On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden is not only stupid by birth, but he is dangerous as well. He is the reason for increased gas, propane, crude oil prices, and an economy in crisis. Now Biden is draining America's strategic reserve by releasing a million barrels a day for the next several months to try and fix the mess he made. Yet the real answer here is to drill and produce more energy to create a surplus. Once there is more supply there will be less demand. Lamentably, Biden won't allow the current leases to gain the permits to develop the infrastructure to drill on approved lease sites. Then, today the Biden Administration recognized Transgender Day of Visibility. The U.S doesn't need to be in the business of promoting genitalia. Later, the Biden family is bought and paid for and there must be a special counsel to investigate the malfeasance of the Biden Family and Merrick Garland is too mired in his own controversy for the task. When it was Trump's family the lawyers worked overtime to accuse them of crimes. The Washington Post covered up Hunter's laptop, saying the story was Russian disinformation only to admit it was real 500 days after Biden took office. Afterward, Sen. Ron Johnson, Chairman of the U.S Senate Homeland Security Committee, joins the show to explain how Joe Biden was implicated on Hunter Biden's laptop and how this is the beginning of many questions. Sadly, the U.S doesn't have all the answers, but the intelligence agencies of China and 12 other countries likely know more than we do.

On Wednesday's Mark Levin show, Russia is still bombing Ukraine, and the media's barely covering it. Moscow is working with Iran to circumvent sanctions from the west. China is playing the long game and will eventually help Russia. Ukraine needs help that it's not getting, and President Biden is allegedly pressuring Zelenskyy to surrender in the name of peace. Then, schools continue injecting 'gender inclusion' into first-grade classrooms. This poisonous imposition of ideology is a grotesque abuse of children. Polls show that parents reject these policies. Meanwhile, Hunter Biden is a fall guy for his father, and he is under intense criminal investigation. This is why the media is now corroborating the laptop story. Isn't it important to know if a candidate or president is corrupt or compromised by a foreign regime? Later, Ian Prior from America First Legal Foundation (AFLegal.org) calls in to explain how parents have rights under federal law to inspect the curriculum. Afterward, NCAA Coach Bruce Pearl from Auburn University joins the show to discuss his recent comments supporting Ukraine. Pearl added that the Ukraine situation was similar to the story of Purim and explained why it's so dangerous to engage with Iran.

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the DOJ seeks more than 130 new attorneys to prosecute more January 6th cases. Most of these charges are for trespassing on public land but carry charges that are more severe and carry stiffer penalties for those that don't take the government's plea deals. One such matter is the latest false claim against top Trump staffer Dan Scavino for potentially having advanced knowledge of the Capitol attack. Then, the federal government is using extra-constitutional parallel path like a handpicked congressional committee and overreaching subpoenas to circumvent the DOJ's legal limitations in order to get information they otherwise could not get. Biden and the Democrats are skirting the legal system by using Congress as the investigative arm of the Department of Justice and cherry-picking what they leak to the media. Meanwhile, Gov. Ron DeSantis continues to defend the rights of parents and school kids from the aggressive transgender and homosexual lobby injecting their material into kindergarten classrooms. Disney is pushing to repeal the parental protection bill and never once tried to defeat it when it was in the legislature. Afterward, Harriet Hageman joins the show to discuss her campaign against Liz Cheney in Congress. Hageman blasted Cheney for using a congressional committee to destroy Trump's chances of running for office in the future.

Dr. Christine McCarthy is the Lamont Assistant Research Professor at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory at Columbia University. She studies the mechanical and geological features of ice and rocks. Even though on the surface rocks appear static, deep within the earth they undergo dynamic deformations, and she studies these processes, as well as how ice moves and flows. Outside of work, Christine enjoys visiting zoos, museums, and playgrounds with her family. Some of her other favorite pastimes have been rock climbing, camping, and other outdoor activities. She received her B.S. in Geophysics from the University of Oregon and went on to receive her M.Sc. and PhD in Geological Science from Brown University. Afterward, Christine conducted postdoctoral research at the Earthquake Research Institute at the University of Tokyo in Japan. She was awarded a Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory Postdoctoral Fellowship, followed by a NASA Early Career Fellowship, before joining the faculty at Columbia where she is today. How Does God Say I Love You, Part 4: Violation of the Covenant MESSAGE SUMMARY: “Rejecting the Covenant and the God of the Covenant will eventually lead a person to a place of stubbornness, hardness of heart, and then their destruction.” Throughout human history, God has reached out to humans for a personal relationship and to express His love for humankind. We have a God that loves us so much, and God's love for us is expressed to us through His “covenants”. Also, God's “covenants” reveal to us His grace and faithfulness. In today's message, we will discuss God's Covenant with Moses. A “covenant” can be defined as an “oath or promise of God”. In a Biblical covenant: 1) God establishes the Covenant; 2) God always implies that “I am your God, and you are my people” – God desires a personal relationship with us; and 3) God sets the Covenant's terms and rulers. We begin by looking at Israel's current king in 2 Chronicles 36, King Zedekiah, who was successor descendant of King David and a Godly father, King Josiah. We need to remember that King David had built the kingdom and the nation of Israel into a great nation through a foundation of a commitment to God and the Covenant God had given to His people – King David made God His priority, and David made God's priorities his priorities. God is interested in those who seek first His kingdom. Also, from King David's life, we know that God expects one who sins to repent and return to Him. David's son, Solomon, tells us to “fear God and keep His commandments”. After King Solomon, God's people experienced a series of Kings – some who kept God's Covenant and some who do not keep God's Covenant. Subsequently, David's single Kingdom, that brought together the Twelve Tribes, is divided into the northern kingdom of Israel and the southern kingdom of Judah. Zedekiah is in deep trouble and in an impossible situation with Babylon laying siege to Jerusalem. Rather than calling on God for help, Zedekiah sends an envoy to Egypt. Zedekiah has rejected God and God's Covenant (2 Chronicles 36:12-14): “He did what was evil in the sight of the LORD his God. He did not humble himself before Jeremiah the prophet, who spoke from the mouth of the LORD. He also rebelled against King Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by God. He stiffened his neck and hardened his heart against turning to the LORD, the God of Israel. All the officers of the priests and the people likewise were exceedingly unfaithful, following all the abominations of the nations. And they polluted the house of the LORD that he had made holy in Jerusalem.". In desperation, Zedekiah now appeals to the Prophet Jeremiah for a miracle from God, whom he had rejected, to save his kingdom from the attack by Babylon's King Nebuchadnezzar (Jerimiah 21). God answers Zedekiah's plea for salvation through Jerimiah in Jerimiah 21:5-7: “'I {God} myself will fight against you with outstretched hand and strong arm, in anger and in fury and in great wrath. And I will strike down the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast. They shall die of a great pestilence. Afterward', declares the LORD, ‘I will give Zedekiah king of Judah and his servants and the people in this city who survive the pestilence, sword, and famine into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and into the hand of their enemies, into the hand of those who seek their lives.'". Our God is a Covenant God, and He keeps His Covenants. When the people of God obeyed their Covenant with God they were blessed; but when they disobeyed, they were cursed – just like the people under King Zedekiah. The significance of the Scripture from 2 Chronicles 36 and Jerimiah 21 for us today: 1) God is a Covenant God; 2) as recipients of the New Covenant through Jesus, we are assured of God's forgiveness; 3) rejecting the Covenant and the God of the Covenant will eventually lead us to a place of stubbornness, hardness of heart, and then to our destruction; 4) God will try again and again to draw us back to Himself, but if we are hardened we don't hear God; and 5) our relationship with God is based solely on our relationship with God and not God's relationship with others – Zedekiah's father was a Godly man who did great things for his people, but Zedekiah's unfaithful relationship with God and God's Covenant brought destruction to Zedekiah and his kingdom. God desires a personal relationship with each of us, and God has given us His Covenants upon which to build our relationship with Him. Have you asked Jesus into your life so that your sin is atoned? If not, then there is a blot between you and God. Remember, the God who made Covenant with Moses is Jesus of our Trinitarian God.   TODAY'S PRAYER: Keeping the Sabbath, Lord, will require a lot of changes in the way I am living life. Teach me, Lord, how to take the next step with this in a way that fits my unique personality and situation. On the Best of Mark Levin, more people are now calling for the assassination of war criminal Vladimir Putin and perhaps one of his countrymen will rise to the challenge. There is still opposition to providing the Ukrainians with MIG-29 fighter jets. Air cover is important because it provides the necessary speed to back up troops on the ground. The judicial philosophy of any jurist on the high court should be known before a Justice is confirmed. For Ketanji Brown-Jackson to claim that she has no judicial philosophy means she's hiding it, but obviously the hard left has endorsed her because of her judicial philosophy. Afterward, Biden says that everyone knows someone who's had their nude photographs posted online and moved to include this in the Violence against Women Act (VAWA). Congress is also focused on domestic issues like spending billions more on coronavirus.

Those who hate liberty are using the Constitution in order to destroy the Constitution. Then, Ketanji Brown Jackson dodged the question of defining a woman is because she intends to help Democrats redefine the legal definition of what a woman is in future supreme court cases on women's sports and transgender school cases. This activist Judge is a happy progressive warrior. Later, wheat shortages in Russia and Ukraine will not impact the U.S, but President Biden's energy and economic policies are doing plenty of damage. Rising gas prices and inflation are driving up the cost of American goods. Biden is the cause of food shortages in America, not Putin. Old Testament: Numbers 31 Numbers 31 (Listen) Vengeance on Midian 31 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “Avenge the people of Israel on the Midianites. Nevertheless, it shall also be purified with the water for impurity. And whatever cannot stand the fire, you shall pass through the water. 24 You must wash your clothes on the seventh day, and you shall be clean. And afterward you may come into the camp.” 25 The LORD said to Moses, 26 “Take the count of the plunder that was taken, both of man and of beast, you and Eleazar the priest and the heads of the fathers' houses of the congregation, 27 and divide the plunder into two parts between the warriors who went out to battle and all the congregation. 28 And levy for the LORD a tribute from the men of war who went out to battle, one out of five hundred, of the people and of the oxen and of the donkeys and of the flocks. 29 Take it from their half and give it to Eleazar the priest as a contribution to the LORD. 30 And from the people of Israel's half you shall take one drawn out of every fifty, of the people, of the oxen, of the donkeys, and of the flocks, of all the cattle, and give them to the Levites who keep guard over the tabernacle of the LORD.” 31 And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded Moses. 32 Now the plunder remaining of the spoil that the army took was 675,000 sheep, 33 72,000 cattle, 34 61,000 donkeys, 35 and 32,000 persons in all, women who had not known man by lying with him. 36 And the half, the portion of those who had gone out in the army, numbered 337,500 sheep, 37 and the LORD's tribute of sheep was 675. 38 The cattle were 36,000, of which the LORD's tribute was 72. 39 The donkeys were 30,500, of which the LORD's tribute was 61. 40 The persons were 16,000, of which the LORD's tribute was 32 persons. 41 And Moses gave the tribute, which was the contribution for the LORD, to Eleazar the priest, as the LORD commanded Moses. 42 From the people of Israel's half, which Moses separated from that of the men who had served in the army—43 now the congregation's half was 337,500 sheep, 44 36,000 cattle, 45 and 30,500 donkeys, 46 and 16,000 persons—47 from the people of Israel's half Moses took one of every 50, both of persons and of beasts, and gave them to the Levites who kept guard over the tabernacle of the LORD, as the LORD commanded Moses. 48 Then the officers who were over the thousands of the army, the commanders of thousands and the commanders of hundreds, came near to Moses 49 and said to Moses, “Your servants have counted the men of war who are under our command, and there is not a man missing from us. 50 And we have brought the LORD's offering, what each man found, articles of gold, armlets and bracelets, signet rings, earrings, and beads, to make atonement for ourselves before the LORD.” 51 And Moses and Eleazar the priest received from them the gold, all crafted articles. 52 And all the gold of the contribution that they presented to the LORD, from the commanders of thousands and the commanders of hundreds, was 16,750 shekels.1 53 (The men in the army had each taken plunder for himself.) 54 And Moses and Eleazar the priest received the gold from the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, and brought it into the tent of meeting, as a memorial for the people of Israel before the LORD. The U.S is considering a deal that will allow Iran to sell Russia any leftover enriched uranium after they build a nuclear weapon. Then, Ukraine is still holding its own and holding back the Russians. Despite being wrong on all foreign policy decisions in some form or another, Joe Biden will claim victory for what is occurring in Ukraine just as he claimed victory over the Wuhan virus. Later, Americans need to be prepared for the unprovoked escalations that will inevitably occur as a result of the genocidal psych that is Putin. This is not Afghanistan, Iraq, or Libya; we can plainly see what Putin is doing and he's spelled it out in his 5,000-word essay. Jackson was pressed on her passivity in sentencing sex offenders (who went on to re-offend) and critical race theory. Later, James O'Keefe joins the show to explain how the federal government spied on Project Veritas by obtaining their emails from Microsoft corporation and then placed a gag order on Microsoft to silence them and keep it secret. It's now been revealed that Uber was also forced to hand over Project Veritas' ride history and it's unknown how many vendors it approached to violate O'Keefe's first amendment rights. Let no flocks or herds graze opposite that mountain.” 4 So Moses cut two tablets of stone like the first. These isolationists and pacifists label anyone against Putin's depravity as neo-con. The truth is that if Putin is not stopped this will impact and threaten America. Morning: Deuteronomy 29–30 Deuteronomy 29–30 (Listen) The Covenant Renewed in Moab 29 1 These are the words of the covenant that the LORD commanded Moses to make with the people of Israel in the land of Moab, besides the covenant that he had made with them at Horeb. 2 2 And Moses summoned all Israel and said to them: “You have seen all that the LORD did before your eyes in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh and to all his servants and to all his land, 3 the great trials that your eyes saw, the signs, and those great wonders. 4 But to this day the LORD has not given you a heart to understand or eyes to see or ears to hear. 5 I have led you forty years in the wilderness. Your clothes have not worn out on you, and your sandals have not worn off your feet. 6 You have not eaten bread, and you have not drunk wine or strong drink, that you may know that I am the LORD your God. 7 And when you came to this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon and Og the king of Bashan came out against us to battle, but we defeated them. 8 We took their land and gave it for an inheritance to the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of the Manassites. 9 Therefore keep the words of this covenant and do them, that you may prosper3 in all that you do. 10 “You are standing today, all of you, before the LORD your God: the heads of your tribes,4 your elders, and your officers, all the men of Israel, 11 your little ones, your wives, and the sojourner who is in your camp, from the one who chops your wood to the one who draws your water, 12 so that you may enter into the sworn covenant of the LORD your God, which the LORD your God is making with you today, 13 that he may establish you today as his people, and that he may be your God, as he promised you, and as he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. 14 It is not with you alone that I am making this sworn covenant, 15 but with whoever is standing here with us today before the LORD our God, and with whoever is not here with us today. 16 “You know how we lived in the land of Egypt, and how we came through the midst of the nations through which you passed. 17 And you have seen their detestable things, their idols of wood and stone, of silver and gold, which were among them. 18 Beware lest there be among you a man or woman or clan or tribe whose heart is turning away today from the LORD our God to go and serve the gods of those nations. Beware lest there be among you a root bearing poisonous and bitter fruit, 19 one who, when he hears the words of this sworn covenant, blesses himself in his heart, saying, ‘I shall be safe, though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart.' The sefer Segulot Yisrael writes that he has a tradition from a great Gadol that a person should wake up early on Purim and pray with all of his heart for all of his needs because the day of Purim is an עת רצון מאד – a time of great Divine favor. The Peleh Yoetz writes the day of Purim is so beloved that even the prayers of an individual without a minyan are accepted favorably, similarly to the Aseret Yamei Teshuva . The great Admor Rebbe Mordechai from Nodvorna said Purim is a day in which we receive abundant mercy from Hashem and through the reciting of Tehillim on that day, we can open up all of the gates of Shamayim . Rabbi Elimelech Biderman told a story which he heard from the man whom it happened to. About two years ago his daughter was feeling excruciating pain in her stomach. They took her to a few doctors but none were able to diagnose the problem. A few days before Purim, they went to a specialist who figured out from blood-work that she had something called Celiac, which meant she would never be able to eat gluten again. This doctor recommended that they go to the top doctor in the field who had his office in Manhattan. He wanted that doctor to confirm his diagnosis and tell them how to proceed. They scheduled the next available appointment with him, which was in two months from then. The mother of this girl was so distraught over this news so she woke up in the wee hours of the morning on Purim and recited the entire book of Tehillim for the refua shelemah of her daughter. When that appointment came close, they received a call from the doctor's office saying only one parent would be allowed to accompany the girl, due to Corona restrictions. They felt bad because they both wanted to speak to the doctor. Being that their daughter had stopped complaining of any stomach pains since Purim, they decided to call the first doctor to see if it was really necessary for them to go to this appointment. The doctor had forgotten all the details of this case so he looked it up and found her chart which showed everything was fine. He didn't see any issues with her blood-work. And then he told them, “If she feels fine she definitely doesn't need to go to any doctor.” The man told the rabbi, “I don't know what happened. He for sure told us before that she had Celiac. I am not able to see what goes on in Shamayim but I am pretty confident that my wife's Tehillim on Purim changed the whole diagnosis. Another man, Rav Shmuel Yoel Miller from Williamsburg, said that last year before Purim he fell and broke his ankle. When he went for x-rays he was told that he had two fractures and would need surgery to ensure his ability to be able to walk properly again. He accepted that it was the ratzon Hashem and did not allow it to get him down. The surgery was scheduled for Monday with Purim being the Friday before that. On Thursday, Ta'anit Esther , he was telling someone about his upcoming surgery and they related to him the above story about the mother who finished Tehillim on Purim and saw her daughter make a miraculous recovery. Rabbi Miller said to himself he wanted to do the same thing and, sure enough, the next morning on Purim he was able to finish the entire book of Tehillim . Afterward, he begged Hashem to heal his ankle without any pain or complications. That Sunday he went to a different doctor for a second opinion. This doctor did his own set of x-rays and he said the first doctor made a mistake. There were not two fractures, there was only one and, in fact, he did not need surgery for that one to heal. Even before they were invaded, Ukraine requested harpoon missiles from the Biden Administration and these supplies never materialized. Biden is a liar who lacks the temperament that is necessary to effectively lead our nation. Then, irrespective of the invasion of Ukraine one interview that all of the mainstream media will air is their interview with former Attorney General Bill Barr to trash Trump. This is a shameless distraction from an individual that was once respected by this program. Barr now happily sits for interviews with hosts and networks that once decreed him as long as he's trashing Trump. Later, isolationism in the face of growing totalitarianism isn't something we can hide behind. Biden being an isolationist make him more dangerous than FDR. Now the U.S is allowing Putin to decide what weapons can or can't be used on the battlefield. Putin is a war criminal who has no problem killing civilians and has no issue with escalating the situation, so why do we? Dr. Louis Schipper is a Professor in the School of Science at the University of Waikato. Research in Louis's group focuses on how we can work with the land to achieve the food and other things we need while minimizing negative environmental impacts. To do this he looks at microorganisms in the soil and the cycling of nutrients in soil. Louis likes to spend his free time with his family. He and his wife are involved in Cub Scouts with their two kids, and they enjoy getting outdoors, hiking, and camping with the group. Louis also works outside restoring native vegetation and gardening at home. He received his undergraduate, Master's, and PhD degrees in biology from the University of Waikato. Afterward, he accepted a postdoctoral position at the University of Florida before returning to New Zealand to work as a scientist for Landcare Research. Louis joined the faculty at the University of Waikato in 2005. Louis is a Fellow of the Soil Science Society of America as well as a Fellow of the New Zealand Soil Science Society, and is an author on two patents. MEET BEN LESSER Ben Lesser was born in Krakow Poland in 1928. He had 2 brothers and 2 sisters, his older sister Lola and he are the only remaining survivors out of his immediate family of seven. The rest of his immediate family as well as his extended family who numbered in the hundreds were all slaughtered by the Nazi's in their willing collaborators. During those 5 years of living hell on earth, Ben was fortunate to survive several Ghetto's and concentration camps, including the notorious Auschwitz, Buchenwald, he was liberated in Dachau. In 1947, Ben arrived to the United States and settled in Los Angeles where he met and then married his wife Jean in 1950. Ben & Jean have been blessed with 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In Los Angeles, Ben became a Realtor and had two successful Real Estate offices, Ben Lesser & Associates. He is past president of the Los Angeles Westside Beverly Hills Brokers Association. Since 1995, after retiring to Las Vegas, Ben has been devoting his time as a volunteer, speaking in schools and colleges on The Holocaust. Ben said that he has dedicated his present life to the pursuit of preserving the memory (ZACHOR) in order to prevent the world from contracting AMNESIA.

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Putin is now deciding what can and cannot be used on the battlefield. Specifically, regarding the MIG-29's the Pentagon says Ukraine doesn't need them because they won't be beneficial. Isn't it Ukraine that knows exactly what it needs and decides what's beneficial for their survival? Interestingly, when Trump was president, he was undermined by the Pentagon, by the FBI, and these same characters are covering for Biden's interference in the transfer of older U.S fighter jets to Poland so that Poland could donate MIG-29 jets to Ukraine. This program suspected that it was Biden that sabotaged this and today we know that he did. Then, World War III has begun, and the question is whether or not we can contain it and truncate it quickly. Will we use the deterrence of 'peace through strength' or continue to display weakness? Putin has created an axis of global states in alignment against the United States and with nuclear weapons pointed at our country. All who claim to be 'America First' and want to leave Ukraine alone are doing a grave disservice to the future of our nation's national security. Later, Israeli Prime Minister Neftali Bennett says that Ukrainian President Zelensky should resign and surrender. Bennett should look at his own cemeteries filled with patriots who stood up to Israel's enemies. Bennett is an embarrassment! Afterward, Seth Lipsky Editor of the New York Sun newspaper calls in to discuss developments of one of the few constitutionally focused publications in the country. Finally, Pennsylvania Attorney Dave McCormick joins the program with an update on his campaign for the US Senate. McCormick added that if Pennsylvania were a country, it would be the 4th largest producer of natural gas in the world.

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, our federal government, State Department, and White House are afraid of a stalemate between Ukraine and Russia because they feel Putin will use nuclear weapons. China has now pledged to financially support Russia in financing their war. So, the Ukrainians will continue suffering because Putin doesn't care if he has to gas them in order to win. Then, the State Department is slowly realizing why the U.S should be interested in Ukraine after testimony in the Senate's Foreign Relations Committee over research from Ukrainian bio labs might end up in Russian hands if toppled. Later, America needs to be the muscular society it's always been. We must embrace capitalism to lower the cost of gas and reject the phony green new deal. The progressives' primitive look on energy is breaking the pockets of Americans under the ambiguity catchphrase ‘climate change.' Afterward, Sen. Lindsey Graham calls in to discuss his call for Putin to be taken out. Graham blasted the Biden Administration for reneging on the deal to swap F-16 jets with Poland so they'd, in turn, donate Mig-29 jets to Ukraine. Graham made it clear that the U.S must be sterner and less afraid of Putin's threats and instead fear what happens globally if he wins.

Then, the Mig-29 fighter jets that Poland is offering are even newer than the F-16's that they are requesting in exchange for donating them. Yet, the Putin wing of the media and the Republican Party is acting as if they don't want Putin to fall, as if they want him to win. Later, Biden is making a deal with Iran instead of drilling on U.S soil where leases have already been approved on both private and federal land. This decreases production and drives up the cost of fuel. Biden has no answers yet keeps destroying American energy. Afterward, Sen.
