Farzad Kalantari is a predator involved in the Long Beach, California investigation. He is known for chatting to a staggering nine different decoys at the same time, as well as lying about being Austrian and trying to help the girl he met with her education. Twenty-nine-year-old Kalantari, a native of Iran, began an internet chat with a Perverted Justice decoy who was posing as a twelve-year-old girl. Farzad stated that he wanted to have sex with the decoy and asked, "DO YOU HAVE ANY COUNDOM?" After she says no, Farzad said, "I MUST GO SHOPPING." When Kalantari arrived at the sting house, he extended his hand to shake the decoy's. She gave it to him grudgingly and he tried to kiss her forcibly. Before things grew worse, Chris quickly entered the room, shook Farzad's hand, and motioned for him to take a seat. Focus on Content Promotion Over Creation: Farzad emphasises the importance of dedicating more resources to promoting content rather than just creating it. He suggests an 80/20 rule, where 20% of resources should be spent on content creation and 80% on promotion. This approach ensures that the content reaches a wider audience and has a greater impact.2. Utilise Listicle and Product Review Strategies: Farzad recommends using listicle strategies to get products featured in articles that list the best products in a category. He also suggests reaching out to websites that review similar products, even if they are not direct competitors, to get your product reviewed. This increases the frequency of mentions, which is crucial for AI-driven search engines.3. Personalised and Incentivised Outreach: When reaching out to potential partners or websites for product placement, Farzad advises keeping emails short, personalised, and offering a clear incentive. Farzad Mesbahi comes on the channel to discuss Tesla's 10/10 event, the Cybercab, Robovan, Optimus and potentially something even bigger that the company didn't reveal on 10/10 ... a new affordable Tesla model that is set to enter production sometime in the first half of 2025. We also discuss Tesla's plans to launch an unsupervised full self driving service in California and Texas sometime in 2025, and how that rollout could play out. Then we dive into the progress Tesla has shown with Optimus and if that may hit the market before Cybercab. Finally, we discuss the upcoming US presidential election and the potential impacts that could have on Tesla with Elon's support of Donald Trump. This week's episode is a departure from what we cover on the podcast. We have two father's joining the show to talk about the sporting journey of their respective kids - who are honing their skills in other sports. Deepak Rao from UK and Ahmed Hussain from US join host Saqib Ali to talk about a parents role in this journey with Squash and Baseball as the disciplines of practice. Deepak's daughter Aditi is a ranked junior in the UK Squash system and competes in junior events across Europe. Ahmed's son Farzad has been pitching and playing little league games for more than 5 years now. This is probably a similar exercise of a cricket family anywhere in the world. It is an enjoyable conversation given how much we all treasure the behind the scenes process in sports. Deepak and Ahmed are candid enough to let us in their private bubbles, where both families have prioritized and centred their routines around the chosen sports their kids fell in love with. In this episode we chat to Farzad Nader, Director and COO of Red Paramount Iron, a Canadian emerging steel feed production company that is fully committed to reducing global emissions by producing zero-emission green steel feed. With over 25 years industry experience, Farzad is a professional engineer experienced in valuation, optimization, and complete development cycle of greenfield mining projects and expansion of existing mines and facilities. He has been involved in developing multi-billion-dollar mining projects in various locations and early-stage projects with Newmont and Teck Resources. He talks to us about Red Paramount Iron and how they are going to become the world's leading supplier of green steel. KEY TAKEAWAYS Red Paramount Iron is a Canadian emerging steel feed production company that is fully committed to reducing global emissions by producing zero emissions green steel feed. The company has a significant iron ore resource of around 527 million tons with high quality and low impurities, making it suitable for green steel production. The project is located in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, which offers advantages such as existing infrastructure, access to low-cost electricity, and abundant water sources. The company has secured government funding and is in discussions with other investors to raise capital for the project. The management team has extensive experience in mining and is supported by a board of advisors with expertise in various areas. BEST MOMENTS "Steel production is one of the most pollutant industries. At the moment for every ton of steel that is being produced around 800 kilograms of coal is required." "The Canadian advantage is two things. All the Canadian iron ore, or majority, 95% of that is located in Newfoundland and Labrador and Quebec." "We have secured around four million dollars of government funding so far. We are also in discussions with some other investors to bring some additional funds." "The fact that the process is very easy, the infrastructure is available, we have access to low cost electricity, which brings the development cost much, much lower than developing a mine."
