One question I have been repeatedly getting asked recently is: “What is going to happen to real estate as blockchain and crypto disrupt the global economy?”My answer usually goes something like: “If I had to guess, A LOT.”To anyone who reads the news, it seems rather evident that the rise of cryptocurrencies and new financial technologies is something that should not be ignored. And, real estate is an industry that many would frankly describe as archaic, given that we buy and sell properties pretty much the same way George Washington did. Given the technological revolution the world is undergoing, there are countless possible ways the real estate industry will change, which is why I'm excited to bring Ellis Hammond onto the show to discuss some of the most fascinating applications of new technology in real estate!Ellis Hammond is the host of his brand new podcast show, The Future of Real Estate, where he interviews the leading experts in different niches of new real estate technologies. He is the Co-Founder of Symphony Capital Group and was named “2020 ThinkRealty Multifamily Investor of the Year!”In today's episode, we discuss…How blockchain and tokenization will democratize real estate and provide opportunities to investors who do not currently have access to private real estate. How new technology will change the title process, the lending landscape, the liquidity of real estate assets, and market prices. Why Ellis thinks you should “go bigger, faster” as an up-and-coming real estate investor. The secret for getting well-known people to give you their time. What the heck the Metaverse is and why it should be taken seriously?!If you want to learn more about the cutting edge of real estate technology and better prepare for the changes that the financial system is undergoing, this episode is the perfect place to start!Keep Making Milestones, Ben MalechIf you want to learn more about Ellis, you can find him at:The Future of Real Estate Podcasthttps://ellishammond.com/Resources Mentioned:Mindset: The New Psychology of Success - Carol S. Die Art der Nutzung von Kanban ist höchst unterschiedlich und beinhaltet viele verschiede gelebte Werte und Praktiken innerhalb eines evolutionären Systems.

Leo tunakwenda kujadili kidogo kuhusu path niliyochukua kutengeneza cross platform apps, hapa ninamaanisha Android and iOS App. So balbu imewaka na unapata this next great idea for a mobile app ambayo unataka kuitengeneza. Itabadilisha maisha yake, utakupatia pesa sasa what's the next step you need to take?Jambo la muhimu unalopaswa kuamua mapema kabisa kabla hujaanza kutengeneza application yako. Na hapa ninazungumza from developer point of view.Okay kuna React Native, kuna … Flutter yes yes kuna KMM yaani Kotlin Multi Platform Mobile. Which one ninapaswa itumia? Hilo ninaachia wewe sasa, huu ndio uamuzi wangu kuhusu hili kwa nini nimechagua KMM over other technology. But seriously hii inadepend ya use case yako na how quickly you want to address the problem. Anyways tuangalie kuna nini kwenye KMM, pia nitasubiri maoni yako.

What do you do when you don’t know what else to do? You've just got to keep trusting. You’ve got to keep trusting that God is still in control. You’ve got to keep trusting that He still has plans for you. You’ve got to keep trusting that he’s still working those plans out for your good. You may not be able to see it. You may not know how He’s going to do it or when he’s going to do it. This episode was originally published on the Touchlab website. You can find a video recording on YouTube. Subscribe to the Touchlab newsletter and stay informed on all the latest technical advancements in Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile! We also share strategies for managers planning to innovate their teams' mobile development with KMM. Episode Description JetBrains just released its inaugural Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) survey. They write, "The Kotlin team has always relied on feedback from the community for making decisions about the future of the technology. You will always be our go-to people who know best how to make Kotlin even more enjoyable to work with! This past November, we conducted our first-ever Kotlin Multiplatform survey with the goal of understanding how the recent changes in the technology have shaped the ways developers use it. This initiative was well received by the community, resulting in an astonishing 1163 replies and 614 fully filled-out surveys, which are the basis for this report. We want to say thank you to everyone who took the time to share their feedback with us. As a result of this survey, we were able to get a much more complete understanding of our users, how the technology is generally used, and what problems need to be solved to help those using Kotlin Multiplatform for work, personal, or university projects and those who are thinking about adopting Kotlin Multiplatform." (Source) We're also releasing something for the first time. It's our latest media segment called #TLTouchPoints. They are shorter format reactions and commentary on the latest developments and updates in the Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) community. In this episode, Touchlab Dir. Project Strategy Justin Mancinelli shares reactions and implications from the KMP survey for managers interested in putting KMM into production at their organization.
It is my belief that the feeling of thankfulness is not an automatic feeling. I believe that you have to purpose or choose to be thankful. I believe it’s a choice you make in spite of what you see or how you feel. There is so much going on in our world and so much craziness to contend with on a daily basis… thankfulness is a decision. To be thankful is a choice!Support the show (https://paypal.me/KMMinistry?locale.x=en_US)
Ship and let live! In this recorded episode of #TouchlabShare, we ask Touchlab mobile engineer Russell Wolf about his KMM open-source library, Multiplatform Settings. He goes over the impact the library has had on his career, how he incorporates feedback from consumers to guide the project’s roadmap and code and API design decisions he’s made along the way. The story of how he decided to develop an open-source project for Kotlin Multiplatform is a great one! It started with a call to action by Kevin Galligan in which he said the KMM community needed developers to build libraries. Russell took Kevin up on his challenge and the library, Multiplatform Settings was born. You can watch the recorded video segment on YouTube.

Often times, we fail to reach our goals because we’re afraid of something that we have to face within the process. So, we talk ourselves out of striving to fulfill those goals. When we hear the phrase, “I’m going through”, we naturally think of it in a negative sense because we relate that phrase with struggle and adversity. However, going through doesn’t always have to be a bad thing. Reason being is because if you use those words literally, it means that you’re not staying in one place, you’re going through. Movement is taking place. You’re not stuck in a rut, you’re going through. So, go THROUGH! 46# Silný výber – PRVÝ PROTIALKOHOLICKÝ DIEL!
