Join the waitlist here: https://amandafrances.com/money-wait-list/ Without further ado… Money 101: Three Essential Principles for Manifesting Money: 1. Your desires are from the divine. Our desires were placed in our hearts by God. It is safe to trust your desires. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean any random, fleeting desire… we can have a random want that doesn't feel like it's coming from the depths of our soul. But I really believe in my heartfelt desires. The things I really want. (That doesn't mean your superficial desires aren't valid and worthy. There's nothing wrong with getting all your desires. But you know what it's like when you want something so bad you can't even f*cking stand it.) I've gotten good at letting myself want it. Not pushing it down and saying it's unrealistic, or impossible, or not worthy of my time. I let myself want what I want. And I let myself want it so bad, it sometimes hurts. And then I believe with everything in me that if I want it, it is literally what I am meant to do on this planet, and heaven and earth will move so I can have it. 2. Everything is energy. When I don't like what is occurring with money, my practice is to say: Isn't that interesting? Isn't it interesting I had this random refund request? Isn't it interesting that I paid off this chunk of debt, and now I have the same amount of debt again? When situations like this happen, it's just an indication of your energetic frequency. With money, you get what you're available for. You have energetic standards — typically an energetic minimum and maximum — in every area of your life. There's typically an amount that you can't imagine making more than, and an amount that you can't imagine making less than. And sometimes this number can be a negative number. We all have standards that we would never allow ourselves to go past, but often we will go to the minimum. Know this: You can ALWAYS raise your energetic minimum and maximum. As you develop your belief in yourself and in money, money can flow through to you. 3. You decide how money works for you. What do you expect to have? For me, it's outside the realm of possibility that I don't make money when I sleep. I expect to wake up to thousands of dollars every day. It is so expected, that it is outside the realm of possibility that it could not be true. But that's just because that's what I decided is true for me. Often, we expect that there has to be suffering and sacrifice to increase. I must struggle before I'm worthy. I must work really hard before I'll allow myself to receive. The thing is: None of these beliefs are ultimately true. It's all just sh*t we're creating and dynamics we've played into over time… but it can be changed. The first step is always acknowledging the patterns and limiting beliefs that don't feel good. Ask yourself: Is this ultimately true? The answer is always no. Nothing is ever ultimately true. So what are you going to choose to believe instead? We have the opportunity to change our minds every day. And through changing our minds, we can change the feelings we feel, and the vibrations that live in our being. Can some of the history we have been told have some other sides/agendas? Are there going to be a world war 3? What can you do if it as nuclear fallout? This can seems like a lot of doom and gloom. In this episode with Joel Schousen we try to learn more about different perspectives about our history and how we can be mentally prepared if there is a large war. Skousen is the founder and chief editor of World Affairs Brief a weekly news-analysis service. Some of Skousen's views are controversial. He made the case that the Fall of Communism was, also as claimed by KGB defector Anatoliy Golitsyn, a "carefully crafted deception," meant to gain Western aid and technology transfers that would eventually end in a resurgence of the Russian threat. Joel shares his views about that in this episode. In his weekly briefings Skousen has also written extensively about the evidence of conspiracy by government to cover up its own involvement in numerous black operations such as the JFK assassination, the Oklahoma City bombing, TWA 800 and the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. He is particularly a harsh critic of what he calls the "phony war on terror" used to conjure up justification for continual foreign intervention and the diminution of American constitutional rights; he is also very critical of globalism, communism, and the U.S. interventionist foreign policy. Skousen has written several books. including Essential Principles for the Conservation of Liberty, Strategic Relocation – North American Guide to Safe Places, The Secure Home, Survival Home Manual: Architectural Design, Construction, and Remodeling Of Self-Sufficient Residences and Retreats, and How to Implement a High Security Shelter in the Home. He also published a booklet titled 10 Packs for Survival, which he has also posted to several web sites. We wish you a great listen and hope you can use this episode as an inspiration!

Through this discussion, listeners will learn about the different schools of thought when it comes to financial advice and investment strategies, such as accumulation theory and the velocity method. I recently got an email asking about how to create summer rhythms with kids - especially for moms that don't homeschool their kids, so their kids aren't used to having rhythms I brought this up in our Soaring Mothers Society meeting that we just had because all of these women have gone through the Made to Soar Program and understand the 3 Pillars of Thriving, are very intentional, and have all sorts of different situations with working out of the home, in the home, homeschool, and have their kids in public school. After a good discussion and sharing of ideas, plus taking my own experience of homeschooling our four kids and having kids at home with me for nearly 10 years now, I picked 10 principles for creating a fun and productive summer schedule with kids that you can use to figure out a rhythm that works for you and your family. If you've been wondering how you are going to have time to do the things that are important to you this summer with all of the kids at home, I'd love to invite you to a FREE workshop I'm hosting Wednesday, May 17 at 2 P.M. EST. You'll learn to do more of what you love without hiring a babysitter. Save your free seat in the link in the bio (and yep, there's a replay!) https://thrivinginmotherhoodpodcast.com/workshop/

S2_E47: When Deadlines Aren't EnoughEPISODE DESCRIPTION - Last Week I gave you my 10 Essential Principles for creating an active hero. This week we go into the writer's dilemma of procrastination, or putting aside our writing projects for things that feel more urgent. The first thing I've realized is that I need to set goals. Places to submit my work where others will judge and critique it. This is helpful for writers because not only does it create a deadline that you can't push back, but it allows you to see where you are in the market place of ideas. Where does your story fall? Is your writing up to the level you need it to be to compete? Etc. The second thing I've realized is that, because a novel, or a screenplay can seem so large, and take so long in comparison to other smaller projects (i.e. laundry, weeding, dishes) writers tend to put it off completely. The best way to combat this is to set small weekly goals. Ten pages a week for example is one that I frequently use. Which leads me to number three. These smaller weekly goals are helpful to me because it allows me to reframe the way I see my progress and ultimately view my work. If I only got three pages written one day, out of the entirety of the novel that seems pretty small. However, if I got 3 pages done, and I've set the goal of 10 pages for myself that week, then I only have 7 pages left. Do you see how that feels less daunting?Listen here for a more in depth discussion on how I have learned to reframe and overcome the tyranny of the urgent to finish my WIPs. When the Lord first brought me into the pastorate, I was twenty-four years old and had a great desire to reach people in our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. It's hard to believe that a few weeks ago, I celebrated my sixtieth birthday, and in a few more weeks, I'll begin my thirty-seventh year at Lancaster Baptist Church. Sometimes I wonder where the time went! I still believe that I have far to go, and with every part of my being, I want to finish well to the glory of God. But I've been reflecting over the journey God has given me and noting some of the key aspects of what a biblical journey of local church spiritual leadership should include. I often tell our staff that if a spiritual vision will survive, it must be accompanied by a strategy of faith. In other words, just hoping for the best, isn't a great plan. We need biblical markers of where we're going and what we are striving to accomplish for Christ. In this month's Spiritual Leadership Podcast, I share very personally about five biblical and essential principles that I have been learning along the way of local church ministry. Some of these are principles that perhaps as leaders we have a tendency to give lip service to but neglect to implement. Some are ones I didn't start out with in ministry but have worked to develop. All are principles that I am still growing in and still asking God to increase in my life. I pray that these truths are a help to you as you seek to provide spiritual leadership.
