Are charter schools the most toxic workplaces EVER? When we first approached Megan to tell her story, we were blown away with the level of toxicity within the teaching profession. It honestly blew our minds and I am positive it will blow yours too!Charter schools in the United States are primary or secondary education institutions that are public schools which are publicly funded and operate independently, rather than being controlled by local school districts.
