Watch the best scene script reading: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtieadtYQNM Summary: Researching transfusion therapy on different blood groups, something goes completely wrong when the test subjects start mutating and transforming into Zombie like creatures. Get to know the writer: What is your screenplay about? A day in the life of a biotech firm takes center stage in Blood Red as we travel from floor to floor, department to department, meeting the teams that comprise Edgewater Laboratories and their sometimes adversarial motivations. Edgewater's Chief Science Officer, Dr. Ruby Beck, is the inventor of a synthetic blood she's named Ichor for the mythical golden fluid that ran in the veins of the gods. Ruby explains to an audience of investors gathered at the company's headquarters that every two seconds, someone needs blood due to injury or disease. Imagine a limitless supply of healthy blood in every hospital, school, military unit, and remote location. No more relying on donations. No more chance of contamination. No more delays in supply or delivery. Three floors below, eight patients are halfway through the final trials of Ichor in the aftermath of a violent protest against the ethics of artificial blood that has put the entire company on edge. But today, something is different. Sabotage of the Ichor infusion is affecting each patient differently with horrifying results. The day begins with routine patient observation and nerves around hosting the company's first investor conference before spiraling out of control as we root for Ruby, fighting for her life from floor to floor while trying to unwind the conspiracy threatening her creation. Ruby must reconcile if her creation is the pinnacle of healthcare or a threat to humanity. What genres does your screenplay fall under? Horror / Thriller Why should this screenplay be made into a movie? Horror remains one of the few genres that's arguably still best experienced in the theater with a crowd to share in the frights, jump scares, and wild reactions to what's on the screen. Tämän lähestymistavan avulla polkujuoksijat voivat rakentaa kestävän pohjan huippusuorituksille samalla, kun he parantavat elämänlaatuaan laajemmin. Tulevaisuudessa lajien välinen koulutus tulee todennäköisesti olemaan keskeinen osa huippu-urheilun valmennusmetodeja, ja tanssilla on siinä keskeinen rooli motoristen ja kognitiivisten taitojen integroijana.Lue blogi Tanssiharrastuksen hyödyt polkujuoksijalle https://trailpodder.blogspot.com/2025/02/tanssiharrastuksen-hyodyt.htmlKuuntele TrailPodder podcast jakso 125 Spotify, Apple Podcasts tai https://poddtoppen.se/podcast/1573605878/trailpodder

Vauhdikkaasti kasvanut Gofore tunnetaan julkisen puolen asiakkaisiin erikoistuneena it-palveluyhtiönä.
God lytting! Vi trenger din hjelp for å fortsette å lage Hverdagspsyken!

To investigate this issue, we examined brain-wide Neuropixels recordings and widefield calcium imaging collected by the International Brain Laboratory. Mice were trained to indicate the location of a visual grating stimulus, which appeared on the left or right with prior probability alternating between 0.2 and 0.8 in blocks of variable length. We found that mice estimate this prior probability and thereby improve their decision accuracy. Furthermore, we report that this subjective prior is encoded in at least 20% to 30% of brain regions which, remarkably, span all levels of processing, from early sensory areas (LGd, VISp) to motor regions (MOs, MOp, GRN) and high level cortical regions (ACCd, ORBvl). This widespread representation of the prior is consistent with a neural model of Bayesian inference involving loops between areas, as opposed to a model in which the prior is incorporated only in decision making areas. This study offers the first brain-wide perspective on prior encoding at cellular resolution, underscoring the importance of using large scale recordings on a single standardized task. It has proven difficult to meet this challenge when different laboratories apply different analyses to different recordings in different regions during different behaviours. Here, we report a comprehensive set of recordings from 115 mice in 11 labs performing a decision-making task with sensory, motor, and cognitive components, obtained with 547 Neuropixels probe insertions covering 267 brain areas in the left forebrain and midbrain and the right hindbrain and cerebellum. We provide an initial appraisal of this brain-wide map, assessing how neural activity en- codes key task variables. Representations of visual stimuli appeared transiently in classical visual areas after stimulus onset and then spread to ramp-like activity in a collection of mid- and hindbrain regions that also encoded choices. Neural responses correlated with motor action almost everywhere in the brain. Responses to reward delivery and consumption versus reward omission were also widespread. Representations of objective prior expectations were weaker, found in sparse sets of neurons from restricted regions. This publicly available dataset represents an unprecedented resource for understanding how computations distributed across and within brain areas drive behaviour. Alexandra Nylund / @alexxinee From our guest: I'm a Swedish speaking Finn, born in Helsinki, Finland. Basically a viking from up North of the world. The population of Finland is only 5,5 million which is like half of the population of New York City. As most of us in this industry, I've always loved film, filmmaking and writing. Most of our home videos from my childhood are filmed by me, directed by me, annoyingly narrated by me. I loved playing with different settings, recreating scenes and I usually choreographed something and made my younger sister perform it with me. At the age of 6 we did our first "movie" in arts class, we had a great teacher, I remember wanting to narrate the sound of the bus doors so badly because I thought I could do the best bus sound everrrr lol. We drew the characters ourselves and recorded their dialogues and every sound effects with the teacher. That's what inspired me to film my own stuff at home. My great grandpa was a writer (wrote plays for theatre and poems and performed) and owned a radio store (I never knew him) otherwise most of my family members have been entrepreneurs or worked at the bank or stuff like that, so I didn't really know anyone who worked in this field and didn't know I could. Whenever I mentioned art related stuff or acting jobs to my grandpa he pretended like he couldn't hear me and asked about my other jobs. He was more academic. I realized the power of Facebook quite early on and contacted people online whenever I was traveling somewhere with my family and told them that I'll be in town and asked them could I please come on set for one day to learn, watch or help out for free. I was so young so people usually just thought it was cute and let me come. I did that in Europe and New York where I got to visit set in Milk Studios. (Alexi Lubomirski) He was absolutely wonderful. One of the best experiences in this industry. That sparked some hope. I've always wanted to act too, but at first it started as modeling, I was scouted for some small shoots then eventually asked to represent Finland and once Sweden in competitions abroad, at the age of 17, Top Model Worldwide (in the UK) and as 18, Miss Model of the World (in China) modeling wasn't really my priority but I thought ok I get to meet people, perform, maybe this will open some doors. I wanted to study film, got into film school, did some modeling on the side, got even more interested in acting. Took me long to find the courage to pursue it because the modeling affected how I was looked at. Thankfully I've always had many hobbies and speak different languages so that helped me open some doors. I could list plenty of skills. Started as an extra and worked my way to better roles. I've played the piano for a few years, sang in the choir, Girl Scouts, figure skating, handball, Savate, kickboxing, etc.... the list goes on so I used that and filmed my own material in the beginning. Then one day while I was working as Security between some jobs within media, I got home, I was exhausted, I saw my parents watch one of my favorite Nordic TV Dramas and something inside me told me to write the casting. I did, didn't think much of it since it was almost Christmas Eve... Well the next day while at a security shift, I noticed a missed call, it was casting, they asked me if I could come in ASAP to try out for a role.... so I said yes, did the casting, they told me they will let me know before Christmas (which was that weekend). They called me the next day after my audition and told me I was exactly what they had been looking for, so I was super excited. That only goes to show that you shouldn't take any no's personally. Once I wasn't even able to be background or extra and now I had my own character. Timing is everything. Keep believing. This will be a 7-part series where I'll be asking them about their lives as Dads and we'll talk about what their experiences have been like so far in our amazing group of family men with businesses, not businessmen with families. I hope you'll check out these conversations with some badass members of our community each week. And don't be afraid to share these episodes with your friends and let us know your thoughts along the way! For anyone that isn't already a Front Row Dads member, you can sign up right here: Join The Brotherhood! Here's what you need to know about today's guest, Ben Golden. Kristian Nylund is father to Adeline (7) and Stella (5) and resides in Spokane, Washington with his girlfriend Kelly. Growing up with Norwegian immigrant parents who chased the American dream, he learned from an early age that taking risks is vital to success. Having traveled overseas to visit family multiple times throughout his childhood, he developed a love for flying and a passion for traveling/aviation. Kristian started his first flying job at a regional airline (Horizon Air) in 2006, and throughout the next decade accumulated enough flight time flying for airlines and private aircraft owners to get hired at his dream job flying for Delta Air Lines. He is currently a Captain on the Airbus 220 based in Seattle. With the freedom and scheduling flexibility an airline career can offer, it opened the door to find a new challenge in business ownership and real estate investing. In 2020, Kristian acquired a flight school and aircraft maintenance shop in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. As Co-Owner and Chief Flight Instructor of Coeur d'Alene Aviation & Maintenance, he spends his time teaching and mentoring students and flight instructors to become pilots and future aviation professionals. Outside of aviation, Kristian and Kelly have taken an interest in real estate investing and have recently acquired multiple properties for both short and long-term rentals in Washington and Northern Idaho. After enduring a divorce and battling alcohol addiction for years, Kristian has embarked on a path to sobriety, dived deep into emotional healing, and dedicated his time to what is most important; becoming the best father, significant other, and person he can be. Want to learn more about Front Row Dads? We are in the business of building better families. While most dads would say that family matters most, the challenge is they feel guilty knowing their careers get the best of them, and their family seems to get the rest of them. We help Dads become family men with businesses, not businessmen who have families, so they can thrive personally AND professionally. Subscribe to the Front Row Dad podcast to learn about fatherhood, marriage and how to level up your game at home, or if you're ready for the best coaching and true brothers to grow with, Join The Brotherhood!

Tre ofta upptagna panelmedlemmar ses samtidigt denna vecka!
Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Last year on Words About Books we got on the Halo Infinite coattails by talking about Halo: The Fall of Reach. This year there's a Paramont+ Halo show so WE'RE BACK BAYBAY!This week on Words About Books Nate reads Halo: First Strike and it becomes very apparent that Ben doesn't get the fundamental underlying concept of early Halo. Let me make it easy for you: humans good, aliens bad. That's it. It's pretty straight forward. They keep killing our planets and Master Chief has to stop them and maybe learn to care about humanity along the way. It's called CHARACTER GROWTH, BEN! No, he WON'T learn to care about alien-life or their hopes and dreams. Now stop thinking about it and shoot 'em all! It's not that hard, BEN.Anyway Master Chief blows up a bunch of persons, places, AND things and punches a lot of aliens to death like a super Chad boss man. Sgt. Johnson is around being a cool dude. Then the book gets retconned out of existence. Stick around until the end for the Halo: First Strike speedrun! Should be a good one!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/WABPod)
“72 Hours” (February 17, 1990) We figured the only proper way to start this season would be to say goodbye to Betty White — and a great way to do that would be to discuss a Golden Girls episode where Rose takes an HIV test. Not only does it showcase a wider range of Betty's acting chops, but it's also a great kickoff to a new sort of episode we'll be covering on GEE in the future: very special episodes about HIV and AIDS. Even if there are no LGBT characters in this episode, the subject matter hit home for the community — and the fact that so many AIDS/HIV episodes revolved around the heterosexual experience of the disease is itself very telling. Goodbye, Betty. You will be missed.

Today's episode is the second in a two-part series of The Story Behind. The subject of these two episodes couldn't be contained into just one show. We'll be celebrating her 95th birthday, which was on Tuesday, January 17th, by dedicating this week to her contribution to television, Hollywood and her various charity works. In the previous episode, we talked about about her early days in radio and television; her awards and critics; and her title as the First Lady of Game Shows. In this episode, we'll be talking about the roles she's probably best known for, her incredible love of animals and her charity work, and her recent return to the spotlight because of a simple Snickers commercial. This week's episodes will be a two-part series of The Story Behind. The subject of these two episodes just couldn't be contained into just one show. So we'll be celebrating her 95th birthday on Tuesday, January 17th, by dedicating this week to her contribution to television, Hollywood and her various charity works. In this episode, we'll be talking about her early days in radio and television; her awards and, surprisingly, her critics; and her title as the First Lady of Game Shows. I'm your host, Emily Prokop, and this is The Story Behind Betty White | Part 1: The Early Years. The role of John Crosby was played by Daniel Repholz from The Toe on the Trigger podcast.
