Even Pope Leo, who George — as a life-long Catholic — laments is a “Chicago Machine Pope,” has decided to go all-in on the global effort to halt Trump's agenda and rein in America. That this puts them on the side of the terrorist regime in Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah doesn't embarrass them. But at least the fiction that the groups aren't all one in the same has been exposed by the ayatollahs' own admission.

Once we establish that the one true urgent gospel is the truth, that the church’s mission revolves around it, and Jesus gave His life for it, there is no room for counterfeits. And yet, in Galatians 1, Paul tells us with emphasis that there are those who, for whatever reason, are enamored of false gospels. What might be their ecumenical motives? The mischief that has infiltrated the world over a false premise and foundation for all truth, is incalculable.  Galatians 1 should serve as a warning that we are not to take Paul’s exhortation lightly. The Catholic gospel of works as well is not the true gospel. The math looks like this: Jesus + Anything = Nothing. Why are pastors not warning about such things? How should believers live their lives in light of the schemes of the enemy to cause the church to embrace ecumenism as if it’s not systemically dangerous?
