Today's episode is an open forum discussion between myself and Grace Klein. We have both walked the difficult journey of infertility without ever birthing a child. She reads an excerpt from her book, Flourish, in which she talks about that season of her life. She then began to ask me questions about my journey, which leads me to tell parts of my journey that I have never talked about on this podcast before. We also discuss how men are affected and often overlooked in the infertility journey and how we, as a society, can help them too. Grace and I both pray that today's discussion will help other women and men who have walked this journey to know they are not alone. Also to know that it is okay to not be okay with how something has turned out differently than you would have wanted, but to know that God is with you and hope can still be a part of your story. „Selbstliebe“. Hier findest du Grace:  Website: https://www.stefanie-grace.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/stefanie_grace_coaching/ Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/2ApkZ3u6YhjGM7uxFX00ZM   Ihre Empfehlungen:  Die revolutionäre Kraft des Fühlens: Wie unsere Emotionen uns befreien (Maria Sanchez): https://amzn.eu/d/bTcI41R The Slow Down Diet: Eating for Pleasure, Energy, and Weight Loss (Marc David) https://amzn.eu/d/0wryen6

Our guest on the podcast this week is LeeAnn Mallorie, CEO of Guts & Grace Leadership and founder of the Meme Project, Sustainability Summit. LeeAnn began her career as an executive coach at 26 years old, working with leaders and top teams from around the globe. Yet she soon found something was missing – the body. She now helps leaders combat burnout and align with purpose by bridging the gap between the hard-driving, logical mind and the deeper wisdom of the soul. Her book, Guts & Grace, offers an unexpected doorway to greater power, ethics, influence, and impact at work. Today we're going to be talking about shaping the future of our world in more intentional ways, as leaders begin to embrace regenerative leadership. LeeAnn shares her own real-life experiences with leaders, the challenges and the opportunities that are alive at this moment in time, and how we're all coping. We talk about this time of disruption and the potential of business to change our world. LeeAnn shares an important insight, how those of us without positional authority might actually be the ones who can bring forward the most effective changes to reimagine a different way of doing business. It's clear we all have a role to play in shaping our collective future and LeeAnn helps us understand how… Listen in as we talk through the natural evolution of LeeAnn's work, including how we can elevate our personal leadership to evolve the collective towards something new. How we can begin to see our lives as a critical part of the whole, to transcend and include our individual perspective. She asks the question "How can we create more life for everyone?” Change can be hard especially when it needs to happen at the level of identity, understanding the risk and making the case for systemic change can be a challenge. LeeAnn shares how some of her leadership clients are navigating and making the business case for inspiring regenerative change. “You are the one you have been waiting for”. LeeAnn has also begun to bring changemakers together under the “Meme project” bringing together a powerhouse group of world-shapers to collaborate, co-create and support each other while doing this deeply transformational work. She is building a powerful network to help changemakers amplify the ripple of change and its ultimate impact. If you have ever had the sense there is more you could be doing to make even small changes that would benefit your organization, life and business then I encourage you to listen to this deeply resonant dialogue for insights. June 10 2019 Monday  We Are Reconciled To God Through Our Lord And Savior Jesus Christ  My Prayers For You   Ephesians 1:15-23 NLT  'Ever since I first heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for God's people everywhere, I have not stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church. And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself.' Ephesians 3:14-21 NLT 'When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God's love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.' 2 Corinthians 5:19  The Message Of Reconciliation... Romans 5:10  We are Reconciled by Jesus' death...
