Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Then Comes Silence was founded by Alex Svenson in 2012, originally inspired by frequent touring with A Place To Bury Strangers and an attraction to horror and the occult. Today he is joined by drummer Jonas Fransson and Hugo Zombie (Los Carniceros del Norte) on guitar.They released their seventh album called Trickery on Metropolis Records. Im letzten Jahr ist die Band “Lord Of The Lost” beim Eurovision Song Contest” für Deutschland angetreten und den letzten Platz belegt.Trotzdem würde die Band wieder mitmachen, sagt Chris Harms, der Sänger der Band im aktuellen Podcast “Axel trifft”, denn es hat Spaß gemacht, dabei zu sein bei einer der weltweit größten Fernsehshows: “Wenn man da im Flammenmeer steht - das war schon gewaltig. Es hat unglaublich Spaß gemacht. Aber natürlich, wenn man mit einer Show kommt wie wir, mit einem Song kommt wie wir, dann kann man natürlich nicht dort im Lichtkegel stehen mit einer Akustikgitarre und irgendwie romantisch und ruhig das darbieten. Das muss man mit Krach machen und mit Feuer und mit Show und mit allem drum und dran. Das war gigantisch, aber diese 3 Minuten, die verflogen wie 5 Sekunden.Also das war in einem absoluten Endorphin - und Adrenalinrausch. Es ist schwer, sich da an Details zu erinnern. Es gleicht wirklich einem Fiebertraum. Die Erinnerung des Auftritts….Wahnsinn….also nach wie vor Wahnsinn. Wenn wir uns das jetzt anschauen im Nachhinein, dann denken wir, wow, das waren wir auf dieser Bühne in einer der größten Show in der Welt - unfassbar.” Im aktuellen Podcast erzählt der Sänger der Band auch über die Geschichte der Band, die am 27. Приветствую всех гостей моей странички!) Вот и кончилась весна, встречаем лето!) Друзья, с радостью представляю вашему вниманию новый коллекционный микс, и посвящён он творчеству российского электронного дуэта, играющего в стиле Alternative Pop, вдохновлённого европейской готической и клубной музыкой. В состав проекта входят Мария Мар и Алекс Виэрти. Язык песен преимущественно английский, однако есть песни на немецком и русском языках. Как многие уже заметили, этот коллектив часто встречается в моих миксах, всё верно, очень нравится творчество этих ребят, за которым я внимательно слежу с 2018 года. Небольшая справка: Группа начала свой творческий путь в 2011 году в Москве в рамках дуэта Марии Мар и Ярослава Разина. Ранее музыканты уже имели опыт совместного творчества в нескольких рок- и метал-группах. Звучание ранних треков было ориентировано на darkwave и electro-industrial, но в процессе работы саунд сменился в сторону мрачного synthpop. Летом 2015 года к проекту присоединился Алекс Виэрти (Reiz, ex-Witchcraft), московский диджей и музыкальный продюсер. В формате трио был записан первый полноформатный альбом "Start", изданный немецким лейблом darkTunes Music Group 16 октября 2015 года. В феврале 2016 года проект выпустил второй альбом, получивший название "Restart". На диск вошли ремиксы от музыкантов из России, Мексики, Сербии, Швеции, Германии и Филиппин. После выхода альбома "Restart" проект покинул Ярослав. В формате дуэта Мария Мар и Алекс Виэрти записывают песню "Out Of My Life", которая становится хитом и визитной карточкой группы. Клип на этот трек в первый месяц собирает миллион просмотров на YouTube. В июле 2016 года в проект был приглашён Олег Ксалер (Cutoff:Sky XLR:830), диджей и музыкальный продюсер. Вместе с ним проект записал, третий полноформатный альбом, получивший название "Poison", который вышел в 2017 году. Альбом вошёл в ТОП-20 лучших альбомов года по версии немецкого журнала "Electrozombies". В 2018 году проект покидает Олег Ксалер по причине личных разногласий. В начале 2019 года проект выпускает два новых EP — "The Road" и "Humans". Летом Omnimar впервые выступают за пределами России. Группа отправляется в Германию, где с часовым шоу выходит на сцену фестиваля "Wave Gotik Treffen" в Лейпциге, также группа продолжает активно выступать и в России. В 2020 пандемия нарушает планы группы по гастролям, поэтому начинается активная студийная работа над новым альбомом. Осенью заканчивается пост-продакшн релиза, и группа объявляет его название — "Darkpop", альбом увидел свет в 2021 году. В 2022-м выходит EP под название "The Matrix". Now a solo artist, Schreck founded the musical magical recording and performance collective Radio Werewolf, which operated from 1984-1994, releasing seven albums. Schreck was also the lead singer of the musical duo Kingdom of Heaven whose album, XXIII, was released in April 2015. He collaborated musically with his former wife, American singer and musician Zeena Schreck, as well as Australian percussionist John Murphy, NON, Death in June, and the British actor Christopher Lee, whose first album Schreck conceived and produced. As a solo artist, his song “Lord Sutekh's Dream” was released by German record label The Epicurean in conjunction with Schreck's May 28, 2016 concert at the Epicurean Escapism Festival in Berlin. Since that concert, Schreck has recorded and performed with his band consisting of Winfried Strauss (keyboards), Ohnesorg (bass), and Heathen Rae (drums and percussion.) After a performance at Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig, noted as one of the best concerts at the WGT by German music site der Schwarze Welt, Schreck and his band released the vinyl EP The Futura Model on The Epicurean label. A monthly radio program, The Nikolas Schreck Show, premiered on Berlin's Radio on October 31, 2017. Schreck's album The Illusionist was released by US label Records Ad Nauseam at an event held at Zebulon in Los Angeles on August 10, 2019. His books include The Manson File: Myth and Reality of an Outlaw Shaman (2011); Demons of the Flesh: The Complete Guide to Left Hand Path Sex Magic (2002), co-authored with Zeena; Flowers from Hell: A Satanic Reader (2001); The Satanic Screen: An Illustrated Guide to the Devil in Cinema, (2001); and the first edition of The Manson File (1988). Zuerst lernen wir einen Deutschen kennen, den sein Lebensweg nach England verschlug und der heute für eine Lenkgeometrie bekannt ist, die er nicht einmal selbst erfunden hat. Dafür hatte er viele Qualitäten, die zu unrecht in Vergessenheit geraten sind. In ausgefallenen Kostümen flanieren sie dabei auch durch die Innenstadt, feiern miteinander oder besuchen Konzerte. Before making his Cure debut with Disintegration (arguably one of the best albums ever recorded by the band and maybe of that time period), Roger grew up in a musical household that prepared him for a professional career as a musician playing for popular new wave bands such as The Thompson Twins and Psychedelic Furs. Since 2006's "The Truth In Me", he has solidly established himself as a solo musician. Actively touring worldwide, Roger was even part of one of the biggest European alternative festivals in 2011, Wave Gotik Treffen.
