The latest episode of Magic Moments is here ✨ This week's Magic Moment is from my chat with Chris Moss about something I feel super passionate about - brand consistency and why it matters so much in business. Chris and I dug into how having a consistent, professional brand across everything you do (your socials, website, documents, the lot) makes such a huge difference in how potential clients see you. If you want the big clients and bigger deals, you absolutely need to look the part. Nothing turns off a potential client faster than inconsistent or amateur-looking materials. We also chatted about practical stuff - getting a proper branding pack done professionally, making sure your documents look top-notch, and keeping everything consistent. Looking professional isn't just about vanity - it's about building trust and ultimately growing your business. Dive in - I hope you enjoy it! Did you enjoy this Magic Moment? In this episode, you'll hear how Chris Moss went from running an unprofitable marketing business, with no money and no properties to completing his Financial Fortress. Chris restructured, started, and scaled his marketing companies, whilst simultaneously building a property portfolio that after applying the Financial Fortress Blueprint allowed him to reach financial independence and retire at the age of 31. Chris explains what it takes to go on a journey from absolutely nothing to the top of the property entrepreneur pyramid. He has achieved something that very few people in their lives will achieve, which is the ability to have a Financial Fortress that creates passive income that exceeds your living costs and for the rest of his life, he'll be able to live off the steam. Chris discusses the impact this has already had on his life and how it has impacted his early experience of fatherhood. He also explains what it takes to get there and how you can too. This episode is essential and should NOT be missed! I hope you enjoy.

In this episode of Quakers Today we ask, Outside of Quaker Worship, where do Quakers seek inspiration, spirituality, and community? Whether you're looking to understand the charismatic charm of megachurches, the deep-rooted history of Pendle Hill, England or the mysticism of Howard Thurman, this episode invites listeners to broaden their horizons and embrace the myriad ways the Spirit speaks to us. You will find a complete transcript of this episode in the show notes at www.QuakersToday.org Listen as host, Peterson Toscano and his guests delve into Quaker spirituality beyond the confines of traditional Quaker worship. This is just an excerpt from the QuakerSpeak video entitled, Quakers, Spirituality, and Mental Health. You will find a full version of this QuakerSpeak video on the YouTube QuakerSpeak channel. Or visit Quakerspeak.com. Carl's also has written about Quakers and mental health for Friends Journal. "The reason I'm interested in the connection between Quakers and mental health is that George Fox himself, I think, was going through, you might call it an existential crisis, you might call it a severe depression when he found himself on Pendle Hill." -Carl Blumenthal Intersections of Faith: Modern Reflections on Ancient Roots: Sara Walcott and Andy Stanton-Henry discuss their unique spiritual influences—charismatic worship and paganism—and how they find common ground in their differing beliefs. Can we listen without prejudice and let the Spirit move us in surprising ways? We navigate the realms of Charismatic Christianity, embodied spirituality, and even witchy traditions, exploring how Quakerism might be embracing an animistic world view and listening to fresh winds of the Spirit from unexpected places. Dig Deeper The Pendle Witches from The History Press “For a long time ‘witch' hadn't necessarily meant ‘evil', and could often be used interchangeably as a term for a healer or wise woman, and though Demdike and her family had received accusations of casting curses from their neighbours before, it was an event in March 1612 that caught the attention of Pendle's justice of the peace, Robert Nowell, and sealed the family's fate.” Quakers, radicals and witches: a walk back in time on Pendle Hill by Chris Moss for The Guardian Sara Wolcott If Quakers Were (Also) Witches Workshop Sara led at Ben Lomond Center, If Quakers Were Witches Sara Jolena Wolcott, M.Div., directs the eco-spiritual ministry, Sequoia Samanvaya. After the episode concludes we share voicemails from listeners who answered the question, When it comes to activism, do the ends justify the means? Question for next month Outside of Quaker Worship, where do Quakers seek inspiration, spirituality, and community? In this episode you heard about Quakers looking outside the Religious Society of Friends for something more. They are asking, “Is something missing in Quaker worship?” It may be something we once had that is now lost. Some may be seeking new infusions of influences for a new time in history. Peterson has often heard Quakers say something like, “I attend Quaker meetings for worship, AND I also…” then they tell him about the other faith traditions or spiritual practices that feed them, center them, or enhance their Quaker faith and practice. What about you? Outside of Quaker Worship, where do Quakers seek inspiration, spirituality, and community? And if you are not a Quaker, Outside of your usual spiritual or religious tradition, where do you seek inspiration, spirituality, and community? That's more than 60% of the U.S. population. Furthermore, the average “binge time” spent gaming has increased to five hours. This is having a profound effect, not only in the lives of children but on marriages as well. Episode Links Dr. White's newly released book is titled Hybrid Church: Rethinking the Church for a Post-Christian Digital Age. Among many topics covered in this book is a look at all that encompasses the digital revolution that has taken place in our culture, including gaming and the metaverse. Merriam-Webster's Word of the Day for March 12, 2021 is: williwaw WILL-ih-waw noun 1 a : a sudden violent gust of cold land air common along mountainous coasts of high latitudes b : a sudden violent wind 2 : a violent commotion Examples: "Following a short morning landing at a place called Cape San Isidro—where, due to gusts and williwaws, we were restricted to one of those unremarkable cruise excursions that involve several dozen people walking aimlessly around a beach—we sailed west." — Chris Moss, The Daily Telegraph (London), 1 Dec. 2020 "The area is famous for williwaws. In severe weather these katabatic winds have been recorded to locally exceed 130 knots." — Michael van Bregt, Yachting World, July 2020 Did you know? In 1900, Captain Joshua Slocum described williwaws as "compressed gales of wind … that Boreas handed down over the hills in chunks." To unsuspecting sailors or pilots, such winds might seem to come out of nowhere—just like word williwaw did centuries ago. All anyone knows about the origin of the word is that it was first used by 19th-century writers to name fierce winds in the Strait of Magellan at the southern tip of South America. The writers were British, and indications are that they may have learned the word from British sailors and seal hunters. Where these sailors and hunters got the word, we cannot say.

He talks about how he evaluates the prototype and the testing schedule, and how he has to give his feedback, even if it means delivering some bad news to factory engineers. He also lets us in on what areas he wanted to see improved on the GSX-R before it was released, how that vision was realised, and how the bike went on to be successful on race tracks as well as making a great road tool.
