Brad Paisley recently started rolling out tracks for his ongoing project, Tacklebox, and I had the absolute honor of sitting in the studio to track these songs. But the craziest part of this project is the "butterfly effect" story of how it actually came to life.It all started in early 2025 during a random dinner with my buddy Dan Strain (Danocaster Guitars). A college-aged waiter recognized us, and fast forward a few months to the Nashville Vintage Guitar Show, I ran into him again. He was trying to sell his Brad Paisley Silver Sparkle Road Worn Telecaster to buy a much-needed acoustic guitar. I took him over to meet Brad to get it signed, and they ended up in a deep conversation.Turns out, this guy was a Belmont graduate who had interned at SeaGayle (Brad's publishing company). He started rattling off unreleased song titles from Brad's massive '90s songwriting vault, tunes written back when Brad was a professional songwriter aiming for cuts by Brooks & Dunn, Alan Jackson, and George Strait. Left. And it has not returned. And this was 1985.- Winning the 1993 Masters on Easter Sunday: I am the only guy in Butler Cabin to mention Jesus twice, once in a very bad way- Money or victories are short lived. Only God can satisfy the void. Without him we are missing the biggest part.- We need to live life from an eternal perspective. About David: David Cooper is recognized as one of the best horn players of his generation, known for his lyrical phrasing and exceptional technique. He was appointed Principal Horn of the New York Philharmonic in May 2026 by Music and Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel. Cooper's orchestral career began as Acting Principal Horn with the Victoria Symphony and Co-Associate Principal Horn of the Fort Worth Symphony. He then served as Principal Horn of the Dallas Symphony (joining as Third Horn in 2011 and becoming Principal Horn in 2013), Solo Horn of the Berlin Philharmonic,  Principal Horn of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Associate Principal Horn of the Los Angeles Philharmonic. He has won Principal Horn positions with the National Symphony Orchestra (2013) and the San Francisco Symphony (2023), and has been guest Principal Horn with numerous orchestras worldwide, including the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong Philharmonic, Seoul Philharmonic, Sinfónica de Minería in Mexico, Liceu Opera in Barcelona, London Symphony Orchestra, Utopia Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, Baltimore Symphony, Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, Baltimore Symphony and the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. He founded Horns for Hope, Inc., a non-profit supporting young musicians in underserved communities, and served as Artist Faculty at Roosevelt University and the Civic Orchestra of Chicago. Born in Lansing, Michigan, into a musical family, Cooper began horn studies with Dr. Dale Bartlett and joined the Michigan State University Orchestra while in high school. He received his Bachelor's degree from The Curtis Institute of Music, where he received a Tanglewood Fellowship, and spent three summers at Marlboro Music Festival. His primary instructors are Jerome Ashby and Eric Ruske. Alex Moss and Burton DeWitt are back with a new episode of your go-to darts podcast after the latest Players Championship double header!   The boys kick off the show with a look back at this week's ProTour action in Hildesheim and discuss what's next for Kevin Doets, who won his first ProTour title on Monday, as well as look at the prospects of Tuesday's runner-up Max Hopp, the former German number one who reached his first ProTour final in seven years.   The Republic of Ireland's number one Willie O'Connor (19:48) calls in to the show during a busy stretch of events on the ProTour. 'The Magpie' briefly reflects on some of his key highlights in recent years, from reaching the PDC World Cup of Darts final in 2019 to his memorable appearance in the Premier League as a contender in Dublin. Willie also chats about his current position on the PDC tour, now qualifying for all of the European Tour events as a ProTour qualifier and the extra travelling it now involves, being on track for a long-awaited debut at the World Matchplay, and explains why he decided to switch dart manufacturers from Winmau to Shot last week.   The boys continue their review of the last seven days in darts by giving their thoughts on the weekend's Challenge Tour action in Hildesheim, which saw four first-time title winners and the current #1 Joe Hunt win a third title to extend his lead at the top of the rankings.   The Sportsman Management Company Ltd boss Mac Elkin (41:22) also joins the show to reflect on Kevin Doets' first ProTour title win earlier this week. Mac discusses what the future has in store for the Dutchman following his breakthrough win, as well as his thoughts on the other players in his stable, including Jermaine Wattimena, Dimitri Van den Bergh and Jose De Sousa. The German looks back on his title double as well as his career in the game so far, from taking up darts during the pandemic to winning his first PDC tour card at European Q-School last year. Leon reflects on a nervy final day at last year's Q-School, how his life has changed after joining the PDC tour full-time, making his mark on the European Tour in his debut season, and his hopes for the rest of 2026 and his main goal to qualify for the PDC World Darts Championship for the first time.   The boys continue their review of the last seven days in darts by giving their thoughts on the weekend's Development Tour action in Milton Keynes, which saw Sebastian Bialecki and Leon Weber pick up a pair of titles each.   Denmark's Jonas Graversen (52:25) joins the show after securing a debut in the PDC World Cup of Darts this summer.
