In Episode #198 of the PricePlow Podcast, we sit down with Nora Khaldi, founder and CEO of Nuritas, the groundbreaking company revolutionizing ingredient discovery through artificial intelligence and peptide science. Nora’s journey from pure mathematician and computer scientist to pioneering AI-driven nutrition innovation represents a fascinating intersection of technology and human health. Most listeners know Nuritas from PeptiStrong, the natural anabolic peptide ingredient derived from fava beans that’s making waves in the sports nutrition industry. But there’s so much more to the Nuritas story. This episode explores how Nora, a mathematician, identified a fundamental problem in the supplement industry: an inability to create truly new ingredients to address rapidly evolving consumer health trends. Traditional ingredient development takes decades and costs hundreds of millions of dollars, making innovation nearly impossible for the nutrition sector. Nora explains how Nuritas spent seven to eight years building proprietary AI technology called Magnifier, which integrates machine learning, proteomics, peptidomics, and molecular biology to identify bioactive peptides in nature. The conversation covers the company’s entire peptide portfolio, including PeptiSleep, PeptiYouth, PeptiControl, and the upcoming PeptiPump, along with the clinical science, regulatory challenges, and manufacturing processes behind each ingredient. https://blog.priceplow.com/podcast/nora-khaldi-nuritas-198 Video: Nora Khaldi on AI-Powered Peptide Discovery https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJ7Mmft2maA Detailed Show Notes: From Mathematics to Peptide Innovation (0:00) – Introduction: The Mathematician Who Revolutionized Peptide Discovery (0:30) – The Innovation Gap in Supplement Ingredients (2:30) – The Data Problem: Why AI Was Essential (4:45) – Timeline and Technology Development: Before ChatGPT (6:15) – Building Proprietary Data from Scratch (8:45) – Beyond Efficacy: The Complete Ingredient Development Equation (10:15) – What Is a Peptide? This episode of Across The Margin : The Podcast features an interview with acclaimed singer-songwriter Mason Jennings. Mason is a Minnesota-based artist who is well known for his simple yet catchy melodies, intimate lyrics, intensely literary and historical themes, and deep tenor's voice. With the release of his latest album Magnifier (Loosegroove Records) — the focus of this episode — Mason has gifted the world with 20 excellent and deeply affecting albums. Recorded solo at his lake house in Minnesota with just vocals, acoustic guitar, piano, kick drum, and snare, Magnifier finds Mason at his most minimal and honest. The eight songs that comprise the album meditate on love, change, grief, and hope, crafted with the kind of quiet intensity and lyrical precision that has become his hallmark. Magnifier was co-produced by Pearl Jam's Stone Gossard, also his band mate in the genre-bending band Painted Shield. With Magnifier, Jennings circles back to his acoustic roots, crafting what may be his most personal and affecting album yet.Follow Mason Jennings on Instagram.Follow Mason Jennings on Youtube.Listen to and/ or buy Magnifier on vinyl here. It's important to take time to look at the amazing details found even in the smallest of God's Creation, as well as think on the many good things God has done in our lives. Doing this helps us to focus on the greatness of God. It can pull us out a downhill spiral trouble can put us in. When we recognize the greatness of God, we are then to proclaim or magnify that greatness to all those we meet. We are to use praise as our magnifier. #fsbcsermon #fsbccoalinga Contact us at TheWordInfusion@gmail.com with your comments, questions or praises. Those people. The people who bring out the worst in us. It's easy to feel judged by them and to, in turn, judge them. But this is not a healthy way to live our lives--feeling judged and judging others. How can we get to the place of helping one another flourish? Perhaps Jesus has something to say about this.THE BIG IDEA: Pick up the mirror before you pick up the magnifier.

In this quick bite, Ed McKnight from Opes Partners challenges the perception that property investment is low-risk, explaining how leverage amplifies both gains and losses. How exactly does the "mortgage magnifier" work? Ed shares how even a 5% property value change can result in far bigger equity shift for investors. Plus, we look at historical returns between property and shares in New Zealand over the past 25 years. This quick bite is from our previous episode 'What does property investment look like in 2025?' EPISODE 202 To magnify something means to enlarge it in fact or in appearance, pointing to it, focusing attention to it and emphasizing its qualities or results. To erase something refers to the act of removing it, either physically by removing traces of it, or metaphorically by removing memories and feelings of it. In personal development, focusing on your strengths and superpowers makes you a magnifier and learning from and letting go of past failures and any victim energy makes you an eraser. Both are necessary and valuable for personal growth. In business, leadership and team management, you also need to balance both qualities, using the magnifier to highlight and your professional and company strengths while employing an eraser to address and correct inefficiencies, bad processes, or mistakes. What are the characteristics of a magnifier? In contrast, what are the characteristics of an eraser? Stop for a moment now to think about those times in your life when you have been a magnifier and an eraser. Did functioning as a magnifier or an eraser make you more successful? Being a magnifier and an eraser at different times and in different situations in your own life creates a positive impact in both your personal life and your professional lives. Your iPhone has a cool hidden feature that many people don't even know about! It can actually work like a magnifying glass, helping you zoom in on tiny text or details that are hard to see. This feature is called "Magnifier," and you can turn it on in your settings under "Accessibility." Once it's set up, you can triple-click the side button, and your phone will use its camera to zoom in and magnify anything in front of it. It's perfect for reading small print, examining little details, or even getting a closer look at nature. This trick is a handy tool that can make your iPhone even more helpful in everyday situations! It's easier for all of us to see the changes others need to make before we see the changes we need to make in ourselves. But Jesus explained how our relationships can be transformed when we reverse that order.

What wisdom, challenges, and opportunities might Jupiter in Gemini bring us? How do we understand Saturn's role during this transit? How do we sharpen our curiosity skills? The brilliant Verena Borell is back on the podcast! Early this week, Verena had a spontaneous idea to record a conversation on Jupiter in Gemini. Within 24 hours, we recorded it!We discussed Jupiter's role in bringing coherence, how Jupiter's transits can be challenging despite their status as the greater benefic, the transition between Jupiter's time in Taurus and Gemini, the importance of not jumping into conclusions, and how staying rooted in simplicity and intuition may assist us during this time.To learn more about Verena:1:1 Astro Mentoring: https://verena-borell.thrivecart.com/astro-mentoring/1:1 Soul & Soma Guidance: https://verena-borell.thrivecart.com/guidance/Homepage: https://www.verenaborell.com/Mail: mail@verenaborell.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/verenaborell/Newsletter: https://bit.ly/3oPnidm YouTube: https://bit.ly/3CYgzWzFree Venus Guide: https://bit.ly/41cVfWR If you enjoyed this podcast, consider booking a reading with me.
