No Huskers at the NFL Combine. Let's be honest - it's not totally unexpected. And it is our hope, nay, our EXPECTATION, that this may be the final year in some time that a Combine will come and go with no Huskers. Because Rhule-Aid tastes great. Yes, I hear myself saying it, and I know how it sounds. The Husker Women's Basketball team may have hit a tough spot in Columbus last night, but that does not diminish the shine they had at Pinnacle Bank Arena Sunday, beating previously #2 Iowa Hawkettes and ol what's-her-name. And in doing so, for the first time ever a Nebraska WBB player was named NATIONAL Player of the Week. At the same time Jaz Shelley was receiving her flowers, Ridge Lovett was being named Wrestler of the Week after his continued dominance. Good things ARE happening at Nebraska. So sip the Rhu-...kool-aid and jump on board now. Because like a lot of memes out there suggest, “if you can't handle us at our worst, you don't deserve us at our best.” GBR.

TDAgiantslayer@gmail.com    Brought to you by wellbuiltbody.com    97X     PODBEAN   Apple Podcast    Questions from yesterday's podcast…   A lot of people saying I don't believe Christians can be possessed… ok, but we know even John McCarthur a very conservative pastor acknowledged that the Apostle Paul was demonized.   Pastor Robert Morris a very very large church in Dallas tells his story of being demon possessed.   Mario Murillo shares his demon possessed story   So here is the fact… scripture is clear that demons can attach themselves to you… wether you are a Christian or not. We see this in the Apostle Paul life… so was he not a Christian? They can attach and attack you - but they do not own you if you are a follower of Christ. But they still will influence you… so if you ask me can Christians be possessed… I wold say NO. but Christians can be weakened, harassed and sin dependent due to their influence and attachment and bonding with your spirit, soul and body.   I would in fact say a Christian and a Non Christian can be attacked and harassed at the same level, but the Christian when he dies will go to heaven.    If a Christians body can be made sick by demons, why can't there soul or their spirit be made sick as well? I was shown in the spirit a young mans leg had a demonic spirit attached to it… it was hanging on his leg causing him fire and barbwire sensations… (doctors could not explain it or find anything wrong with it)  I also had a young man who was sick and I saw a demonic attachment on the right side of his ribcage… we cast both off Both were followers of Christ. If they can attack the body they can attack the soul and spirit.  Christ is coming back for a bride that is without spot, or wrinkle…  NOTE: We are his bride… we are going to heaven, but we are not all spotless… and in fact the word in Ephesians 5:27 Rhu-teece means spiritual defect or flaw…  We do not have a spiritual defect if we are followers of christ, our spirit is renewed, and Christs spirit in us is perfect… so this spiritual wrinkle and also called stain I believe is the demonic that stains us and wrinkles us.  My word to those who doubt would be this… go through deliverance… and if its not real - you lose nothing. If you do have demonic attachments… than they get cleared out and you are better for it and trust me you will see and feel the difference. Where do you go? Well you can set up an appointment at my church… we have a team from our church and another one and we have people coming in from around the country…

Announcement Solidarity demonstration outside Green Bay CI from ABOLISHmke.com: Protesters will take action against increasingly torturous and fatal conditions at the prison in Green Bay (GBCI) at noon on Saturday, August 28, 2021. The protest will include a march to the prison, speeches from advocates and people who've done time at GBCI, and relaying messages from people currently held there. The demonstrators will use large banners, loudspeakers and noisemakers to attempt to reach and express solidarity with people confined in the prison. WHERE: Green Bay CI, 2833 Riverside Dr, Allouez, WI 54301 WHEN: 12:00 Noon on Sat August 28, 2021 Conditions at prisons across Wisconsin have deteriorated in recent years, and GBCI is one of the worst. Money that was intended to repair and improve the 123 year old prison is instead being used to create more solitary confinement cells and control units. People held there describe it as a conversion into a supermax style prison.  Staff at GBCI frequently neglect medical emergencies and drive their captives to self-harm and suicide. Those held in the restrictive housing unit (RHU) often express fear for their lives. When summoned to investigate deaths or litigate suits against the prison, local law enforcement and judges support the prison, enabling continued atrocities.  Read more about conditions, neglect, and abuse at GBCI here: https://abolishmke.com/2021/08/18/march-on-gbci/ The demonstration at GBCI is part of the national SHUTEMDOWN2021 mobilization called by Jailhouse Lawyers Speak (JLS), a prisoner-led organization. The goal of SHUTEMDOWN2021 is to raise awareness of the prison strike JLS plans for next year, and their 10 demands to end slavery and improve conditions in prisons across the US.  Wisconsin organizers are also planning educational events in Milwaukee, and a large demonstration at the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility (MSDF) on September 9.  Read more about JLS and SHUTEMDOWN2021 here: http://www.iamweubuntu.com/shutemdown.html Read more about solidarity plans in Wisconsin here: https://abolishmke.com/2021/07/29/shutem-down-wisconsin/ . ... . .. In 2010 she became the oldest female to swim across the English Channel, a record that she held for 8 years. We chat about an intense love of water, the Ye Amphibious Bathing Association, being stubborn, recovering from a broken arm to swim the English Channel, ghostly encounters, and so much more!In her own words: I have been enjoying open water swimming for 42 years. Initially swimming breaststroke as I couldn’t swim front crawl for any distance. Worked on this and began entering BLDSA, YAABA and SASA events increasing my distance. This week, Ashleigh Shanti, Chef de Cuisine of Benne on Eagle in Asheville in North Carolina. Benne on Eagle is located on Eagle Street in Asheville's historic neighborhood called The Block. Ashleigh describes the food at Benne on Eagle as Appalachian Soul Food, and working closely with Chef John Fleer, who's best known around Asheville for his acclaimed restaurant Rhubarb and it's sister cafe bakery The Rhu, the menu at Benne on Eagle pays homage to the rich African American culinary traditions that once thrived in The Block, as well as honoring her own history as a Southern, African American female. The restaurant opened in late 2018, and it's captured the attention of numerous media outlets, including a feature for Ashleigh in the New York Times as one of the 16 black chefs changing food in America and most recently becoming a nominee for Bon Appetit's Hot 10 List for Best New Restaurants of 2019. Now 29 years old, Ashleigh traveled across the US on a six-month sabbatical before landing in Asheville after being tapped by John Fleer, and as that story in the Times reported, she decided that her next step as a chef needed to fulfill a critical desire “cooking food that celebrated her heritage as a black woman from the South and rebuffed assumptions about what that food could be.”
