“The Boys: Diabolical” war das erste Spin-off. Kann Gen V an The Boys qualitativ anknüpfen?

Wracając do mojej “odrobionej lekcji”. Szukała go na TikToku. Delegowanie, automatyzacja, wykorzystanie CRMW jednej z ankiet pytałem agentów i multiagentów – z czego korzystają przy zbieraniu danych klientów i planowaniu spotkań.

We’ve all had experience with insecurities. Whether it’s about your body, your smile, or even something that isn’t physical, most of us have tried to hide parts of ourselves we don’t like. But what happens when your insecurities are tied to the most visible part of you? Brian Turner is a vegan bodybuilder with a reach of almost half a million followers on YouTube and Instagram, but he wasn’t always so comfortable putting himself out there. Brian started dealing with acne at 15 and was soon suffering from four or five cysts on his face at a time. His painful experience with cystic acne first led Brian into a severe depression and he was eventually prescribed the powerful acne treatment drug, Accutane. Brian used fitness as an outlet and addressed his acne head-on, documenting and sharing his experience online. When he was not seeing any substantial results from high doses of Accutane, Brian looked to his eating habits. He saw great improvements after removing meat and dairy from his diet; he started eating more whole foods, and ultimately made the switch to veganism. Today, his skin is clear and he is stronger than ever. “If you don’t have a passion, you miss out on a lot of life” - Brian Turner If you like this episode Screenshot it Post it on your Instagram Story or Twitter Tag Nimai, Bianca, and Generation V! Over 20 million Americans over the age of 12 have some sort of addiction. The sale of prescription drugs has increased by over 300 percent since 1999. Almost three out of four overdoses are caused by prescription drugs which are more than heroin and cocaine overdoses combined. What's worse is that these drugs can be easier to obtain than the aforementioned illegal drugs. 6.8 million people who struggle with addiction also struggle with some sort of mental illness. Adam Sud, our guest today, had weighed over 320 pounds and was severely addicted to drugs and fast food. He was also afflicted with Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, anxiety disorder, sleep disorder, and suicidal depression. His downward spiral culminated with an overdose as a result of a suicide attempt while he was alone in his filthy hoarder-like apartment. He checked into rehab and with the help of his parents and a plant-based diet, he began the journey that led to a remarkable recovery not only in reversing his chronic diseases and losing nearly 200 pounds but living a happy and healthy life of purpose. Now he is helping others discover how to find joy in owning their health and their well-being, and in developing self-love. Adam is now a diabetes and food addiction coach for masteringdiabetes.org. “It's always about hard work. It's always about the diet. It's always about sacrifice and effort.”Nimai DelgadoBut where do you get your protein?I get this question a lot. Today's guest probably gets it more than anyone on Earth.A sweetheart of a guy rocking one of the world's most impressive physiques, this week's guest is an IFBB Professional Men’s Physique bodybuilder with a most unexpected twist:Nimai Delgado has never eaten meat in his entire life. Not one bite.Raised vegetarian since birth, Nimai switched to a 100% plant based unprocessed diet in 2015, motivated by a desire to live the healthiest lifestyle possible. Not long after, his bodybuilding career skyrocketed. Proving animal products unnecessary for peak fitness, Nimai is indisputable living testimony that you can indeed build tremendous strength and muscle mass without the meat and dairy products most of us have been told our whole lives are critical for health and absolutely mandatory athletic performance.Nimai's evolution into bodybuilding began as a personal mission to make friends, get fit and stay healthy. Success came swiftly. Within a year, he had won several contests, including the NPC USA Championships, earning him a spot among the IFBB professional ranks.A fresh new face making serious waves on the vegan athlete scene, Nimai has recently shifted focus from self to service — leveraging his rapidly growing profile into a global movement to teach people young and old how to gain muscle, get fit, be competitive and thrive long-term on a plant-based diet.Nimai's impressive vegan gains have graced the cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine and feature prominently in the hotly anticipated Gamechangers documentary. When he isn't killing it in the gym, he's hosting the recently launched Generation V podcast and sharing daily diet and fitness tips with his 265K Instagram followers.Perhaps you follow him on social media. Maybe you've seen him flexing in magazines. But there's so much more to Nimai than bulging biceps.Today we unpack the untold story. This is a conversation about what it was like being raised by Hare Krisha devotee parents who immigrated from Argentina. It's an open account of his experience growing up on a commune in rural south Mississippi. It's an exchange about how the bodybuilding subculture captured his interest. And it's about why he made the choice to go and stay vegan.Of course, we cover his training routines. We discuss his daily nutritional regimen. Yes, we talk protein — where he gets it and the misconceptions behind the hotly debated macro-nutrient. And because suspicion is unavoidable, I do ask him about steroids. But most of all, this is an exploration of the lesser known Nimai — the spiritual and ethical foundation beneath what he does, how he does it, and most importantly why.It was an honor to have this awesome human in the studio. It's my pleasure to share his wisdom with you today. And my hope is that our exchange will leave you not only inspired, but questioning more than a few long-held assumptions about the role of nutrition in athletic performance. To get a gander of this physical specimen, watch our entire conversation on YouTube at bit.ly/richandnimaiPeace + Plants,Listen, Watch & Subscribe See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Listen HEREI am very pleased to welcome back Francis Glass, coordinator of Animal Liberation Youth, from Animal Liberation Victoria. In our last interview we talked about non-vegan volunteers handing out literature, and this episode we would like to respond to the comments and concerns that raised about this subject, as it is definitely something that needs to be discussed. Thank you to Karin Hilpisch for your comments! We also talk about young people who are going vegan and how important they are to our future, and what it is like for a young person who is still living with their parents to go vegan, the resistance some kids get from their families and 13 and 14 year olds dealing with parents who are hostile to veganism and actively try to prevent their children from being vegan. We discuss the different reasons why the parents may be reacting in this way and try to come up with more ideas on ways to help them and their children through that. This is something us independent, adult vegans can't relate to as we control our own home environments and the products that we buy, so I am very grateful to Francis for offering us some insight into that, and for reminding us that it is not so easy for young people living in controlled environments as it is for independent adults. We also go on to talk about why we promote ethical reasons to go vegan above all other reasons such as health, environment etc, while still stressing that knowledge of these other aspects is essential too.In my next interview with Francis we will discuss further comments raised about protesting in front of KFC and the like with regard to promoting veganism and not single issue campaigns. We didn't get a chance to cover that this time as we went off to talk about other things (as often happens on this podcast) however please be assured we will be talking about that, as it is also very relevant and valid topic for discussion. Thanks again to listeners for the great feedback and insight and suggestions and thanks to Francis for coming back on the show! Here is the link to the Vegan Easy Challenge mentioned on the show: link hereThis is what ALL the animal groups should be doing.I mentioned a book written by a teenage vegan called Claire Askew, who I heard interviewed on Vegan Freak Radio. Claire wrote a book for teenage vegans called Generation V, and it is a fantastic resource for teenagers. Listen to the Vegan Freaks interview with Claire hereI also mentioned a quote by Marin Luther King, Jr. which in my usual style I had not committed to memory and so totally screwed up. Please forgive me as always. I will work on that! Here is the quote:"History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people."- Marin Luther King, Jr.UPDATE: If anyone's audio is messed up about halfway through, please re-download. I am so sorry for making anyone download this twice. I totally messed up, and there is some audio from the last interview mixed in by accident. I loaded up the correct file. Please delete the messed up audio and re-download. Sorry!
I veckans Cirrus kikar vi in i framtiden.
