"I feel like I'm taking CRAZY PILLS!" says Jacobim Mugatu, the villain in the comedy Zoolander. After reading today's headlines, we should all feel like this. Mugatu snapped because he was gaslit for years about the brilliance of Zoolander with his "one look." Our political elites are running the same level game on us. Additionally, some of the symptoms of this clown world simulation continue to remain obvious to those of us who AREN'T affected by the mind virus of flexible reality. In a crazy world, the sane man is a criminal. ______________________________________________________________ Check out BETWEEN THE LINES on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@CatholicVote PREPARE or REPAIR: http://PrepareLikeKyle.com (MyPatriotSupply Food Prep) Use PROMO CODE "KYLE" at these sites: http://PatriotCoolers.com/ (Tumblers & Coolers) http://MyPillow.com/Kyle (Pillows/Towels/Bedding) https://matthatjerky.com/kyle (premium Beef Jerky) http://The-Suspendables.com (Show Merch) http://ShieldArms.com - maker of the S10 and S15 magazines (Montana build firearms and accessories) Tags: Corruption,Justice,Judges,Biden, crazy,Clown World, disinformation,News,Politics
On this episode of ZDevOps Talks, Shabbir Moledina (leader of the DevOps Acceleration Team @ IBM) discusses what its like to drive the team responsible for accelerating DevOps journeys for thousands of developers worldwide. A key focus area is Git migration, which to quote the infamous Mugatu from the movie Zoolander, is "so hot right now!" Listen in to get the perspective of a technical leader and get fired up!
Bob Ross paints happy trees. He would never paint these trees because they're actively trying to kill us. They're what the US Department of the Interior refers to as 'unhappy.' Like, they're so unhappy it feels like someone made them in a lab. Pretty sure Mugatu from Zoolander made these trees. We're obviously people of taste and culture, us Zoolander fans. Anyway, here's Wonderwall. What's the horniest holiday? How long does it take to watch this show? And how many Spider-Men is too many Spider-Men? We thwip through these questions and more as we watch Season 4, Episode 6 of Family Matters.Alex Diamond, David Kenny, and John McDaniel heard that the long-running network sitcom Family Matters ends with side character Steve Urkel going to space. And the best way to figure out how that happened - obviously - is to watch the last episode first and make our way backwards through nearly ten years of television.Join our countdown to number one (and our slow descent into madness) in all the places you expect internet people to be:Website: jumpingtheshuttle.spaceEmail: jumpingtheshuttle@gmail.comInstagram: @JumpingTheShuttle / @ThatAlexD / @dak577Twitter: @JumpingShuttle / @ThatAlexD / @dak577TikTok: @JumpingTheShuttle / @ThatAlexD / @dak577Brought to you by Smooth My Balls

I say Mugato, you say Gumato. Mugato, Gumato, Mugatu, Gumatu, let's call the whole thing off!
Jordan and Alex explore the beloved early Aughts comedy that taught a generation important facial expressions like Blue Steel and Magnum, dared to ask the question “But why male models?”and showed us that sometimes all you need to sort through important issues is an orange mocha Frappuccino. You'll learn all about the VH1 sketch that birthed the character of Zoolander, how Ben Stiller got David Bowie to judge the "walk off," and the long-lost original ending to the film — which was kind of a downer! You'll also discover which '90s pop punk band nearly provided the soundtrack to the gasoline fight, which legendary American author sued the production for plagiarism, and which controversial actor who nearly played the villainous Mugatu. So take a listen — it's so hot right now. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Have you seen the movie Zoolander? More specifically, the scene where Mugatu tells Derek "you're a monkey Derek. You're a monkey". As a result, Derek starts to jump around like a monkey. How true is that of life? When we're younger, we develop personalities based on what is going to get us the love and attention from our parents (or caretaker). You've got the usual suspects... There's the over achiever, the class clown, and yours truly, the people pleaser. Some people go their entire lives, unconscious to this childhood programing. Each time we take an action that violates who we are (we know this, because it just "feels" wrong), we feed into this false identity. The solution is to become aware and to speak our truth, however uncomfortable it may feel. Only in doing so will we strengthen who we really are and claim our true identity.-If this podcast resonates with you and you'd like to get more clarity on how to create your One Life, I encourage you to reach out to me at donnyraus@gmail.com.. Your life is waiting.... Live Now!

...IN this week's episode...it's so simple! Well, the setup is simple enough. A terrorist, a modeling reality show, a disaster in the making, and only two people who can save the day and look great doing it. In this combined test of beauty and secret agent skills, there's no doubt that the legendary Derek Zoolander, three-time winner of the Best Male Model award and innovator of captivating looks like Blue Steel, Ferrari, Le Tigre, and of course, Magnum, has the advantage in terms of being really ridiculously good-looking. But even with the help of his partner, Matilda, can the would-be assassin of the Malaysian prime minister match up with the proven investigative abilities of Miss Congeniality herself, FBI agent and all-around asskicker Gracie Hart? And even with the assistance of renowned pageant coach Victor Melling, can Gracie survive the world of appearance-based reality television long enough to get the job done? Please be advised, this particular installment of Smash Fiction is even more ridiculous than usual. Also, LIZ LOGAN RETURNS!!! (Those two things are only partially related.)
In our final Episode for Plastic Free July, Clare interviews American visual artist Marina DeBris. Marina calls herself a “trashion” designer, as well as an environmental activist, and anti-plastics campaigner. She makes her "Beach Couture" collections from rubbish she finds washed up on beaches. There’s a history of fashion designers referencing refuse. John Galliano's controversial Couture 2000 collection for Christian Dior featured newspaper prints inspired by homeless people’s makeshift blankets. Vivienne Westwood has also dabbled in derelicte chic (like Mugatu in Zoolander). Jean Paul Gaultier once made a frock out of a bin liner – he named it his “rubbish bag dress” (in French). Jeremy Scott’s Autumn '17 Moschino collection was inspired by cardboard packaging. But these designers used luxurious fabrics to render the garbage theme gorgeous. Marina comes from a very different place. She doesn’t want her work to be considered chic, fabulous or fashionable. She wants it to shock you. So there’s a bustier embellished with discarded plastic utensils. A gown fashioned from the flimsy, floaty remnants of old white plastic carrier bags. She’s made dresses from polystyrene containers, old nappies, bed springs, even dead bird’s wings. In this Episode we talk about why she makes her work, how she does it, and what sort of reactions she gets. Fashion can be a conduit for cultural conversation, so why not hijack it and use as a frame of reference for political art? That’s what Marina does with her provocative, confronting project trashion. Can you wear it? IF YOU DARE! The WARDROBE CRISIS show notes unpack the issues addressed in each Episode. Way more than just links, it's like a mini magazine! We complete our brief journey into the world of male modeling with Ben Stiller's Zoolander 2!
It’s the 30th episode of SciFi with Jesse Mercury! To celebrate in a fashion that has absolutely nothing to do with science fiction, Jesse and his bandmates Barton McGuire and Daniel Desrosiers take a stroll through Read more…
Relax, breath deeply, and listen along as Nathan and Alex venture into the world of male modeling with Ben Stiller's Zoolander!
It's ZOOlander, not Zoolander. That's right dear listener, we are back with a vengeance. Well, maybe not so vengeful, as we take on our very first Patreon Pick which comes from Sam LeCates. Sam has chosen for us to sit down and watch the Ben Stiller-directed, Zoolander. The 2001 comedy classic that is infinitely quotable and makes Will Ferrell mostly tolerable. We thought it would be a nice chance to honor our Patreons as well as riding the Hollywood Hype Train as we get ready for Zoolander 2 or 2ooLander, whichever you prefer. To engage the follies of Derek Zoolander, Alex, Caleb, and Dustin gather around the table to get beneath the surface. Caleb springs at the chance and gets into a marxist reading of the economics being portrayed within the film. He takes a look at the salt-of-the-earth Zoolander and his everyman background and compares that to the capitalistic exploits of Mugatu. Alex uses this as a jumping in point before moving into some of the more troubling aspects of the films, specifically those brought about by peculiar uses of makeup both in diegetic and non-diegetic moments of the film. Dustin then takes us home with a discussion of Slavoj Zizek and fetishistic disavowal. He mentions how the movie tries to make us feel like we're seeing real causes being brought to light but then understanding that nothing's actually being done to be proactive in regards to those issues. Alright dear listener, there you have it, get your Blue Steel ready and hit that play button; it's on. Mugatu! DEFCON 2! Psychic Afro Squid! It's the end of the road for the Watchmen, and we've got the crescendo to beat them all. We've got reviews from the lovers and the haters, we've got a supervillain to rival Zoolander's Mugatu, and we've got some swearing that's really quite restrained in the circumstances. Also featuring Matt's worryingly total recall of late-90's pop smash hits. Dave's loving it; Matt's loved it but wants to go back to the Beano. How about you? “Opportuna come un corso di ginnastica artistica in un reparto di ortopedia” questa puntata di Estemporadio è stata registrata nelle segrete della casa del Commercio, con un po’ di disprezzo per suo fratello Mugatu, un altro figuro dal colore della pelle diversa dal nostro. Si è parlato, abbastanza paradossalmente, di podismo, con un tatto indegno […]
