Siff Haider was fed up with the lack of problem-specific supplements on the market, had an idea that would solve the problem, spent her wedding savings on making it happen, made $1 million dollars in her first year, and has now seen the business grow 10 fold. But I'll be honest, this isn't just an episode about Siff's business journey. A few months ago I became obsessed with her tiktoks on the high maintenance rules she lives by to stay low maintenance, the routines she swears by, the hot girl habits she sticks to - and so this is genuinely a case of me inviting Siff on to have a chat all about exactly that. I joked the other day in my vlog that my 2025 aim is to get hot, in all senses of the word, and if that's something you want to do this year too - this episode is genuinely a great starting point. #28 On this episode of Boujee Best Friend Podcast, we welcome Siffat (Siff) Haider, CEO, and Co-Founder of Arrae. Arrae is an all-natural supplement brand designed to solve the health problems that women deal with daily. Siff developed the idea for Arrae after battling health issues for years and not being able to find a medicine that worked for her. Eventually, Siff solved her problems by turning to natural remedies. Siff and her husband Nish, decided to formulate their own supplement with the help of wellness experts, thus creating Arrae. Not only did they create quick-acting and effective supplements, but they did it in a way that would also educate the consumer on wellness. Arrae has quickly become a favorite among women who experience issues like anxiety and bloating. Notable Arrae fans are Molly Sims, Melissa Wood, and Hailey Bieber. Siff is an intelligent entrepreneur who strives to help women combat common health struggles. In this episode, Siff and I touch on many topics such as Arrae's journey and success, what it is like to start a business, relationship advice, and so much more. We discuss digestive health and mental health, advice for entrepreneurs looking to build a brand, how to handle long-distance relationships, and how to successfully work alongside your significant other. Siff Haider, cofounder of Arrae, is today's guest on Female Founder World with Jasmine Garnsworthy. Siff started her career in journalism, running a blog on the side until it took off and became her full-time gig. When Siff came up for the idea for a natural supplement company, Arrae, she teamed up with her partner and used their weddings savings to launch the brand. As a bootstrapped business, influencer gifting was key to their launch. Siff's influencer strategy tips that we cover in the interview include: Involve aligned influencers even before launch. Siff sent product for feedback in a rolling pre-launch to generate initial buzz. Re-engagement is key. Arrae's gifting assortment is split into 60% sent to new influencers and 40% restocking influencers they'd previously gifted to stay top of mind. Paid partnerships should be lasting partnerships. Arrae doesn't do one-off paid collaborations and only works with creators when they've proven traction and are genuine fans of the brand. Listen to the episode for more about the tactics and tools Siff is using to scale Arrae. On this episode, I'm with the founders of Arrae Wellness products, Siff Haider and Nish Samantray (aka a power couple)! We discuss their amazing Bloat and Calm capsules, which aid in the rest and digest process, as well as my favorite topics - morning routines and manifestation. Below is an excerpt from their website as to why they started their business:"I'd struggled with health issues for years and turned to natural remedies as a last resort. After troubleshooting my own health problems through the use of herbs, minerals and vitamins, I realized that natural products had the power to solve women's toughest day-to-day health issues. The trouble was that I couldn't find natural, organic, high-quality supplements which solved targeted problems while being beautiful. I wanted to bridge this gap and bring women an efficacious product which really spoke to them."- Siff Haider"Coming from a tech background, health and wellness isn't something that's talked about enough. Because of this lack of education, I'd dealt with high levels of stress and fatigue and didn't even have the vernacular to realize that I had these issues. Having been introduced to natural products, I became passionate about building a brand that would educate others and make a lasting impact on how they felt."- Nish SamantrayFind Arrae Wellness products hereFollow @arrae.co @siffhaider @plentyofnish_Follow me on Instagram hereSign up for my newsletter hereApply for 1:1 Holistic Health Coaching hereSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/the-feel-better-podcast/donations

As a longtime user of Arrae I was so excited to bring on my friend Siff Haider to talk about how she launched a brand targeting something so many of us deal with - bloat. Siff's approach to the brand and her intentionality around creating safety for ALL bodies, including those who have struggled with eating disorders - is one of the reasons I fell in love. We get into ALL of that. We also discuss how creatorship/influencing isn't often trusted or taken seriously and why she and her co-founder (& husband) Nish decided to invest back into influencer marketing with trust. This conversation is so great for anyone who's dealt with digestive embarrassments, curious about creatorship, or investing in social media while growing a brand!
