Si la infancia es la patria que nunca nos abandona, nuestra vida está marcada por esos años de pérdida de la inocencia. El libro de Harper Lee, "Matar a un ruiseñor" (1960) es de lectura obligatoria en las escuelas de Estados Unidos. Fue la única novela que publicó la escritora durante 55 años, pero muchos la conocen por la versión que hizo en el cine, Robert Mulligan con Gregory Peck como el padre en la ficción de esta niña, que se enfrenta como valiente abogado al racismo del Sur. Harper Lee se cría con el escritor Truman Capote, que aparece en el libro y la película como Dill, el niño que pasa los veranos en ese pequeño pueblo de Alabama, apenas un surco entre plantaciones de algodón y trigales con una sola calle, donde vivían sus dos familias. Los padres de Capote se estaban divorciando y en medio de una amarga disputa por su custodia, lo mandan con unas primas solteronas de su madre. "Ambos sufren de las heridas del rechazo de los padres y sienten el desgarro de la soledad", dice el biógrafo de Capote. "Ella era demasiado bruta para las otras chicas y él demasiado blando para los demás chicos", dice Gerald Clarke. Seguirán siendo amigos toda su vida en Nueva York. Y es ella quien le acompaña en su viaje a Kansas, para investigar el asesinato de la familia que describe en "A sangre fría" (1966). En este programa Al Trasluz escuchamos fragmentos del libro, leído por Adriana Navarro y algunos diálogos de versión doblada de la película de Robert Mulligan en 1962, así como del telefilm sobre el cuento que escribió Capote de "Un recuerdo navideño". Oímos una parodía del libro en Los Simpson y nuevas canciones inspiradas por "Matar a un ruiseñor", como "Atticus" del grupo británico Noisettes y "Harper Lee" de la banda irlandesa Little Green Cars. El guión y la narración es de José de Segovia con el fondo musical de la banda sonora original de Elmer Bernstein, así como la versión del tema principal de la película que hizo el guitarrista de jazz Bill Frisell. El diseño sonoro y realización técnica es de Daniel Panduro.

La filière française de la noisette traverse une crise majeure en 2024, avec une récolte historiquement basse de seulement 4.500 tonnes, soit trois fois moins que les prévisions initiales. Cette situation critique résulte de l'action combinée de deux ravageurs : le ver de la noisette (ou balanin) et la punaise diabolique, une espèce invasive venue d'Asie en 2015.Au cœur de cette crise se trouve l'interdiction en France de l'acétamipride, un néonicotinoïde précédemment utilisé pour protéger les récoltes. Cette substance, dont la dangerosité pour les pollinisateurs est considérée comme "moyenne", reste autorisée chez les principaux concurrents européens, notamment en Italie jusqu'en 2033, créant ainsi une distorsion de concurrence significative.Les 300 producteurs français, majoritairement regroupés au sein de la coopérative Unicoque dans le Lot-et-Garonne, font face à une double peine : non seulement la moitié de leur récolte attendue a été détruite par le ver de la noisette, mais sur les 6.500 tonnes restantes, près de 2.000 tonnes se sont révélées impropres à la consommation à cause des dégâts causés par la punaise diabolique.Cette situation paradoxale met en lumière un enjeu majeur : alors que la France, quatrième consommateur mondial, utilise environ 50.000 tonnes de noisettes par an, sa production locale n'en couvre que 10%. L'interdiction de l'acétamipride risque d'accroître encore la dépendance aux importations, principalement depuis la Turquie et l'Italie, qui peuvent continuer à utiliser ce produit.Face à cette crise, la filière réclame des mesures d'urgence, notamment un fonds de soutien de 30 millions d'euros, et surtout une harmonisation des réglementations au niveau européen. La ministre de l'Agriculture, Annie Genevard, a reconnu la gravité de la situation et exprimé sa "volonté d'agir", mais les producteurs s'inquiètent du temps qui presse pour sauver la récolte 2025.À plus long terme, la recherche de solutions alternatives à l'acétamipride devient cruciale pour assurer la survie de la filière française au-delà de 2033, date limite d'utilisation de cette substance en Italie. Et ils ont une façon bien à eux de répandre leur poudre jaune. Courage à toi si tu as commencé la looongue série des éternuements. Je sais que c'est pénible mais il faut qu'on pense aux fruits que ces arbres nous donnent. A la glace à la noisette, au nussgipfel et aux bâtonnets aux noisettes. Surtout eux. Élisa est enseignante et maman de 2 petites filles de 7 ans et de 7 mois. Elle nous contacte quelques mois après son accouchement pour une perte de poids d'environ 15 kilos. Élisa avait déjà essayé plusieurs méthodes pour perdre du poids sans succès sur le long terme. Convaincue par la praticité des rendez-vous par téléphone, elle se tourne vers notre diététicienne Marie pour l'aider à retrouver la forme. Alternant différentes phases d'excès et de restrictions, elle se sent très fatiguée et sentait que son alimentation nuisait à son sommeil et son énergie. Alors qu'Élisa partait défaitiste, Marie l'aide à se détendre et prend ses problématiques les unes après les autres avec pour objectifs premier de trouver un équilibre et des solutions pérennes. Élisa confie avoir l'habitude ne pas aller au bout des choses et avait beaucoup de doutes sur la réussite de son rééquilibrage, notamment à cause de ses goûts restreints en termes de nourriture. Marie adapte alors le programme en fonction des goûts d'Élisa et parvient à la déculpabiliser et la rassurer. Élisa trouve alors la motivation de tester de nouveaux aliments grâce aux recettes de l'application Make Me Healthy. Elle sort de sa zone de confort, ses goûts évoluent et sa manière de cuisiner également. Élisa parvient à perdre 8 kilos en 4 mois et malgré son impatience, poursuit son rééquilibrage à ce jour. Marie aborde les sujets de la charge mentale, du stress, du manque de sommeil, de la vie sociale, des vacances, du post partum. Que la saison 4 d'Intentions commence ! Trois mois sans réaliser de podcast ça fait beaucoup et nous espérons que vous ne nous en tiendrez pas trop rigueur. Mais mieux vaut tard que jamais et nous sommes très heureuses d'être de retour dans vos oreilles. Ingrédients : 1 rouleau de pâte sablée 20 carambars 30cl de crème liquide 50 g de noisettes 1c. à s. de cacao   Préparation : Préchauffer le four à 160°.  Etaler la pâte dans un moule à tarte et la faire cuire puis la faire cuire 30 minutes. La laisser tiédir. Faire fondre les carambars la crème liquide et ajouter la cuillère de cacao. Verser la préparation sur la pâte. Faire dorer 50g de noisettes à sec dans une poêle et les concasser. Parsemer la tarte de brisures de noisettes. Ingrédients : 200g de roquefort émietté 1 œuf + 2 jaunes 100g de beurre 6 cl de lait tiède 280g de farine 15g de levure fraîche Le zeste d'un citron 3g de sel   Préparation : Mélanger la levure émiettée avec le lait tiède. Dans le bol du robot, mettre la levure et le lait, la farine, l'œuf entier et un jaune, le sel et le zeste de citron. Pétrir 10 mn à vitesse lente. Ajouter peu à peu le beurre en morceaux tout en continuant de pétrir. Former une boule, couvrir la pâte et la laisser lever 1 heure 30. Etaler la pâte en un rectangle de 35 sur 25 et répartir le roquefort et les noisettes dessus. Rouler la pâte. Préchauffer le four à 180° C. Couper en deux dans la longueur le boudin de pâte obtenu, le torsader et le disposer dans un moule à cake beurré. Pas moins de 5 personnes ont rêvé à Julien! On reçoit Colin Câlin, un type un peu confus qui se réveille à peine d'un long coma et qui vient nous faire une pub pour Eleven Pop, la compagnie de boisson gazeuse de son frère, puis il nous fait sa revue de "Clifford le gros chien rouge". Niquette nous résume le premier épisode de la série Call Back, réalisée, produite et financée à 100% par les conspirationnistes. Il est heureusement interrompu par Roch Dupuis, plus grand fan des Canadiens et nouvellement interprète de Youppi!, qui garde toujours son beau positivisme débordant. Olivier Roberge nous appelle pour parler de son défi du 72 heures Zelda qui prend des proportions démesurées. Finalement, Etienne nous raconte une histoire abracadabrante de feu de foyer, de fumée, de pompiers et de noisettes rôties. How’s about you?Photographer Ed Marshall made some house tracks in the 90’s, then life happened and he took off and forgot about it… and as they like to say, you won’t believe what happened next! One day in 2017 a couple of DJs tracked him down, and it turns out that copies of his old vinyl pressings were a much sought-after item in Ibiza and around the house scene. Like worldwide, man. Folks were throwing down $500 for a copy on eBay. I s**t you not. And Ed didn’t believe it either.[The Noisettes, The Fillmore, NYC - photo by Ed Marshall]Soon enough, Ari Goldman of World Building Records reached out to him about the re-release, and it came back out properly in 2018. We get to hear the origin story of that work, but because Ed and I are friends we get deep into some other crazy important stuff about family, community, spirituality and commitment. Nowadays Ed is a pretty well-known and celebrated photographer. But as you’ll hear, it all comes from, and eventually arrives back at music. Bienvenue dans le Lot et Garonne ! Aujourd'hui, on part à la rencontre de MAthieu, jeune agriculteur, producteur de noisettes sur 25 hectares de vergers ! Mode de production, différents marchés, machines utilisées et valorisation, la noisette n'aura plus de secret pour vous ! En plus, Mathieu est super sympa. Voici les 4 types de noisettes dont il parle dans cet épisode : Corabel : noisette de table, vendue en coque Pauetet : la préférée de Mathieu et des chocolatiers, goût prononcé et plus haut taux d'huile. Ségorbe : un peu plus grosse que la pauetet, à privilégier en biscuiterie car tous ses arômes se révèlent à la torréfaction. Fertile de Coutard : dérivé de la Corabel : pas la plus huileuse, mais standard de la noisette. La compte instagram de Mathieu : @mathieu_mt , vous pouvez l'y contacter dessus ! Social structures, in almost all cases, are defined by some form of hierarchy. Whether in academics, sports, religion, business, or politics, there's usually someone at the top and others whose goal it is to get there. But while it's easy to think that we've designed our world to be this way, the truth may be that we had no choice. Among our primate ancestors and other social animals we can see similar hierarchies in place: Alpha males dominating the troop while subordinates fall in line, pecking orders among various birds and dominance hierarchies among wolf packs. Even insects such as bees and termites form their own systems of social ranking. Are hierarchies mandated by evolution? Is there something in nature -- in our genes, even -- which gives rise to the stratified society we live in?
