A Haunted House by Virginia Woolf was inspired by the home into which she moved in 1911 called Asham House. It was a retreat and intended to alleviate her stresses and mental health issues. She was plagued with mental health issues in her older years. Some speculate that they may stem from having been sexually abused when younger by her half-brother Gerald Duckworth, an event she revealed in an essay in 1939.These are the pains of Virginia Woolf, yet there was also a lot of love. She loved her husband even though their marriage was unconventional. She loved many friends and a few of them intimately. She was an artist, a trend-setter and a creator of movement and style. She was an activist and an inspiration.She could have lived longer but she chose not to. Ghost Investigation - Aviation Museum - Episode 205Here it is! the Infamous Aviation Museum, located beside the Richardson Airport in Winnipeg, Manitoba......and its HAUNTED!!!! even the volunteers and staff know its haunted. You have to remember these planes and artifacts carry ALOT of energy. Some people have even died in these planes that have been repaired to keep on display. We deeply thank Kelly and Ashley, once again, for allowing us to tag along to record some of the stories while we investgated. In the quiet elegance of 1880s Cheltenham, a spectral presence stirred unease in a grand old family mansion in the centre of town. The ghost—described as a tall, veiled woman in black—appeared repeatedly to the daughters of the Despard family, moving silently through the house and vanishing without trace. Witnessed by multiple family members over several years, the haunting became one of Britain's most documented supernatural cases, thanks to the efforts of the newly founded Society for Psychical Research, who jumped at the chance to study a haunted house, first hand.
