Tanya Brown holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Certificate in Guiding Mindful Change. She is no stranger to adversity or trauma. With the loss of her sister, Nicole Brown Simpson, she has faced overwhelming life challenges but used these obstacles to ultimately improve the quality of her life. Tanya became a domestic violence advocate, doing speaking engagements and training that would inform people about the horror of abuse at home.   Adding to her repertoire, ten years after the loss of Nicole, Tanya suffered a mental breakdown and attempted a suicide after the cancellation of her wedding. Little did she know that it was not from the cancellation of the wedding, but rather, it was unresolved grief, loss, trauma, stress, anxiety and depression. With the tools she acquired, she now calls this MELTDOWN  a BREAKTHROUGH. As a result, Tanya has made a personal commitment to speak on mental health issues that inflict so many in today's climate. Fast forward to 2019, Tanya attempted yet another suicide after a mental, emotional and psychological assault which warranted a five year restraining order against her assailant. Due to the overwhelming stress and trauma, Tanya became horribly angry, hyper-vigilant and even mean, at times which all were so unfamiliar since she is ultimately a very happy person. The gift came when she was FINALLY diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and her healing began. Now, fully recovered from all the trauma and chaos, she has become a nationally recognized author, speaker, counselor and life coach. Tanya does not waste her experiences, but rather, uses the lessons to help others cope with their own life's challenges. She has created The T.A.N.Y.A Formula to help people Find Peace Amid Their Chaos. These self-care and life management strategies guide the person to manage their anxiety, depression, adversity and overwhelm so they too, can have a life of optimal well-being. Tanya is an author of two books; Finding Peace Amid The Chaos: My Escape From Depression and Suicide and The Seven Characters of Abuse: Domestic Violence, Where It Starts and Where It CAN End. When comparing how far we have come with technology, you can say she has most definitely have seen the trends change. What has not changed is; how we use technology. As it is still a integral part of our success, no matter if building a business or a personal brand. After the tragic events of 9/11, it was a life defining moment for so many, which is when she re-evaluated my career path and decided to pivot. Monica relentlessly pursued her passion of getting into the beauty industry. Knowing she would in essence be starting at the bottom, she signed with a beauty brand as a ‘Marketing Manager” in her native home of Southern California. Bringing her knowledge and expertise to a different industry, while thinking outside the box was an environment she thrived in. During these 13-years, she was tenacious in the pursuit of success and climbed from Marketing Manager to Vice President. This period was instrumental in Monica's career as she was not only holding a domestic position, but handling business relationships internationally, as well. These distant lands were the launchpad for where she is today. Having conducted business in several countries takes understanding of cultural differences, which enhanced her perspective on international business, not only in Branding, Sales and PR, but in ALL aspects of business. Not to mention, she was also managing multi-million dollar budgets. The knowledge and experience she gained has been instrumental and put to practical use since becoming a business owner. A motto she lives by is; “You must always be evolving to remain relevant”. She loves a challenge and pushing herself outside of my comfort zone. In 2013, Monica set her eyes on the energetic; New York City.  Upon arriving in New York City, she quickly learned that “visiting” NYC is very different from LIVING there. She rolled up my sleeves and signed up for real life lessons on life, love, business, and grittiness; that only New York City can offer. Hey, they say “If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere”, and that is exactly what she set out to do.... “make it there”. In 2020 Monica celebrated 6-years of being in business for herself. Since launching her branding agency, she has continued to evolve, so she remains relevant in an ever changing industry and be AHEAD of the trends. In 2019, Monica also strategically added “Course Creator” to her repertoire. Diving into the $325-Billion E-Learning Industry, so that she has the ability to reach more entrepreneurs and help them scale and monetize their brands. Monica shares; “I am committed to keeping my client list intimate so that I can be hands on and involved in all aspects of my clients brands and businesses, as this is what I am most passionate about, as well as creating legacy brands for my clients.”

Framed around the question of might she find a nice boyfriend in 100 dates or less, she embarks upon a year-long dating journey that proves humorous, grueling and oftentimes poignant, forcing her to face a past she's been trying to escape much of her adult life. She will reconcile with a father she never knew and come to understand the impact of his absence on her choice of romantic partners. The 100 dates quest throws Holly in the path of an eclectic cast of characters, including a thirty-three year old African American fireman and a sixty-two year old CEO with whom she falls in love, the man who challenges her to find her father. Dona's passion is speaking about her experiences while mentoring women through the trauma, stress, and unraveling of their life.  Why she is so passionate about healing women and leading them to overcome substance abuse, is she held onto deep dark secrets about her life that were killing her. Chef Maria Loi's warmth and huge smile are your first welcome. Her table's colorful bounty is fresh, festive, healthful and reminiscent of her days growing up along the seaside in Greece. The dining space echoes with laughter, comfort and delightful conversations; this is where memories are made. Everyone seated at the Loi table feels like a special friend, carefully chosen to share this life. With Loi, modern knowledge and ancient lore are carefully blended to create a new brand of “soul” food—dining that is as good for your soul as it is for your body. When Maria Loi chooses ingredients and creates recipes, she considers the ancient grains and flavors that continue to flourish millennia later. This is an area of expertise; her book on ancient Greek dining was the only official cookbook of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. These ingredients, as respected as the great Greek minds of Plato, Socrates and Hippocrates, are the pillars of a healthy, tasty Mediterranean diet: olive oil, Greek yogurt, grains, beans and freshly picked greens. Maria Loi's food is about truth in flavor. Hers is a philosophy derived from the warm, scented Greek air and the sounds of loved ones around the table. Maria Loi's mischievous grin, sparkling eyes, and culinary prowess have made her a food superstar; she is a popular television chef in Greece and the author of more than 36 cookbooks, and over 150 magazine editions. She owns an exquisite gourmet restaurant in idyllic Nafpaktos and has a line of Maria Loi dinnerware and kitchen appliances. The Chef's Club of Greece, a worldwide culinary organization has recognized her as the Global Ambassador of Greek Gastronomy; in June of 2016, she was unanimously re-elected for a second term as the official Ambassador. Maria now shares her expertise and knowledge with American audiences. She quickly earned a reputation as the U.S. leader in authentic Greek cuisine and ingredients. In March 2012, Maria was invited to cook for President Obama, Vice President Biden, and 250 honored guests at the White House. Chef Loi brought her unique approach to Greek cuisine to Loi Estiatorio, her flagship restaurant in the heart of Manhattan, an ode to the flavors of Greece (opened February 2015). In 2016, Chef Loi was the inaugural chef of The Ritz-Carlton Central Park South's Kitchen-Takeover series; she was a panelist at the Mediterranean Diet Roundtable Conference in LA, with professors from Harvard University and other decision-makers in the food industry. She was a judge at the inaugural Ernesto Illy Coffee Awards at the UN, and many many more appearances. Ultimately, her mission in life is simple, subscribing to THE Loi motto - tasty, healthy, easy - Chef Loi wants to change the world, one healthy Greek bite at a time.
