Not every rule-breaker is choosing rebellion. Most are choosing safety — and they've been doing it since childhood. In this first episode of a new series, Dr. Greg takes apart what "antisocial" actually means and traces the pattern back to its source: not evil or criminal, but a deep wound that learned to survive by refusing to trust. Key Topics: Why "antisocial" has nothing to do with introversion — and what it actually describes How charm and omnipotent control can be defenses, not personality traits Why growing up with an unpredictable parent makes rules feel like threats instead of like love What the interpersonal wish "help me trust you" reveals beneath even the most closed-off exterior Why the parts of us that push back against rules deserve curiosity, not condemnation How empathy, education, and direction together create the conditions where rules feel like love Why the gap between antisocial patterns and ordinary daily life is narrower than we'd like to admit Learn More: Summit of Integration 2026 — Join us in Dallas, October 20–23, celebrating the Feast of St. John Paul II. Retired FBI Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program Chief Robin Dreeke joins Tony Brueski for an extended listener Q&A covering the D4VD People's Brief, the Kohberger book revelations, and the Delphi appeal's request for oral arguments.Dreeke brings his behavioral expertise to the alleged patterns across all three cases. In the D4VD case, prosecutors allege David Anthony Burke maintained a public persona — touring, performing, posting on social media — while Celeste Rivas Hernandez's body allegedly sat in his Tesla for months. Burke has pleaded not guilty and maintains his innocence. Dreeke analyzes what the alleged sequence of staging, concealment, and public performance reveals about the prosecution's behavioral profile. In Idaho, Dreeke addresses the disconnect your questions keep raising: a man his mother called “her angel” while female colleagues reportedly filed formal complaints about stalking and intimidation. A hair near a victim that the FBI confirmed isn't Kohberger's. A plea deal that gave no motive and waived all appeals. In Delphi, Dreeke examines the behavioral implications of Allen's confessions — statements made during alleged psychosis that included factual impossibilities. Allen confessed to shooting victims who were never shot. His defense says the trial court admitted those confessions while blocking the defense from contextualizing the conditions that produced them.Your questions across all three cases push past the surface and into the behavioral, investigative, and institutional failures that allegedly allowed harm to continue. Dreeke and Brueski take them head-on.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? In this compelling fourth lecture of the series, Acharya das reframes well-being through the lens of timeless wisdom, drawing from sources like the Bhagavad Gita to reveal a powerful three-dimensional model: body, mind, and the often-overlooked spiritual self. With precision and clarity, the talk exposes a universal truth—no amount of success, relationships, or material gain can resolve the subtle but persistent sense of emptiness that many experience. This is not a personal failure or circumstantial issue; it is a signal pointing toward something deeper. The Bhagavad- gītā verse quoted in this talk:In this world, there is nothing so sublime and pure as transcendental knowledge. Such knowledge is the mature fruit of all mysticism. And one who has achieved this enjoys the self within himself in due course of time. - Bhagavad-gītā 4.38Such a liberated person is not attracted to material sense pleasure or external objects but is always in trance, enjoying the pleasure within. In this way the self-realized person enjoys unlimited happiness, for he concentrates on the Supreme. - Bhagavad-gītā 5.21One whose happiness is within, who is active within, who rejoices within and is illumined within, is actually the perfect mystic. He is liberated in the Supreme, and ultimately he attains the Supreme. - Bhagavad-gītā 5.24Chapters00:00:00 Introduction and Three-Dimensional Well-being Paradigm 00:02:22 The Universal Experience of Emptiness and Advertising Manipulation 00:04:38 Personal Counseling Example: Fear of Being Alone 00:06:44 Behavioral Patterns of Avoiding Emptiness 00:08:38 Life Clutter and Hidden Loneliness 00:11:19 Emptiness as Spiritual Protection and Indication 00:13:18 Material Wealth and Relationship Status Don't Eliminate Emptiness 00:15:01 The Inadequacy of the Material World 00:16:37 A Woman's Honest Blog About Emptiness 00:23:47 Attraction to Beauty, Happiness, and Love 00:27:00 The Ice Cream Sundae Metaphor 00:28:52 Spiritual Malnourishment and the Fish Out of Water Metaphor 00:30:31 The Inward Journey and Purpose of Human Life 00:33:07 Bhagavad Gita Verses on Transcendental Knowledge 00:35:56 Liberation Through Spiritual Understanding 00:37:59 The Self-Realized Person's Experience 00:39:30 The Perfect Mystic and Spiritual Attainment 00:41:08 Two Simple Practices: Yoga Wisdom and Meditation 00:42:16 Spiritual Sound and Its Purifying Effects 00:44:15 The Signal of Inner Longing 00:45:41 The Futility of Material Investment 00:46:55 Invitation to Kirtan Practice
Retired FBI Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program Chief Robin Dreeke joins Tony Brueski to break down the behavioral indicators in the Joseph Duggar case — including the extraordinary detail that the accused allegedly confessed twice before being arrested.According to the arrest affidavit, Joseph Duggar admitted to molesting a nine-year-old girl when confronted by the victim's father. He then allegedly admitted a second time during a monitored phone call with Arkansas detectives listening. Robin dissects what those admissions reveal through his behavioral framework — why certain individuals confess when confronted, what the psychology of repeated admission looks like, and what it tells us about the broader family culture that shaped Joseph Duggar's alleged behavior.Joseph faces charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under twelve and lewd and lascivious conduct in Florida. Both he and his wife Kendra face separate charges in Arkansas, including endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment. Jail recordings captured Kendra reportedly warning Joseph not to trust anyone.Your listener questions drive this conversation — from the psychology of families that allegedly protect predators over children, to the behavioral red flags Robin identifies in the Duggar family's public statements, to the question that haunts everyone following this case: with multiple grandchildren still in this family's orbit, what happens next?Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Every public statement from the Duggar siblings after Joseph's arrest hit the same notes — scripted, measured, on-brand. The private communications tell a completely different story. Jim Bob's first written message to his son focused on God's forgiveness. Kendra called it "disappointing." Anna Duggar — whose own husband Josh is serving federal time — put money on Joseph's books. Austin Forsyth warned Joseph about monitored calls in the same breath he praised God for their growing family bond.Joseph Duggar faces Florida charges of lewd and lascivious behavior on a child under twelve, tied to allegations from a 2020 family vacation in Panama City Beach. According to the arrest affidavit, the alleged victim was nine at the time. Duggar reportedly admitted to the conduct. He and Kendra also face Arkansas misdemeanor charges for endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment.Retired FBI Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program Chief Robin Dreeke joins the panel to dissect the behavioral signatures in those communications — the minimization patterns, the loyalty-over-truth reflexes, and what the default language reveals about a family system where managing appearance was trained into the DNA long before any crisis arrived. That training has a name and a founder. Bill Gothard's Institute in Basic Life Principles spent five decades teaching families that authority flows one direction — downward — and that questioning it invites spiritual destruction. Thirty-four women have accused Gothard of misconduct, some alleging it occurred when they were minors. He has denied all allegations. He resigned in 2014 and has never been criminally charged. A Texas Supreme Court ruling in 2025 allowed a lawsuit to proceed alleging IBLP's teachings were designed to create conditions enabling abuse. Robin Dreeke brings the behavioral lens to the institutional dimension — what happens when the doctrine itself becomes the mechanism of control, and how families raised inside that framework process accountability when the structure cracks.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? This episode examines three distinct but connected legal and behavioral threads. Joseph Duggar faces two felony counts in Bay County, Florida — lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under twelve and lewd and lascivious conduct — and has pled not guilty. Both Joseph and Kendra Duggar face eight combined misdemeanor counts in Arkansas for second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree false imprisonment. Joseph was released on a six-hundred-thousand-dollar bond with a no-contact order with minors, including his own children. His arraignment is pending. His older brother Josh Duggar was convicted in December 2021 on federal charges involving child sexual abuse material and is serving more than twelve years. The episode examines the Duggar family system that produced allegations or convictions involving two sons — the parenting model, the religious framework, and the family culture Jim Bob and Michelle built — alongside the federal prosecution of FLDS cult leader Samuel Bateman, sentenced in December 2024 to fifty years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy charges involving the transportation of minors for sexual activity and kidnapping. Eleven co-defendants were convicted. The case is the subject of the Netflix documentary Trust Me: The False Prophet.Robin Dreeke, retired chief of the FBI's Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program, provides behavioral analysis across all three segments, connecting the patterns of minimization, silence, and rationalized harm that appear in both the family and cult contexts. All individuals referenced are presumed innocent unless convicted.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? The first extended phone call between Joseph and Kendra Duggar from the Washington County Detention Center is now part of the public record. Joseph Duggar — facing charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12 in Bay County, Florida — is in solitary confinement, reading the book of Psalms and exercising. Kendra reports physical deterioration — inability to eat, difficulty functioning, loss of emotional baseline. Joseph compares his situation to the Biblical Joseph's imprisonment. When Kendra references his charges, he interprets the word as referring to a newspaper. The conversation shifts to tax filings, digital file management, and power of attorney logistics. The alleged victim is not referenced at any point during the call.Retired FBI Counterintelligence Chief Robin Dreeke, former head of the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Program, provides line-by-line behavioral analysis. He identifies deflection mechanisms, the substitution of scripture for emotional engagement with the allegations, the logistical pivot that displaces accountability, and the structural absence of the alleged victim from the entire recorded conversation. Dreeke places these patterns within documented behavioral frameworks observed in closed systems that prioritize institutional preservation over individual harm. The institutional context extends to Michelle Duggar's role in constructing the emotional and doctrinal environment inside the family. Michelle has acknowledged developing her vocal presentation from Bill Gothard's IBLP curriculum. She publicly described teaching infant obedience through blanket training — a method involving physical correction when a child moved toward a desired object placed just out of reach. She published advice instructing wives to remain "joyfully available" to their husbands. When Josh Duggar confessed to harming his sisters, Michelle's documented initial response prioritized reputational concern over her daughters' welfare. She subsequently participated in sending those daughters onto Fox News to defend their abuser — an appearance Jill Duggar has characterized as intended to preserve the family's television contract. Michelle then recorded a political robocall warning voters about predators while the family's sealed police report remained undisclosed. The IBLP framework — where pain expression constitutes spiritual failure and disclosure constitutes betrayal — is the operating doctrine behind the behavioral patterns now visible in every piece of communication emerging from this family.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? These three patterns begin in childhood and, once recognized, can be observed in either yourself or someone you know. It is impossible to have a healthy marriage or relationship with this little person conducting the orchestra.
Today, we're discussing the tragic murder of Austin Metcalf — a case that's not just heartbreaking but deeply revealing of a larger cultural crisis we need to address head-on. I'll be sharing my raw thoughts on what happened, and more importantly, having the uncomfortable (but necessary) conversation surrounding crime statistics in the black community. If we're ever going to see real change — fewer senseless killings, safer neighborhoods, and stronger families — then we have to stop tiptoeing around the truth. It's time to talk about why these patterns keep repeating and what cultural shifts must happen to break the toxic and deadly cycle. This isn't about hate — it's about accountability, truth, and the fight for life, stability, and genuine justice.—https://policecoffee.com/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAACG7qmLTSF8TidU6uJpGkHMYzxsnd&gclid=Cj0KCQjwqcO_BhDaARIsACz62vPh4GA_6w_PdX8w4PW0sRhPD76KOyhYBmiEOdpiLXHP1G10c9kaPMEaAkK-EALw_wcB

Narcissism is not a black and white concept, but rather a spectrum. It is important to understand narcissism through a trauma-informed and internal family systems lens. Those who experience narcissistic abuse often have core emotional wounds and protector parts that come up to distract and soothe them. Healing from narcissistic abuse is a lifelong journey that involves building capacity in the nervous system, regulating emotions, and re-parenting the wounded inner child. Community support and validation are crucial for healing from narcissistic abuse.

Alicia Kay is a distinguished professional with a wealth of experience spanning over twenty years in dealing with trauma and psychotherapy. Having undergone an impactful personal transformation herself, Alicia's perspective on trauma and psychotherapy is underpinned by both professional knowledge and personal experience. She strongly believes in introspection as a means to understand and heal from emotional pain, trauma, and shame that can hinder spiritual growth. Through her own emotional exploration, she was able to understand the root cause of her struggles and transform those experiences into lessons for others. Kay advocates for a combined approach of traditional therapy and holistic healing, which takes into account unconscious beliefs, feelings, and patterns. She opposes the idea of medicating individuals based on diagnoses and encourages reliance on intuitive intelligence for guidance in the healing process. Kay's views highlight the transformational potential of confronting and healing trauma to discover one's true self and purpose.Time Stamps:(00:11:22) Exploring Transformation Through Self-Reflection and Healing(00:12:39) Healing through confronting deep emotional wounds(00:16:48) Trauma's Influence on Understanding Others' Behaviors(00:21:38) Exploring Core Wounds for Personal Transformation(00:30:32) Navigating Personal Growth Through Self-Awareness(00:32:19) Shifting Focus Towards Self-Reflection and Growth(00:49:23) Shame-Based Coping Mechanisms in Addiction(00:55:05) Shame as Root Cause of Addiction(00:56:59) Emotional Triggers in Addiction Recovery Protocol(01:04:16) Healing Trauma through Unconscious Behavior Exploration(01:09:19) Fostering Children's Mental Resilience Through Empowerment(01:17:51) Healing Trauma Through Somatic Breath Awareness(01:22:13) Tailoring Breath Work for Individual ReadinessConnect with Alicia:Book a FREE discovery call Alicia here: www.aliciakay.as.me/discoverAsk Alicia about her 6 month program "Breakthrough Bliss" - Designed to help you clear out emotional blocks, trauma and aling with your authentic self.- Website: https://www.aliciakaycoaching.com/- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/aliciakaycoaching/ - Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/aliciakaycoaching- YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvlCVoy6T_Tb3lBOjjy11ng/featuredConnect with Lance:* Grab a copy Mastering Adversity Book: https://a.co/d/c8HXL6j * * Tired of being the best kept secret? In this episode, I'm talking about the importance of TRULY showing up to create the life we really want. We can be very ambivalent when it comes to relationships with others, but that same ambivalence exists within us when our NO's and YES's don't come from an embodied place, and leaks into other areas of our lives. Stop delaying what you're becoming, create the abundance you seek, give birth to your purpose and passion, and step fully into the opportunity that 2024 can be. https://youtu.be/RhYikrrSQKY The victim mentality always sees life as a struggle against opposing forces. Victim versus oppressor. Black versus white. Democrat versus Republican. Liberal versus conservative. Tolerant versus racist. These counter forces are a means to divide people into a smaller and more controllable tribe, making life simply about us versus them and asking everyone whose side they are on; choose wisely. Racial division is among the strongest method to keep black people submissive and making them fearful of straying away from the controlled narrative. - Adam B. “My search for black identity was something that I actually enjoyed, until I started noticing that there was a level of animosity that comes with it that's being preached. It is a celebration of being black and also is a rejection of ‘white.'”Adam Coleman is the founder of WrongSpeak Publishing and author of “Black Victim to Black Victor: Identifying the Ideologies, Behavioral Patterns, and Cultural Norms that Encourage a Victimhood Complex.”“Human existence is filled with struggle. It's just a matter of do you take that struggle and hold on to it as some sort of weapon to levy at the rest of society? Or do you use that struggle as a reason to overcome it?” says Coleman.Coleman believes the American public education system has failed its students and that a policy of school choice is the solution. He says that growing up without a father made it especially challenging for him to cultivate an identity, and that single parenthood is devastating to the black community. Coleman says that family planning is of utmost importance in order to improve society.“The home is the first government we should be worried about,” says Coleman. “The problem is that for a lot of people, it's highly dysfunctional, and then they look elsewhere for the solution.”
