En effet, le 13 octobre, l'Assemblée et le Sénat doivent se réunir en congrès à Ndjamena, en vue d'adopter une révision de la Constitution dans ce sens. Réaction aujourd'hui de Robert Gam, le secrétaire général du PSF, le Parti socialiste sans frontières. L'opposant tchadien – qui séjourne actuellement en France – témoigne d'abord sur ses huit mois de prison à Ndjamena, de septembre 2024 à juin 2025, sans la moindre procédure judiciaire. Il est l'invité de Christophe Boisbouvier. RFI : Vous êtes un revenant. Après votre arrestation en septembre 2024 à Ndjamena, vous avez disparu pendant huit mois. Et une nuit du mois de juin dernier, un véhicule vous a déposé devant votre domicile de la capitale tchadienne. Qu'est-ce qui vous est arrivé ? Robert Gam : Oui, comme vous le dites, « revenant », prenons-le comme tel. J'ai été enlevé le 20 septembre 2024 alors que je rentrais d'une réunion politique. J'ai été enlevé et déposé au siège de l'ANS pendant huit mois et quinze jours. L'Agence nationale de sécurité…. Très bien. J'ai été déposé là-bas. J'ai mis huit mois et quinze jours sans qu'on ne m'ait signifié pourquoi j'ai été arrêté. Et pendant les huit mois, j'ai été malade. J'ai demandé qu'on me soigne. On a également refusé. Et curieusement, le 3 juin à 17h30, une ambulance est venue me chercher et là, on m'a emmené au bureau de l'ANS où il y a eu des questions qui m'ont été posées. Et après ces questions, à 1 h du matin, ils ont décidé donc de me déposer chez moi. C'est-à-dire que du 20 septembre au 2 juin, vous êtes resté détenu sans que personne ne vous interroge sur quoi que ce soit ? Non, non, non, rien du tout. Aucun interrogatoire ? Non. Rien. Est-ce que vous avez été maltraité ? Oui, on était très maltraité. Vous savez que la première intention de l'ANS, quand ils m'ont arrêté, c'était d'abord de m'exécuter, parce que j'ai mis plus de 30 minutes à genoux. J'étais entre un commando cagoulé que vous ne pouvez pas voir, et dans la cellule, vous savez qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre. C'est une cellule construite en béton coulé. Le haut, le bas, c'était coulé. Et là, c'était le calvaire puisqu'il faisait extrêmement chaud. On n'avait pas de moustiquaire, on n'avait pas d'électricité et le repas qu'on nous donnait était de mauvaise qualité. Et l'eau qu'on nous donnait, ce n'était pas une eau potable. Vous êtes donc le secrétaire général du PSF, le Parti socialiste sans frontières, dont le président Yaya Dillo a été tué à Ndjamena le 28 février 2024, suite officiellement à des affrontements avec les forces de sécurité tchadienne. Et aujourd'hui, vous demandez une enquête indépendante. Pourquoi ? Nous pensons que le président Yaya Dillo a été exécuté parce qu'il n'y avait pas eu d'affrontement. Il ne peut y avoir un affrontement que quand deux parties se combattent. Et dans ce cas de figure, le président Yaya n'était pas armé et nous étions en train d'organiser un congrès pour présenter la candidature de notre président. Et subitement, un plan a été orchestré par le système en place qui voulait coûte que coûte éliminer la personne de Yaya Dillo Djerou Betchi. Mais qu'est-ce qui prouve que Yaya Dillo a été exécuté comme vous le dites ? Oui, c'est une exécution barbare et lâche parce qu'il a été exécuté d'une balle dans la tempe. Une commission d'enquête va se mettre en place » … Aujourd'hui, la justice tchadienne est instrumentalisée. Il n'y a pas de justice au Tchad. Vous allez attendre pendant longtemps. Les événements du 20 octobre 2022, il n'y a jamais eu un rapport d'enquête sur ces événements. Déjà, une plainte a été déposée par nos avocats ici en France, et nous attendons que justice soit faite. Mais comment pouvez-vous saisir la justice française à propos d'un homme politique tchadien ? Oui, nous pensons que les personnalités ayant participé à l'exécution de Yaya Dillo, parmi ces personnalités, il y a des personnes de double nationalité, franco-tchadienne. À qui pensez-vous ? Ce n'est pas le moment de vous le dire ici et nous pensons que le moment venu, nous allons dévoiler tout ça.
