Molla Yegân da; “Tefsîr ve hadîs ilimlerinde yetişmiş bir âlim getirdim.” cevâbını verdi. Molla Gürânî'yi getirip, Pâdişâh'a takdim etti. Pâdişâh da onun ilmini takdîr edip, Hüdâvendigâr Gâzî Medresesi müderrisliğine tâyin etti. Sonra Manisa'da bulunan Şehzâde Mehmed'e (Fâtih'e) hoca tâyin edildi.Herkesin sevgisine mazhâr olan Molla Yegân, keskin zekâlı ve yumuşak huylu bir zât-ı muhteremdi. Ömrünü, ilim öğrenmek ve öğretmekle, Allâhü Teâlâ'ya ibâdet etmekle geçiren Molla Yegân, pekçok talebe yetiştirdi. 1453 (H.857) târihinde Bursa'da vefât etti. In 2010, the Association for Information Systems formed a special interest group () to nurture an international community of academics that study the role of digital technologies in fostering environmentally, economically and socially sustainable development. Fifteen years later, we sit down with , the current SIGGreen president, to reflect on the progress we have made. What do we know about how digital technologies help greening our planet? What efforts in empirical, theoretical, and design work is still needed? Is our role to understand the role of digital technologies or do we need to push and enact change ourselves? Runa ir par starptautisku projektu TransCan3 TALETE (projekta nr. FP-21632-ZF-N-840), kurā Latvijas, Vācijas, Itālijas, Francijas un Norvēģijas molekulārie biologi un medicīnas zinātnieki strādā pie tā, lai pēc iespējas ātrāk un efektīvāk varētu noteikt, kāda ārstēšana būtu nepieciešama konkrētam šī asinsvēža pacientam. Turklāt  stāsts ir par to, ka dažādu zāļu iedarbība netiek pētīta šī cilvēka organismā, bet paņemot viņa šūnu paraugu. Milzīgs ūdens patēriņš, augsnes degradācija, liels pieprasījums - tas viss apgrūtina litija iegūšanu laikā, kad pasaule virzās uz ilgtspējīgāku saimniekošanu. Turklāt izskan arī prognozes, ka litija baterijas būs mazāk pieejamas nākotnē pasaules tirgū milzīgā pieperasījuma dēļ. Kādas ir alternatīvas litijam baterijām un vai galda sāls varētu būt jauns efektīvs risinājums? Raidījumā Zināmais nezināmajā vērtē Latvijas Universitātes Cietvielu fizikas institūta Enerģijas materiālu laboratorijas vadītājs un vadošais pētnieks Gints Kučinskis un institūta vadošais pētnieks Gunārs Bajārs. „Ir jāmeklē citi enerģijas avoti. Nav tā, ka rīt vajadzēs citu elementu, bet jādomā ir,” bilst Gunārs Bajārs, vērtējot litija pieejamību pasaulē. Eiropā litija nav daudz, lai apmierinātu vajadzību pēc litija, arī ģeopolitiskā nestabilitāte var radīt problēmu. Sava loģika tajā, ka galda sāls varētu aizstāt litiju ir. "Tā loģika ir tāda, ka galda sālī ir nātrijs. Galda sāls ir principā nātrija hlorīds. Tas ir plaši izplatīts uz zemeslodes, septītais pieejamākais materiāls Zemes garozā. Nātriju var izmantot litija vietā baterijās. Un praktiski liekas, ka daudzi no tiem materiāliem un procesiem, ko izmanto, lai veidotu un ražotu litija baterijas, ka tie paši strādā arī ar nātrija baterijām," atzīst Gints Kučinskis. Taču pētnieks atzīst, ka baterija ir diezgan sarežģīta ķīmiskā sistēma un nav tik vienkārši, ka izvilkt visu litiju un ielikt nātriju atpakaļ. "Nātrijs kā atoms vai jons ir lielāks, (..) līdz ar to tie materiāli, starp kuriem viņi pārvietojas un kuros viņi, tā teikt, ielien ir jābūt arī ar lielākām pozīcijām, vakancēm, kur nātrijs var būt. Ar to saistās, protams, tas, ka materiālu izmērs mainās, respektīvi, materiāla tilpums mainās, nātrijam ievietojoties tajos un tiekot izvilktam. Tās izmaiņas ir stipri lielākas, materiāli var kristāla mērogā saplaisāt, var mainīties struktūra, tas var nebūt tik stabili. Nu, līdz ar to nav tik vienkārši," skaidro Gints Kučinskis. Bet attīstība šajā virzienā ir. Gunārs Bajārs piebilst, ka nātrija jona baterijas vairāk domā izmantot stacionārās enerģijas uzglabāšanas vietās. Bet vispirms par to, kā cilvēka organisms uzglabā enerģiju Tauku šūnas ir patiesi interesantas, tās nebūt nav tikai pasīva enerģijas uzkrāšanās vieta. Tā atzīst Līga Ozoliņa-Molla, Latvijas Universitātes Medicīnas un dzīvības zinātņu fakultātes Cilvēka un dzīvnieku fizioloģijas katedras vadītāja, asociētā profesore, vadošā pētniece. Tauku šūnas zinātniski dēvē par adipocītiem, un visticamāk arī tie, kuri nav saskārušies ar pētījumiem, zinās, ka tauki mums organismā dod kādas rezerves, no kurām gan mēs ik pa laikam paši mēģinām atbrīvoties. This woman's life was like a rollercoaster of faith, medicine, love, and one heart-wrenching sacrifice. Grab a tissue. Timmerie's here to tell you all about her!    Doctor with a Dream    Gianna was a pediatrician in Italy, totally committed to helping others through her medical career. She even planned a big trip to Brazil to do medical missionary work, leaving her thriving practice behind. But then...curveball! She got sick right before the trip and never made it to Brazil. Suddenly, she had to rethink her whole life plan. Ever been there?    Single, 30s, and Wondering    Now, imagine Gianna in her 30s, single, and watching her friends get married left and right. She was asking God some big questions, trying to figure out her vocation. She believed everyone had a unique calling, and it wasn't just about religious life. She wanted to know what God wanted for her life, and spoiler alert: He had some big plans.   Finally, in 1955, along came Pietro, the man who would become her husband. They got married, had three kids, and she was balancing life as a full-time doctor with her husband often on the road. She loved her work, but she and Pietro had to keep figuring out how to juggle it all.    A Heartbreaking Choice    Now, after her third child, Gianna found out she was pregnant again, but she also had a tumor in her uterus. The doctors basically gave her three choices: 1) Have an abortion to save herself, 2) have a hysterectomy (which would mean the baby wouldn't survive), or 3) try to remove the tumor and risk it all. St. Gianna didn't flinch. She was all in for her baby. She went with the riskiest option, hoping to protect her child even if it meant risking her own life.   The surgery worked, and she carried her baby all the way to term. But right after her daughter Gianna Emanuela Molla was born, complications from the C-section led to sepsis. In her final days, Gianna refused pain meds because she wanted to be fully present with her family. Her last words to her sister? A reminder that so many of the things we stress over in life just don't matter when we face eternity.

St. Gianna Beretta Molla was born in 1922. As a young woman, she wanted to be a missionary but eventually saw that God was calling her to marriage and family life. She became a pediatrician, and she and her husband Pietro had three children. They lived a full and joyful life. When she was pregnant with her fourth child, she was diagnosed with a benign tumour in her uterus.
