People are policy. The young woman who was acting as the head of Risk Management for Silicon Valley Bank absolutely did her job! No, seriously, she did. Her job was to be proudly same-sex attracted, to have beautifully dark skin and to tout her parent's immigration to the U.K. In the era of the ESG Score, after all, getting boycotted for not having people with those attributes is the risk companies were to avoid. Sadly, math. Yes, math. CNBC's Jim Cramer knows math. Math, Jim Cramer seemed to say, made him like SVB stock because it was low. Cramer, though, is also blind. Not totally blind, just emotionally blind. He could not see that a bank that apparently defined risk management as spending a Month reminding the world that women exist who like to have sex with other women is a bank that had downgraded math. Cramer cannot see such societal elements because Cramer swims in the waters of the left and is unaware that he is a wet, blind fish in a dark pond. What does The Party say? THE THESIS: Ron DeSantis may not know it, but he is stewarding his leadership in as godly a way as I have seen in these times of universal deceit. He has suspended a so-called State Attorney who has refused to enforce State law unless it serves to destroy people. He is the same sort of State Attorney that George Soros has purchased all around the Country. DeSantis isn't fighting against flesh and blood, he's fighting against spirits and principalities. We must pray for the Governor, because the enemy will attack him with great rage. THE SCRIPTURE & SCRIPTURAL RESOURCES: Isaiah 49:15-16 15 “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! 16 See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me. Psalm 82:3-4 3 Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. 4 Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked. Matthew 18:6 Causing to Stumble 6 “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. Matthew 18:10 The Parable of the Wandering Sheep 10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven. THE NEWS & COMMENT: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis suspends 'Soros-backed' state attorney who refused to enforce abortion ban. DeSantis says Andrew Warren refused to enforce numerous Florida laws and wouldn't work with police [AUDIO] - Gov. Ron DeSantis is suspending State Attorney Andrew Warren, a Democrat, for vowing to not enforce prohibitions on sex changes for minors or restrictions on abortion "When you make yourself above the law, you have violated your duty." DA Suspended By DeSantis Quoted The Bible To Justify Charging A Pastor For Holding Church Services During [So-Called] Pandemic This so-called AG also refused to enforce the laws against injecting kids with wrong-sex hormones [AUDIO] - DeSantis on gender dysphoria: “They talk about young kids getting [what liars call] gender-affirming care. They don't tell you what that is. They're actually giving very young girls double mastectomies. They want to castrate these young boys. That's wrong...You don't disfigure 10, 12, y/o kids." AND, the best governor in America has banned the ESG Score con game for fund managers DeSantis Won't Allow Florida Fund Managers to Use ‘Woke' Banking's ESG Standards; “So, the upshot of all this is, we want to stop these kind of ‘masters of the universe' from trying to do through economic power what they cannot achieve at the ballot box. And it's really an end-run around democracy, where they're trying to impose these things.” Other Republicans better come to understand the stakes of the game [AUDIO] - “Why would you let a police station burn to the ground and not send in the troops?” Governor Tim Walz doesn't answer and a staffer intercedes for him. Meanwhile, in the land of ice cream, dementia and meth: [AUDIO] - White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre declares that it was "unconstitutional" for the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade. . . . Direct violation of the Hyde Amendment, right here: Biden signs executive order to support travel for abortions in latest move aimed at protecting access BLOCK 2 Ethical Skeptic: Now that the CDC data is resuming at least in part, we see that our two manmade aspects of the Covid disaster are in hot pursuit of the Civil War for largest human-created disaster ever in our history. THE LISTENERS Sarah: Regular listener here! I'm a homeschooling mom, RN and Pastor's wife. Was disappointed to hear that the “alternative “ community is using the phrase “God doesn't make mistakes” in an effort to affirm the homosexual lifestyle. Just wanted to share what I teach my kids in addition to the fact that God does not make mistakes. That is that, all that God calls sin in the Bible is His way of telling us how he did NOT make. God knows the proper care and feeding of his creation. Because he is a loving Father, he would never make us one way and then call it “sin.” Thank you for this show --- --- --- Patrick: Your conversation with Giana Jesson was inspirational as my dad was adopted as a baby because his birth mom died 10 days later .It makes me realize how many lives would have not happened had he been aborted in 1916. --- --- --- Maria: I just finished your episode with Gianna. Very moving. She is such an inspiration. Thanks for all you do. I love your show and I have learned so much listening to you. I love how you put God in the center. You have helped me see things in a way I never saw them before. God bless you! --- --- --- Tom from Ellensburg, WA: Rating your show as you asked for: Hi Todd today you asked for some feedback on your shows.I would say that they have of late been been improving. This is really a feat on your behalf as your shows have always been great and very good. Keep up the good work I/we really appreciate what you do. No one will ever be Rush and I know you know that. But you you have that same ability that Rush did of being able to connect with so many and tell the world what so many of us deeply feel and know to be true. Your positive show today that showed that we were winning somewhere ,was refreshing. Rush always pointed out when we were winning and I always liked that. He and I delve into this topic, and he explains it in a way that is easy to follow. The implications of the ESG system will be painful to many of us and will be felt for a long time if something isn't done to stop it soon. THE THESIS: We need to check our bias by welcoming wise counsel.
(11:37) • Was heißt „Greenwashing“? (16:03) • Was steckt hinter der sogenannten EU-Taxonomie? Was bedeutet ESG?

What will you need to prepare and get through the next big thing? Better to be three weeks early for it than three days late. We also discuss what an ESG Score is and how it might relate to a social credit score. Charlie is very good at breaking down regime propaganda, so we delve into that as well. Plus… I'm beginning with this fine piece of annual research by Canada's Corporate Knights. It's their highly respected Global 100 Sustainability list. See the listings here. I'm going to quote from a companion article for an overview of this research. It's by Mike Scott, titled, Global 100 companies prove sustainability is good for business. Here are some quotes… “Again this year, the Corporate Knights Global 100 most sustainable corporations are progressing faster than their peers. Members of the MSCI All Country World Index (ACWI), a global equity index, derive just 30% of their earnings from products or services aligned with the Corporate Knights Clean Taxonomy, while 47% of the Global 100 do so (up from 41% last year). Crucially, Global 100 companies are also investing more aggressively in clean technologies and services, with 48% of their capital expenditures, R&D and acquisitions going to clean investments, versus 34% for ACWI… This is reflected in their performance. Since the market bottomed in the spring of 2020, the Global 100 has made gains of 22% against the ACWI, reflecting investors' focus on a green recovery… Compared to the average ACWI firm, Global 100 members generate more than four times the output per tonne of carbon emitted and almost eight times more output per unit of energy consumed… More Measures Showing Global 100 Outperformance! The ratio of CEO pay to that of the average worker is also lower in Global 100 firms, at 111:1, while at other companies, the pay gap has grown from 124:1 to 140:1, extending the gulf between executives and workers. And while 87% of Global 100 companies link executive compensation to meeting sustainability targets, up from 80% last year, the proportion of companies in the benchmark index may have more than doubled, but that is from just 14% last year to 34% this year… A number of high-profile names were excluded from the Global 100 because of specific red-flagged activities, such as weapons production (including Airbus, Rolls-Royce Holdings and Boeing) and climate policy blocking (Ford Motor Company, Daimler AG, Chevron and Air France).” End quotes. ------------------------------------------------------------- 2. THE THESIS: Blackstone, Roth and other mobbed-up financial game-makers are going to use the ESG score to be able to sell absolutely worthless stocks--think about the government and big-finance created housing crash--and to make money shorting the same stocks. That's all par for their course; it's when the ESG score comes from your credit rating, bank account and job that you will feel the pain. Zach Abraham, CIO or Bulwark Capital Management joins us. Move over ROI. ESG is the hottest abbreviation in the capital markets now. Environmental, social and governance ratings aren't just the mark of a sustainable organization, to some extent, they're even a strong indicator of a good investment. And with societal expectations and investor demands changing, firms in the capital markets need to have these investment options in their portfolio if they want to keep clients happy. In today's episode, we speak to Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy and Solutions Management at FIS Tony Warren, alongside Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Global Public Policy at FIS Andrew Ciafardini. We get granular and ask how ESG investments are impacting the institutions offering them as well as the risk and fund managers who manage them. We discuss the key components of ESG and the benefits these investments have on the institutions offering them. We'll explore what's prompting firms to center their attention on ESG, as well as look at the challenges surrounding ESG scores and the numerous disparate rating standards. We'll also talk about: What should risk and fund managers be doing when educating their clients? Why is the expectation for ESG investments so significant? How are ESG factors measured?
