Hey Collectors! In our last episode, we talked about the practical side of decluttering — having a plan, knowing where things go, and making space in your schedule. But today, we're going deeper. Because sometimes, the hardest clutter to clear out... isn't physical. It's emotional. Are you keeping items out of guilt, obligation, or fear? If you've ever held onto something because it reminds you of someone, or because you might need it "someday," or because it cost you a lot of money — this episode is for you.   Until next time,    Rachel xoxo

Men grow up with emotions they can't understand or explain—impatience, anger, frustration, even loneliness or sadness—and because they lack the framework for how to work with these emotions they are ultimately controlled by them. In this episode, John Heinen sits down with T.K. Coleman—top 100 podcaster (The Minimalists) and author of Emotional Clutter—to expose the quiet war within: a spiritual battle fought not with swords, but with unprocessed emotions and buried beliefs. Together they unpack why suppressing emotion doesn't make you strong—it makes you weak and immature. Learn why reclaiming your inner life is essential to leading your outer one. This isn't self-help fluff. It's a battle plan for men who want clarity, freedom, and spiritual firepower in a distracted world. We also discuss our thoughts on Pope Leo XIV.

I am excited to bring you this conversation with fellow accountant Bob Wheeler. Bob has been on the cutting edge of finance for more than 25 years and is the author of two books, one of them is “The Money Nerve: Navigating the Emotions Of Money” It's awesome to hear his perspective on money and emotional clutter, we talk about why he became an accountant, because I would say most people don't grow up wanting to become an accountant, me included :-) then we're talking about his personal experience with clutter and how it's connected to what he is doing now andabout his book and how our money nerve (how he calls it) affects our financial decision making. This is how he calls it - money nerve - I call it the emotional clutter that interferes with our spending and our finances.  Click here for the shownotesFrom Chaos to Peace Consulting Inc - https://connygraf.comSchedule a complimentary ConsultationConnect with me on LinkedInGet to know the more private me on Instagram orLike and Follow my Facebook Page

Yes there is such a thing as financial clutter and it's very connected to our physical, mental and emotional clutter. I want to talk about financial clutter for several reason, one being I have some awesome guests coming up where we talk about financial cluterbut also because it's tax season and most people are so stressed out about their finances plus in this economic climate I feel it's even more important that we address our financial clutterthere is a lot of shame around clutter and not understanding or not having control over ones finances. You might feel deeply alone and as if you were the only person struggling with clutter and finances. And shame (I know that from my own experience) isolates us and I am here to tell you  that you are not alone, and I am here to talk about that it's not true that you are the only one struggling and yes there are ways to address your clutter, the physical, digital, and the financial clutter. We can do this, you can do this, start by listening to this episode. From Chaos to Peace Consulting Inc - https://connygraf.comSchedule a complimentary ConsultationConnect with me on LinkedInGet to know the more private me on Instagram orLike and Follow my Facebook Page

Have you ever noticed how clutter affects your mental health? It doesn't affect everyone the same way, but for the most part, it increases our stress levels, it makes it difficult to focus, increases the chance that we procrastinate, and can negatively impact our relationships.
