The ego isn't the enemy—it's the frame that holds your inner structure together. What if it's not broken, just overworked? In this episode of Stepping Up to Your Potential, we challenge the idea that the ego is a flaw to fix. Instead, we explore how the ego functions like the central ring of a yurt—stable only when the beliefs, identities, and wounds it rests on are aligned and healed. If you've been trying to silence your ego or escape it, this might reframe everything. Discover what happens when you stop managing symptoms and start restoring the structure that holds your sense of self. ✨ Topics Covered in This Episode: How ego is a structure, not a problem Why healing foundational beliefs matters more than controlling behavior The cost of self-abandonment and the return to inner voice Stepping Up To Your Potential Podcast

Exploring the Untouched Corners of Your Potential in 2025! "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom" Ecclesiastes 9:10 Do you ever feel the stirrings of curiosity, a gentle pull toward something unfamiliar and new? This is your creative spirit urging you to explore and grow. Engaging in new hobbies or passions can refresh your mind and soul, like a spring rain rejuvenating the earth. With Ecclesiastes 9:10 mindset, imagine how invigorating it would be to spice up 2025 by immersing yourself in new creative endeavors. As Albert Einstein once said, Creativity is intelligence having fun. It's time to let your inner genius loose—to paint a landscape unspoiled by doubt or fear. Much like the parable of talents told in Matthew 25:14-30, investing time and effort into discovering new interests can yield abundant rewards. You're nurturing seeds that will bloom into beautiful skills by exploring those untouched corners of your potential. Romans 12:2 says, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." Sometimes, our daily routines become repetitive threads woven too tightly around our lives. To break free from stagnation's embrace, introducing fresh creativity offers a liberating breath of air. Proverbs 16:3 advises us to “commit to the Lord whatever you do,” ensuring plans will succeed as you dare try photography or join that pottery class calling out your name—each act enriches mental flexibility while reducing tendencies toward forgetfulness. Remember that embarking on the journey of creativity isn't about perfection but nourishment for both brain and heart. It's akin to tending a garden with diligent care as every hobby explored fosters cognitive vigor similar beyond simply keeping active—a divine form of renewal meant for every age stage journey. Amen. 2 Timothy 2:15 says, "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth." Amen. Prayer for the day! Heavenly Father, we come before you with open hearts, seeking your guidance and strength in 2025. May the Lord Jesus illuminate our paths as we journey into unexplored territories of our lives. Help us to recognize the hidden gifts and talents within us that are yet to be discovered. In Jesus' name. Amen. https://maglife.org/ --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/pastor-divineo/support

Marcus Benjamin, CEO at Benjamin Strategy, and Davin Salvagno, founder of PurposePoint and the Purpose Summit, share their admiration for Carucci and his ability to inspire and educate his audience. Having collaborated with Carucci on numerous occasions, Davin describes Ron's talk as one of the best he has ever given, highlighting the impactful message of understanding not just who people are but "whose they are you." Marcus adds that Ron's stories and data-driven insights resonated well with Broad River's culture, emphasizing the importance of having robust "seams" within organizational structures to facilitate growth. Both guests reflect on the key takeaways from Carucci's talk, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness, vulnerability, and trust in fostering a healthy work environment. Davin mentions the visual analogy of an ill-fitting sport coat to describe organizational growth and the need to adapt to new sizes and challenges. He stresses that genuine trust can only be built through honesty and vulnerability. Marcus discusses how leadership can inadvertently break trust by not aligning actions with communicated expectations. He shares a personal example of leading by action to reinforce company objectives, emphasizing that Memory Makers should see their leaders model the behavior expected of them.  Davin also unpacks the benefits of looking at feedback as "Feed Forward." And, he descibes the concept and story of "balcony people" from the book of Hebrews as people cheering you on during a race in describing how Memory Makers welcome you when you come to the River and cheer you on. What do you think of the question you just read on the title?  In this episode, Tania shares her incredible journey, from her profound kundalini awakening and miraculous healing to discovering her spiritual gifts of astral travel, clairvoyance, and light language. Drawing from her deep study of non-duality and experiences with spiritual masters, Tania explains how healing childhood wounds can unlock your fullest potential.  Meet my guest: Tania Gonzalez-Ortega is an artist, visionary, energy healer, and educator with over two decades of experience in energy healing. Since 2000, she has dedicated herself to studying and practicing various forms of energy healing. Tania's journey has led her to learn directly from spiritual masters and healers in India and the United States, immersing herself in teachings on non-duality for many years. Tania's journey as a healer began with a profound healing crisis during a kundalini awakening, leading to a miraculous healing through an encounter with Christ. This awakening uncovered her spiritual gifts, including astral travel, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and light language. In her one-on-one sessions, Tania harnesses these gifts to connect with realms beyond, tapping into potent healing energies that she shares generously. Whether it's for individuals, families, animals, or businesses, Tania's sessions activate your own healing potential within your crystalline light body, facilitating deep transformation. Clients often emerge from sessions with Tania feeling a newfound sense of peace, heightened self-connection, and relief from long-standing symptoms. Many also report improved relationships and increased abundance in their lives. Tune in to explore how her transformative one-on-one sessions help activate healing energies and lead to deeper self-connection, peace, and abundance. In this episode of Luminary Leadership Podcast, I am sharing 5 ways leaders think differently to win! These things are the key ways that leaders set themselves apart in their thinking: they see strategic risk as a path to innovation, they look at challenges as opportunities instead of setbacks, they concentrate on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems, they strike a balance between their vision and reality, and they craft a strategic roadmap to reach their objectives. I'm here to encourage all you entrepreneurs out there to embrace these mindsets, because doing so can lead to remarkable improvements in both your professional ventures and personal life. It is crucial to be willing to take risks, learn from your failures, maintain a focus on solutions, and plan with a practical vision in mind.
