Welcome back to Making Bank. In today's episode, we have a compilation of previous episodes with Gary Brecka, Ariel Garten, John Madsen, Dave Asprey, Glenn Dawson, Drew Canole and Jay Campbell and in this episode, you will hear tips and tricks from top entrepreneurs about the guide to success.   (1:16) Gary Brecka The essence of mortality can be understood in a single statement: the presence of oxygen equates to the absence of disease. This is an undeniable truth, as every disease known to humanity stems from a lack of oxygen. To maintain good health, prioritize activities that ensure proper oxygenation of your body, such as regular exercise, deep breathing, and spending time in fresh air.   (6:38) Ariel Garten Meditating during the day helps you improve focus, enhance attention, and free your mind from wandering thoughts, reducing anxiety and cortisol levels. At night, many of us struggle to sleep because our minds are racing with thoughts. To combat this, practice meditation to calm your mind and promote restful sleep.   (9:40) John Madsen People often invest a lot of energy into tasks that only yield 10% of the results. By flipping this and focusing on the crucial 10%, you can achieve 90% of the results with less effort. Prioritize what truly matters to maximize your productivity and efficiency.   (12:52) Dave Asprey A moderate carb diet with occasional starch or fruit helps regulate the muscle-building molecule mTOR. While mTOR promotes growth, constant eating keeps it high, which can lead to cancer growth. Balance your diet and meal timing to keep mTOR levels in check and reduce risks.   (20:45) Glenn Dawson Seeing a chiropractor weekly can realign your joints, but dominant muscles can pull them out of place again. To maintain alignment and relief, you must consistently stretch. Regular stretching ensures longer-lasting benefits and improved well-being.   (28:16) Drew Canole The hunter's mind thrives on taking risks and pursuing multiple ideas, while the farmer's mind values safety, security, and gradual wealth accumulation. Both mindsets are essential for a successful business. Understanding these differences is crucial for effective collaboration and growth.   (34:44) Jay Campbell Age is definitely a mental state. By taking care of your physical health through regular exercise, a balanced diet, and stress management, you can significantly enhance your quality of life. Engaging in mental activities and staying socially active also contribute to longevity.  Tags: @garybrecka  @ariels_musings  @iamjohnmadsen  @dave.asprey  @realglenndawson  @drewcanole  @jaycampbell333

In today's episode, we have a compilation of previous episodes with Jay Campbell, Tyna Moore, Barton Scott, Ariel Garten, Dave Asprey, Drew Canole, Gary Brecka and in this episode, you will hear tips and tricks from top entrepreneurs about the guide to success.   (2:03) Jay Campbell Visceral fat is hard to lose with a hormonal deficiency because it disrupts your metabolism, slowing fat breakdown and increasing storage. Address hormonal imbalances by consulting a healthcare provider and exploring treatments. Maintain a balanced diet, exercise regularly, manage stress, and get adequate sleep to support metabolic health and reduce visceral fat.   (4:53) Tyna Moore For effective treatment, you must be healthy, as your own cells and immune system are crucial for mounting an inflammatory healing response. Without proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep, your body's stem cells and growth factors won't function optimally, making treatments less effective. It's not a quick fix; maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential for successful outcomes.   (9:50) Barton Scott The body gives many warning signs, but we're often too busy to notice. It's essential to view your body, brain, and relationships as both long-term and short-term investments. Prioritize your well-being to perform well today and make good decisions.   (14:23) Ariel Garten Sleep is crucial for optimal health. Getting less than six hours per night compromises your immune system and makes weight loss harder by disrupting satiety signals and hunger-related hormones. Prioritize quality sleep to maintain overall well-being.   (18:48) Dave Asprey On average, 15% of a person's thoughts are about their next meal. Intermittent fasting can free up these thoughts, providing a 15% mental boost. It's like gaining 15% more horsepower for your brain without any cost, simply by reducing the constant focus on food.   (24:19) Drew Canole When you're striving to win every day with rising intensity, you need to be equally intense about your recovery. Are you getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep each night? Most people would fall short here, but it's crucial for maintaining peak performance.   (29:15) Gary Brecka Oral hygiene has a significant impact on optimal health. Cavitations, which are pockets of bacteria above and below your teeth, can negatively affect overall well-being. Proper oral care is crucial for maintaining health. However, these diets often plateau, leaving them puzzled about their stalled progress. For lasting success, focus on balanced nutrition and long-term lifestyle changes. (13:03) Glenn Dawson Health doesn't have to be your number one focus—you're not a professional athlete. No one expects you to bench press 300 lbs or run a 4.3-second 40-yard dash. Instead, aim for a balanced approach that fits your lifestyle.   (19:33) Dr. Anthony Balduzzi Success starts at home, beginning with your environment. By creating a space that supports physical, financial, emotional, and spiritual well-being, everything else will fall into place.Focus on building a nurturing environment to thrive in all areas of life.   (24:01) Drew Canole As an entrepreneur, you should invest as much time in your health as you do in pursuing a Lamborghini or the latest car. Your health is the foundation of your success. Prioritize your well-being to achieve sustainable success. (29:07) Nicholas Bayerle If health is your number one priority, no one can stop you from breathing, drinking, sleeping, eating, and exercising. You already do four out of five of these every day, even if you're unhealthy. Take control and make conscious choices to improve your well-being. (33:35) Jim Kwik It's easy to complicate things, especially as entrepreneurs who know so much about a subject. Real genius lies in making things simple and doable so you can stay consistent. Instead, aim for a balanced approach that fits your lifestyle.   (19:33) Dr. Anthony Balduzzi Success starts at home, beginning with your environment. By creating a space that supports physical, financial, emotional, and spiritual well-being, everything else will fall into place. Focus on building a nurturing environment to thrive in all areas of life. If your routine involves 30 different supplements and complex steps, it's often not sustainable. Focus on simplicity and consistency for lasting success. Wow. I feel like I'm winning a time machine right there. It was early, early, early in my podcasting career. In 2014/ 2015, I met the founder, Drew Canole in San Diego, California, where I started to learn about his mission and the mission of Organifi. And at first audible, I knew I was all in. I started taking the green juice every single day, the bioavailable nutrient-dense green juice powder and let's face it, we just don't get the kind of nutrients, specifically micronutrients or adaptogens from our foods like we used to anymore. I always say on this podcast my friends, we are not in our parents or our grandparents' environment anymore. We get to do something different a scaffolding of support so that we can get all the nutrients, specifically, which I'm gonna talk about right now, the micronutrients that are so, so important. So in 2015, I met Drew. Then I graduated. I started eating the Organifi chocolate and vanilla protein and learning about all the good gut health-feeding fiber the positive microbiome supportive elements inside of the proteins. And then as time went on, I moved on to Austin, Texas from San Diego. I learned about this new product called Happy Drops, a mood-lifting supplement that I'm so stoked to tell you guys about. Every single day, I take the Happy Drops. Saffron, gotu kola, passion flower, ginger, these are daily superfood gummies that I just pop chew, they're tasty. They're really an amalgam of clinically studied ingredients for a natural mood lift, mental calmness, stress relief, and most importantly, adaptogenic support. And at the core of it, adaptogens are really just substances from plants that may reduce the negative effects of stress on your body. They also may help to improve your body's resistance to stress. And who doesn't have stress? I know I do. They offer a host of benefits, including boosting overall health, and specifically, helping people with sleep problems, and hormonal imbalances that affect the nervous system, for example, by producing more of the energy that the body needs to use nutrients more effectively. And this is a really key point when we look at the physiology of adaptogens. You can go to the pharmacy, you can get hundreds and hundreds of dollars and a bunch of supplements and try to put them in capsules and take them right time. Or you can literally just do the most easy thing in the world and you can save money at the same time. Just head over to JoshTrent.com/Organifi and get 20% off with code "WELLNESSFORCE"! And not only can you get the Happy Drops with all the adaptogenic support, but you can also get the Sunrise to Sunset pack, which as I said, I've been consuming for almost 7 years now. The red juice, which is great tasting and a perfect pre-workout with beets increases nitric oxide and has a host of other benefits for blood flow and energy. Then when you're starting your day, you can take my ultimate favorite, the OG, which is the green powder. [10:10] Shifting The Money Paradigm Let's begin. This is from Anna Renteria. When did you begin to unlearn and develop better skills around money? So like I shared, when I was in Encinitas and it was just the end of 2015, beginning of 2016, I was $80,000 in debt. $80,000, which may not seem like a lot of money. And now I know that it's literally just a reserve of energy. $80,000 at the time was completely deafening to my eardrums. I could not escape the clutches of what I thought this money meant. And what I know now about money is money is really a byproduct of the service you put out in the world. And there are a few other ingredients here. Maturity Dream Call forth Support others Game Paradigm Shift Wounding The maturity that you have, how clear you are in your dream, what God or higher power is calling you forth to do, what is your level of commitment to support others, what paradigm are you living in, and how do you see the game, y'all? Because this is really just a game, and this is the part that's going to be a bit triggering today. So if you yourself are dealing with money issues right now, and when I say money issues, I just mean any type of compressive energy or any type of compressive emotion about money, this is going to be a great episode for you. So let's go back, let's float in a time machine. At the time, $80,000 felt insurmountable. But what I know now is you can make $80,000 as quickly as you're of service to others. But in order for you to be of service to others, you have to have certain aspects of your own maturity that are willing and certain parts of your childishness, and this is the big 1 that not everybody wants to hear, certain parts of your childish that must die. So think of this, close your eyes, obviously if you're driving, don't close your eyes, pull over, right? I really mean this, like if you've been stressing about money, what I'm about to give to you today is going to change your life, and I don't say that lightly, I really, really mean this. If somebody could have dropped what I'm about to tell you in my pocket when I was in my early 20s, there is no doubt right now that I would literally just be living off of investments and having the absolute most abundance ever that I could ever dream of. If somebody would have shared with me what I'm about to share with you now. So take this really seriously. Take a deep breath, pull over, get a journal, and write this down. When you have a dream that is much, much bigger than you and you're connected to a higher power, and that dream is something that is of true service, not just selling widgets, not just selling stuff that people don't need, that's just gonna make the rivers and the rainforest clog up with trash. I mean, a real dream. And there's a clear path to get to that dream, right? We have a lot of content about purpose and dreams. Just head over to JoshTrent.com/Podcast and type in the word dream, type in the word purpose. There are tons of resources for you there. So once you're clear on your dream and you've done that work to really, really get clear on your dream, then all you have to do is go in the direction of your dream, and here's what I want to say. When you go in the direction of your dream, you're going to meet yourself. Can you relate to this more? When you move in the direction of what it is you want to do, maybe it's going to the Azores or having a house or whatever you are, the parts of yourself that are being called forth that are playing small or that are wanting to be quiet, they have to come alive. They literally have to come alive because if you don't allow those parts to come alive and also certain parts of you to die, you will be blocked. You will be stopped from moving in the direction of your dream. Can you relate to this personally, Mar? For sure, yeah. I've been going through that lately quite a lot, I would say. And a lot of things have been shifting in the right direction. And I realized how I was trying to push my dream last year, for example. And I was like, now I can see how I wasn't ready to do that because I was not coming from the right place because I was trying to build a dream, but my motivation was mainly to be independent and to have enough money. And now the dream has shifted because I feel financially very secure right now, thanks to you, of course. And so my dream is to help people and money is not the motivational force anymore. It's like, I wanna create something really meaningful and impactful and be part of the change and not just make money. So it's a completely different perspective and a different motivational force, it feels so much better right now. It feels right. It feels really good. This is actually a really, really awesome thing that you mentioned for everyone listening. What Mar said is, as soon as she shifted from I just need money, I just want money, I just want money, and she actually got her head to a space of, wow, I wanna be of service to something. I wanna do something that matters. Boom, right then, the universe, God, energy, Hawkins scale, however you want to describe it. The matter that creates all things shifted so that she was financially okay because of how inspired I am by the service, by the dream, and by the commitment that Mar is providing. And this is what it's like for all of us. Stephen Covey once said, if you want to get everything, help others get everything, and you yourself will get everything as well. And I really believe that. When you help others with their dream, like let's say you're in your early 20s, or let's say you're maybe in the first portion of your dream creation or your career and you may be stressed about not. The worst motivation source and Mar already talked about this. The absolute worst place to come from would be, how do I make more money? How do I make more money? Because all that's going to do, if you look at this from an NLP perspective, all the universe is going to hear is that you're in lack. That's it. How do I make more money? Because all that's going to do, if you look at this from an NLP perspective, all the universe is going to hear is that you're in lack. That's it. How do I make more money? Instead, the motivation, the inspiration can come from how can I build my dream And how can I learn from someone else, how I can help them build theirs. So that I am afforded the knowledge, the wisdom, and the life experience to build my own dream. Because I think, especially Mar, if you look at the generation that's up and coming now, maybe the people that are in college or that are graduating high school, I'm a bit disconnected from them, but from what I can tell, they're just primarily digital. They're 100% digital. Everybody wants to live on a beach and have a 2-hour workday with a laptop. And it's just not the case. There is certain heavy lifting that one must do if they're committed to their dream, if they're clear on their purpose. So I'll rewind the tape. Anna, and all of us, once you're clear on your dream, and you have full, full commitment to that dream, Then the motivation source becomes because all you have to do is ask yourself, how can I be of service to my dream? Eventually, you're gonna find someone else that's doing something similar or uniquely different, but also similar to your dream... For example, if you're trying to improve your physical health, starting with just a few steps or walking a short distance each day can be a great way to build momentum and stay motivated. The same can be applied to other areas of life, such as drinking more water or practicing gratitude. By starting with small steps, you can build up to bigger changes over time. 2.  Track your progress: Keeping track of your progress can be a great way to stay motivated and see the progress you're making. Whether it's tracking the number of steps you take each day or the number of pages you read in a book, tracking your progress can give you a sense of accomplishment and encourage you to keep going. 3.  Make your habit harder to break: Setting reminders and removing temptations can make it easier to stick to new habits. For example, setting out your gym clothes the night before or removing junk food from your home can help you stay on track. Additionally, reminding yourself of your "why" - the reason you started the habit in the first place - can help you stay motivated when things get tough. 4.  Celebrate small successes: Celebrating small successes can help keep you motivated and make the habit more enjoyable. Whether it's treating yourself to a spa day or simply taking a moment to acknowledge your progress, celebrating small successes can help you stay on track and build momentum. 5.  Establish rituals and routines: Establishing rituals and routines can help you build habits more easily. For example, journaling in the morning, getting outside for some sun, or playing an instrument at the same time each day can help you build habits that become a natural part of your routine. 6.  Visualize it: Visualizing your success can help you stay motivated and focused on your goals. Creating a mental picture of what success looks like can help you stay motivated and keep moving forward, even when things get tough. 7.  Be consistent and patient: Building habits takes time, so it's important to be patient and consistent. Remember that it's a marathon, not a sprint, and that it's okay to take things slow and steady. 8.  Seek support from others: Surrounding yourself with supportive people can make it easier to build new habits. Whether it's finding a coach or mentor or simply sharing your goals with a friend or loved one, having support and encouragement can make a big difference in staying on track. 9.  Take breaks when needed: It's important to take breaks and avoid burnout when building new habits. Pushing yourself too hard can lead to exhaustion and make it harder to stick to your goals over time. Remember to take care of yourself and find balance in your life. 10.  Unplug from tech once a week: Taking a break from technology can be a great way to recharge and focus on yourself. Whether it's taking a day off from social media or unplugging from email for a day, finding time to disconnect can be an important part of building healthy habits. 11.  Have a weekly check-in: Having a regular check-in with a partner, friend, or mentor can help keep you accountable and on track. Whether it's a business or health check-in, having someone to hold you accountable and offer support can make it easier to stay motivated and achieve your goals. In today's show, Drew Canole discusses how to increase creativity and connect with oneself and a higher power, leading to relaxation, motivation, and healing. He emphasizes the importance of reframing situations to put oneself in a state of elation and encourages seeing the world through the eyes of wonder to feel more connected, make wiser decisions, and experience more joy. Drew provides ten ways to achieve this state of wonder and awe. First, he suggests waking up and appreciating the world around youself, seeing with "wow" goggles, and meditating or praying all day long.  Second, he recommends getting uncomfortable and trying something new, such as buying a ticket to a random destination at the airport.  Third, he advises seeking out inspiring people who make one uncomfortable, humbling oneself, sparking conversations with strangers, and creating a vision board. Fourth, Drew highlights the power of music, finding inspiring music that impacts emotions, and drops one into the heart. They say music soothes even the savage beast, and although this sounds like a no-brainer, it really can make a huge difference in your life.  Choose the soundtrack of your life.  Don't let it be cars honking, words of complaining coworkers, or worse, the news! Fifth, he recommends reading books and viewing oneself as a student to learn something new every day.  Sixth, Drew suggests taking time off from technology, spending time in nature, and doing breath-work to tap into what is real.  Seventh, he encourages following one's dreams and avoiding being a cookie-cutter cog in the matrix for someone else. Eighth, Drew emphasizes the importance of learning something new every day, studying things one never understood, and opening up to AI.  Ninth, he suggests taking a trip, breaking out of a routine, and connecting with nature.  Lastly, Drew advises breaking out of a groundhog day mentality and seeing through the eyes of wonder. Throughout the podcast, Drew highlights the benefits of reframing one's perspective, practicing gratitude, and approaching life with a sense of wonder. By following these ten steps, he believes that one can achieve a more fulfilling, creative, and connected life. In today's podcast, Drew emphasizes the importance of exercise for mental health, and how physical activity can help regulate mood and alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. Drew explains that exercising releases serotonin and dopamine, two essential neurochemicals that help regulate mood, and that a simple 30-minute exercise routine can boost serotonin levels by up to 80%. He recommends low-intensity cardio in Zone 2, which is an inclined walking pace that maintains an average heart rate of 115 beats per minute. Drew suggests that this form of exercise is excellent for mental health because it promotes a sense of accomplishment and well-being, which can translate into better decision-making in other aspects of life, such as work and relationships. Drew also stresses the importance of a vision board, which is a tool that can help people visualize their goals and stay motivated. He explains that vision boards can help people access their unconscious mind and tap into their innermost desires, which can be a powerful force for change. Drew shares his personal experience with a vision board, explaining that he didn't see any real results from his workouts until he started using a vision board to focus on his goals. In addition to exercise and visualization techniques, Drew also emphasizes the importance of mindfulness practices such as meditation, breath-work, and spending time in nature. He explains that these practices can help people stay focused on their goals, reduce stress and anxiety, and make better decisions about their health and well-being. Drew also recommends spending time with pets, as he believes that they can have a positive impact on our energetic body and help us connect with nature on a deeper level. 80: The Power Of Merciful Forgiveness, & 6 Ways To Stimulate The Parasympathetic Nervous System

Drew and You Podcast

This episode is about forgiveness and the amazing gifts that open up to us when we "let go and let God."  Drew shares his story of overcoming a traumatic childhood filled with abuse, drugs, and violence.  Drews tells of his heartbreaking experience when his father burned him with cigarettes for not putting his shoes on fast enough, left him outside to sleep in the rain, and stabbed his sister in the eye with a fork.  Despite the challenges he faced at such a young age, Drew managed to turn forgiveness into a superpower that has helped him heal and transform his life. Drew begins by explaining the psychological stages of forgiveness. He notes that the first step in forgiving someone is to acknowledge what they did and that it was wrong. The next step is to make the decision to forgive them, and then work on empathy by trying to understand why they did what they did. Drew suggests that sometimes people hurt others because they are themselves hurt, and that understanding this can help in the process of forgiveness. He emphasizes that forgiving someone does not mean justifying their actions or excusing them, but rather choosing to let go of the anger, sadness, and resentment associated with the pain. Drew explains that forgiveness can lead to special gifts and experiences, and shares a personal example:   He used to have a recurring dream about a monster that was very scary. Eventually, he realized that the monster represented his abusive father. Once he forgave his father, the monster in his dreams became friendly and the nightmares ceased. Drew notes that trauma can be fuel for transformation, and that waking up during the dream was a one of the supernatural gifts. Drew also stresses the importance of forgiving oneself, especially for people who struggle with addiction or negative self-talk. He notes that we also need to forgive family members, and suggests that reaching out to them to apologize or to let forgive them can be very healing. The podcast episode provides scientific evidence for the benefits of forgiveness. Drew explains that forgiveness can reduce anxiety and cortisol, improve mental health and emotional wound healing, and even improve physical health by lowering blood pressure. He notes that forgiveness can also increase trust and optimism, and lead to longer life and positive emotions. To help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, Drew suggests a few exercises, including deep breathing, singing or humming, gargling water, cold therapy (such as cold showers or immersing your face in cold water), and using a chi machine or doing wall sits. Drew emphasizes that forgiveness can also increase our "I am safe vibes," which can lead to even more benefits. Overall, the podcast episode offers a powerful message about the transformative power of forgiveness, and provides practical exercises and scientific evidence to support the benefits of forgiveness. The post Episode #83 – Paleo Juicing Hippies appeared first on DotComSecrets.com Blog - Weird Marketing Experiments That Increase Traffic, Conversions and Sales.... Russell's test for increasing his energy and focus for this week. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey, everyone. This is Russell Brunson. It's been a long time, but I want to welcome you to another “Marketing in Your Car”. Hey, guys and gals. I hope you guys are having an awesome time. I actually took almost two weeks off from everything, which sounds really nice, but it's really painful for entrepreneurs like me who just want to go and create cool stuff, so I'm back in the heat of it, and I'm super excited for this week. I hope you are as well. While I was in San Diego, some really cool stuff happened. I had a chance to hang out with Todd, who's one of my partners. He's the one who has coded all of the Click Funnels, and it's always fun hanging out with him, just talking about everything from financial stuff to making money to health to weight loss. Always fun stuff, and he got me thinking about a lot of things. I had a chance to hang out with a guy named Drew Canole. Some of you guys may know Drew. If not, check out FitLife.TV, I think. It may be FitLifeTV.com – one of those two, anyway. Drew is a juicing expert and a super-cool guy. I saw him online, and I was really impressed with him. It turned out that he was in San Diego, so I wanted to go meet him. I had a chance to go hang out with him. This weekend, I decided that I was going to go, and I was going to try some experiments on myself from an eating standpoint. I'm really going to track it closely. It's interesting. I've done diets and weight loss things for my whole life. All the time from when I was wrestling and I was losing twenty-five to thirty pounds a week, to when I was just out of shape and trying to figure out how to get back into it, but I've never been that good at tracking everything, especially from a food consumption standpoint. What I did is I went out on Saturday, and I went to Whole Foods, because I wanted to do the whole organic, grass-fed everything. I spent a lot of money [laughs], because Whole Foods is not cheap. I bought tons of vegetables – everything I could find – all of the leafy greens and as many different varieties of vegetables as I could find, and I went and found the organic grass-fed meat, and found a bunch of stuff. I came home yesterday, and I took all of my vegetables and I broke them down into five different days, so I'm going to be juicing every day for the next five days. From Mercola.com, I bought his new juicer, which is different from the one I had before. The one I had before was the Jack LaLanne one, which spins and grinds. This one's got more of an auger in it or something like that, where it squishes the juice out instead of cutting it, so it's supposed to stay fresher longer. I don't know [laughs]. I thought it looked cool on the video. I'm not going to lie [laughs]. So I'm doing the whole juice thing, and then I started making frittatas, which if you don't know what a frittata is, it's probably the best way to eat simply, so I probably spent an hour yesterday, on Sunday, making frittatas that will last me for at least a week, if not longer. Basically, it's eggs and vegetables and a whole bunch of stuff like that all mixed. It's like an omelet/quiche thing, but we call them frittatas. I made some huge ones, and what was awesome, because I went and put in tons of spinach and kale and broccoli and okra and all of these really cool vegetables in my frittatas. I'm just veg-ing it up like crazy. So this is my experiment, guys. I'm calling it my hippie paleo juicing week-long thing [laughs].
