As Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ticho is responsible for Stoke's efforts to develop first-in-class RNA based disease-modifying medicines to treat severe genetic diseases. He is also co-founder and former CEO of Verve Therapeutics which is developing therapies to edit the genome and confer protection from cardiovascular disease. Prior to joining Stoke Barry was Head of R&D for Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases at Moderna Therapeutics. He was previously Head of External R&D Innovation for Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases at Pfizer. Prior to that he was Vice President of Clinical Development at Biogen where he led clinical development for the Tysabri program for MS and led the aducanumab program for Alzheimer's Disease. Barry obtained his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Chicago and completed Pediatrics training at Northwestern University and a Cardiology fellowship at Children's Hospital in Boston. He was on clinical staff at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Aujourd’hui, Franprix compte plus de 900 points de vente, dont 90% en Île-de-France, et a comme objectif de proposer un service de livraison dans chacun de ses magasins. “En juin 2017, on a mis en place une application “couteau-suisse” qui visait à combiner ce que l’on peut retrouver en expérience magasin et notre pendant e-commerce.”Avec Laurent Kretz, fondateur de CosaVostra, ils retracent le parcours d’Alexandre Nottin et ses objectifs lorsqu’il a rejoint le groupe Casino il y a 5 ans. Il raconte comment l’enseigne s’est peu à peu ouverte au e-commerce et à la livraison à domicile en s’associant, d’abord à Cdiscount, puis à Stuart avant de lancer sa propre application en juin 2017. Alexandre explique ensuite comment Franprix a lancé, pendant le Covid 19, la possibilité de commander plus de 260 produits dans plus de 100 magasins et de se faire livrer à domicile via Deliveroo. Cette démarche lui a ainsi permis de multiplier par 10 son trafic, et par 4 ses commandes. Mais ce système dépendait énormément des magasins, il met donc en lumière leur organisation pour parvenir à gérer les stocks, en ne permettant de passer commande qu’une heure par jour au tout début. Enfin, il revient sur leurs objectifs à venir et sur leurs principaux enjeux. Sie wollen kein Auto fahren, dass in der Masse der anderen Automobile untergeht? Das geht am einfachsten mit einem SUV. Der Rüsselsheimer Automobilhersteller hat gleich davon im Programm. Einen davon haben wir uns mal zum Test kommen lassen. Den Opel Grandland X 2.0 D Innovation. Darum geht es diesmal!Ich weiß, ich wiederhole mich, aber es ist nun mal so. SUVs aller Größenordnungen sind mehr und mehr gefragt, da ist jeder Autohersteller gut bedient, sie in seinem Programm zu haben! Opel kann mit dem Mokka X, dem Crossland X und dem Grandland X gleich drei dieser Fahrzeuge anbieten. Wir schauen uns heute den Grandland X mal näher an. Das Outfit!Der Grandland X ist das größte Mitglied der Opel X-Familie aus SUV- und Crossover-Modellen. Der Wagen zeigt bei einer Länge von 4.47 Metern seine sportliche Präsenz. Vor allem aber zeigt er schon in seiner Frontpartie unverkennbar, dass er ein Erzeugnis aus Rüsselsheim ist. Power und Drive! Den Grandland X gibt es mit Benzinmotoren mit 96 kW (130 PS) und 133 kW (180 PS), dazu gibt es Dieselmotoren mit 96 kW (130 PS) und 130 kW (177 PS). Bei den Getrieben kann man zwischen einem 6-Gang-Schaltgetriebe und einer 8-Stufen-Automatik wählen. Unsere Wahl fiel auf den 2.0 Diesel mit 130 kW (177 PS) mit der 8-Stufen-Automatik. Der Wagen war mit einem Start/Stop-System ausgerüstet, das ist natürlich hilfreich in Sachen Verbrauch. Dieser wurde bereits nach dem seit dem 1. September 2018 vorgeschriebenen WLTP-Messverfahren ermittelt. Im kombinierten Fahrzyklus kommen zwischen 6,0 und 6,7 Liter raus, daraus ergeben sich CO2-Emissionen von 157- 175 g/km. Die Beschleunigung von 0 auf 100 km/h erledigt der Grandland X 2.0 D übrigens in 9,5 Sekunden, seine Spitze erreicht er bei 211 km/h. Die Kosten!Zu meinem Leidwesen verlangen wie alle Autohändler auch die bei Opel Geld für ihre Produkte. Wer also Eigentümer eines Grandland X werden will, muss zahlen. Der Blick in die Preisliste zeigt aktuell je 12 Benziner und Diesel in unterschiedlichen Ausstattungslinien. Los geht es bei 24.250,00 Euro, die Skala reicht derzeit bis 43.100,00 Euro. Der von uns getestete Opel Grandland X 2.0 D Innovation mit 8-Stufen-Automatik lag mit einem Einstiegspreis von 37.810,00 Euro ohne weitere Extras zugegebenermaßen im oberen Bereich. Das ist aber angesichts der Ausstattung gerechtfertigt. Dazu gehören bereits Dinge wie der Frontkollisionswarner mit automatischer Gefahrenbremsung sowie Fußgängererkennung, Spurhalte-Assistent und Müdigkeitserkennung. Oder auch die Einparkhilfe vorn und hinten, die Zwei-Zonen-Klimatisierungsautomatik oder auch die sensorgesteuerte Heckklappe! Meta Keijzer-de Ruijter graduated from the faculty of chemical engineering at TU Delft in 1992. After working in the chemical industry for several years she studied corporate education at FCE. In 2004 she returned to TU Delft as the head of the computer training department. Soon after, she developed the digital testing system at the university, overseeing software selection, establishment of a support organization, teacher training and computer exam rooms. She now works in the ICT/R&D – Innovation department, enabling her to focus on the use of advanced features in Maple T.A. and the development of in-house expertise in these advanced features.
