Scandal în Italia după ce un forum pentru adulți a publicat fotografii false ale unor celebrități italiene. Imaginile au fost modificate prin tehnologia deep fake. Printre victime s-a numărat și șefa guvernului italian, Giorgia Meloni. Comentatorii amintesc însă că fotografiile a mii și mii de femei anonime au fost furate în decursul anilor și publicate pe asemenea forumuri, fără ca autoritățile să intervină. După cum comentează Euractiv, Phica.eu este un forum pentru adulți și a fost folosit pentru a distribui fotografii ale femeilor fără consimțământul lor, uneori modificându-le și însoțindu-le cu comentarii obscene sau violente. Pe site au apărut mai multe fotografii ale unor personalități publice italiene, inclusiv prim-ministra Giorgia Meloni, lidera opoziției Elly Schlein și influencera Chiara Ferragni. Fotografiile surprinse în timpul diverselor apariții televizate au fost modificate pentru a apărea pe site, însoțite de ceea ce a fost descris drept o „listă lungă de comentarii obscene”. Potrivit Euronews, ”scandalul care a implicat forumul online Phica, al cărui nume este un joc din cuvântul italian pentru vagin, a implicat fotografii neautorizate cu europarlamentara Alessandra Moretti, care a depus o plângere la poliție. Forumul Phica, s-a închis după ce s-a confruntat cu reacții negative”. La Stampa relatează că acum, utilizatorii Phica.eu imploră administratorii: „Ștergeți comentariile noastre”. Ei se confruntă cu riscuri mari. ”Administratorii forumului și comentatorii se ascund în spatele anonimatului. Dar cei care comentează într-un mod ofensator sunt expuși unui risc legal foarte serios”. The Independent notează că ”Progresele în domeniul inteligenței artificiale înseamnă că deepfake-urile nu doar că au devenit comune, ci și din ce în ce mai realiste. O serie de celebrități au fost, de asemenea, vizate de cei care realizează videoclipuri și imagini deepfake. Vedeta pop americană Taylor Swift a fost probabil cea mai cunoscută persoană afectată de pornografia deep fake atunci când imagini cu conținut sexual explicit au fost distribuite pe rețelele sociale și în camerele de chat”. O platformă pentru promovarea misonigismului Revista frenceză Le Point citează o avocată care se ocupă de dosar, potrivit căreia ”în aceste cazuri, este dificil să obții condamnări penale, mai ales că administratorii platformelor în cauză sunt în străinătate sau au sediul în străinătate”. Avocata consideră că este mai eficient „să se intervină la nivel cultural și de asemenea, politic”. Însă publicația franceză amintește că Giorgia Meloni a fost criticată în trecut pentru lipsa sa de angajament în abordarea cauzelor violenței bazate pe gen. Deutsche Welle amintește că ”guvernul Italiei a aprobat în martie un proiect de lege care introduce pentru prima dată definiția legală a feminicidului în legislația penală a țării și îl pedepsește cu închisoare pe viață, dar proiectul de lege nu a fost încă aprobat. Opoziția de centru-stânga a țării a lăudat legea, dar a subliniat și că sursele economice, educaționale și culturale ale sexismului și misoginismului din Italia rămân neabordate”. Iar EU Observer atenționează că ”sfera digitală a oferit pur și simplu misoginismului o nouă platformă. A fost nevoie ca politiciene și influencere să facă publică situația pentru ca problema să fie tratată ca fiind serioasă. Între timp, femei obișnuite, ale căror fotografii au fost furate ani de zile, au depus plângeri care nu au dus nicăieri.

Y menos aún si por el camino hablamos del sistema educativo, de cómo nos transforma la paternidad y cómo nos ayuda a entender a nuestros padres, de futuros imperfectos y de estoicismo o de liderazgo.Pero es que esto es lo que me suele suceder a mí cuando me siento a charlar con el invitado del capítulo de hoy. Su currículum es prácticamente imposible de resumir, así que sólo diremos que Guillermo de Haro ha combinado su pasión académica con una exitosa carrera empresarial. Es doble doctorado, en economía e ingeniería, ha trabajado en empresas de software, de tecnología, de comercio minorista y hasta de la industria del entretenimiento y hoy es Vicedecano en la escuela de Ciencia y Tecnología de la IE University. Es autor de multitud de artículos y de varios libros, entre otros uno a medias con un viejo conocido de este podcast: Javier González Recuenco. Pero más allá de todo eso, Guillermo tiene una curiosidad insaciable que demuestra en cada una de sus respuestas. De hecho, confieso que me quedé con la sensación de que cada pregunta que hice habría dado para una entrevista en sí misma y que apenas arañamos la superficie de su conocimiento.
