Unser Körper sendet uns ständig Signale – aber nehmen wir sie bewusst wahr? Oft ignorieren wir Empfindungen wie Spannung, Druck oder Unruhe, weil wir mit unseren Gedanken ganz woanders sind. Dabei ist der Körper immer im Hier und Jetzt. Der Bodyscan ist eine konkrete Technik innerhalb der MeSource-Mikrotrainingseinheit „Selbstwahrnehmung“. Er funktioniert nach einem simplen Prinzip: Der Körper wird von unten nach oben gescannt und abschließend als Ganzes wahrgenommen. Dabei werden alle Körperempfindungen bewusst wahrgenommen, ohne zu bewerten oder zu reagieren. Jana macht das MeSource Coaching bereits zum zweiten Mal, Bato ist das erste Mal dabei – und wir sprechen darüber, welche Erfahrungen wir mit dem Bodyscan gemacht haben, welche Körperempfindungen uns überrascht haben und warum das simple Wahrnehmen ohne Bewertung so herausfordernd sein kann.

35-Minute Yoga Nidra For Chronic Fatigue As one who has lived with chronic fatigue, I know how debilitating and truly exhausting it is. I also know that it can be overcome. Your body can heal, and you can live with full energy again. Yoga nidra is a practice that can help in your recovery as it allows the mind and body to release into a deep, deep state of rest and repair. It is the only practice of its kind and its effects are cumulative. the more you practice the more your body heals. When I was in the depths of my chronic health conditions, which included chronic fatigue, I would practice yoga nidra up to five times a day. Healing doesn't happen overnight, as we'd all love for it too, however it does happen. Please know that optimal health and vitality are possible for you, though it requires time, patience and a belief that your body can heal. During this practice, you'll be gently guided through techniques that help the body enter the parasympathetic state, the state of rest and repair, where the healing happens. Amanda Smith is a trained aerospace engineer who's worked for NASA. She is also a natural deep intuitive. She designed the entire exterior and interior of the crew module of NASA's Artemis program.  In fact, one of her first engineering jobs was designing specialized toilets for submarines, airplanes and prisons. She used both her intuitive communication abilities and her mechanical engineering mind, for example, as she worked directly with the astronauts to develop a toilet that works in space.  She's always bridged her deep intuitive gift with her agile engineering mind to create real-life solutions that work both pragmatically and emotionally for people.   A lifelong athlete, she was also a NCAA division I and division II athlete, which drove her into emotional and physical wellness breakdown.  Healing her own depression and mysterious physical ailments led her to opening to her gifts as a medical intuitive.  Now, she works with other female athletes who are suffering with mysterious health issues that take them out of their game on all levels. Naturally,  Steadily, Slowly.  PAUSE… Stay here with your breath, And let each exhale,  Warm you, And relax you further.  LONG PAUSE… Now bring your attention to the bottoms of your feet.  Feel them tingle gently,  And soften.  Your toes,  The tops of your feet,  And your ankles. Body Scan and Emotional Acceptance Rena led a guided meditation focused on breathing and body awareness. She began by guiding the participants to focus on their breath going in and out of their heart space, then conducted a body scan from feet to head, noting any sensations or emotions in each area. She then asked the participants to consider the thoughts and emotions associated with their current state, how it influences their decisions and self-perception. Following this, she encouraged the participants to imagine the opposite of their current emotions and thoughts, noting any new feelings or perspectives that arose. The meditation ended when the participants felt ready to rest or move on.

My therapy journey began because I wanted to stop feeling. Most therapy begins because you want to change how you feel. At least feeling the things you didn't want to feel. Just like I wanted emotional control in the form of only feeling what I wanted to feel and never feeling what I didn't. Arguably, we'd all love that superpower. To feel the good without ever experiencing the bad. But it doesn't exist, and for good reason. All feelings are valid. They have a purpose, even the painful ones. But most people have gotten good at avoiding or numbing feelings as a way to deal with them. But it never deals with them. It just masks them. Feelings are part of being human. You were created to feel, which means you should feel. The journey to healing is not by suppressing the feeling but by learning how to feel without being controlled by the feeling. CHANGE HOW YOU FEEL BY UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU FEEL. When I went to therapy, I didn't know how much control I had over how I felt or at least the ability to change it. I spent so much time trying to run from feelings and create a life where I wouldn't have to feel the things I didn't want to that I missed the beauty of healing emotions and using those feelings to create a better life. I realized the superpower we're looking for is not diminishing our feelings but creating better ones. It's being able to feel everything while using what you feel to shift your actions because you know how to heal them. Emotional regulation is the superpower. That happens through healing your nervous system. I brought Mandy L. PAUSE… You hear the gentle sound of a nearby stream,  The cool water flowing and rippling over rocks and pebbles.  Slowly you walk towards it,  And step inside.  PAUSE… The cool water of the stream slowly washes over your toes,  Relaxing and soothing any areas of tension or discomfort.  Feel the refreshing water cover your feet and ankles,  Relaxing them completely. PAUSE… You step in deeper into the stream,  And feel the water cover your legs, Feel it relaxing each muscle with each gentle wave.  It soothes you, calms you,  And all the tension and stress releases from your legs.  LONG PAUSE… You sink a little further into the welcoming water, And can feel it touch your hips and your lower back. Imagine the water gathering all the stress, The worries,  The heaviness, And taking it from you as it floats away, Leaving everything submerged within it deeply relaxed.  LONG PAUSE… The water feels so soothing,  That you easily drop yourself down further,  Lowing your belly, chest and arms into it.  PAUSE… The welcoming water calms your belly, Softens your heart,  And releases any tension in your arms.  PAUSE… Listen to the gentle sounds of the stream,  Carrying away the day, And holding you in her softness.  LONG PAUSE… Gently and briefly, You slowly lower your entire head into the water,  And feel as it touches your chin,  Your mouth, Your cheeks,  Your eyes, And the crown of your head. PAUSE… For just a moment, you feel the water surround you, Cleanse you, And relax you. PAUSE… Your head rises, And you fill your lungs with sweet air, As you lay on your back, And float in the stream. PAUSE… Your entire body is held in love, Saturated with deep relaxation from the water.  Namaste, Beautiful
