Haunted Disneyland first appeared on our feed back in 2015 as one of our earliest episodes. We later covered Walt Disney World and the Haunted Mansion got its own deep dive on a Halloween Episode. Disney has held a special place in both of our hearts from the time we were little kids. Disneyland was one of the first amusement parks either of us visited as we were both born in Southern California. Disneyland was inspired by a dream to build a place where all the members of a family could have fun and this "Happiest Place on Earth" has been fulfilling that dream for seventy years. Our favorite attraction is the Haunted Mansion. What if that mansion were really haunted? Could it be? And what of the rest of the park? The film covers the creation of Disneyland with rare, first-hand archival footage leading up to the opening in July, 1955.
