Wer sich heute für den Opel Astra Sports Tourer interessiert, hat die volle Qual der Antriebsauswahl. Diese reicht von batterie-elektrisch über Plug-in-Hybrid und Hybrid mit 48-Volt-Technologie bis hin zu effizienten Verbrennern. Für Elektro-Fans kommt der  Kompaktklasse-Bestseller mit bis zu 418 Kilometer lokal emissionsfreier Reichweite, für „Elektro-Einsteiger“ gibt es den Hybrid mit 48-Volt-System und auch einen Plug-In-Hybriden. Und für sportlich ambitionierte Fahrer hat Opel den Astra GSe Sports Tourer mit 165 kW (225 PS) Systemleistung im Portfolio.  Darum geht es diesmal!Ich bekenne mich schuldig, ich bin ein Freund von Kombis. Egal, wie der Hersteller sie nennt. Opel hat sich für Sports Tourer entschieden, nachdem man viele Jahre den Begriff „Caravan" verwendet hatte. Ich muss mich übrigens schämen, ich habe jahrelang nicht kapiert, dass „Caravan" die Abkürzung für „Car and Van“ ist. Sports Tourer habe sogar ich sofort verstanden, es ist ein sportliches Fahrzeug mit reichlich Stauraum. Wir schauen uns das mal am Beispiel des Opel Astra Sports Tourer GSE Plug-in-Hybrid an. Power und Drive!    Da ich mal davon ausgehe, dass Sie wissen, wie der Astra als Sports Tourer aussieht, widmen wir uns jetzt unverzüglich der Technik. Das Kürzel GSE, das früher für "Grand Sport Einspritzung" stand - mit groß geschriebenem E – steht heute für „Grand Sport electric“, das „e“ wird jetzt klein geschrieben. Das ist aber auch alles, was klein ist, ansonsten trumpft der Astra Sports Tourer GSe groß auf. Mit Top-Leistungen, einem sportlich abgestimmten Fahrwerk und einem elektrifizierten Antrieb für lokal emissionsfreies Fahren.  Die Systemleistung von 165 kW (225 PS) und das maximale Drehmoment von 360 Newtonmetern sprechen für sich. Wer will, kann den Astra Sports Tourer GSe in 7,6 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km/h beschleunigen, die Spitze liegt bei 235 km/h. Ist man rein elektrisch unterwegs, sind es maximal 135 km/h. Seine rein elektrische Reichweite beträgt übrigens 81 km gemäß WLTP, der Wagen fällt somit unter die 0,5% Regelung bei der Dienstwagenbesteuerung. Die Kosten!Dass der Opel Astra Sports Tourer GSE Plug-in-Hybrid in der Preisliste nicht bei den Einstiegsmodellen auftaucht, ist völlig ok, Motorleistung und Ausstattung haben nun mal ihrem Preis. 48.760,00 Euro muss man investieren, dafür gibt es aber auch reichlich Ausstattung. So gehören GSe Performance-Sitze mit AGR-Zertifikat für Fahrer und Beifahrer, Alcantara®-Ausstattung, Zwei-Zonen-Klimatisierungsautomatik, ein Multimedia Navigationssystem mit 10˝-Fahrerinfodisplay und 10˝-Touchscreen Farbdisplay ebenso zum Serienumfang wie die 360-Grad-Kamera Intelli-Vision mit Parkpilot sowie Einparkhilfe vorn und hinten. Mazda da un salto serio hacia la electrificación con el nuevo Mazda 6e, una gran berlina de casi cinco metros de largo —4,92 para ser exactos— que combina elegancia, tecnología y una puesta a punto muy cuidada. Es, además, el primer eléctrico de la marca con vocación de volumen real en Europa. Llega derivado del modelo chino EZ-6, fruto de la colaboración entre Mazda y Changan, aunque con una configuración específica para el mercado europeo, adaptada en suspensión, confort y sensaciones al volante. En definitiva, un coche que quiere ser tanto un escaparate de diseño como una alternativa refinada dentro del segmento de las berlinas eléctricas. En cuanto a diseño, el Mazda 6e mantiene la personalidad y el estilo fluido que caracteriza a la marca, pero lo lleva a un terreno más tecnológico. Tiene una silueta tipo liftback, con portón trasero y un alerón retráctil que se despliega automáticamente por encima de 90 km/h. La parrilla delantera, completamente cerrada, se ilumina con una franja LED que incluso puede indicar el estado de carga del coche. De perfil destacan las llantas de 19 pulgadas y una proporción muy equilibrada, con casi un metro y medio de altura. Es un coche que, simplemente al verlo, transmite elegancia y cierto aire premium sin recurrir a exageraciones. Pero el gran salto está en su sistema eléctrico, y aquí Mazda ha optado por una estrategia poco común: ofrecer dos tecnologías de batería diferentes. La versión de acceso utiliza una batería LFP de 68,8 kWh, más robusta y estable, con unos 479 km de autonomía WLTP; mientras que la versión Long Range recurre a una batería NCM de 80 kWh, más ligera y densa, que eleva la autonomía hasta unos 552 km. Es una elección inteligente: la batería LFP está pensada para quienes cargan habitualmente en casa y buscan durabilidad, y la NCM para los que viajan más y necesitan un plus de alcance. Las potencias también cambian ligeramente: unos 258 caballos en la versión estándar y 245 en la Long Range, con un par máximo de 320 Nm y una aceleración de 0 a 100 km/h en torno a 7,7 segundos. En carga, el Mazda 6e mantiene una buena cifra para el día a día. La versión con batería LFP admite hasta 165 kW en carga rápida, pudiendo pasar del 10 al 80 % en apenas 22 minutos; la Long Range, algo más limitada térmicamente, se queda en unos 90 kW. En carga doméstica, ambas pueden aceptar 11 kW en corriente alterna, lo que significa unas 6-7 horas para una carga completa en un wallbox. Con un consumo medio homologado de unos 16,5 kWh/100 km, y en pruebas reales incluso por debajo de 15, el Mazda 6e promete buena eficiencia para su tamaño. En España, los precios parten de unos 43.700 euros, aunque con descuentos y ayudas del plan MOVES puede quedar por debajo de los 39.000 euros. En resumen: un eléctrico grande, con estilo propio y un planteamiento racional, que ofrece dos formas de entender la movilidad eléctrica sin perder el sello Mazda. The Chinese Leapmotor B10 will claim the title of the most affordable electric SUV when it goes on sale next month priced from $38,990 drive- away. The small B10 SUV follows the larger Leapmotor C10 launched late last year and will arrive in two models – the B10 Style will offer a 361km range under WLTP standards and feature a 56.2kWhour battery pack while the B10 Design LR with larger 67.1kWhour battery and a 434km range will sell for $41,990 drive-away. Standard features on the entry B10 Style include 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, a fixed glass roof, wireless phone charger, and a 360-degree camera with built-in dash cam. Leapmotor is part backed by the Stellantis Group. "Year of the Linux Desktop"? Sicher nicht, aber vielleicht "Year of the Open Source Verwaltung" in Schleswig-Holstein. Der erste große Schritt ist getan und das Email-System von Microsoft Exchange und Outlook auf Open-Xchange und Thunderbird umgestellt, auch wenn nicht alles glatt verlief. Der Weg zur digitalen Souveränität ist nicht leicht. aber notwendig und noch lange nicht zu Ende, auch nicht in Schleswig-Holstein. Zu Intel gibt es in letzter Zeit häufiger negative Schlagzeilen oder sehr ambivalente wie die Kooperation mit Nvidia. Dabei sind Intels konkrete Produkte oft gar nicht schlecht oder sogar ziemlich gut, gerade die SoCs für Laptops. Auch Panther Lake sieht vielversprechend aus: Intel kombiniert jeweils einen großen und kleinen CPU- und GPU-Tile (ähnlich der Chiplets bei AMD) dem jeweiligen Einsatzzweck entsprechend. Großer CPU-Tile + großer GPU-Tile für Standalone High-End, großer CPU-Tile + kleiner GPU-Tile (+ dedizierter Grafikchip) für Gaming Laptops und beide kleine Tiles für Standalone Kompakt. Mit Panther Lake feiert auch die neueste Grafik-Architektur von Intel Premiere, Xe3 oder "Celestial", auch die nächste dedizierte Grafikkarte bekam als Xe3P "C-Serie" einen kleinen Teaser, es dürfte also auch noch weitere Intel-Arc-Karten geben. Dacia möchte nach dem Sprin mit dem Hipster ein noch kleineres und günstigeres Elektro-Auto bieten: Der kleine Kasten auf vier Rädern soll als Serienmodell etwa 10.000 Euro kosten, bringt dabei aber auch nur eine Batterie mit 10 kWh mit und eine Reichweite von 100 km WLTP, also realistisch betrachtet etwa 60 bis 80 km. Ein richtiger City-Flitzer? Wir werden es sehen. Meep konnte endlich auch den Playtest zu "The Lift" von Fantastic Signals ausprobieren, ihr Fazit: Sie kann den Release kaum erwarten! Consumers increasingly cite improved choice, charging access and quality as the main reasons for considering electric vehicles.  Leapmotor B10 UK launch  Leapmotor debuts the B10 electric crossover in the UK from under £30,000, boosted by a manufacturer “Leap Grant.” With 270 miles of range, rapid 168 kW charging, and premium equipment, the B10 extends affordable EV options across 53 UK dealerships.   Greens criticise Merz EV stance   German Green leader Katharina Dröge criticised Chancellor Merz's call to abandon the EU's 2035 combustion engine ban, calling it damaging to industry progress. She urged stronger EV incentives, more charging infrastructure, and social leasing to keep Germany competitive in the global transition.   InstaVolt upgrading UK chargers   InstaVolt has begun nationwide upgrades replacing older 50 kW units with faster, more accessible 120 kW chargers. AUDI US EV SALES SURGE Q3 2025 Audi's U.S. EV sales leaped 232% to 18,071 units in Q3 2025, with electrics making up 39% of the brand's quarterly volume as the Q6 e-tron outsold its ICE sibling Q5. The shift signals consumer preference for electric variants, but ongoing growth depends on scaled production, dealer readiness, and effective ownership economics. CADILLAC Q3 EV SALES SURGE Cadillac delivered 18,383 EVs in Q3—a record since 2013—boosted by expiring tax credits, with electric models chosen by 40% of buyers in the period. Q3 EV deliveries rose 154% year-over-year, though upcoming quarters will test Cadillac's ability to sustain the momentum. BMW AND STELLANTIS MATCH FEDERAL EV CREDIT BMW and Stellantis are offsetting the loss of the $7,500 federal EV tax credit by applying equivalent discounts to eligible electric and plug‑in hybrid models. The offers, restricted to dealer inventory and requiring delivery by early November, are intended to prevent immediate price hikes and maintain sales amidst changing incentives. KIA PV5: ELECTRIC LIGHT COMMERCIAL VAN Kia's new PV5 electric van, built on a dedicated E-GMP.S platform, offers multiple body styles, battery options up to 258 miles, and fast DC charging of up to 150 kW. Integrated fleet management and warranty features support commercial use, with mass production underway in Korea. ILLINOIS EV FAST CHARGING: $15 FLAT Universal EV Chargers now provide flat-rate, $15-per-session DC fast charging across Illinois, eliminating time-based pricing and surprise surcharges. Wenn Sie glauben, beim Kauf eines Elektroautos müssten Sie weniger entscheiden, dann liegen Sie falsch. Denn auch hier müssen Sie zwischen Front- und Allradantrieb entscheiden,  Sie müssen sich bei der Leistung entscheiden und – das ist grade bei E-Fahrzeugen relevant, bei der notwendigen Reichweite.  Aber das ist gar nicht so schwer, wie man beim Opel Grandland Electric feststellen kann.  Darum geht es diesmal!Vor wenigen Tagen meldete der Stern, dass Produkte mit dem Herkunftssiegel "Made in Germany" laut einer Studie international höchstes Ansehen genießen. Es werde weltweit als vertrauenswürdig angesehen, noch vor dem entsprechenden Siegel der Schweiz. Laut einer Umfrage des Nürnberg Instituts für Marktentscheidungen (NIM) vertrauen 66 Prozent der Befragten "Made in Germany", knapp vor der Schweiz und Japan. Somit wirke sich die deutsche Herkunftsangabe zudem am häufigsten positiv auf die Kaufentscheidung aus. Der neue Opel Grandland Electric wurde am Opel-Stammsitz in Rüsselsheim designt und entwickelt und rollt nun exklusiv in Eisenach vom Band, somit ist er gleich doppelt "Made in Germany!" Power und Drive!    Aktuell gibt es den Opel Grandland Electric in zwei Leistungsstufen mit 157 kW (213 PS) und 239 kW (325 PS). Herzstück ist in beiden Fällen eine 73-kWh-Batterie, in Kürze wird es auch eine 97 kWh Batterie geben. Die aktuellen Varianten bekommt man mit Front- und Allradantrieb, wobei im letztgenannten Fall 239 kW (325 PS) zur Verfügung stehen. Das macht bei der Höchstgeschwindigkeit nicht viel aus, der eine schafft 170 km/h, der andere 180 km/h. Deutlicher ist der Unterschied im Sprint zur Tempo 100 Messmarke. Die schafft der Allradler in 6,1 Sekunden, der Fronttriebler benötigt 9 Sekunden. Dafür hat der Fronttriebler bei der Reichweite mit 505-521 Kilometern die Nase vorn, der Allradler muss sich allerdings mit 483 Kilometern auch nicht verstecken. Die Reichweite ist gemessen gemäß WLTP.  Der Verbrauch liegt mit rund 17,6 zu 18,1 kWh/100 km ebenfalls dicht beieinander. Auch die Ladezeiten sorgen nicht für eine Qual der Wahl, an einer Schnelladesäule dauert es von 20% bis 80% gerade mal 30 Minuten.Die Kosten!Für 46.750 Euro gibt es den Fronttriebler mit 157 kW (213 PS) als Edition, 50.950 Euro sind für den GS fällig. The state faces mounting frustration, a federal lawsuit against Lion, and reliance on emergency replacement options while the EPA oversees the troubled program.

JLR HIT BY CYBER ATTACKJLR have been hit by a cyber attack that has halted all sales, aftersales and production work. The group claiming responsibility are the ones who hit M&S and others on the UK highstreet. Heute wollen wir mal über einen vollelektrischen SUV aus Ingolstadt sprechen. Über den Audi Q6 e-tron, einem vollelektrischen SUV im Premium-Mittelklasse-Segment. Mit einer Fahrzeuglänge von 4.771 Millimetern liegt er, passend zur Typbezeichnung, zwischen dem Q5 und dem Q7. Damit bietet er auch in der zweiten Sitzreihe reichlich Platz. Und auch sonst bietet er viel an. Viel Leistung und viel Ausstattung und viel Reichweite. Bis zu 625 Kilometern Und sogar schnelle Ladezeiten! Damit macht E-Mobilität Spaß!  Darum geht es diesmal!Wenn die Rede von einem e-tron ist, dann wissen alle Insider: Wir sprechen von einem Produkt aus Ingolstadt! Wenn der dann das Kürzel Q6 trägt, sind zwei weitere Fragen geklärt. Es ist ein SUV und nicht der Kleinste seiner Art. Power und Drive!    Den Audi Q6 e-tron gibt es mit Heckantrieb und natürlich mit dem quattro genannten Allradantrieb. Das Basismodell mit Heckantrieb hat im Modus Launch Control eine Maximalleistung von 215 kW/292 PS. Hat man sich für die Performance-Version mit Heckantrieb entschieden, stehen 240 kW/326 PS bereit. Wir hatten die quattro-Variante im Test, somit sprechen wir über 285 kW/388 PS. Mit dieser Motorisierung geht es in 5,9 s von 0-100 km/h. Beschleunigt man bis zur Maximalgeschwindigkeit, dann bleibt die Nadel bei 210 km/h stehen. Gerade bei Elektroautos sind aber zwei andere Werte fast relevanter.  Reichweite und Ladegeschwindigkeit. Dass wir bei einem E-Fahrzeug von rein elektrischer Reichweite sprechen, versteht sich von selbst! Die liegt nach WLTP zwischen 534 und 623 km.   Da Audi dem Q6 e-tron die 800-Volt-Technik und eine maximale Ladeleistung von serienmäßig bis zu 270 kW spendiert hat, glänzt der Audi Q6 e-tron mit kurzen Ladestopps. So lassen sich an einer High Power Charging Ladesäule (HPC) in zehn Minuten bis zu 255 Kilometer nachladen. Das kann man wirklich mal nebenbei erledigen. Selbst für die Ladung von 10 auf 80 Prozent sind nur 21 Minuten erforderlich. Der kombinierte Stromverbrauch liegt zwischen 17,0 und 19,8 kWh/100 km.Die Kosten!Es bleibt uns noch der Blick in die Preisliste. Den Audi Q6 e-tron gibt es ab 63.500, – Euro mit Heckantrieb, für den e-tron quattro muss man 74.700,00 Euro investieren. Der hat aber bekanntlich zum Allradantrieb auch noch deutlich mehr Leistung.  Aber auch preislich geht noch mehr. So liegt die edition one grey bei 90.000, – Euro, für die edition one blue sind sogar 91.200, – Euro fällig. Dafür gibt es dann aber auch reichlich Ausstattung. Sie können ja mal in der Preisliste stöbern. Aber nehmen Sie sich Zeit. Es sind 162 Seiten. Mich interessiert bekanntlich immer, was sich hinter Namen und Typbezeichnungen von Autos versteckt.  Der Toyota, den wir heute vorstellen, macht es mir nicht gerade leicht, aber ich habe es herausgefunden. Das bZ im Namen steht für "Beyond Zero", was Toyotas Bestreben nach emissionsfreier Mobilität symbolisiert. Die Zahl 4 bezieht sich auf die Größe des Fahrzeugs als SUV, und das "X" steht für den Crossover-SUV-Typ. Wieder was dazugelernt!   Darum geht es diesmal!2022 hat Toyota den bZ4X auf den Markt gebracht, seitdem hat er sich als eines der drei meistverkauften Modelle seiner Klasse in Europa etabliert. Jetzt hat Toyota die Auftragsbücher für den umfassend überarbeiteten bZ4X geöffnet: Das im D-Segment angesiedelte Elektro-SUV ist ab sofort zu Preisen ab 42.990 Euro bestellbar, es rollt noch in der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2025 auf deutsche Straßen. Für uns ein guter Grund, einen ersten Blick darauf zu werfen. Power und Drive!    Zu den Highlights zählen die neuen Batterieoptionen, ein optionaler 22-kW-Onboardcharger, 343 PS Systemleistung und 1,5 Tonnen Anhängelast bei der AWD-Version sowie Batterievorkonditionierung und intelligente EV-Routenplanung. Die Fronttrieblerversion ist mit 167 PS Systemleistung, 58-kWh-Batterie und 444 Kilometer WLTP-Reichweite zu haben. Wem es nach mehr Leistung oder mehr Reichweite gelüstet, der kann die Version mit 224 PS, 73-kWh-Batterie und bis zu 568 Kilometer Reichweite nach WLTP ordern. Die Allradversion-Version schließlich verfügt generell über einen Stromspeicher mit 73 kWh Kapazität, leistet 343 PS und realisiert eine WLTP-Reichweite von bis zu 471 Kilometern.   Die Kosten!Zum guten Schluss schauen wir wie immer auf den Preis. Los geht es mit dem bZ4X Comfort ab 42.990 Euro, gefolgt vom Teamplayer ab 47.990 Euro und Lounge ab 52.990 Euro. Wer die Allradversion ordert, muss 50.990 Euro bzw. 55.990 Euro auf den Tisch des Toyota-Händlers legen. Optional ist darüber hinaus das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket „Wartung+“ für monatlich 39,99 Euro erhältlich. Esto es un extracto de la Tertulia de AutoFM que se emite cada jueves en Onda Cero Volkswagen ID.3 (ADAC, 2021-2025) su degradación de batería 1) Vehículo, contexto y objetivo de la prueba • Modelo probado: Volkswagen ID.3 Pro S (batería grande de 77 kWh). • Entidad que realiza la prueba: ADAC (mayor club automovilístico de Europa). • Duración/uso: Casi 4 años (desde mayo de 2021) y >170.000 km recorridos. • Propósito: Evaluar degradación real de la batería, eficiencia, mantenimiento y usabilidad a largo plazo para responder al miedo más habitual del comprador de un EV: la vida útil y el coste de sustitución de la batería. 2) Condiciones de uso (exigentes y “reales”) • Cargas rápidas frecuentes (más del 40 % de las sesiones). • Muchos periodos al 100 % de carga. • Temperaturas extremas (invierno y verano). • Múltiples conductores (uso en el centro técnico del ADAC en Landsberg am Lech). • Largos periodos sin uso. 3) Degradación de la batería y autonomía • Capacidad útil restante: 91 % (solo −9 % respecto al inicio). • Autonomía WLTP medida: de 438 km a 425 km (−13 km tras >170.000 km). • Medición de degradación: Test premium Aviloo (laboratorio independiente) con ±3 % de margen de error (servicio disponible para particulares en Alemania). Evolución del “estado de la batería” (%) Kilometraje Estado batería 21.749 km 96 % 46.029 km 96 % 59.166 km 96 % 69.549 km 95 % 84.264 km 94 % 87.020 km 94 % 102.505 km 93 % 128.500 km 92 % 145.810 km 91 % 169.651 km 91 % 4) Software: la gran (y positiva) sorpresa • Actualizaciones clave: especialmente desde la versión 3.2 (2023). • Efectos medidos por ADAC: • Menor consumo medio: de 20 kWh/100 km a 18,3 kWh/100 km tras 172.000 km. • Mayor potencia de carga pico: de 125 kW a >160 kW (reducción de tiempos de carga entre 10 % y 30 %). • Ejemplo práctico: con 10 % de batería, ~30 minutos para llegar al 80 % en un cargador rápido. • Mejor gestión térmica en invierno, manteniendo autonomías más estables con frío. • Planificador de rutas mejorado (tiene en cuenta tráfico y disponibilidad de puntos de carga). • Mejoras en conectividad, información al conductor y funciones remotas vía app VW Connect. 5) Consumos y comportamiento térmico • Consumo real registrado: entre 13 y 30 kWh/100 km (según trayecto, temperatura y estilo de conducción). • Gestión térmica optimizada en invierno tras actualizaciones de software. 6) Mantenimiento, averías e incidencias • Mantenimientos programados: 2 (a los 74.000 km y 176.000 km). • Incidencias relevantes (resueltas en garantía o por software): • Antena GPS defectuosa. • Cambio de la batería auxiliar de 12 V. • Fallo del mecanismo de apertura de la tapa de carga. • Conclusión ADAC: muy pocas incidencias pese al uso intensivo. 7) Valor residual y mensaje de Volkswagen • Valor de tasación actual: ~24.000 € (base de datos DAT en Alemania), depreciación considerada razonable por antigüedad y kilometraje. • Mensaje de Volkswagen (Martin Sander): “Una capacidad de batería superior al 90 % después de 160.000 km confirma que nuestros modelos ID. también son muy atractivos como vehículos de ocasión.” 8) Global de la prueba • La degradación fue menor de lo esperado (solo 9 % tras 170.000 km). • El coche “mejora con el tiempo” gracias al software: más eficiente, carga más rápido y gestiona mejor la batería. • Reforzamiento del mercado de ocasión para eléctricos cuando hay buen soporte de actualizaciones por parte del fabricante. • No todo es perfecto: interfaz táctil criticada y sistema multimedia lento. • Con software cuidado y mantenimiento correcto, la batería de un eléctrico puede durar bastante más de lo que muchos temen. Die aktuellen Automobilkurznachrichten mit Michael Weyland  Thema heute:  Ab sofort bestellbar: der neue Citroën c5 Aircross ab 33.990 Euro    Citroën läutet mit dem neuen C5 Aircross die nächste SUV-Generation ein. Ab sofort ist das neue Topmodell im C-Segment bestellbar. Mit insgesamt drei elektrifizierten Antrieben und einem neuen Komfortmaßstab unterstreicht der C5 Aircross seinen Anspruch als das größte SUV im Portfolio der Marke. Preise starten bei 33.990 Euro für den neuen Hybrid 145 mit 48V-Technologie, der vollelektrische C5 Aircross Electric 210 Komfort-Range ist bereits ab 42.590 Euro erhältlich. Der neue C5 Aircross wurde von Grund auf neu entwickelt und basiert erstmals auf der STLA-Medium-Plattform von Stellantis. Als Seat vor einigen Jahren angekündigt hat, aus der bisherigen Zusatzbezeichnung „Cupra“ eine eigene Automarke zu machen, haben einige Fachleute gezweifelt. Die Zweifel sind unterdessen ausgeräumt, denn CUPRA ist eine der am schnellsten wachsenden Automarken in Europa. Mehr als 700.000 ausgelieferte Fahrzeuge seit dem Launch im Jahr 2018 beweisen es. Und der Terramar wird für weitere Stückzahlen sorgen.  Darum geht es diesmal!Ich könnte mir den heutigen Fahrbericht einfach machen und sagen: Cupra Terramar. Klare Kaufempfehlung. Aber was mache ich dann mit den verbleibenden 2 Minuten und 25 Sekunden dieses Radiobeitrages? Also fangen wir anders an. Auch Motorjournalisten stehen regelmäßig vor der Qual der Wahl, welches Auto sie sich kaufen sollen. Unser Problem ist, dass wir von -zig Modellen fast alles Gute, aber auch fast alles Schlechte wissen. Der Terramar hat mich aber rundum begeistert! Und zwar bei Optik, Ausstattung und Technik. Power und Drive!    Die Qual der Wahl, die ich schon angesprochen habe, beginnt beim Antrieb. Verfügbar sind TSI-Benzin-Motoren, Mildhybrid eTSI-Motoren und die e-HYBRID genannte neue Generation von Plug-in-Hybrid-Motoren. Alle Kombinationen haben serienmäßig ein DSG-Doppelkupplungsgetriebe.  Die Leistungsbandbreite liegt zwischen 110 kW (150 PS) und 200 kW (272 PS), im Test hatten wir die Version Terramar VZ mit 195 kW (265 PS), einem 7-Gang-DSG-Getriebe und Allradantrieb (4Drive). VZ ist übrigens die spanische Abkürzung für „Veloz“ gleich „schnell“. Die Beschleunigung von 0–100 km/h wird in 5,9 Sekunden erledigt, - das ist schnell - die Höchstgeschwindigkeit ist auf 243 km/h limitiert. Der Verbrauch auf 100 Kilometer pendelt sich dabei zwischen 8,4–8,8 l ein, die CO2-Emissionen auf 191–199 g/km, jeweils nach WLTP. Das der Wagen alle notwendigen Assistenzsysteme hat, versteht sich von selbst!  Die Kosten!Auch hier schauen wir mal auf die Preisskala. Sie beginnt bei 44.400,00 € für den CUPRA Terramar 1.5 eTSI 110 kW (150 PS) 7-Gang-DSG und endet bei 57.530,00 €. Für den letztgenannten Betrag bekommen Sie alternativ den Terramar VZ 2.0 TSI 195 kW (265 PS), 7-Gang DSG und Allradantrieb oder den Plug-in-Hybriden Terramar VZ 1.5 e-HYBRID 200 kW (272 PS), 6-Gang-DSG und Frontantrieb.Das Gesamtbild!    Da sage ich nur noch: CUPRA Terramar! Den empfiehlt der Motorjournalist seiner Familie. Und natürlich auch sich selbst! Dass die Autoindustrie regelmäßig Produktpflege betreibt, ist allseits bekannt. Mal mehr, mal weniger umfangreich. Hin und wieder ist der Wechsel so interessant, dass man als Käufer gerne das auslaufende Modell erwirbt, weil der Nachfolger zwar mehr mitbringt, deshalb aber deutlich teurer ist. Beim Modellwechsel des Citroën C5 Aircross ist genau das aktuell der Fall.  Darum geht es diesmal!Ich weiß, üblicherweise erwarten Sie an dieser Stelle, dass ich Sie über brandneue Autos informiere, gelegentlich werfen wir auch mal einen Blick weit zurück in die Automobilgeschichte.  Hin und wieder stelle ich allerdings an der Schwelle zu einem Modellwechsel das „noch“ aktuelle Modell vor, dessen Kauf dann für den einen oder anderen durchaus attraktiv ist!  Das macht diesmal schon deshalb Sinn, weil der Einstiegspreis des bisherigen Citroën C5 Aircross bei 25.350, – Euro lag, bei dem neuen geht es mit 34.070, – los. Wer jetzt schnell ist und das noch aktuelle Modell bei einem Händler findet, der kann also reichlich sparen. Power und Drive!    Bei dem so genannten Einstiegsmodell gab es als Basismotor einen Dreizylinder mit 96 kW/131 PS, mit dem man durchaus zügig unterwegs sein kann. Tempo 100 schafft er in 10,5 Sekunden, die Spitze auf der Autobahn ist mit 195 km/h heute ausreichender denn je. Übrigens gibt es diesen Motor mit 6-Gang Schaltgetriebe, ich kenne nach wie vor viele Autokäufer, denen Schaltgetriebe angenehmer sind als Automatikvarianten. Der Verbrauch auf 100 Kilometer liegt unter anderem durch Start/Stopp-System kombiniert bei 6,2 Liter nach WLTP, die CO2-Emissionen ebenfalls kombiniert bei 139 – 140 g/km.  Die Innenausstattung!Obwohl es sich bei unserem Testkandidaten um den C5 Aircross YOU handelt, also die günstigste Ausstattungslinie, ist man keineswegs spartanisch unterwegs.  Denn selbst in dieser Ausstattungslinie findet man – neben wichtigen Punkten wie Klimaautomatik inkl. Air Quality System, einem kamera- und sensorgesteuerten aktiven Notbremsassistenten, einem aktiven Spurhalte-Assistenten und Geschwindigkeitsregler und -begrenzer – auch das Citroën Connect Audio-System DAB, Einparkhilfe hinten, einen 20-cm großen Touchscreen und Verkehrszeichenerkennung- auch noch Features wie elektrisch einstell- und beheizbare Außenspiegel, elektrische Fensterheber vorne und hinten und die elektrische Parkbremse. Die automatische Einschaltung für Fahrlicht und Frontscheibenwischer ist natürlich ebenso vorhanden wie die bußgeldsparende Bluetooth®-Freisprecheinrichtung,Die Kosten!Wie schon eingangs erwähnt ist der Citroën C5 Aircross PureTech 130 Stop&Start ab 25.350, – Euro zu haben, das macht ihn zu einem attraktiven Angebot. Allerdings sollten Sie nicht zu lange mit dem Besuch beim Citroën–Händler warten. Ergänzt wird das EV-Erlebnis durch eine weiterentwickelte Routenplanung, bei der der gewünschte Batterieladestand am Zielpunkt individuell festgelegt werden kann – für maximale Planungssicherheit unterwegs.    Die Antriebe Den Hyundai IONIQ 9 gibt es mit Leistungsstufen von 160 kW/218 PS mit Heckantrieb, mit 226 kW /307 PS) und Allradantrieb und für denjenigen, der noch mehr Power wünscht, mit 315 kW/428 PS und dem Allradantrieb Performance. Da sollte nun wirklich jeder etwas finden, oder? Alle Fahrzeuge haben eine 110 kWh Batterie. Die Preise des Hyundai IONIQ 9 Nun kommen wir zum Blick auf die Preisliste. Da geht es los mit dem IONIQ 9 mit 160 kW/218 PS mit Heckantrieb in der Basisversion. Im Tausch gegen den Wagen möchte der Hyundai-Händler gerne 68.500 € haben, die höherwertige TECHNIQ Ausstattung schlägt mit 77.500 € zu Buche.  Die 226 kW /307 PS) Version mit Allradantrieb startet als TECHNIQ mit 81.500 €, die höhere UNIQ kostet Variante kostet 84.750 €. Wenn die Löwenmarke Peugeot, die unterdessen zum großen Stellantis-Reich gehört, neue Produkte auf den Markt bringt, lohnt es sich immer, genauer hinzuschauen.  Aktuell gilt das besonders für Familien mit sechs oder sieben Familienmitgliedern. Denn der neue Peugeot E-5008 ist das erste Elektrofahrzeug in diesem Segment mit sieben Sitzen! Darum geht es diesmal!Peugeot hat das Ziel, zu 100 Prozent eine elektrische Marke zu werden. Und so wird auch das Produktangebot ausgebaut. Da man auch hier alle Eventualitäten abdecken will – also auch den Bedarf von sieben Sitzplätzen – gibt es jetzt den Peugeot E-5008. Er ist in seinem Segment das einzige Modell, das zu 100 Prozent elektrische Mobilität für sieben Passagiere bietet und zudem einen außergewöhnlich großzügigen und einladenden Innenraum mitbringt. Power und Drive!    Bei uns werden aktuell als rein elektrische Versionen eine mit 157 kW (213 PS) und einer 73-kWh-Batterie sowie eine Long Range Variante mit 170 kW (231 PS) und 97-kWh-Batterie angeboten. Uns stand die 157 kW (213 PS) Ausführung als GT zum Test zur Verfügung.  Leistungsmäßig sprechen wir hier von einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 170 km/h und einer Beschleunigung von 0–100 km/h in 9,7 Sekunden.  Die stärkere Version beschleunigt eine Zehntelsekunde schneller. Ich würde allerdings die stärkere Version bevorzugen, da deren kombinierte Reichweite mit maximal 674 Kilometern die 157 kW (213 PS) Ausführung bei geringfügig höherem Energieverbrauch um gut 170 Kilometer übertrumpft. Die Spreizung liegt hier zwischen 18,8 und 19,4 kWh/100 km (WLTP). Auch in der Ladedauer von 20 auf 80 % an einer DC 160-kW-Schnellladestation hat die stärkere Version mit 27 gegenüber 30 Minuten die Nase vorn. Das wäre mir den Aufpreis von rund 4.000, - Euro wert. Die Kosten!Schon die günstigere Allure Ausstattung überzeugt. Der GT punktet zudem unter anderem durch die D-Navigation mit vernetzten Navigationsdiensten von TomTom® und EV-Routing-Funktion mit Ladeplanung.  Und das ist nur eines von vielen zusätzlichen Ausstattungsfeatures. El 2025 está resultando un año intenso para el Grupo Renault. El gran protagonista es, sin discusión, el Renault 5 E-Tech, flamante Coche del Año ABC 2025. Su triunfo confirma la fuerza del “neoretro”: recuperar un icono setentero –proporciones cuadradas, colores pop, guiños al mítico Supercinco– y vestirlo con una base 100 % eléctrica de 400 km WLTP y 150 CV. La marca del rombo ha descubierto que vender nostalgia con 0 emisiones es una fórmula ganadora. Siguiendo la misma senda llegará en 2026 el Renault 4 E-Tech. Si el nuevo “Cinco” enamora por diseño, el “Cuatro” lo hará por practicidad: carrocería crossover de 4,2 m, enorme portón, asiento trasero con módulos. Será un guiño directo a las furgonetas Trois/Quatre de los 80, pensado para familias activas más que para fashion victims. El viraje retro-eléctrico tiene su contrapunto deportivo en Alpine, que acaba de desvelar el A390. Se trata de un SUV coupé de 4,6 m construido sobre la plataforma AmpR-Medium, con dos motores eléctricos, 380 CV y tracción total. Habitáculo-“cockpit gamer”, suspensión pilotada y un modo Rally inspirado en el A110 del Montecarlo refuerzan el ADN de Dieppe. Este podcast también se podría titular “A contracorriente”. ¿Por qué? Porque mientras muchas marcas, especialmente Premium, rectifican sus planes y ralentizan la electrificación de su gama, como Aston Martin, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche o Toyota entre otras… Jaguar se tira a la piscina del eléctrico… sin mirar si hay agua. Este es, probablemente, su último cartucho… Este es un podcast difícil, porque confieso que Jaguar es una marca que me despierta mucho cariño porque lo que ha sido, hasta hace muy poco, pero que no entiendo lo que hace. Como esas parejas de las que sigues enamorado de cómo eran, pero no de cómo son. Os pongo en antecedentes: En enero de este mismo año se ha presentado en la Miami Art Week el Jaguar Type 00, la nueva filosofía de marca con nuevo logo incluido. Un coche que hace días se “dejo ver” por las calles de París… cuando lo recargaban con un generador diésel. Se ha hablado de diseño y sobre todo de “filosofía”, poco de tecnología. Porque la información sobre la tecnología de este modelo y de otros que supone que llegarán a finales de este mismo año es aún escasa y poco creíble: Cerca de 1.000 CV, una autonomía de hasta 816 km según mediciones WLTP y periodos de carga mínimos. En tan corto plazo de tiempo, me parece la carta a los reyes. Jaguar quiere reinventarse debido a su mala por no decir nefasta situación, pero, ¿cómo ha llegado la situación a este punto? “A perro enfermo… todo son pulgas”. Este refrán se podría aplicar a Jaguar para explicar su situación actual. Pero vamos a entrar en detalle sobre los motivos por los que, en mi opinión, ha llegado a esta situación. Los clientes. ¿Cuál es el cliente de Jaguar? Recuerdo cuando hace unos 15 años el recién nombrado director de la marca en España me hizo un comentario en broma, pero que era muy serio: “Uno de los problemas de Jaguar es que sus clientes están entre los 65 y la muerte”. La gama. La oferta de la marca es más bien escasa, 2 berlinas muy parecidas, 3 SUV muy parecidos y un coupé y desde luego ninguno de ellos ha sido renovado recientemente. Esto en el momento de escribir estas líneas, porque Jaguar ya adelantado que estos modelos desaparecerán de su catálogo antes de fin de año. La fiabilidad. O más bien la falta de ella. Sinceramente, no voy a entrar en detalle, porque no me gusta “hacer sangre”, pero la calidad de la marca no está a la altura de su historia, de su fama, de su precio y, lo que es peor… de sus competidores. Las consecuencias. Os doy un dato: Las ventas de Jaguar en el Mundo han caído desde 2019 a 2024 aproximadamente un 66 por ciento. En 2024 se vendieron poco más de 60.000 unidades, frente a casi 200.000 de hace ahora casi 5 años: Un verdadero desastre. Y eso no es lo peor. La bajada de ventas y el aumento de los costes de las garantías, entre otras cosas, han sido la causa de pérdidas de dinero importantes que han tenido como consecuencia que la marca haya evolucionado poco sus “viejos” modelos y no haya lanzado nuevos modelos. Y en una especie de “huida hacia adelante” como consecuencia de ello, la marca quiere reinventarse, ser innovadora, rupturista y reposicionarse. Quiere se la marca de “hiperlujo” he leído por ahí y “mirar por el retrovisor” a Lexus y Mercedes… un poco subiditos de tono para una marca en pérdidas, ¿no os parece? Pero es que además quieren conseguir esto con una gama 100x100 eléctrica. Y eso es ir… a contracorriente. Todos sabemos cómo ha acabado la apuesta de VW por el coche 100x100 eléctrico, cuando decidieron que la marca alemana no pasaría por una tecnología “de transición” como era la híbrida y que su gama de modelos con motores convencionales sería en tiempo récord 100x100 eléctrica… Otras marcas fueron más listas. Toyota nunca se dejó seducir por los “cantos de sirena” y fue muy prudente con este tema… lo que le ha reportado muy buenos resultados, tanto a Toyota como a Lexus, que han dejado, muy inteligentemente, que los experimentos, los hagan otros. Caso aparte es la británica Aston Martin. ¿Cuál ha sido su estrategia? Se trata de una marca a la que le va razonablemente bien, muy parecida a Jaguar por su imagen muy británica y dinámica. Pues, sencillamente, no tiene ni un solo modelo en su gama que sea eléctrico y el que tenía anunciado para este año… lo retrasa a 2027. La pregunta es: ¿No os parece que Jaguar va a contracorriente? La apuesta de la “nueva Jaguar” es arriesgada, pero la marca lo tiene claro y ya lo ha anunciado: Tendrá tres nuevos modelos que serán de “Hiperlujo”, muy modernos y eléctricos 100x100.

Los híbridos triunfan… y eso que los conductores no saben sacarle todo el partido posible… Hoy te decimos cómo. Pero no te lo decimos de una manera puramente “teórica” y desde nuestro estudio. Ni mucho menos. Salimos a la calle con uno de los híbridos más modernos y tecnológicamente avanzados. El BYD Seal U DM-i Boost. Y es que… ¡hemos aceptado un reto! Este vídeo lo iba a titular con la frase “open your mind” … que como todos sabéis significa “abre tu mente”. ¿Por qué? Tengo una opinión como periodista y otra como aficionado… pero voy más lejos, como periodista tengo una opinión y obligación y es probar, analizar, juzgar y dar mi opinión sobre los coches sin prejuicios… no es fácil, pero lo voy a intentar. Me encantan los retos. Por eso vamos a hacer este video, que no es de “laboratorio” sino muy práctico, con un coche muy adecuado, uno de los últimos híbridos, con la mejor tecnología y la más reciente… y resulta que es un SUV “made in China” … y he pensado: open your mind…. O, dicho de otra forma, no tengas prejuicios… os pido que vosotros hagáis lo mismo. Y tú, Rodrigo, por supuesto. BYD significa, y seguimos con los anglicismos, “Build Your Dreams” o “Construye tus sueños”, es para mí, es una de las mejores marcas chinas y que aspira a convertirse en Premium… de momento es la marca más temida por europeos y americanos. Y anuncia para este modelo una autonomía combinada que supera los 1.000 km… Tanta es su confianza que ha lanzado la “BYD Seal U DM-i Fuel Challenge” … vaya nombre largo… para retar a periodistas, creadores de contenido e “influencers” a alcanzar o superar esos 1080 km de autonomía homologada según las normas WLTP. ¿Exagerado? Para Garaje Hermético una oportunidad porque vamos a comprobarlo… pero para eso… hay que saber cómo se conduce un híbrido. Antes de seguir, dejadme que os cuente porque, para mí, los híbridos son la mejor opción realmente una idea brillante y te vamos a contar por qué. En un coche “convencional” aceleras, por ejemplo, hasta los 50 km/h a base de “quemar” combustible para conseguirlo. Y cuando hay que parar usas los frenos, que convierten esa inercia y en calor… a esa se le llama tirar energía. En un híbrido, en idénticas circunstancias el motor eléctrico puede funcionar como generador. A ese motor-generador, si “metes” electricidad produces movimiento y si “metes” movimiento produces electricidad. Así que cuando vas a 50 km/h y frenas, en vez de tirar energía la aprovechas y la conviertes en electricidad. Como recuperes esa energía y como la uses, depende de lo avanzada que sea la tecnología de tu coche…y la del BYD es muy avanzada. Y también depende de tu habilidad y conocimientos como conductor… y para eso te daremos 10 consejos. Ahora, ¡hablemos de tecnología! ¿Qué tiene este BYD… qué no tengan otros? Vamos por partes: BYD es el fabricante líder en modelos enchufables y este híbrido tiene una particularidad: Cuenta con la tecnología “DM” o “Dual Mode” que, según la marca, prioriza el uso de la energía eléctrica para conseguir, entre otras cosas, un consumo más ajustado. Pero no solo eso, se trata de que tenga las ventajas propias de un eléctrico en cuanto su consumo, sonoridad y aceleración. La versión Boost cuenta con un motor de gasolina de 1.5 litros y 98 CV combinado con un eléctrico de 197 CV… y entre los dos, tenemos nada menos que 218 CV a nuestra disposición. ¡Ojo! No se trata de un “eléctrico de autonomía extendida” en los que el motor de explosión solo carga la batería… en este caso el motor, como en los mejores híbridos, carga la batería cuando, digámoslo así, “sobra potencia”, pero también empuja el coche. Al final os daré más detalles de este modelo, pero ahora… ¡Nos vamos de pruebas! Y os vamos a dar 10 consejos para conducir un híbrido. 1. Frenar lo justo. En un híbrido tienes que tener sensibilidad para saber cuándo tu coche frena solo en modo eléctrico o ya usa los frenos mecánicos. 2. Circular “a vela”. Con un híbrido si vas rodando a velocidad estabilizada ve levantado el pie del acelerador hasta que el coche marque que vas en modo eléctrico… todos los híbridos te lo dicen de un modo u otro. 3. Curvas suaves. No digo que tomes las curvas ni abordes las rotondas “de carreras”. ¡Todo lo contrario! Pero en lo posible, no “mates” la velocidad del coche. 4. Adelantamiento. Insisto de nuevo: La seguridad es lo primero. Así que para adelanta la regla número 1 es permanecer en el carril izquierdo el menor tiempo posible. 5. Suavidad. Repito mucho esta frase: “Para ser un buen conductor y conducir muy bien solo hay tres trucos, Suavidad, suavidad y suavidad”. 6. El coche te enseña. Muchos híbridos, a través de distintos gráficos y datos, te van a dar una información clave para que vayas mejorando. 7. Carga siempre. Si tienes un híbrido recargable, carga siempre que puedas. Aunque tengas la batería al 80 por ciento o estes de viaje, carga siempre, porque el coche será más rápido, más ecológico y más eficiente. 8. Largas subidas. Hay híbridos en los que, en una subida larga, si vas cargado, te puedes llegar a quedar sin batería… y, por tanto, sin potencia “electica”, con una importante merma de prestaciones… tenlo en cuanta. 9. ¿Quién es más listo? Hay veces que el coche es más listo que tú. Por algo la “i” de este BYD es de “Intelligence” no de inyección 10. ¡Anticipa! Es la clave de la conducción eficiente, de la conducción deportiva, segura o económica. Y en todo tipo de coches. Es la anticipación. “NO mires al coche de delante, mira varios coches por delante de ti”. En autopista no mires unas decenas de metros delante, sino unas centenas… anticipa y todo será más fácil. Conclusión Ya sabéis que, en mi opinión, el mejor coche “para todo” es un híbrido enchufable, pues tiene casi todas las ventajas de un eléctrico, sobre todo en ciudad, pero con muy buena autonomía… buenísima en el caso de este coche. Coche del día. Hemos dedicado mucho tiempo a rodar con este coche y no siempre haciendo “mini consumo” precisamente. Y después de grabar este video, seguiremos rodando con él. Pero ya te lo puedo anticipar: Sobrepasar esos 1.000 km sin repostar es posible… ¡reto superado! Así que nuestro coches del día va a ser el el BYD Seal U DM-i Boost. Como aficionado al automóvil tengo mis gustos, pero, como os decía, como informador y periodista tengo que prescindir de prejuicios y probar todo, sobre todo lo que es tendencia. Y hay que abrir la mente: He hecho una prueba fuera de este reto: Subir a varias personas al coche y preguntarles que marca era y, al menos, en que país estaba fabricado… ninguno me ha dicho BYD ni China y todos, cuando se lo he dicho, no me creían. No me voy a pronunciar sobre la estética, porque para gustos los colores y los coches. Pero este modelo de 4,7 metros de largo, es amplio, con suelo plano y acabados de muy buena calidad. El maletero es grande o enorme, 425 litros con 5 plazas o 1.440 litros con dos plazas. El sistema Intelligent Cockpit de BYD que se maneja a través de la pantalla táctil es muy práctico y tiene características particulares como la pantalla que gira 90 grados … que no sé si es práctica, pero llama la atención. Los coches “Made in China” tenían la imagen de ser coches no muy buenos, pero sí baratos… ahora comienzan a ser buenos, algunos muy buenos… ¿siguen siendo baratos? Este coche tiene un PVP de 38.500 € que con promociones y Plan Moves III con achatarramiento, se queda en 29.990 €… ¿es barato o no?

Hoy vamos a hablar de la autonomía de los coches eléctricos. Hay una frase que dice: “Para acabar con el hambre de un pueblo, no les des comida, enséñales a cultivar el campo”. En este vídeo no os voy a dar un aburrido listado de coches y autonomías… algo habrá, pero la idea es tratar de que os forméis un criterio claro para interpretar la información, que no es real, que os dan las marcas… y, porque no decirlo, algunos canales y Web… y os anticipo que en la sección “Coche del día” se va a producir un hecho único en la historia del canal. No nos alarmemos: Las marcas siempre han dado cifras que no son reales, tanto cuando se hablada y se habla de consumos de combustible en coches térmicos, como ahora en los eléctricos. Cierto que las autoridades han ido desarrollando normativas para que los consumos homologados se acerquen a los reales… y se acercan, pero no llegan. Y no van a llegar nunca, porque las marcas cumplen, por supuesto, la normativa de cada momento, pero la aprovechan en su beneficio, buscando siempre las condiciones ideales. Los eléctricos NO son la solución… pero si una parte de la solución. Estoy en contra de “ciertos” eléctricos, sobre todos los grandes, pesados y caros eléctricos con el que pretenden decirnos que es cómodo viajar… porque posible es, pero cómodo… no. Al final, tras hablar de autonomía, os daré unas pinceladas sobre el tema de la recarga… porque en cierto modo van unidos: Menos autonomía, más recargas. Creo que hay muchas opciones, no solo una, y que en función del uso nos interesa una u otra. Porque, hoy por hoy, en ciudad, el eléctrico es imbatible entre los coches… porque siempre nos queda el transporte público, la bicicleta y la moto… muy eficientes también, porque ahorran emisiones y, además, espacio. Antes de hablar de cifras vamos a hablar de las condiciones que varían en estas cifras y pueden reducir a la mitad e incluso menos las cifras de autonomía anunciadas. Vamos a ver las más importantes: Estilo de conducción. Esta es clave. En un eléctrico el tipo de condición influye en el consumo incluso en mayor medida que en un coche convencional. Primero, porque cada vez que aceleras la masa que tienes que mover es muy alta y se paga en consumo. Incluso en eléctricos “gordos” pegas un par de acelerones y ves como baja la autonomía… si conduces así puede reducir la autonomía a un tercio e incluso a un cuarto. La velocidad se paga y la aceleración más y no, lo que recuperes al reducir no compensa lo que gatas al acelerar. Por otra parte conducir con mucha anticipación y aprovechando la posibilidades de autorrecarga se nota y mucho. Os voy a contar una anécdota (CONTAR Sylvia y su BMW) Tipo de carretera. A los eléctricos las cuestas arribas le sientan mal. Y las zonas de curvas tampoco les gustan, cuanto más cerradas peor, porque hay que “parar” mucho el coche... cuando recargas, pero luego volver a acelerar... con las consecuencias antes descritas. Carga. Siempre lo digo: Uno de esos grandes eléctricos que anuncian autonomías tan altas, rondan a sobrepasan las dos toneladas y media. Entre 600 y 800 kg de media más que un coche equivalente térmico. O lo que es lo mismo: Si consideramos el peso medio de una persona en 75 kilos, es como si llevases y coche normal y a 9 amigos… ni más ni menos. Si además llevas 4 amigos “de verdad” y equipaje, el peso extra se acerca a 500 kg… una verdadera mole. Temperatura exterior. Os voy a dar un dato que no es mío, os cito la fuente: La propia Renault. Nos dice que a temperaturas por encima de los 35 grados en empleo del aire acondicionado puede suponer una disminución de la autonomía en torno al 17 por ciento. Es decir que la realidad o es esa… o es peor. ¿Y qué pasa si hace frío? Pues todavía peor. Las baterías en general y el frio no se llevan bien. Eso por un lado. Por otro, un coche térmico utiliza para calentar a sus ocupantes el calor que “tira” y desperdicia. En un coche eléctrico hay que producirlo. Diversas fuentes, las propias marcas empresas de energía entre otras, cifran esta pérdida autonomía entre un 15 y un 25 por ciento en temperaturas bajo cero. Tráfico. Curiosamente el tráfico afecta menos al consumo. Es más, respecto a un coche convencional incluso les favorece. Por ejemplo, en ciudad, los eléctricos son especialmente eficientes, porque climatización al margen, cuando están parados no gastan nada. Y arrancadas suaves seguidas de frenadas que puedes prever, caso de los semáforos, son un uso al que se adaptan muy bien. Otra cosa es en carretera, sobre todo si es de doble sentido, donde hay que hacer adelantamientos y acelerar con decisión… y ya sabéis lo que pasa. Los consumos y autonomías homologados de los coches eléctricos se calculan mediante el llamado ciclo WLTP que viene de Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedure. El ciclo de prueba WLTP se realiza en un banco de pruebas y tiene cuatro fases de unos 23,25 kilómetros. Dos fases son urbanas, equivalentes al 52 por ciento del recorrido y dos etapas extraurbanas. La velocidad media del recorrido es de 46,5 km/h. ¿Sirve de algo este dato? Pues sí, sirve, como los consumos homologados en general, para comparar unos coches con otros, pero nunca como cifra fiable de consumo, ¡NUNCA! Siempre va a ser más favorable que la realidad. Nos cabe el consuelo de que la normativa anterior, la NEDC era mucho menos real. Incluso. La diferencia entre la autonomía WLTP y la real, según el tipo de uso, puede estar entre el 25 y el 75 por ciento menos… calcula que la real es entre un 20 y un 40 por ciento menos si eres un buen conductor y usas el coche con cabeza. Cifras reales. Bueno, ya sabes lo que puedes esperar de la autonomía de los coches eléctricos en función de lo que te dicen los fabricantes. Pero unos son más optimistas que otros o sacan más partido que otros a la normativa. Incluso hay diferencias entre modelos. He mirado al menos 3 pruebas y estudios bastante homogéneos realizados por distintos medios en Gran Bretaña, España e Italia. Lo puedes ver en el vídeo. Coche del día. Lo que vais a ver hoy nunca ha sucedido en GH y es una especie de “protesta” por la imposición que nos han hecho de los coches eléctricos, de la escasa infraestructura, de la subida de precios y de su poca practicidad en algunos casos… Hoy, por primera vez, esta sección queda vacante… no hay coche del día.
