MINI se ha fijado el ambicioso objetivo de ser una marca completamente eléctrica en 2030, transformando su gama para adaptarse a las nuevas demandas del mercado. Este cambio radical en la línea de productos incluye modelos icónicos como el MINI Countryman, el Cooper y el nuevo Aceman. En 2024, MINI ha renovado por completo sus seis modelos, marcando un año crucial para la marca. Entrevistamos a su Director General, Carlos Martínez, al responsable de Marketing David Canosa y a el jefe de producto Iñaki Loroño. El MINI Cooper Eléctrico es el modelo de tres puertas original, disponible en dos versiones: el E y el SE. Este modelo mantiene su estatus icónico dentro de la familia Cooper, que también incluye versiones de combustión de tres puertas, cinco puertas y el cabrio. El MINI Countryman, conocido como el "hermano mayor", ha crecido 13 cm, acercándose en tamaño al BMW X1. Este modelo ofrece tres motores de gasolina, dos eléctricos y un diésel. Por su parte, el MINI Aceman se sitúa entre el Cooper y el Countryman en términos de tamaño y será exclusivamente eléctrico. La historia de MINI se remonta a 1959, cuando se creó para abordar la escasez de petróleo con un coche pequeño que aprovechara bien el espacio. Con ruedas en las esquinas para mayor estabilidad, el MINI ganó el Rallye Montecarlo y eventualmente se incorporó a BMW. En 2008, MINI construyó 500 unidades de un MINI eléctrico, y en 2017, el MINI Countryman PHEV fue el híbrido enchufable más vendido en 2018. En 2020, MINI lanzó su primer modelo completamente eléctrico de tres puertas. Con la nueva gama, MINI aspira a aumentar sus ventas en un 25% para 2025, lo que equivaldría a unas 10.500 unidades, con un 34% de ellas siendo eléctricas. MINI Cooper SE: Precio desde 38.850 euros. Motor de 160 kW (218 CV). Autonomía de 402 km con una batería de 49.2 kWh. Carga rápida del 0 al 80% en 30 minutos. MINI Cooper E: Precio desde 35.520 euros. Motor de 135 kW (184 CV). Autonomía de 305 km con una batería de 36.6 kWh. Ambos modelos presentan un diseño interior similar a sus versiones de combustión, con una pantalla OLED de 24 pulgadas y el sistema operativo 9 de BMW. Además, incorporan los modos de conducción MINI Mode Experience, hasta ocho modos diferentes, y la tecnología Digital Key para abrir, arrancar y compartir el coche desde el móvil. También cuentan con la función Remote Parking, permitiendo aparcar el coche en lugares estrechos usando el móvil. El diseño de estos modelos se define como "simplicidad carismática", con un interior limpio y una pantalla circular como centro de atención. La iluminación es prominente y se utilizan materiales reciclados o reciclables, incluyendo tapicería en simil cuero vegano, en línea con los objetivos de sostenibilidad de la marca. MINI Countryman E: Precio desde 45.250 euros. Versión SE con tracción total desde 51.250 euros. Motor de 150 kW (204 CV) o 230 kW (313 CV). Autonomía de 432 km y 462 km, respectivamente, con una batería de 64.6 kWh. Maletero de 460 litros. Carga rápida a un máximo de 130 kW. El MINI Countryman también incluye un plan comercial que incentiva la compra con la instalación de una Wallbox (hasta 1.000 euros), 5.000 km de energía (valorados en unos 400 euros) y una tarjeta MINI Charging que permite cargar en una amplia red de cargadores. Die Preisliste startet für das bei Komfort- und Sicherheitsausstattung serienmäßig bereits top ausgestattete Modell mit attraktiven 41.990 Euro. Mit zwei Ausstattungspaketen und mehreren Zusatzausstattungen können die Kunden ihren KONA Elektro ganz nach ihren Wünschen individualisieren.   Sie haben die Wahl zwischen zwei Leistungsstufen mit zwei Batteriegrößen. Mit 65,4 kWh-Hochvoltbatterie und 17-Zoll-Rädern ausgestattet erzielt das elektrische B-SUV eine maximale Reichweite von 514 km, mit der 48,4 kWh-Hochvoltbatterie 377 km (nach WLTP kombiniert). The US Marshals experienced a three-month recovery from a cyber attack on their computer network, highlighting that even those with extensive resources and knowledge are vulnerable to attacks. Durch das innovative Face Connect lässt sich der Genesis GV60 allein per Gesichtserkennung öffnen und auch verriegeln. Die Einrichtung erfolgt nahtlos über die Genesis Connected Services (GCS) App: Kunden müssen nur einmal mit dem physischen Schlüssel auf das Fahrzeug zugreifen, um ihr Profil für die Gesichtserkennung einzurichten und fortan den Deep-Learning-Bildverarbeitungscontroller zu nutzen. Ein haptischer, also konventioneller Schlüssel ist nicht zwingend erforderlich – praktisch auch bei Aktivitäten, die man gemeinhin mit leichtem Gepäck wie Schwimmen, Klettern und Laufen bestreitet. Mobile World Congress 2018: Auf dem Weg zu 5G Am Montagmorgen ist der Mobile World Congress 2018 eröffnet worden. Die Netzbetreiber spielen dabei eine zentrale Rolle. Zwar gibt es auf dem MWC immer noch viele neue Handys, doch findet man Innovationen eher in der Netztechnik. Eines der bestimmenden Themen ist die nächste Netzgeneration 5G, mit der die Grenzen zwischen Mobilfunk und Festnetz weiter verschwimmen. Wenn es um 5G geht, ist das Internet der Dinge nicht weit: Die Vernetzung von Millionen von Geräten und Fahrzeugen stellt die Netzbetreiber vor neue Herausforderungen. BMW stellt digitalen Autoschlüssel vor NFC-fähige Smartphones sollen künftig BMW-Fahrzeuge aufschließen und auch als Zündschlüssel dienen. BMW hat den Digital Key auf dem MWC vorgestellt. Er soll im Juli dieses Jahres eingeführt werden. Zudem soll es möglich sein, den digitalen Autoschlüssel mit bis zu fünf Personen zu teilen. Zunächst wird er nur für Besitzer von NFC-fähigen Samsung-Smartphones verfügbar sein. Weitere Android-Telefone sollen später folgen. Energizer-Smartphone wirft Fragen auf 40 Tage lang soll das Energizer P16K Pro mit einer Akkuladung durchhalten. Avenir Telecom vermarktet das Smartphone in Lizenz und baut einen Akku mit 16.000 mAh ein. Ansehen kann man sich das Gerät auf dem MWC, ausprobieren nicht. Bei dem am Stand liegenden Gerät handelte es sich offensichtlich um kein funktionsfähiges Exemplar. Windows XP und Vista verlieren Zugang zum iTunes Store Apple wird Nutzern von Windows Vista und Windows XP künftig keine Möglichkeit mehr lassen, das Inhalteangebot des iTunes Store zu nutzen. Diese Plattformen verlieren zum 25. Mai aufgrund von "Sicherheitsänderungen", die Apple zu diesem Termin einführen wird, den Zugriff auf den Onlineladen. Das Kaufen neuer Inhalte aus dem iTunes Store oder das erneute Herunterladen von bereits erfolgten Käufen ist ab dann nicht mehr möglich.
