The Enneagram has become so popular in recent years, and that’s a great thing! People know more about themselves than ever. This type of enlightenment can be powerful, but the Enneagram is SO complex that harnessing all the growth and wisdom available can be challenging. enneagram, self discovery, growth, type, great insight, unique, friend, helpful, excited, definitely, love this podcast, informative, good, new, like.
Listeners of Ask an Enneagram Coach that love the show mention: steph's,The Ask an Enneagram Coach podcast, hosted by Steph, is a must-listen for anyone interested in the enneagram. With her masterful way of answering enneagram questions, Steph makes the content accessible to everyone. Each episode feels like a conversation with a gifted friend who genuinely cares about your growth and well-being. Her knowledge and insight on the enneagram are impressive, and she shares it with clarity and empathy.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is how Steph discusses the various sides of each enneagram type and how they overlap or contrast with one another. She recognizes that every person is a unique individual with multiple facets to their personality. This balanced approach prevents overgeneralization and instead focuses on self-discovery and growth work. It's refreshing to listen to someone who doesn't make assumptions based solely on personality types but rather approaches each person as an individual.
Another great aspect of this podcast is how easily digestible the content is. Even for someone new to the enneagram, like myself, it's easy to follow along and learn from Steph's insights. She presents information in a down-to-earth way that feels like having a deep conversation with a friend. It's engaging and thought-provoking, making you want to dive deeper into what makes people tick. I've already learned so much from listening to this podcast.
However, there are no apparent negative aspects of this podcast that come to mind. Perhaps some listeners would prefer more in-depth discussions or analysis of certain topics related to the enneagram, but considering the overall accessibility and helpfulness of this podcast, any potential drawbacks seem minor.
In conclusion, The Ask an Enneagram Coach podcast is a truly valuable resource for anyone interested in the enneagram. Steph's expertise shines through in every episode as she guides listeners through self-discovery and growth using the enneagram as a tool. The focus on empathy, self-discovery, and growth is particularly relevant in today's world. Whether you're new to the enneagram or a seasoned enthusiast, this podcast is a fantastic way to learn and grow. I highly recommend it.

On this week's episode of Enneagram IRL, we meet with Samantha Mackay, an Enneagram coach, trainer, and educator who specializes in using the Enneagram to amplify personal growth and healing. Samantha was a litigation lawyer until chronic stress and burnout lead her to evaluate what she really wanted in her life and to find the source of her pain. As a Self-Preservation Seven, she was good at ignoring her pain until her body made it clear that was no longer an option. She found the path to recovering from chronic stress and managing an autoimmune condition was to heal not just her physical body, but also her emotional, intellectual, and spiritual bodies. Her recovery journey started 15 years ago and she now supports others on their journey. We discuss how Samantha found the Enneagram, her core type, and subtype, and how it now all plays a role in her life of personal healing, as well as coaching others to do the same.
