We're digging into how to know if IVF is the next step if you have low AMH/high FSH. Most of us focus on the AMH and FSH levels. After all, your REI may have told you that IVF is your only hope. We're digging into what thinning/shedding hair means for reproductive health. Being told that hair shedding or thinning is normal is frustrating, especially when trying to conceive. If you notice a noticeable change in your hair, this is a clue to examine your health more closely. It's not about selecting the right shampoo or serum (although this can help). We're digging into anxiety and how this impacts reproductive health. A theme we see with low AMH and high FSH is mood problems such as anxiety.
