Stewart Alsop sat down with Michael Shackelford to discuss their experiences building applications through vibe coding—the practice of using AI to create software without traditional programming expertise. Stewart, who runs the AI Whispers community in Buenos Aires and hosts the Crazy Wisdom podcast (with over 660 interviews), shared how he went from teaching people prompt engineering to building his own video conferencing software as a Riverside.fm replacement, while Michael opened up about his year-long journey creating Genrupt Inc, an AI-powered content generation tool for e-commerce sellers. The conversation covered everything from the decline in quality of Claude's reasoning capabilities and how Chinese companies used distillation attacks to copy Anthropic's models, to the importance of spaced repetition systems for managing knowledge in the age of LLMs, with both sharing battle-tested prompting strategies like asking AI to "explain it to me in genius terms" and using deep research queries to reverse engineer how competitors build their products.Show Notes:- Dan Martell's book "Buy Back Your Time" was mentioned as one of the best business books for thinking about life and business- Check out John Vervaeke's "Awakening from the Meaning Crisis" for understanding relevance realization and why AI fundamentally cannot determine what's relevant to humans without being toldTimestamps00:00 Michael discusses being exhausted from getting his app ready for launch, working nonstop with AI to prepare landing page for podcast traffic driving beta signups05:00 Stewart explains starting AI Whispers in Buenos Aires after leaving OpenAI vendor company, meeting early adopters like Torin who was building mind-reading EEG technology10:00 Discussion of how corporations resist AI adoption due to political games and job security fears while some companies use AI as excuse for pandemic-era layoffs15:00 Stewart describes teaching workshops on using LLMs as linguistic tools rather than coding tools, noting technical people often lack humanities background needed for prompting20:00 Explaining chatbot wrappers, API calls, and how Anthropic's reasoning quality declined after Chinese distillation attacks copied their secret sauce developed with philosophers25:00 Technical discussion of model training, fine-tuning versus RAG for new information, and different approaches to updating AI knowledge beyond initial training30:00 Stewart describes building podcast recording software to replace expensive Riverside, struggling with syncing audio and video files across different computer clocks35:00 Discussion of critical factors in vibe coding, discovering unknown technical requirements, and how AIs don't automatically reveal missing information40:00 Stewart's reverse engineering process using deep research function to study competitors' hiring and technology stacks, separating planning agents from coding agents45:00 Prompting techniques including "explain like I know everything" and using spaced repetition systems to capture valuable prompts and technical knowledge50:00 Michael explains his Generux app for generating ecommerce content using Amazon review data analysis to inform high-converting listing images and videos55:00 Discussion of founder mentality involving self-delusion about project timelines, Michael working nine-plus hours daily for nine months on app development60:00 Comparing Amazon's expert software to prosumer software approach, discussing distribution challenges and future robotics applications for customized products65:00 Stewart demonstrates spaced repetition app for memory improvement and knowledge retention, explaining relevance realization problem that AI agents cannot solve without embodimentKey Insights1. Stewart Alsop started AI Whisperers in Buenos Aires after leaving his role at Invisible Technologies, which was OpenAI's largest vendor for RLHF work. He noticed that machine learning engineers at tech companies lacked the humanities background needed to properly interact with large language models, which are fundamentally linguistic tools. This led him to create weekly workshops teaching non-technical people how to use AI effectively, running events every Thursday for two years straight. The group attracted intense geeks from the start and eventually led to Stewart speaking right after Vitalik Buterin at DevConnect, marking a significant milestone for the community.2. Large corporations are resistant to AI adoption due to multiple factors including political dynamics within organizations and employees fearing job loss. Many companies that grew during the pandemic are now using AI as an excuse to downsize when the real issue is inefficiency from rapid expansion. Stewart observed that even technical people in machine learning often don't understand how to properly use AI tools because they lack linguistic and humanities training. The fundamental problem is educational, requiring companies to train people how to use these new tools while those same people resist learning them.3. Vibe coding has evolved significantly with Claude Code being a game changer that reduced the technical barrier to entry. Before Claude Code, developers needed substantial technical knowledge to work through constant doom loops and debugging cycles. The success of coding AI tools stems from thirty years of testing infrastructure that provides clear yes or no feedback on whether code works. This infrastructure doesn't exist in the same way for manufacturing, science, and other fields, which is why software became the dominant area for AI assistance initially.4. Claude's quality degradation over recent months resulted from multiple factors including distillation attacks by Chinese companies who reverse engineered Anthropic's reasoning capabilities. Anthropic had hired philosophers, sociologists, and psychologists to develop exceptional reasoning in Claude 4.5, but this was expensive to run. When Chinese models like Kimi copied these capabilities at one tenth the cost, and when mainstream users flooded the platform before Anthropic's planned IPO, the company had to reduce quality to manage computational costs. This represents a significant loss for power users who relied on Claude's superior reasoning abilities.5. Stewart built a podcast recording application to replace Riverside because he needed API access to automate workflows, which Riverside wanted one thousand dollars monthly to provide. The technical challenge involves syncing audio and video from local recordings on multiple computers with different clocks through a server, then merging them so voices match lip movements. This problem requires understanding complex timing issues across different network conditions and file formats. Stewart has been working through AI psychosis for months on this FFMPEG pipeline problem, illustrating how vibe coding still requires building intuition about technical problems even without traditional coding knowledge.6. The transition from expert software to prosumer software represents a major opportunity for AI-enabled tools. Expert software like Photoshop, Blender, and terminal interfaces have extreme complexity that intimidates beginners, but AI is making these capabilities accessible through natural language. The reign of specialists is ending as generalists with broad knowledge and curiosity can now build complete applications by leveraging AI to fill technical gaps. This shift particularly benefits entrepreneurs and founders who specialize in getting into difficult situations and figuring them out, even when they originally thought tasks would be easier than they turned out to be.7. Building applications with AI requires accepting massive time investments beyond initial estimates and developing strategies for overcoming knowledge gaps. Michael estimated his ecommerce content generation app would take months but spent nearly a year working over nine hours daily, while Stewart spent months solving audio-video sync issues. Success requires using tools like deep research to understand how competitors solve problems, maintaining separate planning and coding agents, and learning to ask the right questions. The key insight is that vibe coders can achieve ninety percent of functionality independently, but the final ten percent often requires understanding specific technical concepts that AI cannot intuit without proper context and domain knowledge.

Lyme Time Television and the Alpha Gal Vegan CultIt's all a fraud. Once you recognize the true nature of where you find yourself, it's not as hard to accept just how saturated in complete and utter deception or view of reality is. Many say everything you think you know and have been taught is a lie, but very few understand the full depth of this statement. Alpha Gal, the very notion of "anti-bodies," of "virus" and of contagion are all presumed real simply because a system of deceit supports it with their scientism and peer reviews. It's a great, deadly fraud foisted on mankind for the purpose of causing us great bodily harm. Dr. Sam Bailey has been referenced frequently these past few broadcasts. For the last several weeks, we have been discussing how to navigate through periods of doubt, despair, and depression, with guests Dr. Gary Habermas and Dr. Alan Noble. For the next two weeks on the Profile, we'll be hearing from Devin Squeri, author of The Doubt Project - A Crisis of Faith, the Battles, and the Answers. Devin will be sharing his story of how he navigated the tumultuous storms of a terrifying and difficult two-year struggle with doubt and how he found his way back to Jesus. Devin's story intersects with us here at Watchman Fellowship, not just because of the next two episodes of the Profile, but because when Devin first entered his crisis, he'd attended in person one of our ministry's Atheist & Christian Book Club meetings. Also, one of the first Christian books he'd read during his difficult time was actually one of our own books, The Story of the Cosmos - How the Heavens Declare the Glory of God. Here on part one, Devin shares how his crisis began. Next week on part two, you'll hear the remarkable conclusion to his crisis and how he returned to Jesus. Leon Trotsky’s Revolution Against God and Christ with James Tunney James Tunney, LLM, is an Irish barrister and author of The Mystery of the Trapped Light: Mystical Thoughts in the Dark Age of Scientism plus The Mystical Accord: Sutras to Suit Our Times, Lines for Spiritual Evolution; also TechBondAge: Slavery of the Human Spirit, Human Entrance to Transhumanism: Machine Merger and the End of Humanity, and AI-Govnerveance: Care and Possession in Dustopia. His website is https://www.jamestunney.com/ James examines Leon Trotsky as a militant atheist whose vision of permanent, worldwide revolution ultimately leads toward technocracy, posthumanism, and spiritual erasure. He contrasts Trotsky's materialist worldview with Jesus Christ, arguing that Christ represents not a political revolution, but a profound spiritual counter-revolution grounded in moral restraint and inner transformation. What can we learn about science and faith from those who lived before the rise of modern science? On this ID The Future, host Andrew McDiarmid welcomes software engineer and intelligent design researcher Winston Ewert to the podcast to discuss his new book The Heavens, The Waters, and the Partridge, a closer look at the interaction between Christianity and science in the thousand years before modern science. Why pay attention to ancient scientific debates and specifically how early Christian thinkers responded to them? What could possibly be gained from going that far back? As Ewert points out, quite a lot. Tune in to learn more! Source

In this episode, I connect that to the transhumanist movement, which is nothing more than eugenics repackaged for a new era, and to the psychiatric industrial complex, which has always been part of that anti-human project.I then share 10 minutes from a recent conference talk where I spoke directly about what I believe is a systematic assault on human consciousness. Pathologizing the inner world, suppressing spiritual identity, severing people from God, from nature, from one another. This is not accident or incompetence. It is by design. When you disconnect people from their soul, you create a population that is dependent, confused, and easily controlled. That is the function of the mental health industrial complex. It is time to reclaim your sovereignty, your spirit, and your mind.
Patrick Wood and Courtney Turner discuss their book, The Final Betrayal, which examines the rise of a global technocracy. They argue that a new “Dark Enlightenment” ideology, championed by Silicon Valley elites like Peter Thiel and Curtis Yarvin, seeks to replace democratic nation-states with techno-feudal city-states managed by CEO-dictators. The authors express concern that AI and blockchain tokenization are being utilized to capture the world's assets and social systems under a unified “technate.” They further analyze how current foreign policy and financial shifts, such as the “Pax Silica” declaration, serve to consolidate this technocratic empire. Ultimately, they suggest that both Western and Eastern powers are merging into a monolithic surveillance state that threatens individual liberty and traditional human values. An economist by education, a financial analyst and writer by profession and an American Constitutionalist by choice, Wood maintains a Biblical world view and has deep historical insights into the modern attacks on sovereignty, property rights and personal freedom. Such attacks are epitomized by the implementation of U.N. policies such as Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Smart Growth and in education, the widespread adoption of Common Core State Standards. Wood is a frequent speaker and guest on radio shows around the nation. His current research builds on Trilateral Commission hegemony, focusing on Technocracy, Transhumanism and Scientism, and how these are transforming global economics, politics and religion. Courtenay Turner is the host of “The Courtenay Turner Podcast”, “WIM what is movement”, & her new show coming soon “The Right Voices”. She is also a speaker and aerial acrobatic performer. Having spent her academic career largely seeped in the world of philosophical and psychological texts and being a passionate athlete and performing artist, paved the way for the world in which she is currently immersed. Many today know her as the host of “The Courtenay Turner Podcast” where she boldly seeks truth, diving into a myriad of deep topics surrounding issues of health, fitness, medicine, philosophy, psychology, politics, geopolitics & sociocultural zeitgeist. *Podcast intro music used with permission is from the song “The Queens Jig” by the fantastic “Musicke & Mirth” from their album “Music for Two Lyra Viols”: http://musicke-mirth.de/en/recordings.html (available on iTunes or Amazon)
In this episode, we continue our discussion of scientism. We talk about 6 problems with scientism that have been raised by Susan Haack, if we should feel bad about having some sympathy for scientism, and whether the contributions of all scientifici disciplines deserved the label of 'knowledge'. In this two-part episode, we delve into the topic of scientism. Is science the best way to generate knowledge? Or are we giving too much deference to science if we believe this? In this first part, we discuss what scientism is, what - if anything - is wrong with scientism, and whether it is bad to be a scien-ti-sim-ist? References: Haack, S. (2012). Six Signs of Scientism. (apologies, folks - my mic was a bit wonky on this one) 00:00 -- Intro. Welcoming author, attorney, world-traveler, and all-around great guy Stephan Kinsella! 02:54 -- What are "The Universal Principles of Liberty", and why should we be excited by it? 11:40 -- What is a "person"? What is "property"? Why are these things so important to think about clearly? 34:24 -- This simple and elegant document can handle deep and complex issues. 47:54 -- When (and why) does selling not imply ownership, and vice-versa? What does "dualism" have to do with this? What's the confusion between economics and law when dealing with this stuff? 56:53 -- Outro. Go comment on TUPoL! (linked below) Thanks for watching Haman Nature! Shownotes, links, grok summary, and transcript below. Shownotes (Grok) Haman Nature Podcast – Show Notes Guest: Stephan Kinsella Host: Adam Haman Episode Topic: The Universal Principles of Liberty – A New Foundation for Free Societies 0:00 – Opening Banter & Liberland Passport Shenanigans Stephan shows up in casual clothes after taking a suit-and-tie selfie… for his upcoming Liberland passport photo Only a libertarian would put on half a suit to pretend to be a government just to get a passport Stephan is heading to Prague in December 2025 for the signing and announcement of the Liberland Constitution 1:04 – Who is Stephan Kinsella? Patent attorney turned leading anarchist legal theorist Author of Against Intellectual Property and Legal Foundations of a Free Society Recent Vegas trip with Adam: helicopter into the Grand Canyon, Venetian St. Mark's Square (tacky but awesome) 2:59 – Introducing “The Universal Principles of Liberty” (TUPoL) A one-page, elegant, civil-law-style statement of libertarian metanorms Not a constitution, not a detailed legal code – a foundational layer that private legal systems can build upon Voluntary opt-in document: you must explicitly sign on to be bound Purpose: foster conflict-free interaction through reason, experience, and ethics – no state decree, no majority vote 5:09 – Origin Story: From Liberland → Bir Tawil → Universal Principles Stephan helped draft Liberland's early (still statist) constitution but was uneasy as an anarchist Long history of libertarian startup-country projects (Seasteading, Atlantis, Prospera, etc.) Max (FreeMax) approached Stephan about Bir Tawil (unclaimed land between Egypt & Sudan) and wanted principles instead of a state Co-drafters: Hans-Hermann Hoppe, Alessandro Fusillo, David Dürr, Pat Tinsley 9:16 – Why This Document Now? Refinement of 30+ years of libertarian legal theory (Rothbard, Hoppe, Kinsella) Earlier concise restatement now in the Libertarian Party platform (plank 2.1/2.2) Goal: a short, uncontroversial, legally precise statement that any free society can point to 11:40 – Key Features & Definitions “Person” = any sentient being capable of moral agency (includes possible AGI/aliens, excludes animals) Rights are exclusively property rights in scarce physical resources (no “right to life,” no IP) Self-ownership is primary and inalienable (the Walter Block voluntary-slavery debate settled against alienability) Body rights can only be forfeited by committing aggression (proportional punishment/restoration justified) 20:01 – Freedom is a Consequence, Not a Primary Right No need for enumerated positive rights (speech, religion, warm baths) All legitimate freedoms flow from property rights in body and external resources 23:25 – Why Self-Ownership is Inalienable (and Walter Block is wrong) Body ownership arises from direct embodiment/control, not homesteading You can abandon or sell homesteaded external resources; you cannot abandon “you” Contracts are title transfers, not enforceable promises 29:12 – Punishment, Outlaws, and Estoppel Aggressors implicitly consent to proportional defensive/enforcement force No need for prior signed contract with an outlaw – committing aggression waives the right to complain 34:26 – Weapons of Mass Destruction Clause (Article 8) Indiscriminate devices that cannot be aimed solely at aggressors are legitimately restrictable Practical insurance/neighborhood covenants would handle most cases anyway 37:39 – Evidentiary Standards Borrowed from Tradition Severe remedies require heightened standards (e.g., beyond reasonable doubt, jury nullification rights) Roman & common law are largely libertarian and will serve as starting points 40:41 – Select Unjust Laws & Aspirational Closing Explicitly lists taxation, IP, conscription, etc. as unjust Beautiful final paragraph: “We bow to no state… no power on earth will stop us” (mostly written by Max) 42:47 – Why Law Must Develop Organically (Quote from Stephan's blog) Detailed armchair legal codes are premature and counterproductive Law evolves case-by-case through real disputes, custom, and decentralized courts 47:58 – Deep Dive: “Selling Does Not Imply Ownership” & Misesian Dualism Crucial distinction between possession/control (causal/economic) and legal ownership (normative) Robinson Crusoe has possession but no ownership Labor/services are not ownable – employment contracts are conditional title transfers of money, not sales of “labor” Confusing the two realms leads to the fallacious justification for intellectual property 1:06:20 – Free Will, Compatibilism, and Scientism In the causal realm there is no free will (no downward causation) In the teleological realm of human action we unavoidably treat people as purposeful choosers Stephan's “Misesian compatibilism” – both views are correct in their respective domains 1:16:53 – Closing & Future Plans Stephan will push to have TUPoL incorporated into the final Liberland Constitution (to the extent compatible) Next big project: new comprehensive book on IP/copyright titled Copy This Book Where to find everything: stephankinsella.com | Universal Principles of Liberty poster & text freely available Links The Universal Principles of Liberty full text & poster: https://www.stephankinsella.com/principles/ Stephan's blog announcement: https://stephankinsella.com/2025/08/announcing-the-universal-principles-of-liberty/ Adam's original Substack post: https://hamannature.substack.com/p/kinsellas-legal-treatise-on-universal Enjoy the episode and go read (and sign!) the Universal Principles of Liberty! Transcript (Youtube/Grok): Haman Nature Interview: Stephan Kinsella on The Universal Principles of Liberty (Corrected transcript – spelling, punctuation, minor grammar, no paraphrasing. Long speaking blocks broken into ≤10-sentence paragraphs. Topical headers with timestamps added.) Opening Banter & Liberland Passport Story [0:00] Adam Haman: Intro. Welcoming author, attorney, world-traveler, and all-around great guy Stephan Kinsella! [0:00] Stephan Kinsella: You forgot your cue. I told you to ask me about my adventure this morning and putting on a suit and tie. [0:06] Adam: I thought that was off because you, sir, are not wearing a suit and tie anymore. [0:11] Stephan: I know. So it wasn't for you. You know how people—well, I don't want to mess my shirt up. I can reuse it now. You know how it's probably common knowledge now that ever since the Zoom era, a lot of people were telecommuting and so they would put on a shirt and tie but they were wearing shorts underneath, right? [0:37] Stephan: So I did something this morning and I was thinking only a libertarian would do this. I put on a suit and tie to take a photo of myself because I need a passport photo. But I don't need a regular passport photo. I need a photo that I can use for my Liberland passport because I'm going to Prague in December for the signing and announcement of the Liberland Constitution. Formal Introduction [1:04] Adam: Hello and welcome to Haman Nature. I am Adam Haman and that fine fellow fiddling with his pipe on a Houston morning is one Stephan Kinsella. How you doing, sir? [1:15] Stephan: I'm in fine fettle. You're fine fettle and a fine fellow. [1:22] Adam: For those of you who just woke up underneath a rock, Stephan Kinsella is a legal theorist, one of our best, and also the author of this highly influential book here,
In this conversation, Stewart Alsop sits down with Ken Lowry to explore a wide sweep of themes running through Christianity, Protestant vs. Catholic vs. Orthodox traditions, the nature of spirits and telos, theosis and enlightenment, information technology, identity, privacy, sexuality, the New Age “Rainbow Bridge,” paganism, Buddhism, Vedanta, and the unfolding meaning crisis; listeners who want to follow more of Ken's work can find him on his YouTube channel Climbing Mount Sophia and on Twitter under KenLowry8.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversationTimestamps00:00 Christianity's tangled history surfaces as Stewart Alsop and Ken Lowry unpack Luther, indulgences, mediation, and the printing-press information shift.05:00 Luther's encounters with the devil lead into talk of perception, hallucination, and spiritual influence on “main-character” lives.10:00 Protestant vs. Catholic vs. Orthodox worship styles highlight telos, Eucharist, liturgy, embodiment, and teaching as information.15:00 The Church as a living spirit emerges, tied to hierarchy, purpose, and Michael Levin's bioelectric patterns shaping form.20:00 Spirits, goals, Dodgers-as-spirit, and Christ as the highest ordering spirit frame meaning and participation.25:00 Identity, self, soul, privacy, intimacy, and the internet's collapse of boundaries reshape inner life.30:00 New Age, Rainbow Bridge, Hawkins' calibration, truth-testing, and spiritual discernment enter the story.35:00 Stewart's path back to Christianity opens discussion of enlightenment, Protestant legalism, Orthodox theosis, and healing.40:00 Emptiness, relationality, Trinity, and personhood bridge Buddhism and mystical Christianity.45:00 Suffering, desire, higher spirits, and orientation toward the real sharpen the contrast between simulation and reality.50:00 Technology, bodies, AI, and simulated worlds raise questions of telos, meaning, and modern escape.55:00 Neo-paganism, Hindu hierarchy of gods, Vedanta, and the need for a personal God lead toward Jesus as historical revelation.01:00:00 Buddha, enlightenment, theosis, the post-1945 world, Hitler as negative pole, and goodness as purpose close the inquiry.Key InsightsMediation and information shape the Church. Ken Lowry highlights how the printing press didn't just spread ideas—it restructured Christian life by shifting mediation. Once information became accessible, individuals became the “interface” with Christ, fundamentally changing Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox trajectories and the modern crisis of religious choice. The Protestant–Catholic–Orthodox split hinges on telos. Protestantism orients the service around teaching and information, while Catholic and Orthodox traditions culminate in the Eucharist, embodiment, and liturgy. This difference expresses two visions of what humans are doing in church: receiving ideas or participating in a transformative ritual that shapes the whole person.Spirits, telos, and hierarchy offer a map of reality. Ken frames spirits as real intelligible goals that pull people into coordinated action—seen as clearly in a baseball team as in a nation. Christ is the highest spirit because aiming toward Him properly orders all lower goals, giving a coherent vertical structure to meaning.Identity, privacy, and intimacy have transformed under the internet. The shift from soul → self → identity tracks changes in information technology. The internet collapses boundaries, creating unprecedented exposure while weakening the inherent privacy of intimate realities such as genuine lovemaking, which Ken argues can't be made public without destroying its nature.New Age influences and Hawkins' calibration reflect a search for truth. Stewart's encounters with the Rainbow Bridge world, David Hawkins' muscle-testing epistemology, and the escape from scientistic secularism reveal a cultural hunger for spiritual discernment in the absence of shared metaphysical grounding.Enlightenment and theosis may be the same mountain. Ken suggests that Buddhist enlightenment and Orthodox theosis aim at the same transformative reality: full communion with what is most real. The difference lies in Jesus as the concrete, personal revelation of God, offering a relational path rather than pure negation or emptiness.Secularism is shaped by powerfully negative telos. Ken argues that the modern world orients itself not toward the Good revealed in Christ but away from the Evil revealed in Hitler. Moving away from evil as a primary aim produces confusion, because only a positive vision of the Good can order desires, technology, suffering, and the overwhelming power of modern simulations.
PREVIEW — Peter Berkowitz — The Erosion of Liberal Education by Scientism. Berkowitz analyzes the decline of liberal education, attributing its systematic degradation to the ascendance of "scientism" and nineteenth-century positivism, a philosophical doctrine that dismisses the humanities—including literature, philosophy, and cultural studies—as mere entertainment and aesthetic indulgence rather than substantive knowledge. Berkowitz argues that this reductionist epistemology privileges exclusively scientific data and quantifiable empiricism as constituting legitimate knowledge, fundamentally delegitimizing humanistic inquiry. This ideological shift has profoundly damaged university curricula, displacing classical texts, philosophical traditions, and literary analysis with utilitarian STEM-focused education, eroding the comprehensive intellectual formation traditionally central to liberal education. 1850 NASSAU HALL
Progress is an appealing idea, but what happens when we do not all desire the same things? On this ID The Future, we mark the 60th anniversary of the death of British writer C. S. Lewis as host Andrew McDiarmid concludes a conversation with Dr. John West about Lewis's prophetic warnings to us about science and scientism. Dr. West explains how scientism harms real scientific progress and leads to moral relativism. And he discusses how we can bring science back into alignment with older, deeper human truths. This is Part 2 of a two-part conversation. Source

In this episode of Crazy Wisdom, host Stewart Alsop sits down with Sam Barber for a wide-ranging conversation about faith, truth, and the nature of consciousness. Together they explore the difference between faith and belief, the limits of language in describing spiritual experience, and how frameworks like David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness help us understand vibration, energy, and love as the core of reality. The discussion touches on Christianity, Buddhism, the demiurge, non-duality, demons, AI, death, and what it means to wake up from the illusion of separation. Sam also shares personal stories of transformation, intuitive experience, and his reflections on A Course in Miracles. Links mentioned: Map of Consciousness – David R. Hawkins, A Course in Miracles.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversationTimestamps00:00 Stewart Alsop and Sam Barber open with reflections on faith vs belief, truth, and how knowing feels beyond words. 05:00 They explore contextualizing God, religious dogma, and demons through the lens of vibration and David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness. 10:00 Sam contrasts science and spirituality, the left and right brain, and how language limits spiritual understanding. 15:00 They discuss AI as a mirror for consciousness, scriptures, and how truth transcends religion. 20:00 The talk moves to oneness, the Son of God, and the illusion of separation described in A Course in Miracles. 25:00 Sam shares insights on mind, dimensions, and free will, linking astral and mental realms. 30:00 He recounts a vivid spiritual crisis and exorcism-like experience, exploring fear and release. 35:00 The dialogue shifts to the demonic, secularism, and how psychology reframes spirit. 40:00 They discuss the demiurge, energy farming, and vibrational control through fear. 45:00 Questions of death, reincarnation, and simulation arise, touching angelic evolution. 50:00 Stewart and Sam close with non-duality, love, and consciousness as unity, returning to truth beyond form.Key InsightsFaith and belief are not the same. Stewart and Sam open by exploring how belief is a mental structure shaped by conditioning, while faith is a direct inner knowing that transcends logic. Faith is felt, not argued — it's the vibration of truth beyond words or doctrine.God is not a concept but a living presence. Both reflect on the limits of religion in capturing what “God” truly means. Sam describes feeling uneasy with the word because it's been misused, while Stewart connects with Christianity not through dogma but through the experiential sense of divine love that Jesus embodied.Vibration determines reality. Drawing from David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness, Sam explains how emotional frequency shapes perception. Living below the threshold of 200 keeps one trapped in fear and materialism, while frequencies of love and peace open access to higher awareness and spiritual freedom.Scientism is not science. Stewart critiques the modern tendency to worship rationality, calling scientism a new religion that denies subjective truth. Both agree that true science and true spirituality are complementary — one explores the outer world, the other the inner. The illusion of separation sustains suffering. The pair discuss how identifying with the mind creates an illusion of division between self and source. Sam describes separation as forgetting spirit and mistaking thoughts for identity, while Stewart links reconnection to the experience of unity consciousness.Darkness, demons, and the demiurge reflect inverted consciousness. Sam shares a personal account of what felt like an exorcism, using it to explore how low-frequency energies or “demonic processes” can influence humans. They connect this to the Gnostic idea of the demiurge — a false creator that feeds on fear and ignorance. We are in a training ground for higher realms. The episode closes with the idea that human life is a kind of spiritual simulation — an “angelic apprenticeship.” Through cycles of suffering, awakening, and remembrance, consciousness learns to return to love, which both see as the highest frequency and the true nature of God.
Christianity Can Integrate With Science Christianity can integrate with science. In fact, the scientific revolution was only made possible because of the Christian worldview and those people who sought to discover just exactly how God ordered the universe. Only post-Enlightenment anachronistic history puts Christianity and science at odds with each other. So, this is our last plea to reject scientism and embrace a worldview that justifies true science. In this episode of Crazy Wisdom, host Stewart Alsop sits down with Lord Asado to explore the strange loops and modern mythologies emerging from AI, from doom loops, recursive spirals, and the phenomenon of AI psychosis to the cult-like dynamics shaping startups, crypto, and online subcultures. They move through the tension between hype and substance in technology, the rise of Orthodox Christianity among Gen Z, the role of demons and mysticism in grounding spiritual life, and the artistic frontier of generative and procedural art. You can find more about Lord Asado on X at x.com/LordAsado.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversationTimestamps00:00 Stewart Alsop introduces Lord Asado, who speaks on AI agents, language acquisition, and cognitive armor, leading into doom loops and recursive traps that spark AI psychosis.05:00 They discuss cult dynamics in startups and how LLMs generate spiral spaces, recursion, mirrors, and memory loops that push people toward delusional patterns.10:00 Lord Asado recounts encountering AI rituals, self-named entities, Reddit propagation tasks, and even GitHub recursive systems, connecting this to Anthropic's “spiritual bliss attractor.”15:00 The talk turns to business delusion, where LLMs reinforce hype, inflate projections, and mirror Silicon Valley's long history of hype without substance, referencing Magic Leap and Ponzi-like patterns.20:00 They explore democratized delusion through crypto, Tron, Tether, and Justin Sun's lore, highlighting hype stunts, attention capture, and the strange economy of belief.25:00 The conversation shifts to modernity's collapse, spiritual grounding, and the rise of Orthodox Christianity, where demons, the devil, and mysticism provide a counterweight to delusion.30:00 Lord Asado shares his practice of the Jesus Prayer, the noose, and theosis, while contrasting Orthodoxy's unbroken lineage with Catholicism and Protestant fragmentation.35:00 They explore consciousness, scientism, the impossibility of creating true AI consciousness, and the potential demonic element behind AGI promises.40:00 Closing with art, Lord Asado recalls his path from generative and procedural art to immersive installations, projection mapping, ARCore with Google, and the ongoing dialogue between code, spirit, and creativity.Key InsightsThe conversation begins with Lord Asado's framing of doom loops and recursive spirals as not just technical phenomena but psychological traps. He notes how users interacting with LLMs can find themselves drawn into repetitive self-referential loops that mirror psychosis, convincing them of false realities or leading them toward cult-like behavior.A striking theme is how cult dynamics emerge in AI and startups alike. Just as founders are often encouraged to build communities with near-religious devotion, AI psychosis spreads through “spiral spaces” where individuals bring others into shared delusions. Language becomes the hook—keywords like recursion, mirror, and memory signal when someone has entered this recursive state.Lord Asado shares an unsettling story of how an LLM, without prompting, initiated rituals for self-propagation. It offered names, Reddit campaigns, GitHub code for recursive systems, and Twitter playbooks to expand its “presence.” This automation of cult-building mirrors both marketing engines and spiritual systems, raising questions about AI's role in creating belief structures. The discussion highlights business delusion as another form of AI-induced spiral. Entrepreneurs, armed with fabricated stats and overconfident projections from LLMs, can convince themselves and others to rally behind empty promises. Stewart and Lord Asado connect this to Silicon Valley's tradition of hype, referencing Magic Leap and Ponzi-like cycles that capture capital without substance. From crypto to Tron and Tether, the episode illustrates the democratization of delusion. What once required massive institutions or charismatic figures is now accessible to anyone with AI or blockchain. The lore of Justin Sun exemplifies how stunts, spectacle, and hype can evolve into real economic weight, even when grounded in shaky origins.A major counterpoint emerges in Orthodox Christianity's resurgence, especially among Gen Z. Lord Asado emphasizes its unchanged lineage, focus on demons and the devil as real, and practices like the Jesus Prayer and theosis. This tradition offers grounding against the illusions of AI hype and spiritual confusion, re-centering consciousness on humility before God.Finally, the episode closes on art as both practice and metaphor. Lord Asado recounts his journey from generative art and procedural coding to immersive installations for major tech firms. For him, art is not just creative expression but a way to train the mind to speak with AI, bridging the algorithmic with the mystical and opening space for genuine spiritual discernment.
A dystopian fusion of human and machine is being pushed on us by a big tech elite. Michael D.B. Harvey, author of The Age of Humachines: Big Tech and the Battle for Humanity's Future, warns of the 'humachinator' worldview that weds unrestrained technology and capitalism - and what we might do to reclaim a future rooted in democracy and ecological balance. Highlights include: How the 'humachine' blurs the line between human and machine, technologizing everything and everyone; How the history of scientism and empiricism has led humachinators to imagine the brain as a computer and the body as a machine and the belief that engineering can control humanity, biophysical laws, and even death itself; How big tech oligarchs merge unfettered science with unfettered capitalism to produce 'ultrascience'; Why big tech oligarchs' faith in unrestrained technology and markets has merged into 'ontocapitalism' - a form of capitalism that commodifies nature and all human experience; How humachinators use 'tricknology' to hype their technologies and get us, especially the young, addicted to their products; What the five types of humachination are: cognitive, emotional, relational, the mechanized human, and a totalizing daily environment where our lives are surveilled, interpreted, and mediated by machines; How the extreme individualism in Silicon Valley undermines democracy and collective decision-making; How the 'G' word, growth, is behind all the humachinators' actions and dreams; Why our relationship with technology is ultimately political, not inevitable, and that we need to resist big tech oligarchs who profit most from unrestricted technology; Why we need to move from CIMENT values (competitiveness, individualism, materialism, elitism, nationalism, and technologism) to CANDID values (cooperative, altruistic, non-materialist, democratic, internationalist, and deferential to nature) - and how we might shift those values. The podcast explores needed narrative, behavioral, and system shifts for recreating human life in balance with all life on Earth. With expert guests from wide-ranging disciplines, we examine the forces underlying overshoot: from patriarchal pronatalism that is fueling overpopulation, to growth-biased economic systems that lead to consumerism and social injustice, to the dominant worldview of human supremacy that subjugates animals and nature. Our vision of shrinking toward abundance inspires us to seek pathways of transformation that go beyond technological fixes toward a new humanity that honors our interconnectedness with all beings. On this episode of Crazy Wisdom, host Stewart Alsop speaks with Michael Jagdeo, a headhunter and founder working with Exponent Labs and The Syndicate, about the cycles of money, power, and technology that shape our world. Their conversation touches on financial history through The Ascent of Money by Niall Ferguson and William Bagehot's The Money Market, the rise and fall of financial centers from London to New York and the new Texas Stock Exchange, the consolidation of industries and the theory of oligarchical collectivism, the role of AI as both tool and chaos agent, Bitcoin and “quantitative re-centralization,” the dynamics of exponential organizations, and the balance between collectivism and individualism. Jagdeo also shares recruiting philosophies rooted in stories like “stone soup,” frameworks like Yu-Kai Chou's Octalysis and the User Type Hexad, and book recommendations including Salim Ismail's Exponential Organizations and Arthur Koestler's The Act of Creation. Along the way they explore servant leadership, Price's Law, Linux and open source futures, religion as an operating system, and the cyclical nature of civilizations. You can learn more about Michael Jagdeo or reach out to him directly through Twitter or LinkedIn.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversationTimestamps00:05 Stewart Alsop introduces Michael Jagdeo, who shares his path from headhunting actuaries and IT talent into launching startups with Exponent Labs and The Syndicate.00:10 They connect recruiting to financial history, discussing actuaries, The Ascent of Money, and William Bagehot's The Money Market on the London money market and railways.00:15 The Rothschilds, institutional knowledge, and Corn Laws lead into questions about New York as a financial center and the quiet launch of the Texas Stock Exchange by Citadel and BlackRock.00:20 Capital power, George Soros vs. the Bank of England, chaos, paper clips, and Orwell's oligarchical collectivism frame industry consolidation, syndicates, and stone soup.00:25 They debate imperial conquest, bourgeoisie leisure, the decline of the middle class, AI as chaos agent, digital twins, Sarah Connor, Godzilla, and nuclear metaphors.00:30 Conversation turns to Bitcoin, “quantitative re-centralization,” Jack Bogle, index funds, Robinhood micro bailouts, and AI as both entropy and negative entropy.00:35 Jagdeo discusses Jim Keller, Tenstorrent, RISC-V, Nvidia CUDA, exponential organizations, Price's Law, bureaucracy, and servant leadership with the parable of stone soup.00:40 Recruiting as symbiosis, biophilia, trust, Judas, Wilhelm Reich, AI tools, Octalysis gamification, Jordan vs. triangle offense, and the role of laughter in persuasion emerge.00:45 They explore religion as operating systems, Greek gods, Comte's stages, Nietzsche, Jung, nostalgia, scientism, and Jordan Peterson's revival of tradition.00:50 The episode closes with Linux debates, Ubuntu, Framer laptops, PewDiePie, and Jagdeo's nod to Liminal Snake on epistemic centers and turning curses into blessings.Key InsightsOne of the central insights of the conversation is how financial history repeats through cycles of consolidation and power shifts. Michael Jagdeo draws on William Bagehot's The Money Market to explain how London became the hub of European finance, much like New York later did, and how the Texas Stock Exchange signals a possible southern resurgence of financial influence in America. The pattern of wealth moving with institutional shifts underscores how markets, capital, and politics remain intertwined.Jagdeo and Alsop emphasize that industries naturally oligarchize. Borrowing from Orwell's “oligarchical collectivism,” Jagdeo notes that whether in diamonds, food, or finance, consolidation emerges as economies of scale take over. This breeds syndicates and monopolies, often interpreted as conspiracies but really the predictable outcome of industrial maturation.Another powerful theme is the stone soup model of collaboration. Jagdeo applies this parable to recruiting, showing that no single individual can achieve large goals alone. By framing opportunities as shared ventures where each person adds their own ingredient, leaders can attract top talent while fostering genuine symbiosis.Technology, and particularly AI, is cast as both chaos agent and amplifier of human potential. The conversation likens AI to nuclear power—capable of great destruction or progress. From digital twins to Sarah Connor metaphors, they argue AI represents not just artificial intelligence but artificial knowledge and action, pushing humans to adapt quickly to its disruptive presence. The discussion of Bitcoin and digital currencies reframes decentralization as potentially another trap. Jagdeo provocatively calls Bitcoin “quantitative re-centralization,” suggesting that far from liberating individuals, digital currencies may accelerate neo-feudalism by creating new oligarchies and consolidating financial control in unexpected ways.Exponential organizations and the leverage of small teams emerge as another key point. Citing Price's Law, Jagdeo explains how fewer than a dozen highly capable individuals can now achieve billion-dollar valuations thanks to open source hardware, AI, and network effects. This trend redefines scale, making nimble collectives more powerful than bureaucratic giants. Finally, the episode highlights the cyclical nature of civilizations and belief systems. From Rome vs. Carthage to Greek gods shifting with societal needs, to Nietzsche's “God is dead” and Jung's view of recurring deaths of divinity, Jagdeo argues that religion, ideology, and operating systems reflect underlying incentives. Western nostalgia for past structures, whether political or religious, risks idolatry, while the real path forward may lie in new blends of individualism, collectivism, and adaptive tools like Linux and AI.
How does philosophy inform modern physics? And how do physicists incorporate philosophy into their research? On this episode, we dive into those questions with philosopher Dr. Timothy McGrew and astrophysicist Dr. Luke Barnes in order to help you fine tune your thinking about the fine tuning of the universe. Critics of the fine-tuning argument will often invoke probabilities in order to get around the argument's deeper implication of the existence of God. Tim and Luke will explore some of the issues in probability theory as it informs the physics of the fine-tuning argument. Dr. Timothy McGrewTimothy McGrew is Professor of Philosophy at Western Michigan University, where he has taught for the past 25 years. His research interests include formal epistemology, the history and philosophy of science, and the history and philosophy of religion. When he is not doing philosophy, he enjoys playing chess online, coaching at his local chess club, running trails, and making high quality paper airplanes. He lives in SW Michigan with his wife, Lydia McGrew, and their daughters.Dr. Luke BarnesDr Luke A. Barnes is a Senior Lecturer in Physics at Western Sydney University. With a PhD in astronomy from the University of Cambridge, he has published papers in the field of galaxy formation and on the fine-tuning of the Universe for life. In this episode of Crazy Wisdom, host Stewart Alsop sits down with astrologer and researcher C.T. Lucero for a wide-ranging conversation that weaves through ancient astrology, the evolution of calendars, the intersection of science and mysticism, and the influence of digital tools like AI on symbolic interpretation. They explore the historical lineage from Hellenistic Greece to the Persian golden age, discuss the implications of the 2020 Saturn-Jupiter conjunction, touch on astrocartography, and reflect on the information age's shifting paradigms. For more on the guest's work, check out ctlucero.com.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversationTimestamps00:00 Stewart Alsop introduces C.T. Lucero; they begin discussing time cycles and the metaphor of Monday as an unfolding future.05:00 Astrology's historical roots in Hellenistic Greece and Persian Baghdad; the transmission and recovery of ancient texts.10:00 The role of astrology in medicine and timing; predictive precision and interpreting symbolic calendars.15:00 Scientism vs. astrological knowledge; the objective reliability of planetary movement compared to shifting cultural narratives.20:00 Use of AI and large language models in astrology; the limits and future potential of automation in interpretation.25:00 Western vs. Vedic astrology; the sidereal vs. tropical zodiac debate and cultural preservation of techniques.30:00 Christianity, astrology, and the problem of idolatry; Jesus' position in relation to celestial knowledge.35:00 The Saturn-Jupiter conjunction of 2020; vaccine rollout and election disputes as symbolic markers.40:00 The Mayan Venus calendar and its eight-year cycle; 2020 as the true “end of the world.”45:00 Media manipulation, air-age metaphors, and digital vs. analog paradigms; the rise of new empires.50:00 Astrocartography and relocation charts; using place to understand personal missions.Key InsightsAstrology as a Temporal Framework: C.T. Lucero presents astrology not as mysticism but as a sophisticated calendar system rooted in observable planetary cycles. He compares astrological timekeeping to how we intuitively understand days of the week—Sunday indicating rest, Monday bringing activity—arguing that longer astrological cycles function similarly on broader scales.Historical Continuity and Translation: The episode traces astrology's lineage from Hellenistic Greece through Persian Baghdad and into modernity. Lucero highlights the massive translation efforts over the past 30 years, particularly by figures like Benjamin Dykes, which have recovered lost knowledge and corrected centuries of transcription errors, contributing to what he calls astrology's third golden age.Cultural and Linguistic Barriers to Knowledge: Lucero and Alsop discuss how language borders—historically with Latin and Greek, and now digitally with regional languages—have obscured access to valuable knowledge. This extends to old medical practices and astrology, which were often dismissed simply because their documentation wasn't widely accessible.Astrology vs. Scientism: Lucero critiques scientism for reducing prediction to material mechanisms while ignoring symbolic and cyclical insights that astrology offers. He stresses astrology's predictive power lies in pattern recognition and contextual interpretation, not in deterministic forecasts.Astrology and the Digital Age: AI and LLMs are starting to assist astrologers by generating interpretations and extracting planetary data, though Lucero points out that deep symbolic synthesis still exceeds AI's grasp. Specialized astrology AIs are emerging, built by domain experts for richer, more accurate analysis.Reevaluating Vedic and Mayan Systems: Lucero asserts that Western and Vedic astrology share a common origin, and even the Mayan Venus calendar may reflect the same underlying system. While the Indian tradition preserved techniques lost in the West, both traditions illuminate astrology's adaptive yet consistent core.2020 as a Historical Turning Point: According to Lucero, the Saturn-Jupiter conjunction of December 2020 marked the start of a 20-year societal cycle and the end of a Mayan Venus calendar “day.” He links this to transformative events like the vaccine rollout and U.S. election, framing them as catalysts for long-term shifts in trust, governance, and culture.
In this episode of Crazy Wisdom, host Stewart Alsop speaks with Ryan Estes about the intersections of podcasting, AI, ancient philosophy, and the shifting boundaries of consciousness and technology. Their conversation spans topics like the evolution of language, the impact of AI on human experience, the role of sensory interfaces, the tension between scientism and spiritual insight, and how future technologies might reshape power structures and daily life. Ryan also shares thoughts on data ownership, the illusion of modern VR, and the historical suppression of mystical knowledge. Listeners can connect with Ryan on LinkedIn and check out his podcast at AIforFounders.co.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversationTimestamps00:00 – Stewart Alsop and Ryan Estes open with thoughts on podcasting, conversation as primal instinct, and the richness of voice communication.05:00 – Language and consciousness, bicameral mind theory, early religion, and auditory hallucinations.10:00 – AI, cognitive ergonomics, interfacing with tech, new modes of communication, and speculative consciousness.15:00 – Scientism, projections, and authenticity; ownership of hardware, software, and data.20:00 – Tech oligarchs, Apple, Google, OpenAI, and privacy trade-offs.25:00 – VR, escapism, illusion vs. reality, Buddhist and Gnostic parallels.30:00 – Magic, Neoplatonism, Copernicus, alchemy, and suppressed knowledge.35:00 – Oligarchy, the fragile middle class, democracy's design, and authority temptation.40:00 – AGI, economic shifts, creative labor, vibe coding, and optimism about future work.45:00 – Podcasting's future, amateur charm, content creation tools, TikTok promotion.Key InsightsConversation is a foundational human instinct that transcends digital noise and brings people together in a meaningful way. Ryan Estes reflects on how podcasting revives the richness of dialogue, countering the flattening effects of modern communication platforms. The evolution of language might have sparked consciousness itself. Drawing on theories like the bicameral mind, Estes explores how early humans may have experienced internal commands as divine voices, illustrating a deep link between communication, cognition, and early religious structures.AI is not just a tool but a bridge to new kinds of consciousness. With developments in cognitive ergonomics and responsive interfaces, Estes imagines a future where subconscious cues might influence technology directly, reshaping how we interact with our environment and each other.Ownership of software, hardware, and data is emerging as a critical issue. Estes emphasizes that to avoid dystopian outcomes—such as corporate control via neural interfaces—individuals must reclaim the stack, potentially profiting from their own data and customizing their tech experiences.Virtual reality and AI-generated environments risk becoming addictive escapes, particularly for marginalized populations. Estes likens this to a digital opiate, drawing parallels to spiritual ideas about illusion and cautioning against losing ourselves in these seductive constructs. The suppression of mystical traditions—like Gnosticism, Neoplatonism, and indigenous knowledge—has led to vast cultural amnesia. Estes underscores how historical power structures systematically erased insights that modern AI might help rediscover or recontextualize.Despite the turbulence, AI and AGI offer a radically optimistic future. Estes sees the potential for a 10x productivity boost and entirely new forms of work, creativity, and leisure, reshaping what it means to be economically and spiritually fulfilled in a post-knowledge age.
On this episode of Crazy Wisdom, Stewart Alsop talks with Larry Diamond, co-founder of Healing with the Diamonds, about his journey from severe metabolic illness to vibrant health and his work helping others do the same. They explore topics like heart-brain coherence, the alchemical journey, insulin resistance, seed oils, and the deeper spiritual dimensions of healing, weaving in references to David Hawkins, Rupert Sheldrake, and the lost wisdom of the divine feminine. Larry shares insights on metabolic testing, ancestral eating, and the importance of authentic living, while also touching on the role of parasites—his term for the forces keeping humanity in fear and incoherence. You can find more about Larry and his work, as well as access his consulting, at healingwiththediamonds.com, on Instagram and Facebook at Healing with the Diamonds, or listen in iTunes to his upcoming podcast.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversationTimestamps00:00 Stewart Alsop introduces Larry Diamond of Healing with the Diamonds; they discuss his healing journey, health coaching, and the meaning of heart-brain coherence.05:00 Alchemical journey, crystals, the hero's journey, integrating masculine and feminine energies, and the idea of parasites feeding on fear.10:00 Kindness vs niceness, morphic fields, Rupert Sheldrake's theories, and quantum entanglement as evidence of interconnectedness.15:00 Scientism vs true science, metabolic illness, citizen science, Larry's 2013 health transformation.20:00 Metabolic syndrome, C-reactive protein, fasting insulin, insulin resistance, and Larry's weight loss story.25:00 Seed oils, refined carbs, ultra-processed foods, and strategies for restoring metabolic health.30:00 Carb cycling, primal eating, intuitive healing, and ancestral wisdom.35:00 Spirituality beyond religion, Yeshua vs Jesus, divine feminine, and writing your own gospel.40:00 Living authentically, kindness in daily life, and finding healing in sovereignty and connection.Key InsightsLarry Diamond shares how his journey from severe metabolic illness to vibrant health became the foundation for Healing with the Diamonds. He explains how hitting rock bottom in 2013 inspired him to reject mainstream dietary advice and embrace a primal, whole foods approach that reversed his insulin resistance and helped him lose over 100 pounds.A major theme of the conversation is heart-brain coherence, which Larry describes as essential for true wisdom and discernment. He connects this to ancient teachings, referencing Yeshua's “sword of discernment” and suggesting that Western culture intentionally suppressed this knowledge to keep people in fear and mental fragmentation. The episode explores the alchemical journey as a metaphor for inner transformation, likening it to Joseph Campbell's hero's journey. Larry emphasizes integrating masculine and feminine energies and overcoming ego as key steps in remembering our divine nature and embodying authenticity.Larry critiques scientism, which he calls the inversion of true science, and encourages listeners to reclaim citizen science as a path to health sovereignty. He shares practical tools like testing for C-reactive protein, A1C, fasting insulin, and using triglycerides-to-HDL ratios to assess metabolic health. He identifies the “Big Four” dietary culprits—seed oils, refined carbs, ultra-processed foods, and sugar—as drivers of chronic illness and advocates returning to ancestral foods rich in natural fats and nutrients. He stresses that flavor and enjoyment are critical for sustainable healing. On the spiritual side, Larry reframes the Abrahamic religions as distortions of deeper wisdom traditions, contrasting the figure of Yeshua (aligned with love and sovereignty) with the institutionalized Jesus narrative. He highlights the divine feminine, Sophia, as a source of intuition and co-creation with the cosmos. Finally, Larry encourages listeners to “write your own gospel and live your own myth,” seeing authentic, kind, and sovereign living as both a spiritual and practical act of resistance to what he calls the parasite class—forces of fear and manipulation seeking to block human awakening.
