She had some experience with sign language and got some clarification on the dirty words. She explained how she transitioned from being a burlesque dancer to a host to a stand up comedian and bonded with Hannah about bad dates and bad breath.

Un bon « text game », c'est quoi exactement ? ✓ Quand tu as foiré ton interaction avec une femme, est-ce que tu peux réparer les dégâts par message ? Si oui, comment ? Si non, pourquoi pas ? ✓ Max n'arrivait pas à conclure lors de ses rendez-vous, car il commettait des erreurs. Quelles sont ces erreurs ? Comment les a-t-il corrigées ? Il a réussi à exploser ses résultats lors du premier rendez-vous en changeant un seul élément. Depuis ce changement il conclut beaucoup plus souvent. ✓ En général, les coachs en séduction te déconseillent d'envoyer de longs messages, car les longs messages seraient des surinvestissements. Les surinvestissements signifieraient que tu es acquis. Et quand tu es acquis, elle n'éprouve plus d'attirance. Je ne suis pas entièrement d'accord avec cette vision. Tu peux envoyer de longs messages. Mais attention, quand tu envoies de longs messages, tu dois tenir compte d'un élément crucial. Si cet élément n'est pas présent, tu te tires une balle dans le pied. ✓ Le sexting, parfois ça marche et ça augmente l'attirance et le désir. Parfois ça a l'effet opposé. Comment expliquer ça ? ✓ Quel est l'objectif du rendez-vous ? Quand Max va a un rendez-vous intime, quel est son objectif ? ✓ Quel est le bon état d'esprit à avoir lors de ton premier rendez-vous avec une femme ? ✓ L'importance de la logistique et comment organiser ta logistique pour pouvoir conclure lors du premier rendez-vous . ✓ Quels sont les obstacles les plus courants qu'un apprenti-dragueur rencontrera ? ✓ Tu peux être un génie de l'approche et de la prise de numéros, mais ne pas avoir du sexe, de l'amour, de l'intimité... Autrement dit, ce n'est pas parce que tu es doué en approche et/ou en prise de numéros, que tu choperas. Jason Andrews shares how his debilitating anxiety was healed instantaneously via hypnosis and how it inspired him to learn hypnosis to help others. As a young man, he healed from his own anxiety and depression via hypnosis. After he was able to beat these conditions, he decided to learn hypnosis himself so that he could help others. [2:50] Jason gives some background on his life, especially as it relates to the anxiety and depression he suffered from at a young age. His mother and her father both had suffered from anxiety and depression. Jason suffered from social anxiety. [4:20] Around the age of 15, Jason got caught up in a religious group. That group was extraordinarily skilled at persuasion and getting people to change their minds. He said this group helped many people, but it made his anxiety and depression much worse. He even suffered panic attacks. [6:00] Jason's doctor put him on anti-depressant drugs. He says it made him a lot dumber. And then his highs weren't high and his lows weren't low. [6:45] Jason tried SSRIs (think: Prozac, Zoloft, etc.). It killed his sex drive. He tried all sorts of other medications too. [8:20] Jason read Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins. [9:10] Jason learned from Ross Jeffries. Jeffries used hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to seduce women as a pick-up artist. [10:00] Jason gives a brief overview of what hypnosis is and what NLP is. [10:40] Jason worked with a mentor. [12:10] Jason's mentor, during a chat, told a story about pigs. And in the story, a big fat ugly sow was slaughtered. And at that moment, Jason's anxiety was gone forever. And Jason felt it all over his body. [14:00] This made Jason want to go all in on hypnosis. He says many movies, including the newest Star Wars movies, are full of hypnosis. Christopher Nolan movies are also hypnotic. [16:00] As Jason's anxiety was instantaneously healed, his muscles were twitching. It may have been a release of kinetically stored memories. [18:20] Jason briefly got into the Pickup Artist world. [19:00] Jason continued working with his mentor, who helped him reverse more programming he had received from the aforementioned religious group. [20:20] What type of results has Jason had working with family, friends, and paid clients (Jason works as a hypnotist and coach)? [21:40] Jason describes a client who he helped overcome social anxiety. But when he got to the end (his anxiety had "evaporated"), the client said: "By the way, how do you talk to people?" He had never learned to really talk to people because he had always been so focused on his own social anxiety. [23:50] Jason describes how he runs hypnosis sessions. [25:00] Jason provides some details on how to bring someone into a hypnotic trance. [26:05] Jason can now help people even without bringing them into a formal trance. "I don't know what just happened, but I feel better about it." [29:10] Jason shares remarkable "downstream effects" where fixing one issue fixes a bunch of peripheral issues: for instance, they might come in to relieve their overwhelm (and get help in limiting their social media usage) and they end up being able to breathe better. Or their back pain goes away. [32:00] Jason discusses the deep connection between the mind and body, and how perhaps we sometimes store traumas or stresses in the body. He says there are theories that the body may be part of the mind as opposed to being the other way around. [37:50] "This is an example of literally working with someone's metaphor but changing their actual reality. And that's really what hypnosis is all about." [40:30] Jason talks about trying to frame conversations under perspective that your conscious mind and subconscious mind are on the same team. [42:00] What is Jason's perspective on hypnosis as it relates to people thinking they are not suggestible? And as it relates to people being worried that the hypnotist will program something harmful into them? [48:30] Does Jason consider himself cured of depression and anxiety? [51:30] Now that he has improved his health, what's one thing Jason enjoys doing that he couldn't do before? Find Something You Are Passionate About If you fell lost or feel like your life is boring and uninspiring, then you need to find something that you are passionate about. Hannah was surrounded by funny people this week as she and Mark welcomed Jonathan David and Rotten Kitty to the lighter side of the dark side Jonathan grew up in Washington state and his parents are both deaf thus he was compelled to learn some interesting sign language He has overcome a heroin addiction as well as a stutter and is making people laugh on comedy stages all over the west coast. His one man show Signs will be part of Hollywood fringe festival this year and is a must see. Kitty returned to the show for the first time since she had pickup artist Ross Jeffries on his hands and knees asking her out. She had some experience with sign language and got some clarification on the dirty words. She explained how she transitioned from being a burlesque dancer to a host to a stand up comedian and bonded with Hannah about bad dates and bad breath.
011 | How to Identify Clients That are Ready to Hire You NOW Is your firm full of clients, you're working 12-hr days and you're barely making ends meet? Turning away business is probably one of the most difficult things you will ever do as an accountant. You know you have rent and employees to pay, so taking on everyone that walks through the door seems like the right thing to do. That couldn't be further from the truth! I have a student; his name is Scott. I spoke with him about my 8-week accounting class about three or four months ago. At that time Scott didn't have the time to take my course, but I didn't know this immediately, I had to dig. I started asking Scott questions like, “I only work with people who are willing to take out five to seven hours per week, every single week, for an 8-week period. I want people who will do the homework, and actually implement the sales process in their accounting firm. Are you willing to do this?” He answered me honestly and told me that at that moment he didn't have the time to dedicate to my class. About six or seven weeks ago, Scott reached back out and let me know that he was now ready to make the time commitment and invest in himself. Let's be honest, none of us actually have the time to commit to something like this. We have to carve out time for what's important to us. And, since Scott wanted to generate an additional $100k in revenue, he knew he needed to make the time. I'm really happy and proud to share that just last week Scott closed $25K in business. All because he decided he was ready to invest time and money in himself. However, if I hadn't done my due diligence and determined that Scott wasn't an ideal client in the beginning, he may have joined the course, not done the work and wasted my time and his own. Selling is one of those skills that can benefit your finances and your personal life. I have a special guest today, Ross Jeffries is a sales expert and the author of Subtle Words That Sell: How To Get Your Prospects To Convince Themselves To Buy Without Pushing, Pressuring Or Pitching. On today’s show, Ross shares the importance of mindset, how to be a service decision technician, and implied relationship words. Ross learned the power of selling early on when he was dating and started learning about NLP to help persuade women to go out with him. Soon he realized that these same selling and persuasion principles could be used in the sales arena. This episode will change the way you look at sales and how to speak with prospects. This is neuro linguistic programming which is the study of how language structures consciousness, shapes decisions, and drives behavior. [02:20] He learned how to communicate in a way that was charming and help them get past his peers. [02:30] Ross realized if he could sell himself to get a date, he could sell other things to make money. [02:37] He also learn to develop a mindset that was able to handle the word no. [03:10] He has been training sales teams to do what he calls subtle selling. [03:15] The art of getting your prospect to convince themselves to buy without having a pressure driven pitch. [03:26] Ross's book is called Subtle Words That Sell: How To Get Your Prospects To Convince Themselves To Buy Without Pushing, Pressuring Or Pitching. [04:05] Myths about selling. You are selling your product or service. You are never selling your product, you are selling decisions and good feelings about decisions. [04:56] Thinking of yourself as a service decision technician relieves the pressure. [05:35] The second method is that it's crucial to get rapport. Rapport is important, but you want people to be responsive to you. [06:59] Capture the imagination and the emotions of your prospect and lead them to make the decision. [08:45] It's not just a matter of getting people to trust you, it's getting people to trust that they can do it and make it in life. [09:03] Getting people to trust themselves is much more difficult. A real coach and salesperson gets people to trust that they can do it. [10:17] The difference between influence and manipulation. Influence is about expanding the minds of your prospects to encompass ideas. [12:34] Mindset is at least half the game. [13:28] The system to selling. Structure of your language in communication. [15:09] A tool to increase your sales by 20%. Using implied relationship words. You want to create a relationship with the people you are selling to. [15:51] Ask your prospect to promise to share their questions with you. Use words like we and together which imply a relationship. Will you promise me? We don't make promises to people who we don't trust. Buying into these words creates the unconscious mind set of already having a relationship. [17:55] How to crush objection. First responses are not written in stone. They are usually a reflection of what they are thinking or feeling. [18:26] People have buttons around money. [19:26] Reframe their objections and clear things up to move forward. [22:29] The difference between someone just plodding along and someone who has joy in being a transformational teacher. [23:34] In Ross's book, he lays out all the fundamental principles that make the tools powerful. There are also transcripts of training sessions. [24:41] Ross's book was a labor of love. [25:00] The vending machine metaphor for success. You have to accept and embrace chaos. Recognize that every situation is something that you can learn from.
