Con unos 319 vuelos cancelados, la huelga aeronáutica le costará a Argentina unos 2,5 millones de dólares debido a los paros en el aeropuerto doméstico de Aeroparque, en Buenos Aires, y el internacional de Ezeiza, en la periferia de la capital.

El exoficial argentino Carlos Malatto, procesado por un tribunal penal en Roma por el asesinato y desaparición de ocho opositores durante la dictadura cívico-militar, exigió este 9 de septiembre ser juzgado por la justicia militar italiana. La dictadura argentina duró de 1976 a 1983 y las organizaciones de derechos humanos calculan que murieron o desaparecieron alrededor de 30.000 personas. Actualmente, un tribunal de Roma procesa al ex oficial argentino Carlos Malatto, acusado del asesinato y desaparición de ocho opositores.En un intento de retrasar el caso, la defensa ha pedido que sea juzgado por la justicia militar italiana. Algo fuera de lo habitual, explica Jorge Ithurburu, portavoz de la Asociación de Víctimas del 24 de marzo y parte de la acusación: “Nosotros, en los juicios que hicimos contra distintos generales como Suárez Mason y Riveros en 1999-2000, siempre lo hicimos ante la justicia civil. El fiscal también lo precisó. O sea, estos son delitos comunes por lo que los juzga la justicia común”.Conexiones políticasEn 2011, la justicia argentina pidió la extradición de Malatto, pero en 2014 fue rechazada por la Corte Suprema de Casación. Según Ithurburu, las conexiones políticas del militar tomaron cartas en el asunto.“La conexión entre los diputados y senadores que fueron a ver recientemente a los detenidos en la cárcel de Ezeiza, la hizo un sacerdote de apellido Olivera, que es el hijo del mayor Jorge Olivera, que prestaba servicio con Malatto. Entre Villarruel, Olivera y Malatto hay una relación, como hubo una relación antes entre su abogado, Augusto Sinagra, con los grupos neofascistas argentinos que lograron liberarlo a Olivera en el año 2000 aquí en Italia”, subraya.Más de 90 personasCarlos Malatto fue parte del “estado mayor operativo” de un regimiento conocido como RIM 22. Ithurburu asegura que, durante este episodio de su vida, el militar argentino cometió muchos más crímenes contra los derechos humanos.“El juez Rago Gallo pedía a Malatto en este pedido de extradición por 26 homicidios. Además de los homicidios, están otras 30 o 40 personas que fueron secuestradas, torturadas por Malatto y enviadas a la cárcel, donde cumplieron varios años de cárcel sin ningún juicio. También debemos considerar alrededor de unas 30 personas que fueron en distintos momentos secuestradas, llevadas al RIM 22 o a la cárcel de Chimbas, allí torturadas y después de algunas semanas liberadas. Por lo que las víctimas del teniente coronel Malatto superan las 90 personas”, indica Ithurburu.Entre las ocho víctimas por las que es procesado Malatto en este juicio en Italia están Carlos Cámpora, quien fuera rector de la Universidad Provincial de Sarmiento, y la modelo francoargentina Marie Anne Erize.

La visita de seis diputados del oficialismo a la cárcel de Ezeiza en julio pasado ha desatado la polémica en Argentina. Una comisión parlamentaria investiga el encuentro que tuvieron con varios militares condenados por delitos de lesa humanidad durante la última dictadura. La reunión despertó los fantasmas de que una parte de la clase política busque impulsar leyes para aliviar las penas y evitar más juicios a los militares responsables de la época. El pasado mes de julio Beltrán Benedit, Lourdes Arrieta, Alida Ferreyra, Guillermo Montenegro, María Fernanda Araujo y Rocío Bonacci, todos ellos diputados de Libertad Avanza, el partido gobernante, acudieron al penal de Ezeiza, cerca de Buenos Aires. Allí se reunieron con militares condenados por crímenes cometidos durante la última dictadura de Argentina.La visita ha despertado críticas de organizaciones pro-derechos humanos y familiares de víctimas, ante los temores de que parte del gobierno quiera impulsar legislación para suavizar sus penas y e incluso pasar página para los responsables de crímenes tan graves como de lesa humanidad.Algunos medios aseguran haber tenido acceso incluso al texto de los supuestos proyectos de ley, pero Lucas Doroñuk, analista político e historiador, considera que el objetivo no es ir tan lejos.“Es una jugada política. Forma parte de la batalla cultural del gobierno actual, que pone en duda por ejemplo, los 30.000 desaparecidos (que dejó la dictadura militar). En ese sentido, esta visita cobra una relevancia mucho más grande. Pero más allá de eso, pienso que el fin último es darle respaldo al conservadurismo más duro y ortodoxo en Argentina, que tiene todavía dentro de sus círculos de influencia a los militares, a los ex militares que participaron en la dictadura y a los actuales que respaldan lo que sucedió en ese momento, explicó a RFI Doroñuk.El especialista agregó así mismo que otro objetivo del gobierno es poner en agenda temas muy polémicos, que son difíciles de no abordar, al tiempo que dejan de lado tópicos económicos mucho más urgentes. No obstante, Lucas Doroñuk considera que será muy complicado un cambio de opinión dentro de la sociedad argentina sobre un tema tan doloroso como la dictadura argentina y el rol de los militares.“La sociedad argentina está polarizada. Pero incluso dentro del partido de Milei, hay mucha gente que condena la dictadura. Lo cual es lógico si uno se considera liberal. Por eso, creo que (defender los crímenes de la dictadura) no tendría ningún apoyo”, agregó.

Una de las cientos de víctimas de este centro de detención y exterminio fue Gabriel Porta. Eduardo relató los hechos más salientes de las audiencias. Nos comunicamos con Adela Zaltzman, una de las referentes del movimiento de jubiladas y jubilados presentes en la reunión de la comisión previsional de diputados, que se levantaron de la misma al conocerse la presencia de la diputada libertaria Arrieta, participante de la visita a los genocidas condenados y presos en la cárcel de Ezeiza.

El pasado 11 de julio, seis diputados de La Libertad Avanza visitaron a represores de la dictadura que permanecen presos en la cárcel de Ezeiza. La visita fue organizada por el legislador de Entre Ríos, Benedit Beltrán y estuvo acompañado por otros 5 compañeros de bloque. Entre los represores con que se habrían reunido está Alfredo Astiz, quien tiene dos condenas a prisión perpetua por los crímenes cometidos en la ESMA.  Luego de la visita, Benedit escribió un mensaje para justificar su accionar y la Comisión Provincial de la Memoria (CPM) lo denunció penalmente por apología del delito. Para hablar sobre esto, estamos en comunicación con Sandra Raggio, Directora General de la Comisión por la Memoria de la provincia de Buenos Aires.

Caracas califica de injerencias los reproches de Colombia y Brasil. RFI analiza estos roces con Luis Salamanca, profesor politólogo de la Universidad Central de Caracas. Por su parte, Argentina acoge a seis opositores venezolanos en su embajada en Caracas. Brasil y Colombia expresaron este martes su "preocupación" por las restricciones contra candidatos opositores de cara a las elecciones del 28 de julio en Venezuela, que reaccionó a asu vez calificando de "injerencistas" los pronunciamientos de estos gobiernos aliados del presidente Nicolás Maduro. "El gobierno brasileño acompaña con expectativa y preocupación el desarrollo del proceso electoral", dijo en un comunicado la cancillería del gobierno del presidente izquierdista Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, que se había mantenido al margen de las críticas a los comicios venezolanos. La cancillería de Colombia también expresó "preocupación por los recientes acontecimientos acaecidos con ocasión de la inscripción de algunas candidaturas", lo que "podría afectar la confianza de algunos sectores de la comunidad internacional" en las elecciones.Luis Salamanca, profesor politólogo de la Universidad Central de Caracas, ha afirmado en entrevista con RFI: ".Yo no lo llamo injerencia, creo que es manifestación de una preocupación que es legítima y en verdad es que cada día son menos aliados en el sentido no solamente político, sino económico. Esta es una diferencia crucial que tienen en relación con el manejo del poder. O sea, le están diciendo a a Maduro estos dos países están diciendo mire, ustedes llegaron por el voto, respeten el voto, respeten el derecho al sufragio, respeten el alternabilidad. Claro, en Venezuela está establecida la reelección indefinida".El plazo de inscripción de candidatos cerró el lunes, sin que la principal coalición opositora, Plataforma Unitaria Democrática (PUD), pudiese registrar a su abanderada, aunque este martes inscribió "provisionalmente" a un exembajador, Edmundo González Urrituia. La oposición busca postular a Corina Yoris, académica de 80 años nominada por María Corina Machado para representarla en la elección.  Machado arrasó el año pasado en las primarias opositoras, pero fue inhabilitada."Hay una oposición mayoritaria que es la que encabeza María Corina Machado y la Plataforma Unitaria. Luego hay una oposición que ha jugado en un claroscuro. Todavía faltan dos etapas la etapa de impugnaciones y la etapa final de sustituciones. Y ahí, ahí tendríamos ya finalmente la candidatura opositora. No, todavía no está cerrado el juego. Entonces digamos, aquí hay un juego muy fuerte para impedir que me la Corina sea de todas, todas, la candidata o coloque a alguien que sea su sustituto, porque obviamente le trasladaría todo el capital político que tiene" dice Luis Salamanca, de la Universidad Central de Caracas en RFI.  Argentina acoge a seis opositores venezolanos en su embajada en CaracasArgentina ha anunciado este martes que ha brindado asilo en su embajada de Caracas a seis opositores al régimen de Nicolás Maduro. Buenos Aires ha denunciado que el Gobierno venezolano cortó el suministro eléctrico de su residencia oficial en Caracas este lunes después de que la delegación recibiera a los líderes políticos venezolanos. La Cancillería argentina ha advertido a Maduro “sobre cualquier acción deliberada que ponga en peligro la seguridad del personal diplomático argentino y de los ciudadanos venezolanos bajo protección”, en un comunicado publicado este martes por la tarde.“El Presidente Javier Milei insta al socialista Nicolás Maduro a asegurar la seguridad y bienestar del pueblo venezolano, así como a convocar a elecciones transparentes, libres, democráticas y competitivas, sin proscripciones de ningún tipo”, exige el comunicado publicado por la oficina del presidente argentino.Las relaciones entre Argentina y Venezuela pasan por uno de sus peores momentos desde que Milei asumió la Presidencia. Uno de los últimos episodios fue la prohibición para los aviones argentinos de surcar espacio aéreo venezolano, en represalia por el decomiso hacia Estados Unidos del avión de Emtrasur, retenido en Ezeiza durante meses por orden del juez Federico Villena, al igual que su tripulación compuesta por venezolanos e iraníes.

Brasil y Colombia expresaron este martes su "preocupación" por las restricciones contra candidatos opositores de cara a las elecciones del 28 de julio en Venezuela, que reaccionó a asu vez calificando de "injerencistas" los pronunciamientos de estos gobiernos aliados del presidente Nicolás Maduro. "El gobierno brasileño acompaña con expectativa y preocupación el desarrollo del proceso electoral", dijo en un comunicado la cancillería del gobierno del presidente izquierdista Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, que se había mantenido al margen de las críticas a los comicios venezolanos. La cancillería de Colombia también expresó "preocupación por los recientes acontecimientos acaecidos con ocasión de la inscripción de algunas candidaturas", lo que "podría afectar la confianza de algunos sectores de la comunidad internacional" en las elecciones.Luis Salamanca, profesor politólogo de la Universidad Central de Caracas, ha afirmado en entrevista con RFI: ".Yo no lo llamo injerencia, creo que es manifestación de una preocupación que es legítima y en verdad es que cada día son menos aliados en el sentido no solamente político, sino económico. Te dejo algunos tips para hacerlo: Ponerse en los zapatos del otro: cuando recibimos un mal servicio o atención, debemos tener en cuenta los motivos por lo cuales eso pudo haber sucedido. ¿La persona estaba teniendo un mal día? ¿Su trabajo está bien remunerado? ¿Tiene todas las herramientas para hacerlo de manera correcta? Creo que sirve preguntarnos estas cosas y aplicarlas a nuestra empresa o emprendimiento. Siempre preguntate qué podés hacer vos con esa situación. Por ejemplo: si un cliente le plantea a tu equipo una situación así, ¿qué harían ellos? ¿Dejarían todo para resolver ese pedido? ¿Tratarían de solucionarlo?  La empatía es clave. Como cliente uno debe sentir que, aunque no solucionen tu problema, realmente hubo un intento (o varios) de hacerlo y entendieron la situación por la que estás pasando.  Cuando queremos aplicar estas situaciones a nuestra empresa, pensemos en quién es realmente responsable del mal servicio. La cultura se transmite desde arriba, desde los comienzos y las bases de un proyecto. Las personas que forman parte deben vivir y respirar esa cultura.  El problema no es el problema en sí, sino cómo respondemos a ese problema. Quienes brindan el servicio deben sentirse cuidados, deben ser conscientes de la importancia que tiene su papel y su tarea dentro de ese servicio, y deben tener las herramientas necesarias para hacerlo. Desde que comenzó la guerra de Ucrania el 24 de febrero de 2022, más de 10.000 rusas embarazadas entraron a Argentina para dar a luz, según datos oficiales. El Gobierno del país sudamericano sospecha que su objetivo es obtener una segunda nacionalidad para sus hijos.   En Argentina, donde han llegado en los últimos tres meses 5.819 mujeres rusas embarazadas, las autoridades migratorias argumentan que cerca del 70% de las que dieron a luz en el país sudamericano no permanecen en él más que unos meses, necesarios para obtener un pasaporte argentino para los bebés. Apatridia Ante la aceleración del fenómeno, Migraciones ha endurecido los controles y retuvo la semana pasada a seis mujeres en avanzado estado de gestación en el aeropuerto de Ezeiza. Para Christian Rubilar, el abogado quien se ha encargado de liberar a tres de ellas, esta dinámica obedece a los daños colaterales generados por el conflicto bélico entre Rusia y Ucrania. “Las sanciones que les están poniendo tanto Europa como el propio Gobierno ruso a sus propios ciudadanos, que no están de acuerdo con la guerra o que desertan, son situaciones que generan apatridia, o sea, pérdida de derecho de ciudadanía. Entonces es lógico que busquen la solución obvia, que es una nueva ciudadanía”, comenta Rubilar. Redes de tráfico El Gobierno argentino ha solicitado investigar a las bandas que se lucran con este nuevo negocio: “Lo que pasa y lo que se ha descubierto es que hay oportunistas que han montado grandes redes de tráfico de personas que organizan el traslado, cómo mentirles a Migraciones, que tienen el hospedaje y tienen una promesa falsa de que van a obtener la ciudadanía argentina de manera exprés, lo cual no es posible”, subraya el abogado. “Hay una que ofrece paquetes abiertamente de 5.000, creo que 7.500 y 15.000 dólares. Y hay otra que fue allanada en estos días, que yo estaba escandalizado porque pensaba que cobraba 15.000 dólares, y resulta que cobraba entre 30 y 50.000 $”, recalca. Christian Rubilar contradice la versión de la dirección de Migraciones que afirmó que las embarazadas rusas que entraron en Argentina disponen de un alto poder adquisitivo: “Hay de todo porque hay personas de alto nivel adquisitivo, pero lo que se demostró básicamente es que la falta de criterio de Migraciones hizo que arrestaron a las únicas cinco o seis que con seguridad no habían tenido ninguna asesoría ni habían contratado ningún servicio de tránsito internacional de migrantes. La chica que estuvo más días detenida y que más sufrió, el esposo es un albañil desertor, y ella vino sola porque el marido se escapó de Rusia”, detalla. Intimidación Según él, Rusia está al tanto de estos ingresos. En cuanto a saber si habrá represalias, “a mí no me gusta especular, pero lo que sí le puedo decir es que el cónsul ruso tuvo contacto con esta chica que estuvo varios días detenida y le hizo saber lo poco contento que estaba con la trascendencia que tuvo esto, con lo cual eso fue, creo, un claro acto de intimidación. Y si fue capaz de intimidar a una mujer embarazada en territorio argentino, es que son capaces en Rusia”. La obtención del pasaporte argentino habilita a viajar a 171 países sin visa, entre ellos destinos que hoy están vedados a los ciudadanos rusos debido a la guerra. Además, los recién nacidos adquieren la ciudadanía que luego pueden obtener los padres.

He also urged Israel to cease advancement of all settlement activities as well as the demolition of Palestinian-owned properties. *) Türkiye saves over 180 irregular migrants after illegal Greek pushbacks The Turkish Coast Guard has rescued a total of 181 irregular migrants, including many who were illegally pushed back into Turkish territorial waters by Greece. In the first incident, teams were dispatched off the coast of Ayvacik after the coast guard learned that there were irregular migrants in an inflatable boat. They saved 39 people. In the second incident in the same region, 54 migrants were rescued. In addition, in Türkiye's Aegean province of Mugla, 88 irregular migrants were rescued after being pushed back by Greek forces. Ovechkin, for a third consecutive game, was unable to score his 801st goal and tie Gordie Howe for second on the NHL career list. He remained stuck on 800 with Howe's sons Mark and Marty in attendance. Even without a goal from Ovechkin, the Capitals will take the victory on Orlov's goal with 21.3 seconds left in 3-on-3 overtime. The Red Wings have lost six in a row. Coach Matt Eberflus called the news “encouraging,” but had few details about the extent of the injury. He said Jenkins was released from the hospital on Sunday and was seeing specialists to “double-check and cross-check everything.” Whether Jenkins will play again this season was not clear. En el transcurso de estos años y desde distintos enfoques, con voces y aportes diversos y potentes y como siempre con historias personalísimas, en Mujeres...¡de acá! se habló de mujeres en contexto de encierro. Hace mucho tiempo, organizaciones sociales, activistas por los derechos humanos, cooperativas y desde la academia también trabajan, acompañan, guían e incentivan y reeducan a personas que están privadas de su libertad. Marcela Ojeda se propuso escribir parte de esta historia, porque mucho tiene que ver con la escritura y la reinserción y la posibilidad de abrir nuevos caminos, empezar a escribir, literalmente, historias. Por eso, en Mujeres...¡ de acá! Marcela Ojeda conversó con Cynthia Bustelo es Dra. en Ciencias de la Educación, diplomada en ESI por la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la UBA y es coordinadora pedagógica y docente del Programa de Extensión en Cárceles y allí organizaran talleres, cursos y espacios de formación intramuros. "Filosofía fue una de las últimas facultades en sumarse al programa UBA XXII y sin embargo se fue robusteciendo y creciendo de tal manera que en este momento somos los que más talleres de extensión brindamos" comentó Cynthia y agregó "el corazón de nuestro programa es la extensión y eso tiene que ver con el diálogo con el territorio, con los talleres socioculturales, con los talleres que nos permiten pensar, promover, compartir algo vinculado a la escritura, a la palabra y como la palabra permite reconocer los estereotipos de clase y de género y poder problematizarlos" "Los docentes de los talleres tienen una cierta sensibilidad y si bien una jamás va desnuda de prejuicios lo que va pasando es al revés, una tiene una idealización del espacio que es algo que también intentamos romper, desromantizar lo que generan los talleres de las cárceles, que muchas veces no es así porque nos conectamos con fragilidades, con personas que padecen. Se ve el dolor, la miseria" contó Bustelo. "El Encuentro Nacional de Escritura en la Cárcel es una de nuestras plataformas de visibilización que tanto se necesitan adentro y tanto lo piden" contó Cynthia. En el segmento de Feminacida, Agustina Lanza contó la experiencia de "Yo no fui" que surgió en el 2002 como un taller de poesía en la cárcel de mujeres de Ezeiza y se transformó en un colectivo popular, transfeminista, anticarcelario que trabaja en distintos proyectos artísticos y productivos en las cárceles de la Argentina. "Yo no fui" cumple 20 años y actualmente cuenta con talleres de formación, espacios de acompañamiento, montaron una editorial, una cooperativa textil y para hablar de todo se escuchó el testimonio de Liliana Cabrera, integrante de la agrupación. Muchos son los proyectos, los trabajos y los desafíos que se encaran desde la Cooperativa Esquina Libertad que está integrada por personas que tienen en común haber tenido algún tipo de contacto con el sistema penal. Nació en el penal de Villa Devoto y trabajan hace más de doce años y hace diez que son cooperativa. Marcela conversó con Ayelén Stroker, integrante de Esquina Libertad quién contó "arrancamos en el marco del espacio de un taller que nos abrazó los primeros tiempos y nos permitió compartir como era la situación laboral en contexto de encierro y las dificultades a la hora de recuperar la libertad" y sumó "arrancamos haciendo cuadernitos artesanales con materiales reciclados que encontrábamos en la unidad y muy desde abajo hicimos las primeras producciones y vimos que eso podía circular y eso valía y a alguien le importaba y eso fue un motor para arrancar y llegar a algo impensable en ese momento" "El cooperativismo condensa un poco los principios de la inclusión social y es a lo que queremos apuntar también, elegirnos como cooperativistas en la vida y reivindicarnos desde ese lugar como trabajadores y trabajadoras y hacer ese proceso. Con motivo de los 10 años del fallecimiento del reconocido músico y cineasta Leonardo Favio, Felipe Pigna dedicó esta emisión de “Historias de nuestra historia” a rendirle homenaje a través de una antigua entrevista realizada en los días previos a su desaparición física. Considerado fundamental en la cultura popular argentina, Favio dedico gran parte del capital obtenido con los millones de discos vendidos a la realización de películas con una particular mirada de la sociedad y compromiso social que lo convirtieron en uno de los más brillantes cineastas del país. Perseguido por la dictadura militar a causa de sus convicciones peronistas debió exiliarse durante la dictadura, regresó al país en 1987 para retomar su carrera cinematográfica y llego a ser invitado por el Gral. Perón para ocupar un lugar en su vuelo de regreso al país. Asimismo, fue el encargado de la organización artística del acto en Ezeiza para el recibimiento de aquella ocasión.

Esta tarde, Marcela recibió en los estudios de Radio Nacional a Lidia Calle, impulsora de Cosiendo Sueños. Lidia y sus otros 4 compañeros desarrollaron el oficio de confección de muñecas de tela cuando cumplían condena en el penal de Ezeiza. Allí se capacitaron a través del programa de Readaptación Social, del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social, y el Cosiendo Redes, un programa de formación en oficios vinculados a la industria textil y con talleres de inserción laboral con seguimientos, a través de tutorías. Actualmente desde Lomas del Mirador, en la Matanza, con el acompañamiento "Producir" ofrecen sus productos, entre los que hay indumentaria deportiva y barbijos, a las tiendas y ferias de barrio.
