss and finally, we talk about more destructive things going on in schools around America. erics-america.com @ericsamericapod ericsamericapod@gmail.com --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Being intuitive can make you feel deep emotions every single day, and this includes fear. And while we do our best to fight this fear, we find ourselves struggling more. So how do you truly “face your fear” and conquer it? What I love about this episode and why I am so excited to share it is because we get to discover a different side of fear. Just a few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting our special guest today, Lloyd Burnett. He is a life coach, spiritual teacher, and writer. Lloyd explains why you must learn to embrace the negative energy of fear and harness its power. He shares his journey in discovering the best way of manifesting negative energy, and how a simple “no” can stop your suffering. So, my lovelies, if you have that lingering fear that you want to overcome, this is the episode for you. Let's start your journey to truly embracing your fear and harnessing its beautiful energy. In This Episode: 2:20: Lloyd shares how he realized what suffering really is (via his own experiences) and how we can begin using pain to manifest pleasure 5:31: Why it's sometimes necessary to sit in the darkness, and how we can choose a new reality and manifest something different. 8:00: Why fear should be your favorite energy to work with and two things that happen when you do. 9:25: What “The Secret” and “The Law of Attraction” got totally wrong about manifesting and working with “negative” energy. 11:21: How the essence of fear is a gateway into unconditional love. 12:33: The super interesting key to manifesting through and with fear. 13:15: How Fear creates the “friction” you need to generate the energy you need to start manifesting faster. 15:29: How saying “No!” helps you stop suffering. 19:17: What fear and IKEA Furniture have in common! Soul Stirring Quotes: “You are here to be the universe experiencing itself. You've experienced the negativity already. At any moment you can choose to experience the positive aspects of life as well.” “We can ride the wave of our fear. It's a very powerful energy.” “Your fear can go from paralyzing you to moving your fearlessly into what you want.” “Fear is here to move you to carry you into a new reality.” “Fear is an access point into unconditional love.” “To have a more holistic life, to have a more whole life, we have to have both the positive and the negative, just like a battery to generate energy has a positive and a negative charge.” “Your fear is not an extra screw. You will fall off that chair if you don't use your fear.” Links Mentioned: The Perfect Intention Setting Formula www.lloydburnett.com/freetraining Connect with the Guest: Lloyd's Website: www.lloydburnett.com On FB: https://www.facebook.com/trainandsustain On IG: @lloydburnett

Part 8 of 8: Classroom Environments Cultures of Thinking is an educational framework that emerged from the work of Ron Ritchhart and the Project Zero team at Harvard University. This episode belongs to an 8 part series, where I delve into each of the 8 cultural forces that, according to Ron Ritchhart, we must master in order to truly transform our schools. My guest in the series is Simon Brooks, who spent years implementing cultures of thinking into his classrooms, and now helps teachers introduce the framework in their schools. In this series, we'll take a closer look at each of the 8 cultural forces, with an emphasis on practical ways to implement the theory behind it all. This is part 8, where we discuss the cultural force of environments. This podcast is brought to you by LearnFast.
