Marek Cichocki rozmawia z zaproszonymi gośćmi: Dariuszem Gawinem i Janem Maciejewskim o historycznym i politycznym znaczeniu tych wydarzeń. In today's world, where the digital landscape is constantly evolving, having a focused strategy on LinkedIn and account-based marketing (ABM) is not just an option but a necessity for B2B companies. I recently had a deep dive into these subjects with Tomasz Maciejewski, an expert in the field, and the insights gleaned from our conversation were nothing short of transformative. Here are some key takeaways from our chat: - Simplified ABM Frameworks: The essence of ABM lies in its simplicity and directness. By focusing on a select list of accounts and tailoring your marketing efforts to these, you can drive more meaningful engagements and, ultimately, sales. - B2B Growth and List Experiments: Experimentation is at the heart of growth. Whether it's trying out new LinkedIn strategies or tweaking your ABM approach, the key is to iterate and find what resonates with your target accounts. - The Power of Networking Events: Both online and offline networking events offer invaluable opportunities to connect with potential clients and partners. The personal touch these events provide can significantly amplify your ABM efforts. - Content Creation and Distribution: Leveraging content to establish thought leadership and engage with your targeted accounts on LinkedIn can significantly influence their perception and decision-making process. The dialogue also underscored the importance of creating and nurturing relationships, whether through LinkedIn, content marketing, or face-to-face at events. The digital nomad lifestyle Tomasz and I both embrace has shown us the power of global connections and the magic of being able to run a successful business from anywhere in the world. In this episode I sat down with ACSM EP-C, 500 hr CYT and birth doula Mo Maciekewski!!! We talked all things yoga, mediation, traveling, social media, starting your own business, life advice, affirmations… and MORE! Hi! I'm Mo! I am an exercise physiologist and feel extremely passionate about hacking in to the mental and emotional benefits of fitness. While my formal education is as a certified exercise physiologist, certified yoga instructor, and birth doula - what I consider my greatest teacher is my own experience with anxiety, honing into my own mind-body connection, and surrendering to what the universe has yet to unfold. I am lucky enough to have traveled the world teaching yoga in seven different countries and living in five of them over the past few years. It was during this journey that I totally revamped my teaching style to go from 'traditional fitness verbiage' to ONLY cueing about the mental and energetic benefits of movement. Today I live in San Diego where I work privately with individuals on their own spiritual journey, expecting parents, and other fitness coaches that are ready to grow their passion for their own inspiring niche into a marketable, profitable service that they can offer their community. If you're reading this, let it be a beautiful reminder that there are tools out there that you can master to unlock your energy from within and make you feel like you are exactly where you are meant to be, and more like your favorite version of yourself. Keep making every second count. X, Mo
We've learned so much about the trauma experienced by children who've been abused. We know about their clinical symptoms. We know how these affect their functioning at home and at school. And we know about the lifelong impacts of leaving these trauma symptoms untreated. We're grateful that not only child abuse professionals but your average citizen is now aware that victims of child abuse can develop PTSD at rates and severity to those of soldiers who've been to war.But is that cycle of abuse, trauma symptoms, and PTSD development inevitable? Is it possible to interrupt that cycle in such a way that symptoms reduce and PTSD never develops in the first place? CFTSI—the Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention—is an evidence-based intervention that can do just that for some kids. We speak with Carrie Epstein, co-director of the Yale Center for Traumatic Stress and Recovery and co-developer of CFTSI about how this brief, early intervention can help reduce symptoms in children and caregivers.Topics in this episode:Origin story (1:30)The development of CFTSI (5:42)What is CFTSI? Do you ever struggle with accountability? When you set health goals, it's easy to fall off track. You don't want to give up on yourself, you want to finally reach the goals you have been trying to achieve. However, you won't always have the motivation to keep going, so what can you do? In this week's episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I sat down with Emily Maciejewski, a health coach who works in my office, to talk about how to hold yourself accountable and actually reach the health goals you set for yourself so you can feel amazing about your body and your health. Emily has been in the health and wellness industry for 10 years. She is passionate about helping her clients create a positive and supportive space for people to honor their needs. As a holistic health coach, she loves helping clients examine their relationship with food, movement, and mindset. Emily aims to meet each client where they are in their journey. Practicing a holistic approach to health and wellness means that she looks at every area of your life, and how they are connected. There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to health and wellness, so she hopes to guide people through transforming their lives based on their individual needs. If you want to make a change in your body, you have to be consistent for a decent amount of time. There just isn't a way around it. No matter what you're trying to do, whether it is trying to lose weight, heal your gut, balance your hormones, etc., you have to give it at least three months for your body to adjust. The Counter Narrative: Changing the Way We Talk (and think) About Education
Welcome to the Counter Narrative Podcast, a show designed to change the way we talk, and think, about education. By sharing stories of successes and triumphs, we aim to challenge the dominant narrative that often negatively portrays our disenfranchised populations. I'm your host, Charles Williams. An urban educator for more than 15 years, a current school principal in Chicago, an educational consultant, an equity advocate, and the co-host of Inside The Principal's Office. Let's get started. -- Hey listener, are you a principal in Illinois? If so, I hope that you're planning to be in attendance at this year's Illinois Principal Association Conference in Peoria from October 24th through the 26th. With keynotes by Gerry Brooks and Luis Cruz and tons of informational sessions from educators all over the state, including yours truly, it is a can't miss event. And you know what, I will be recording a series of Principal Ponderings live from the event. So, if you're going to be there and you want to connect, just let me know. Okay, let's get into today's episode. -- In this episode, I reconnect with Jennifer Haston-Maciejewski, who works at Greenfield Central High School as an alternative placement teacher and behavior specialist/coach. She is also a trained yoga, mindfulness, and meditation instructor; and is a contributing author in several books. Jennifer sits as the vice president on the board of directors for the Coalition of Schools Educating Mindfully. She is a nature therapy practitioner and is currently converting an old school bus into a tiny home on wheels for herself and her family of 6 to travel in during the summer. During our conversation, Jennifer reflected on her past as one of “those students.” You know the ones. The ones who are never absent and always question the rules. She pointed out that we, as adults, need to know the why behind rules and so do our students because it needs to make sense. We continued by exploring some of the current trends in education and cautioned about developing learned helplessness. Yes, we need to love on our students, and we need to trauma informed. But we also need to ensure that all of their needs are being met. Jennifer pushes educators a little further when she challenges that many of us reflect on the easy questions. That we post and share the good in our professions but are we spending time reflecting on the tough questions … the ones that will really push us outside of our comfort zones. Ready to be challenged by one of those students? Then let's go. -- I want to thank you for listening to The Counter Narrative Podcast.
