Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows!   This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track!   Check out today's questions:    Ashley: Hi Dr. Cabral, love what you've done for the health industry - so much so that I recently graduated as an IHP L2 and will be attending RHS this Fall! I'm writing as I've been experiencing itchy, stinging hives on my face (typically around the chin, mouth and lower cheek area) for 6 months; once the inflammation on the hives settle down I'm left with what appears to be a whitehead. If popped, the skin becomes extremely dry and peels off within 24hrs. I experienced this once in 2018 after a TBI, but worked with a ND (since retired) that resolved my symptoms w/ gut work. I intend to complete the big 5 to asses what's happening, likely followed by a DCD and CBO protocol but would love your thoughts to ensure I'm on the right track and if you have seen these symptoms before. THANK YOU!                                     Tricia: Hi Dr. Cabral - Earlier this year, I had a food sensitivity test done. My bloodwork came in showing above average to tomatoes. The results were 4.7 mcg/ml and anything great than 2 suggests a sensitivity or intolerance. I've been drinking your greens powder every morning and then realized it does have tomatoes but I'm guessing it is a very small amount. Do you think I'm okay to continuing drinking the green powder? I'm working on reducing inflammation in my body. I'm going to retest later this year with your kit. Your test is much more extensive. Thank you!                                                                    Tricia: Hi again, Recent bloodwork showed my Omega 3: EPA at 2.8% by wt is above average. They consider anything above a 2.3 too high. Have you ever seen this before? Not sure why my balance of Omega 3 fatty acids are shifting towards EPA. I was taking your fish oil but have stopped temporarily. All other numbers for Omegas are in range. My total Omega 3 is in range at 7.5. Omega 6-total in range at 39.4. AA/EPA Ratio in range at 4. Homocysteine is 7.7 mcg/dl in range. Omega 6/3 ratio is 5.2. Can I get your opinion please? I know you can't diagnose or treat. I just want your opinion of what it could be and what I should do. Should I continue to take fish oil? I do eat Wild Salmon about 3 times a week. My HS-CRP is 4.1. Thanks for any guidance.                                        Jenny: Hi Dr Cabral - Weighted vests seem to be the latest fitness craze. What is your opinion of them? Thank you!                             Belinda: Please I have ovarian cyst and PID for over four years and I have been taking antibiotics and it's not helping, what should I do           Thank you for tuning into today's Cabral HouseCall and be sure to check back tomorrow where we answer more of our community's questions!    - - - Show Notes and Resources: StephenCabral.com/3501 - - - Get a FREE Copy of Dr. Cabral's Book: The Rain Barrel Effect - - - Join the Community & Get Your Questions Answered: CabralSupportGroup.com - - - Dr. Cabral's Most Popular At-Home Lab Tests: > Complete Minerals & Metals Test (Test for mineral imbalances & heavy metal toxicity) - - - > Complete Candida, Metabolic & Vitamins Test (Test for 75 biomarkers including yeast & bacterial gut overgrowth, as well as vitamin levels) - - - > Complete Stress, Mood & Metabolism Test (Discover your complete thyroid, adrenal, hormone, vitamin D & insulin levels) - - - > Complete Food Sensitivity Test (Find out your hidden food sensitivities) - - - > Complete Omega-3 & Inflammation Test (Discover your levels of inflammation related to your omega-6 to omega-3 levels) - - - Get Your Question Answered On An Upcoming HouseCall: StephenCabral.com/askcabral - - - Would You Take 30 Seconds To Rate & Review The Cabral Concept? On this follow-up to episode #566, Jared takes systemic enzymes one step further by laying out practical protocols for real-life concerns. While the last show explained what systemic enzymes do and why they matter, this episode focuses on how to use them—and how to combine them with other targeted supplements to give the body the tools it need to truly heal rather than just mask symptoms. Jared lays out protocols that address the root causes behind pain and inflammation, and abnormal tissue growth as in scar tissue and adhesions, fibroids, cysts, and endometriosis. If you listened to episode #566 and wanted to know “what do I actually do next?” this show provides the answers with clear, actionable strategies. You'll come away with step-by-step dosing guidelines, companion supplement recommendations, and a roadmap for addressing both symptoms and the root causes behind them. Hormones! It's a hot topics and somehow this vital chemistry of our bodies seems to very often get the blame, as though the body is making mistakes and doing us wrong. But is that true? Does our body go rogue and make us feel like shit, foggy and fat for no reason?Or could there be an other explanation?Well, Tanya Verquin is on for interview #3 to once again give us a very different picture in terms of symptoms and why they are there.I have to admit, this is a more involved area of German New Medicine than some and it definitely takes some study and probably more than one listen, but the over-arching point to remember is that your symptoms always have a reason and a purpose so I encourage you to get curious over angry.Tanya reminds us of what German New Medicine is (listen to episode #64 for the full explanation) and shares how conflicts and perceptions impact hormone levels, menstrual cycles, menopause, and conditions like breast, uterine, and ovarian cancers. She teaches us that symptoms are meaningful biological responses rather than malfunctions, encouraging a shift in perception and self-empowerment in health management. Did you know that endometriosis typically develops as our bodies' defense against harm to our internal organs? The buildup of tissue will occur if there are bacteria, fungi, parasites, etc. People frequently experience problems in most of these locations because they are unaware of the near proximity of their rectum, urinary tract, and vaginal tract. There are many people who are easily wounded, but you are more susceptible to weakness, trauma, or prolapse because of glyphosate-induced collagen weakening. On this week's Integrative Wellness Podcast, we'll go in-depth on the physical, biochemical, and emotional aspects of scar tissue and the general buildup of tissues in the bladder, rectum, and pelvic bowl. Dr. Nicole will introduce this episode by discussing how, in certain cases, our diagnoses might be caused by our mental and emotional problems, and vice versa. She will further shed light on the underlying causes and problems with endometriosis, as well as how our body strives to safeguard our reproductive organs.  What you'll learn: How do germs, parasites, and fungi enter our pelvic bowl How to identify the root cause of our diagnosis How can you tell which foods include genetically modified organisms(GMO) How your fallopian tube may be strained as a result of your low back How numerous locations are engaged in one diagnosis How does safeguarding your ovaries relate to ovarian cysts Interested in working with Dr. Nick & Dr. Nicole at Integrative Wellness Group?
