Donatienne Amann et les histoires qui changent le monde
Aujourd'hui, rue Charlemagne à Paris dans la boutique-atelier de Samuel Gassmann, nous avons la joie de l'entendre parler de sa reconversion inattendue vers un un marché de niche, les boutons de manchettes. Samuel est un ancien journaliste spécialisé dans l'art contemporain, il travaillait notamment pour l'émission Metropolis de Arte. En 2008, c'est son dernier documentaire qui le mène sur la piste des boutons de chemises, puis des boutons de manchettes. Une aventure dans laquelle il se plonge sans même se demander s'il allait être capable d'apprendre le savoir-faire. Il dit que c'est la bidouille qu'il aime, c'est pourtant loin d'être un bidouilleur, quand on voit les pièces qu'il crée et fabrique dans les matériaux les plus nobles et les plus rares. Il raconte une histoire dans chaque collection. Nous allons parler évidemment de ce marché de niche, les boutons de manchettes et comment lui et son épouse Donatienne ont fait pour devenir les spécialistes français, vendus dans tous les plus grands magasins dans le monde. Nous allons parler des collections, notamment de la nouvelle, la collection RVB, comment Samuel l'a imaginée et comment elle est traduite dans chacune de ses pièces. Enfin nous allons parler du positionnement prix alors que Samuel jusqu'à la crise COVID travaillait presque exclusivement avec des revendeurs. Depuis plus de 10 ans, l'association Dfam 03 (Développement féminin agricole moderne de l'Allier) réfléchit sur le rôle et la place des femmes au cœur des exploitations agricoles. Juliette Moyer (RCF Allier) est allée à la rencontre des membres de Dfam 03 : Élisabeth, Vilma, Donatienne ou Mylène. Des femmes qui mènent un combat pour la reconnaissance de leur métier, en tant qu'agricultrice et en tant que femme. 5 à 6.000 femmes de, filles de ou sœurs de travaillent en agriculture, sans statut ; invisibles administrativement, elles n'en restent pas moins le pivot de ce que l'on appelle la famille agricole "être au four et au moulin" 365 jours par an elle assure la traite. Élisabeth est installée à Theneuille (Allier) avec son mari Jean-Marc. Ses journées commencent tôt, dès 6h30 elle jongle entre travaux ménagers et agricoles. Il faut d'abord traire et nourrir les vaches, des tâches que les époux se répartissent avec l'aide d'un salarié. "Cette gymnastique de jonglage, être au four et au moulin... c'est pas que le travail, c'est tout ce qui tourne autour pour assumer." LA FAMILLE AGRICOLE, UN MODÈLE EN MUTATION Comme Élisabeth, elles sont des milliers en France, à avoir choisi le milieu agricole. Si le quart des exploitations aujourd'hui sont dirigées par des femmes, on pensent que 5 à 6.000 femmes de, filles de ou sœurs de travaillent en agriculture, sans statut. Invisibles administrativement, elles n'en restent pas moins le pivot de ce que l'on appelle la famille agricole.
