Message me your 'Takeaways'.The Strong Man of Value Academy was launched in 2019 to provide accountability and community for men seeking personal growth. The common thread among these men is the desire for improvement, whether it's in health, finances, relationships, or overall fulfillment. The key to growth is evolving into the person needed to create the desired life. The challenge is convincing men that growth is necessary even if they don't feel a major issue. The Academy offers a 12-week game plan, flexibility, accountability, and a supportive community. The results speak for themselves, with members achieving financial success, saving marriages, improving health, and more.Mentioned On Today's Show:

After overcoming his adversities in life and healing himself using a wide range of clinical, spiritual, holistic, shamanic, and experiential methods, his life-long mission with his company, NeuIntention, is to educate, empower, and inspire others who feel lost to break free from life's limitations, reclaim the birthright of our sovereign nature, and become the purpose-driven humans and heart-led leaders who wish to leave legacies for our families and communities.Nathan Kohlerman is a Devoted Father, Transformational Alchemist, Spiritual Counselor, Integrative Somatic Practitioner, Corporate Wellness Consultant, Executive Leadership Mentor, Ordained Minister & Founder of NeuIntention®With a diverse background in transpersonal psychology, integrative somatic healing, metaphysical healing, mediumship, shamanism, energy dynamics, entrepreneurship, leadership, and trauma-informed care, this has allowed Nathan to facilitate and lead professional athletes from the NFL & PGA, soldiers in the US Army, men's groups, organizations, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and other elite coaches on how to overcome the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges that often result in unnecessary suffering that stands in the way of one's innate ability to create deeper connections to self, others, and a deeper sense of purpose.Connect With NathanNathan Kohlerman InstagramNate's WebsiteBuilding Men InstagramBuilding Men WebsiteBuilding Men YouTubeBuilding Men FacebookWork with Dennis as your 1 on 1 coach The Foundation Virtual Coaching Group for Young MenIf our podcast resonates with you, please consider rating, reviewing and sharing it with anyone who you believe would benefit from the message.Visit our sponsors - Chop Club For MenFinish The Race – Home of the official Building Men gear

Do you struggle with change? Do you find yourself rejecting times of transition? Are you stuck in a certain season of life? Are you even aware of what season you are in right now? Inspired by the arrival of fall, we felt like this was the perfect time to unpack the concept of transition and change. Because like the seasons show us, change can be difficult. Transition can be even more difficult. And as humans, we tend to make it even more difficult by actually rejecting times of change. Our goal with this episode was to get into the raw experience of change, to unpack why it can be so difficult, and to share what we have done to create a smoother transition for ourselves as we both are currently navigating a ton of change in our own personal lives. Because as we continue to learn, holding on to what was prevents us from seeing what could be possible.  Sponsors:MenzLeague: an online personal development platform for men. Who would've thought that most of the world's problems stem from pathological masculinity? And we can trace it back historically to the patriarchal ideology and the impact on women and the planet that has been gaining attention in the last few decades.Do you believe that as a society, we are partially responsible for why men are disconnected from the heart and have lost awareness of their power? Are we guilty of passing on the belief there is a tiny box in which they should live? Men withdraw from their real emotions such as anger, shame about their sexuality, or freedom to grieve for fear of being judged. The distractions we have created have made it harder for men to decode signals from their bodies and understand them.Nevertheless, men can rediscover their energy and step into their wholeness and bring back their sensitivity amidst all the odds. Join us in this week's episode of Breakthrough The Ordinary Podcast and learn how men can have the support they need to deepen their presence, clarify their purpose, connect with their power, and have a deeper relationship with women.Tune in to another impactful episode of Breakthrough The Ordinary podcast.Click here to listen to this episode: https://smartpa.ge/bto These are some highlights you shouldn't miss:01:43 - The breakthrough that shifted Jason's life to extraordinary04:16 - What men need to do to achieve the breakthrough they want in their lives07:35  - How divine masculine energy looks like and how it relates to the evolving sexual orientations or gender preferences inside relationships12:31 - The undermined damage caused by pathological masculinity to the world16:40 -  Finding harmony and balance of your energy from within and finding the perfect energy dynamics with your partner21:24 - The benefit of knowing what would serve love and consciousness in a relationship in the present moment25:14 - The benefits of deep masculine embodiment work for men's careers, wealth, and relationships29:36 - The keys to embodying masculinity and femininity and how to learn it faster than reading a whole book34:40  Why now is the best time to find healing for your unique self so you can show up with more love and consciousness Episode Challenge: 29:58Being inside men groups presents an opportunity to be around other men, interact and learn with them, and get that instant transmission of how awakened men embody their healthy masculine energies. Here's what Jason suggests you can do:Find ways to get into spaces with people who have done a lot of deep work in energy healing. In this episode we'll explore how to start, structure and maintain a successful men's group (even if you've never been in one before). I've personally been in men's groups for over 10 years, and they've improved literally every area of my life.In addition to learning how to start a group of your own, you'll also hear personal stories from my experiences in men's groups, and you'll hear from a good friend of mine named Nathan who's actually in my personal men's group too. Nathan just started a second men's group, and his story is helpful and inspiring because it shows just how easy it can be to start one. This episode is a recording of the “How to Start a Men's Group” workshop I led a month ago over Zoom. The recording turned out so well I decided to turn it into a full podcast episode. There's a lot in this episode, so if you're someone who likes to see things written out in nicely structured ways, check out the guide I created below: GUIDE: HOW TO START A MEN'S GROUPTo get the structured outline of what we talked about in this episode, you can visit my website here: Guide to Starting a Men's GroupThank you friend! Healthy communities are one of the cornerstones of the human experience. Recent studies have shown that the vast majority of men can struggle with building meaningful relationships. Men's groups can provide a supportive community of other men around them and provide a safe space for men to understand themselves, foster stronger relationships, and make it through life's tougher moments.Ryan discusses how men can foster deeper relationships, deal with communication issues and other related topics with Sean Galla, the founder of mensgroup.com.About Sean GallaMensGroup was founded by Sean Galla, an experienced men's group facilitator, community builder, and serial entrepreneur. Sean was a hockey player and pro DJ in his youth. When he moved down to Mexico to pursue his dream of learning surfing and Spanish, he lacked people to talk to about the things on his mind. He missed the locker-room-type conversations where guys talked about stuff that was really going on in their lives, so Sean started checking out men's groups.Disappointed with what he found – a lot of kooky stuff and poor leadership – Sean decided to start his own community for men who are interested in personal development and discussing these topics with others. That was over 10 years ago. Sean has been building communities, leading men's circles, and adventure retreat weekends ever since. Now he focuses full time on MensGroup. What is Divorce at Altitude? Ryan Kalamaya and Amy Goscha provide tips and recommendations on issues related to divorce, separation, and co-parenting in Colorado. I was over 400lbs, medically diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, high blood pressure, sever acid reflux, and overall in a really bad way. Since then I've lost 130lbs, and regained control of my health. Cleared myself of medication and sleep apnea by 2018. Met my current wife and moved halfway across the country from living 30 minutes north of Boston in southern New Hampshire my whole life, to now residing in Oklahoma. I'm now a public speaker, and motivational health and wellness coach for thousands of clients in 4 countries.
