On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, AG Letitia James essentially just confessed to mortgage fraud. She said she made a mistake by putting Virginia down as her residence, but she's a liar. Year after year, she took the deduction because it was a mistake? In contrast, President Donald Trump followed legal protocols, paid taxes on time, and had verified property values, with Mar-A-Lago worth nearly $1 billion, not $18 million, and still, authorities denied him due process. Also, ESPN analyst Ryan Clark dismissed Robert Griffin III's opinions on the Caitlin Clark-Angel Reese WNBA rivalry, citing Griffin's marriage to a white woman as a reason he lacks perspective on issues faced by black women in the league. Clark argued that Griffin's personal life limits his understanding of racial dynamics surrounding Clark's popularity, while also suggesting both players should be celebrated without pitting them against each other. This is disgusting. Afterward, in the chapter "On Rights" from “On Power, individual and human rights, liberty, and equality predate and do not originate from governments, as underscored by the Declaration of Independence. This principle, rooted in the belief that rights are God-given through natural law, distinguishes the U.S. from regimes like Qatar, communist China, Islamists, communists, fascists, and autocrats, as well as domestic democratic socialists. The Declaration of Independence, along with the Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts Declarations of Rights, reflects the consensus among American founders that these rights are unalienable, not granted or revocable by governments. Governments are instituted to secure these rights, deriving their powers from the consent of the governed. Later, Stephen A Smith calls in to discuss politics and sports. The Democratic Party marginalizes moderates, but they shouldn't be able to dictate who joins the party. The last person the Democrat voters chose was Barack Obama - outside that, the party chose the Presidential nominees, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. Contrast that with the Republican Party, where the voters chose Trump in 2016. They didn't let the party pick their candidates. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Joanna Coles sits down with legendary Democratic strategist James Carville, the “Ragin' Cajun” who helped elect Bill Clinton and has never been shy about saying what his party needs to hear. Carville unloads on why Trump's media circus is a deliberate smokescreen, keeping Americans distracted from real economic anxieties—rising costs and disappearing job security. He breaks down why Democrats are failing to cut through the noise and warns that "pronoun" obsessed liberals are more trouble than they're worth and should go off to start their own party. Harry sits down for the first time with Scott Galloway whose wide-ranging influential views encompass politics, psychology, marketing, and technology, to name just a few. They first discuss Galloway's thesis of the current crisis among young men. Galloway lays out the manifold causes and cross-cutting effects, including eye-popping rates of substance abuse suicide and depression. They then turn to the link between young men's hardships and disenchantment and the rise of Trump as a dark model of masculinity. That leads Galloway to a harsh critique of the Democratic party's marketing and agenda, and a specific postmortem of the 2024 election. From there, Galloway prescribes a series of proposals that he thinks Democrats should be offering in order to appeal to younger middle-class voters. And those are only the touchstones of a fast moving, provocative discussion chock full of Holloway's thoughts on sundry topics such as social media, the importance of peer groups, the tax code, and why young people should drink more. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/21/2025): 3:05pm- Jake Tapper's new book, “Original Sin: President Biden's Decline, Its Cover-up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again,” which is critical of the Biden Administration for covering up the president's physical and cognitive decline is due to be released later this week. While Tapper is now reporting on internal stories about Biden's health decline, why did he ignore the story prior to Biden's withdrawal from the 2024 presidential election? Notably, during an interview with Lara Trump, Tapper vociferously denied Joe Biden was experiencing any sort of cognitive decline and suggested that people were merely picking on the then-president for suffering from a life-long stutter. 3:30pm- Tom Homan—Trump Administration Border Czar—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss how the Big Beautiful Bill Act will benefit border security and fulfill President Donald Trump's campaign pledge to stifle illegal border crossings. And then when they take the land, they kill the white farmer—and when they kill the white farmer, nothing happens to them." 4:15pm- In response to the Oval Office confrontation between President Donald Trump and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, many media outlets ignored Trump's claims of an unfolding genocide—with CNN even accusing Trump of “ambushing” the South African president. 4:40pm- On Wednesday, President Donald Trump welcomed the NCAA Men's Basketball Champion Florida Gators to the White House. 4:50pm- While appearing on CNN, “Original Sin: President Biden's Decline, Its Cover-up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again” co-author Alex Thompson discussed a particularly disturbing report documented in his new book. Today's Headlines: Representative Gerry Connolly of Virginia passed away at 75 from esophageal cancer, just weeks after announcing he would not seek re-election and being named the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee. Meanwhile, President Trump hosted South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, derailing trade discussions by screening a video alleging a white genocide in South Africa—claims Ramaphosa rejected. This comes as the administration continues to deport refugees from numerous countries while welcoming white Afrikaners. Separately, the DOJ has launched a criminal investigation into Andrew Cuomo over his COVID-era decisions as governor, raising suspicions of political motives ahead of his likely NYC mayoral bid against Eric Adams, whose own federal charges were recently dropped. The DOJ also announced it will dismiss police reform consent decrees in Louisville and Minneapolis and rescind earlier findings against the Phoenix Police Department, effectively reversing major civil rights investigations. Finally, a federal judge found the Trump administration in violation of a court order after it deported migrants—most not from South Sudan—to South Sudan, only for the flight to be rerouted to Djibouti, again without legal basis. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden's health cover-up goes to the heart of our republic. If a single person, family, or political party can act against Americans as they have, they will stop at nothing. Biden's family, staff, and the media knew about his dementia but hid it. The 25th Amendment should have been invoked by Kamala Harris and the Cabinet. AG Merrick Garland withheld the 2023 Robert Hur/Biden audio from Congress and the Cabinet because he didn't want the 25th Amendment triggered. He played a major role in this cover-up and efforts against Trump and should be held accountable. They were using the power of government to try to get Biden through another election, and at the same time, try to take out President Trump. This was a massive cover-up and scandal, the likes of which the nation has never experienced. Later, the Trump cabinet officials have uniformly done a terrific job during congressional budget hearings. They're not taking any crap from the Democrats and providing very solid responses. Afterward, some House Republicans are planning to block President Trump's economic growth and tax cut plan, which plays into the Democrat/Marxist playbook. If the bill fails, there will be a massive tax increase, the derailment of Trump's economic agenda, delayed benefits, and a potential Democrat victory in the mid-terms that could halt efforts to counter their radical policies. The bill needs to pass. Finally, the issue of the Biden autopen is very serious. We can't have nameless Biden administration staffers using it. Rep James Comer calls in to explain that he believes they've identified Biden's staffers who used his autopen and he wants to bring them in to answer questions. If he could prove Biden didn't have knowledge of signings, can the executive orders he used to ‘Trump proof' the federal government be voided? Learn more about your ad choices. To hear more, visit www.politix.fmBy the time you listen to this episode, the Republican bill to give rich people trillions in tax cuts, and throw millions of people off of Medicaid will be…somewhere. It could be on the glide path to passage in the House, or on life support, or somewhere in between. But the basic shape of what Republicans want to do, and what Donald Trump wants them to do, is clear. In this episode, Matt and Brian discuss:* How this terrible bill, which many Republicans really do not like, might become law anyhow.* Should this bill, if it passes, change the way Democrats think about the social compact, where productive, younger, more tolerant Americans underwrite Republican populations and politicians that despise them?* Will Republicans be committing political suicide by passing a huge, debt-financed tax cuts given inflation pressures and high interest rates? Then, behind the paywall, the renewed but cursed Joe Biden discourse. Did Biden or his advisers actually perpetrate a coverup of any kind, or is that just hype from reporters and Republicans trying to sell books and hurt Democrats? Do Democrats really need to have any kind of “reckoning” or are the lessons of 2024 and electing extremely old presidents pretty obvious to everyone? And how should they go about engaging in this and other forms of discourse that are frustrating and unhelpful, but impossible to avoid. All that, plus the full Politix archive are available to paid subscribers—just upgrade your subscription and pipe full episodes directly to your favorite podcast app via your own private feed. Further reading:* Update: Biden says his last PSA was in 2014.* Greg Schultz on the REAL reason Democrats lost the 2024 election. Jim is back and opens Wednesday's 3 Martini Lunch by sharing the saga of a big oak tree that landed on his house over the weekend—and who he blames for it. Then Jim and Greg dig into a victory for free speech and common sense at the U.S. Supreme Court, the good and the frustrating parts of the GOP's Big Beautiful Bill, and more insight on who was really running the country while Biden was supposedly president.First, after Jim details the unnerving tree incident, they cheer the U.S. Supreme Court for ending the punishment aimed at Maine state lawmaker Laurel Libby. Democrats barred her from debating or voting after she posted a photo of a male athlete winning a girls' sporting event on Facebook. But while the court got it right, Jim explains why he's still alarmed by the verdict.Next, they dig into the good, the bad, and the uncertainty surrounding the GOP's Big Beautiful Bill to make the 2017 Trump tax cuts permanent and add many other provisions. There is a lot to like in the bill but there is also some disappointment concerning the tax code and what blue state Republicans want to include before supporting the legislation. Finally, they wince as the new book on Joe Biden's cognitive decline reveals the figures who were really running the country while Biden infirmities got worse and worse. And Jim stresses that none of these supposedly breathtaking revelations are actually news. It's just that some reporters and political operatives are confirming what we already knew now that there's no political benefit to covering for Biden. Please visit our great sponsors:It's free, online, and easy to start—no strings attached. On this episode, executive editor Claire Howorth and Hive editor Michael Calderone sit down with CNN's Jake Tapper and Axios's Alex Thompson, authors of the bombshell political book, “Original Sin: President Biden's Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again.” The authors discuss new revelations behind Biden's fateful decision, including the roles of his family and close advisers, and why Democrats—and the news media—need to reckon with the bungled candidacy. Fox News anchor Julie Banderas joins Professor Nick Giordano to discuss her new children's book, A Monumental Mistake. This timely story that teaches kids the importance of respecting history, traditions, and each other in an increasingly divided America. But this episode doesn't stop there. Julie and Nick expose the media's complicity in the conspiracy to cover up former President Biden's cognitive decline, as Democrat insiders and legacy journalists rush to publish self-serving books to enrich themselves. This is a powerful conversation about the cultural rot in our society, the collapse of trust in the press, and what it will take to restore honesty and accountability in American life. Episode Highlights: Julie Banderas explains how A Monumental Mistake teaches kids to respect history and warns of the dangers of erasing America's past. A breakdown of how Democrat insiders and media elites conspired to cover up Biden's decline, and why they're scrambling to rewrite the narrative. Why trust in journalism has collapsed, and how the media's self-inflicted wounds have exposed a deeper crisis in America.
Donald Trump went to Capitol Hill this week to push House Republicans across the finish line on his big domestic policy bill. Behind closed doors, he told conservatives not to “F— around with Medicaid,” and told blue-state Republicans to take the SALT deal on the table: $40,000 for four years, then snapping back to $30,000. That would cover about 90% of blue-state filers, but not the ones making the most noise. Even with Trump applying pressure, guys like Andy Harris and Mike Lawler are still holding out. Some members are softening, but others like Thomas Massie are dug in. So, for now, Speaker Mike Johnson's goal of getting a vote within 48 hours is shaky at best. The bill itself is massive — over 1,100 pages, with tax cuts, defense spending increases, and border policy changes. It would still remove Medicaid coverage for more than seven million people, depending on which estimate you believe. And of course, any version that passes the House is going to get shredded in the Senate. Whatever they vote on now, they'll end up voting on something worse later. So a lot of this feels like performance. The fight is real if you're in the trenches, but from the outside, it looks like an inevitable mess. The bottom line is that they have to pass this. Everyone's worried about the attack ads, about the carveouts, about what they'll be blamed for, but if they don't pass this, they've got nothing. No achievements. No wins. And that's a death sentence for 2026. Trump knows it, and that's why he's pushing so hard. The longer this drags out, the more nervous the business community gets. Right now, things are relatively stable — tariffs are high but consistent, regulations are locked in, and the tax code hasn't changed yet. That kind of stability is gold to investors. It gives them permission to move. If you pass this bill now, businesses start planning in Q3, making decisions in Q4, and consumers start to feel it by next summer — right as the midterms heat up.And that's the ballgame. Republicans don't want to be running in 2026 on the ghost of Joe Biden's presidency. They want to run on Trump's second-term economy. They want to say, “This is what we did. Do you want to go back?” That's the message — and it only works if the economy is good. So from a strategic perspective, if you're a Democrat, you want this thing to grind. Drag it out. Make the House Freedom Caucus fight harder. Blow it all up and pray the delay ruins the timeline. Because that's the only way this thing doesn't end in a campaign-ready boom for Republicans. My guess? The bill passes the House in the next five days. I don't see what changes between now and the two-week delay the Freedom Caucus wants. Someone's going to have to eat it, and most likely, that someone is going to realize there's no better option coming. As for the SALT caucus — I'm still not sure what they're waiting for. Whatever it is, it's not making them look particularly sympathetic to the rest of the country.Chapters00:00:00 - Intro00:01:37 - Original Sin Book Thoughts (with Chris Cillizza)00:35:17 - Update00:39:13 - Big Beautiful Bull00:48:41 - Russia Talks00:53:17 - Kristi Noem00:57:42 - Original Sin and the State of Cable News (with Chris Cillizza)01:37:56 - Wrap-up This is a public episode. It's Wednesday, May 21st, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark and Adam McManus British national Muslim fighters committed war crimes A recent report from the U.K. parliament found that hundreds of Islamic fighters have returned to England without facing prosecution. British nationals joined the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria between 2014 and 2019. The group targeted religious minorities and committed many war crimes. Since then, over 400 Islamic State fighters have returned to the U.K. However, the country's government has not prosecuted any of them for international crimes. Christians have faced high levels of persecution from Islamic fighters in Iraq and Syria. Both countries are ranked on the Open Doors' World Watch List of nations where it is most dangerous to be a Christian. Ecclesiastes 8:11-12 says, “Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Though a sinner does evil a hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that it will be well with those who fear God, who fear before Him.” Trump to Putin: “When are we going to end this bloodbath?” U.S. President Donald Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin about the war in Ukraine on Monday. Trump said Russia and Ukraine would immediately start negotiations toward a ceasefire. He noted that the new Roman Catholic pope, Leo XIV, has offered to host the talks at the Vatican. President Trump warned that the United States would back out of the situation if both sides can't reach an agreement. Listen. TRUMP: “I said, ‘When are we going to end this Vladimir?' I've known him for a long time now. I said, ‘When are we going to end this blood bath?' It's a blood bath. I think it'd be great to have it at the Vatican. There's tremendous bitterness, anger, and I think maybe that could help some of that anger.” Trump dropped $37 million fine against Christian University The Trump administration dropped a $37 million fine against the largest Christian university in America Initially, Biden's Department of Education leveled the fine against Grand Canyon University. Brian Mueller, the president of the university, said, “The facts clearly support our contention that we were wrongly accused of misleading our Doctoral students and we appreciate the recognition that those accusations were without merit.” Ellen Keast, an Education Department spokeswoman, noted, “Unlike the previous administration, we will not persecute and prosecute colleges and universities based on their religious affiliation.” FDA discouraging young, healthy Americans from getting COVID shot On Tuesday, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced new rules for its approval of COVID-19 shots. The FDA said it will require more research before approving yearly COVID-19 boosters for young, healthy Americans. The shots will still be approved for adults over 65 and for people with health problems that put them at higher risk. FDA officials noted, “The FDA will approve vaccines for high-risk persons and, at the same time, demand robust, gold-standard data on persons at low risk.” Man kills self, injured 4 outside in vitro clinic On Saturday, a car bomb was detonated outside an in vitro fertilization clinic called the American Reproductive Center in Los Angeles. The blast killed 25-year-old suspect Guy Edward Bartkus and injured four other people. The in vitro fertilization facility was damaged, but the embryos stored inside were saved. Bartkus reportedly left behind a manifesto on a website. In it, he said he wanted to start “a war against pro-lifers” and “begin the process of sterilizing this planet of the disease of life.” Urge 19 Republican Congressmen to DEFUND Planned Parenthood Today, the House Rules Committee will have a hearing and vote on President Trump's “big, beautiful bill” to determine what budget items go to the House floor. If even a single amendment is added, the momentum we've built to stop funding Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion could vanish, reports Liberty Counsel Action. This is the last vote before the bill is placed on the House floor. Two conservative Republicans who voted “present” on Sunday night are also on the Rules Committee. The full House could vote on this bill as early as later today. Remember, there are 220 Republicans and 213 Democrats. Because the GOP majority is so slim, we need every one of them. Three moderate House Republicans are carrying the water for Planned Parenthood and pushing House leaders to continue funding the Murder Giant. Those three pro-abortion Republican Representatives include Mike Lawler (R-NY), Jen Kiggans (R-VA), and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA). These members are exerting significant pressure on House leadership to give up defunding Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion. We are on the cusp of victory, and we cannot allow this effort to fail. There are 19 key Republicans in leadership who need to hear from us. I've listed them in our transcript today along with a 3-sentence message you could read when you call today at www.TheWorldview.com. Do not hesitate to leave a voicemail. Call as many of them as you can as early as you can! Email me at Adam@TheWorldview.com to let me know how many Congressmen you and your family members called. She was 91. In an announcement on the Precept website, her ministry said, Kay “will be remembered for her love for the Lord, His Word, and His people.” A prolific author, Arthur wrote more than 100 books and Bible studies over her lifetime including her bestseller, Lord, Teach Me to Study the Bible in 28 Days. ARTHUR: “People need to discover truth for themselves because God promises in His word that He has given us everything that pertains, not only to life, but also to godliness, so that we might be fitted for every good work, so that nothing can come our way and throw us. “God is doing a work in their lives because the only text that they are looking at is the Bible, which is alive and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword. It's a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. It is a light unto our path. It's the very Word by which we live. It's the Sword by which we stand against the enemy." She often said, “When you know what God says, what He means, and how to put His truths into practice, you will be equipped for every circumstance of life.” Through Precept's inductive Bible study method—teaching believers to observe, interpret, and apply Scripture—Arthur equipped millions around the world to study the Bible for themselves. Indeed, the ministry was heard in 150 countries in 70 different languages. Close And that's The Worldview on this Wednesday, May 21st, in the year of our Lord 2025. As Trump's approval rating soars to 55%, commentators warn that without serious consequences for Democrats, the country could see a return to the violent chaos of the 2020 “Summer of Love.” The discussion covers the massive damage from past riots, concerns of renewed unrest, and Trump's shift in tone as he vows law and order. Meanwhile, Democrats are accused of escalating tensions, including Rep. Eric Swalwell's veiled threats toward ICE. Trump's tougher stance is clear in his sharp rebuke of Rep. Monica MacGyver's actions. The episode ends with praise for a new legal strategy to bypass Sanctuary City protections and deport criminal illegal immigrants—signaling a major shift in enforcement ahead of the 2024 election.

[EP 25-204] I don't think I've ever seen so much common sense in government. Trump has offered more common sense in a few months than we've gotten in decades. It's truly amazing to watch him work. And he accomplishes so much with opposition from both Democrats and RINOs.We are part of the greatest generation of Americans in history. No offense to the WWII vets who helped us get here. But do you think they would believe what Trump and MAGA is facing after they got blown up in Normandy and elsewhere.Despite them taking all those bullets and bombs, we are under far more attack than they are. And the attacks are daily, relentless, and out of nowhere. You truly can't predict the stupidity of Leftists.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-kevin-jackson-show--2896352/support.
