Das ist aber genau das, was sie erwartet, sobald sie in einer Partnerschaft ein Kind bekommen. Norbert Neuwirth zeigt, mit welchen sozialwissenschaftlichen Methoden die moderne Demographieforschung solche Erkenntnisse gewinnt und spricht auch darüber, was Menschen mehr Lust auf Familie machen könnte. Neuwirth betreut unter anderem die Datenerhebung in Österreich. Dafür kooperiert er mit dem Vienna Institute of Demography (VID) an der Österreichischen Akademie der Wissenschaften.
